Dirty Airbnb
Rented an Airbnb room here Paid over three hundred a night with over a hundred dollar clean up free. Room was filthy hair everywhere in the bed, bathrooms, refrigerator, just disgusting. I had to sweep the floors myself. Detergent in room for washing clothes is disgusting. Hotel is nothing like pictures (maybe years ago) but not today. Very disappointing, not worth the money.
Service 5⭐
We were supposed to stay here this week but because of the coronavirus outbreak wasn't able to travel from the UK. Paid in full for the hotel, and booked through booking.com. Tried getting our money back speaking to booking.com but they stated that the hotel had a right to keep the funds but messaged the hotel direct and they returned the booking in full. We will 100% be booking this hotel up again the same time next year Many thanks

No es posible que hemos estado intentando contactarlos para poder cancelar nuestra reservación por culpa del COVID-19 y no nos han contestado, pésimo servicio, pésima atención y muy mal manejo de crisis, no lo recomiendo nada!
Very Nice Suites
About 40 of us stayed in Tower 2 for 5 days while in Miami for a conference. Though the check-in process was different (no front desk), it was okay. Our suite was excellent. There was a center sitting / kitchen area with a bedroom on either side. One bedroom, with queen bed, was ensuite. The other had a king bed and bathroom next to it. There is no cleaning service. You launder your own towels and bedding. It was a bit weird to find wet laundry in the washer, apparently left by a previous tenant. Who knows how long it had been there. We used the conference room on the 3rd floor for meetings and for breakfast gatherings. It contains a refrigerator and very limited counter space. The hotel is located near a Publix and a Walgreens and within walking distance of restaurants. All in all, it was a good choice for our group.
Implecable estado del piso, limpio y ordenado. En una ubicación muy cómoda y poco trajinada
Excelente, tanto la propiedad como el servicios, el personal amable y eficiente, con seguridad las 24 horas del día. Es de destacar el excelente estado de conservación, el mobiliario y la ropa de cama. Todo el equipamiento es perfecto funcionamiento.
Nice apartment but dirty
We booked a 2 bedroom apt and stayed here for several days. The location is just perfect. Walking distance to a lot of attractions and also to supermarkets. The free metro mover has one station nearby. The apartment layout is very nice and so is the furnishing. What they lack is cleaning : (When we entered the apt we felt like they forgot to clean up after the previous visitors. Lots of hair in the bathroom and also in the sink. We arrived during the night and we were to tired to make a complaint then. Also the washing machine and the dryer - dusty and dirty. The linens and towels were indeed clean. The parking is quite expensive - 30.5 usd / night (including taxes) but we found another one at 3 min walking distance (near Publix) and paid 20 usd / night. All in all, the position of Stay Alfred is perfect, the apartment setup is very nice but needs a lot of attention to the cleaning part.

Mi è piaciuto molto questo complesso di appartamenti situato nella bella brickell. Tutto era molto confortevole e pulito e la posizione era buona vicino ad un supermercato edalla fermata del metri mover. Ci tornerei
Surpresa posivita
Ao chegarmos no Habitat Residence, tivemos uma surpresa muito positiva. Quartos tipo apartamento limpos e bem espaçosos. Tem quarto, dois banheiros, sala, cozinha, máquina de lavar roupas com sabão em pó disponivel (estes dois últimos nos foram essenciais, pois lavamos toda nossa roupa antes e partir para Orlando e fizemos comida para as crianças no hotel). Atendentes não tão cordiais, porém sem grandes problemas.
Good value for money
Large clean apartment with a comfortable bed and kitchen and laundry facilities. Hotel bar has a good happy hour and Vapiano around the corner for a great happy hour deal. Easy walk to the Metromover so very accessible to airport and downtown Miami.
Restaurant
I went to Habitat here in Miami Beach, Edgardo provide a excellent service while we were eating, the food was really good and service outstanding. The guayaba dessert is a must, the brazino fish wah amazing, never eat that fish before. Really nice concept of restaurant as well the Hotel.
