Poor overall maintenance
Stayed here Friday through Monday for my brother's wedding. Check in was easy. The photos of the rooms are much more polished than the rooms themselves. They were quite beat up -- dusty and crooked wall sconces, sticky floors and a general musty odor. The light in the main closet did not work. The shower in the primary bedroom had zero water pressure. I contacted maintenance and was told it was 24 to 48 hours for any maintenance request. So, we all shared one shower for the entirety of our stay. We also had to use our phone flashlights to see in the closet. When maintenance did finally come (Sunday mid-morning), they replaced the light bulb and said there was nothing wrong with the shower. By Monday morning--our check out morning--the shower was again not working and the toilet in the second bathroom was running non-stop. Overall, just a run down, icky feeling. Oh, and finding a previous guests clothes in the bottom of the dresser as we were packing up was also pretty disgusting.
Beautiful hotel, centrally located
This is a very nice apartment hotel. The hotels has two buildings, towers 1 and two. in tower two there is a lobby as well as the pool and indoor playground for kids. The apartment we had was clean, spacious and with comfortable beds. Besides, it had kitchen utensils, washer and dryer and everything we needed for our family vacation in Miami. The hotel has a great location and it is close to several restaurants, a Publix and a Walgreens. I recommend this hotel to everyone, it is a lot better than other places I have stayed while visiting Miami.

Recommend Hotel for the most comfortable. Forgot to mention that there is a very nice pool
My sister and I stayed at the apartment hotel for four nights and two more nights after a week of sailing. Excellent location. Quiet area, Super nearby. Uber works great. The hotel is clean, the apartment is fully equipped including a refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer, coffee machine, blender and perfect equipment in the kitchen. Large and spacious living room, dining area, large bedroom. No cleaning services include. We felt like at home - laundry including the towels and throwing the garbage bag in the shaft. privacy and comfort. Highly recommended. Also for families.
A lovely experience
The apartment was a nice clean apartment with everything we needed and anything we didn't have we could just ask at the reception downstairs. The staff were very lovely and accommodating too. The view from our window was okay, another building of apartments blocked our view. And the penthouse view was in another apartment block opposite us so we had to leave our apartment to go to the penthouse. The pool was quite small but it was never busy.
Very Very Average & Super Expensive
Very basic accommodation and at best it was ok. But for the money it cost, it was terrible. The kitchen was very well equipped and overall it was very spacious but the bathroom was really grubby and it was just very dark and dreary with paint splodges everywhere. As for the swimming pool area. The pictures on their website look great but the attached picture is a true reflection!!!!!!!!!!!! BEWARE
Will Stay Again
Absolutely loved staying here. We rented 3, 2 bedroom apartment style rooms on the 5th floor. The rooms were great, clean, and had all of the kitchen utensils needed for a stressless stay. The location is great. There is a Publix and Walgreens within walking distance. The Brickell City Center and Miami mover are all within a 10-15 minute walk as well. The check-in process was seamless and Sonya (the front desk attendant) was so pleasant and helpful. Even the valet people were great
Good service!
It was pretty easy to order the food since you only needed to go to the main page and select what you wanted to eat and the delivery was pretty fast! 10 / 10 service. The food wasn't too pricey which was good because of how much I ordered.
