Fantastic vacations!
Our room 3007 was great with a fantastic view. The room was very comfortable with two double beds. The kitchen was equipped with the necessary utensils for cooking and eating. There were also washing machine and clothes dryers. Everything was modern.
Really nice boutique hotel with excellent service!
Posh downtown hotel with a sweet 12th floor pool, spa, and bar. Great location for attending Ultra Music Festival. And the hotel staff really made our stay great. They handled the crowds super well and kept the hotel very clean and nice the entire time! Thank you Elsa, Swain, and Arturo!!

Elsa was very nice and very helpful I almost had to spend the night in the streets but she told me she can accept my card that I wasn't going to try my card but the visa went through I love this trip all go too the front desk thank u so munch for this get away
Very bad service
I booked 1 bedroom room for 2 adults and 2 children. For 2 hours early check in $60 charge. Noone helped us to go in the room. No daily housekeeping service, noone entered in the room for 3 days. We didn't have clean towels for shower and toilet paper! Only when we complained and asked them they brought to us some clean towels. We throwed the trash, we cleaned the plates, in general there was not any daily house keeping service, contrary to what they write in their website. We booked a 4 person room with breakfast directly from their website. When we went for breakfast They told us that we must pay additional 2 breakfasts because the reservation was for 2!!!! I showed to them that the rate with the breakfast is the same for 2 or 4 persons (probably they count the room occupancy and not the guests) and I proved it to them by showing the rates on their website. Also their confirmation email they sent me was something not readable, probably error from their system (they got surprised when I showed to them). The rooms are very nice and new but the service is bad. I attached a photo of the bathroom, it's like this for 2 days.....
Amazing experience
I went there with my family for my birthday and spent the weekend. Dwayn at the front desk has been nothing but professional and assured we had the best experience. David helped us with our luggage and he is very kind. I truly recommend YOTEL.
Amazing location. Clean hotel. Easy access to downtown miami
Great location to bayside marketplace, cruise port & downtown miami. We used the train and free metromover to get from the airport to the metromover station just across the street. It was a perfect location. We used the metromover everyday. The hotel itself is very clean. The yotel pad had a separate check in entrance. The keyboard are used to get to your floor in the elevator. We were on the 31st floor. We had a view of the city. The pool deck is well kept. It's a bit small and the good Lounge beds get taken up quickly. The pool is a bit small also but on mornings it's usually empty. There also a hot tub and a pool bar. We didn't purchase any food or drinks from the hotel, they are a bit pricey but not ridiculous. There a 7eleven across the street. And a CVS just at the corner. We were walking distance to alot of stores. Overall loved the experience. Will recommend.

La première nuit, notre lit ne tenait pas ouvert, parce que le pied était cassé. Nous l'avons signalé, mais ils ne pouvaient rien faire avant le lendemain. Nous avons dormi dessus en espérant qu'il ne remonte pas dans le mur (lit placard). L'hôtel nous a changé d'appartement le lendemain, mais le sol était très sale. Je l'ai signalé, mais cela n'a pas été nettoyé durant nos 4 jours de présence dans l'hôtel. Les draps du deuxième lit étaient tachés et le sont restés... Et nous attendons toujours le solde restant dû de notre caution, ainsi que notre facture finale. Le réceptionniste nous a dit que comme nous étions passés par Booking, c'était à eux de nous rendre l'argent. Nous avons contacté Booking qui leur a réclamé plusieurs fois, ils n'ont jamais répondu. Attention, l'hôtel est assez loin de tout.

פקיד הקבלה אדי, היה מאוד חביב, אדיב השתדל מאוד לעזור על מנת שהשהות שלנו במלון תהיה נוחה. במלון יש בריכת שחיה קטנה ונעימה, ג'קוזי, חדר כושר, נגישות לנכים. המלון במיקום נוח תחבורתית ויש הרבה מסעדות ומקומות בילוי מסביב. החדרים נקיים ושירות החדרים נהדר. החיסרון היחידי הוא שבמחיר שמשלמים על חדר ללילה ראוי שתהיה כלולה גם ארוחת בוקר.