Nice Place
Condo is very comfortable, with all the comforts of home. Well equipped kitchen. Convenient location. Nice pool area. Friendly and helpful staff. Would stay here again. Parking is not included - but the service was good.
Simples, bom e barato
Ficamos alojados uma noite na chegada a Miami, antes de embarcarmos num cruzeiro. O hotel mudou de nome e agora chama-se Stay Alfred Brickel. O quarto é moderno, com todas as comodidades para quem quiser confeccionar a sua refeição, limpo e confortável. O pequeno almoço foi servido num café contíguo e foi uma grande confusão, pois estavam trinta pessoas para tomar o pequeno almoço, que só abriu às 9h e imagine-se... só estava uma pessoa para cozinhar (ovos) e para servir. A grande crítica negativa a este alojamento prende-se com os funcionários da recepção... o check in e o check out são feitos de forma automática numa máquina... acontece que essa máquina estava bloqueada e uma funcionária da recepção negou-se a prestar auxílio dizendo que tinha que ser efetuado de forma automática. Após algum tempo e pressão, verificou que a máquina estava bloqueada e decidiu-se a executar as suas funções e reiniciar o sistema, com isto tudo perdemos cerca de uma hora lamentavelmente.
Watch out for all the hidden fees
Resort fee, valet parking (highly suggested in this sketchy neighborhood), limited services unless you use their app (front desk worthless), NO phone support (you call them, are put on hold forever then you are told to leave your phone number for a call back. Only NO call back was received. Gave up trying to stay there and moved on. BTW - even firm I booked the room through was surprised by all the undisclosed fees.
Good other than reception and access
We booked through booking.com & between booking and our stay membership changed. When we arrived the reception staff could / would not give us a key and told us to go online to the Stay Alfred to get a code for our key. The person on the online chat tried to charge us for the room again - I had paid in full already. They ultimately acknowledged this and then wanted £33.90 for apartment cleaning but my card had expired. Ultimately they dropped this charge after about an hours online debate.. an absolute pain in the arse. During this time reception staff rolling eyes and being no help whatsoever. Other guests arrived - same thing. We are 50+ had paid over £250 a night for the apartment and had booked what we thought was a managed complex - we just wanted to get into my room after driving 5 hours. My husband had to return the rental care while I sorted this out online via a chat.. REALLY! The apartment itself was good, one of the two toilets was broken. We didn't have the energy to deal with reception to get it fixed. The area is safe and walking distance to Brickell for accessed on foot to restaurant, supermarket, drinks etc. Overall if the staffing was better I would recommend it more highly, but who wants to have to spend an hour online before or after arrival to get their key? What is your time worth? I am old fashioned I want customer service when booking holiday accommodation not a logistical headache.
Very good place
The hotel is well located, the room was great and the service was very good. The only note is regards to the need for child safety with respect to the balcony of the suitable. It would be good a closing system of doors that give access to the varanda. We like a lot of the hotel and we will return a day.
TRES SATISFAISANT
Ns sommes venus deux fois en février 19, avant et après séjour dans les keys. Les appart sont confortables, les équipements suffisants, sauf qu'il faut se transformer en plombier (fuite du joint mal serré douche)... équipement suffisant: grand lit king size et second après dépliage du canapé convertible. Silencieux sauf quand les voisins font la fête. Accueil et serviabilité ok. Parking payant 30$ / nuit.
Great Stay in Brickell! (Now called Stay Alfred Brickell
NOTE: This place is now called " Stay Alfred Brickell ". We booked a two bedroom condo. it was perfect. very clean easy to get over to downtown area to meet friends. Be sure to read the arrival / check in process. check in parking is at the building across the street. check in was smooth and easy. Don't be one of those people that freaks out about paying for valet parking. It's not worth the stress. There is little to no street parking. There is a Publix grocery store and a Walgreens drug store two blocks away. Super convenient. We were there for a pre-cruise stay and found it very easy to get on / off the highway to the hotel. If i had one complaint. the room can be loud. It has very nice tile flooring throughout but there are no rugs or anything to absorb sound. I heard no street noise even though we were on the corner just above the hotel entrance. I would stay here again.
Disappointing
When we saw the pictures of the apartment online we were impressed by the lighting and the style, but in reality it's grey and old. The apartment we got doesn't have anything to do with the pictures posted online about the place. One thing to be aware of, is that the hotel has 2 buildings, the one were you check in, and another one across the street, were our apartment was. I don't know about the one were you check in but were we stayed, there is no pool no cafe on site and no brochures in the apartment that gives you any information about it. The apartment is clean when you arrive but if you stay 5 days as we did you will have to clean, and wash your towels, wich would be ok if the washer and dryer were good. But the washer and dryer are dirty broken and super old. A housekeeper came twice to change the garbage bags in 5 days. The kitchen is fully equiped but all the appliances are old, the coffee machine is broken and leaks, and is dirty. The sofa bed in the living room is broken and doesn't open strait, its legs stay bended. The 2 beds in the 2 bedrooms are old and noisy whenever you move in the bed, and the matresses are very very old. There is plenty of storage room and walk in closets but the cleaness is doubtful. There is a safe box. Fridge and dishwasher work fine but old. If you rent a car the parking fee in the hotel is 30$ a day, and the only other option is to park the car 3 blocks away for 20$. Not worth it! The hotel is well situated with a walgreens and a grocery store a couple of minutes walk. I wouldn't recommend this place. It needs a full remodeling.

Tive um problema ao me hospedar no estabelecimento, foi cobrada uma taxa de reserva no valor de U$32, 00 (trinta e dois dólares). Fiz o pagamento no ato do check in em dinheiro, porém, ao retornar ao Brasil, o hotel fez a mesa cobrança no meu cartão de crédito. Entrei em contato com o hotel e solicitei o estorno, eles confirmaram a veracidade do pagamento duplicado, porem, até hoje, mais de 2 meses após a hospedagem, não fizeram o estorno. Me sinto completamente lesada, sem falar que agora eles não respondem mais aos e-mails.
One of the better experiences during my USA trip
Stayed here just for 2 nights between my flights. The staff was nice, rooms were also good, already bit worn off must say, but nothing terrible... Windows could use some cleaning. Only thing that really bothered me was that there wasn't any other option of parking then valet. I prefer parking (especially rental cars) myself.
Stor och fin lägenhet
Stor lägenhet med två sovrum och välutrustat kök samt balkong. Beläget i ett lugnt och trevligt område 10 - 15 minuters promenad från Brickwell station, där man kunde välja mellan metro, metromover och buss. Det enda som inte var bra var wifi'n. Trots otaliga försök lyckades vi inte få till någon anslutning, Personalen kunde heller inte hjälpa till att lösa problemet. Har aldrig tidigare misslyckats med uppkoppling och när vi åkte hem var det inga problem med wifi varken på flygplatsen eller på planet.
Good Stay
We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment. Location was good with shops and metro mover / train within walking distance. Staff friendly. Beds comfortable and quiet room being on the top floor. Would definitely stay here again.
Habitat is a great place to stay!
I love staying at the habitat residence, it's a very clean place and the staff was very friendly and helpful to myself and friends, and it's not to far from local shops and my stay was very comfortable.
Very Nice place to stay with family
Great place! Just the sofa bed on the living room could be more comfortable. But over all we had a very good time in Habitat Residence. It's our 3th time in the hotel and is always very good. Great place to stay with a big family.
Scam- do not stay here
Booked 3 nights at the property for a family visit to miami. The hotel has poor finishes in the units. The units smell like litter box. There is NO proper housekeeping, the bed was poorly done and our Dirty towels were picked from the floor and left on the bed. It is disgusting, returned to the room 15 hours later and the mattress is damp of towels! They charge a ridiculous amount for valet parking and their location is NOT prime. You must drive through a dubious street to get to the hotel. Linens are of the worst quality, the bathrooms are in poor conditions. The furniture is peeling and run down. The pictures shown are not true to quality. The units have poor lighting. The property in most of the booking sites requires prepayment. Dont fall for this you wont be able to redeem your funds and switch hotels. It is a complete scam, not a hotel, it is a poorly fitted apartment with a front desk and expensive valet.
More cleaning pls!
- Habitat should clean the rooms properly. Everywhere hair, fridge had lots of crumbs. One central AC for whole apartment and very very loud. Swimming pool no towels provided. + Location was good. Room had dryer and washing machine.
To much aroma & noisy
The linens smelled to much and couldn't sleep because of the smell and when others flush it makes a lot of noise. Also, the beds where to soft, but especially the aroma was to penetrating in such a bad way
Ottima posizione a prezzi accessibili
L'Hbitat Residence consiste in 2 palazzi, uno di fronte all'altro, dotato di reception 24 / 24 e parcheggio a pagamento. Il nostro appartamento era ben arredato, non nuovissimo, con balconi e una bella vista su downtown. Miami Beach è a circa 15 minuti di auto. Con Uber si arriva da tutte le parti in poco tempo. Buona pulizia degli ambienti, materasso non troppo comodo e divano letto un po' troppo duro, bagno con doccia all'interno della vasca.
Great location to stay while in Miami
We stayed in a two bedroom 2 bath condo with a full kitchen. The place was very clean, no smelly rugs. My family prefers cooking our own meals. Publics was across the street which made this so convenient We would like to have had a small frying pan and a oven pan in the kitchen so next time we will bring our own. The neighborhood felt safe and that was also a plus. The only thing we did not like was the glass table tops as we were traveling with our 2 year old toddler and we could not relax. The play room was great and also the pool area. We did have a problem with the late night noise from other guests. I can't blame the staff for the rudeness of the guests The internet was not great. It wasn't perfect but I would recommend this place.

The manager David was absolutely kind, he helped us with everything. We stayed there for four nights and everything was perfect. We recommend this hotel, it's family friendly, you can feel it like your home. In addition there is really close to Mary Brickell Village, Brickell City Center, supermarkets and the Metro-mover.
This place is a scam!
Extremely disappointed. We spent three nights recently in a two-bedroom condo and paid the standard fee of $920 (total). Some people at the front desk were not in line with the hotel manager in terms of hotel policies. " Breakfast included " meant just one drink plus one pastry in the bar next door. On Xmas day, all we received was a bag with sandwiches and drinks left over at the hotel front desk as the bar was closed. The room kitchen was meant to offer cookware and utensils but did not even have an oven tray, so if you are planning to cook your own food at the room, forget about it!. The dishwasher door had to be slammed to make the washing program start on. The room WiFi service was very unstable / inconsistent. The double bed in one of our bedrooms was noisy. Last but not least, the room service only offered setting up the beds on a daily basis and new towels upon request but no cleaning at all. I will never go back to that place and will not recommend it any of my friends or colleagues visiting Miami!
Good location out of the hustle and bustle
This was a great place. Friendly staff and plenty of room. A full kitchen if we chose to cook, 2 bathrooms, pool, cafe... Located a short walk away from a Walgreens was very convenient and close to a bunch of great restaurants. You can walk or catch an Uber.
Opção para ficar com família, mas péssimo com atendimento e estrutura
Escolhemos como uma outra opção de ficar em família, ao invés de hotel. Bem localizado, novo, mas atendimento ruim e descortês, falta de atenção ao cliente. Limpeza nao tem, diariamente apenas retira papel e arruma cama, e promessa de troca de toalha a cada três dias, mas nao trocaram. E o cafe da manha, servido num cafe ao lado, só uma opção todo dia. Achei que nao vale custo beneficio, pois tem hotéis melhor estrutura bem próximo.
Prior to cruise
Excellent one night stay prior to a cruise out of the Miami terminal. 2 bedroom unit worked very well for our family. Would definitely stay here again. Great location, coffee shop just around the corner, and Publix a blocks walk away.
Clean and spacious! Would return
Great value for the money. Clean, spacious and helpful staff. Just a little off the beaten path, so be prepared to cab it. Groceries / convenience stores within walking distance - several blocks. Quiet area.
Excelente
This is an outstanding room, very private and comfortable. It's not that close to downtown and where life happens but it's close to go walking to the train, in the end it wasn't a big deal. Uber is really cheap if you prefer to take a ride.

There were 2 TVs, which is a plus, the downside was the TVs did not both get the same stations and some of the stations that were listed on the guide were not available on either. Also, the sound of other guests flushing their toilets was, at times, unnerving.
Awesome
Excellent experience, awesome rooms! The rooms were spacious and very clean, customer service was good. Only complaint is that we had some next door persons, who was playing loud music that was very disturbing.

My stay there was comfy and safe! The room setup was great and the halls smelled great! Parking was a hassle because we had to park far away and walk back to the hotel. Check was expedient and the hotel location was in a great spot
Habitat Residence
Wir waren vor 3 Wochen im Hotel. Das Hotel macht äußerlich im gesamten einen guten modernen Eindruck. Es gibt einen Pool, sowie ein Spielzimmer für Kinder. Das war sehr positiv. Unser Zimmer war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Möbel teilweise kaputt. Die Sauberkeit im gesamten und besonders im Küchenbereich war nicht gut. Für 1-2 Nächte ausreichend.
Lovely Condo
Lovely clean condo in quiet area but central for everything. Able to walk to the waterfront which is a beautiful place to sit and relax Would be first on my list when returning to Miami. Staff friendly and helpful.

Staff were very friendly professional and helpfulRoom was clean and functional It was not luxurious I find that hotels generally have become more luxurious with quality pillows mattresses and towels and so the standard to beat has become higher overall
great stay
overall my stay was great. I really love the playroom for the toddler and the localisation. But the hotel staff are really really cold and not friendly its like I disturb them. My room door also have a little issue, it didn't lock by it self when I close it. I had to push it hard to lock it if not with a simple push it opened.
Really great value in Miami!
Very clean, safe and accommodating hotel. We were impressed with the size of the hotel space and the ability for us as a family to spread out and enjoy ourselves while also having access to a kitchen and two bathrooms.
Bad cleaning of room during 5 nights stay
I stayed 5 nights my room was cleaned only one day And very bad cleaned thet did not change towels in five days not even emptied the trash bag! For being miami is very expensive the parking in the hotel!
Habitat Restaurant
I love the service and the food to die for. The best hamachi aguachile i try in miami so far! The Manager was amazing Carlos. The vibes of the restaurant besides the hotel are amazing the decoration. It is something different in miami.
Mid range price for fantastic facilities
We stayed for 8 days in a 2 bed apartment at the back of the 2nd block facing the freeway. Despite the obvious noise it was a very roomy condo with more than average facilities. Just around the corner there is 2 supermarkets and a 10 min walk away is a premium shopping outlet. the highlight was 15 minute walk south of the block, Brickell bay where we encountered manatees in the wild.

Good ambience. Food above average. Staff attentive. Expensive. Mussels very good. Cerviche just ok. Sat inside. Outside seating an option. Hotel and residence setting. Parking not easy. Must valet. Right across from the beach.
Perfect for our needs
Second time for us at the Habitat Residence, close to downtown Miami for the business part of the trip and close to South Beach and downtown Brickell for having fun. The gym was moved to the second tower, penthouse and they redid it which is nice.
Our continued Habitat experience
We continue to enjoy staying at the Habitat. It's location is ideal for us and train journeys and the Habitat itself is spotlessly clean and very friendly staff. There is little or none road traffic noise from outside because of its location.
Fantastic Condo
Beautiful, clean and spacious condo with everything you need. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Price is definitely more reasonable than a lot of small hotel rooms in Miami. Metro mover is only a 5 minute walk away making it easy to get around.
Poderia ser melhor
Ficamos 6 noites no apartamento e confesso que pelas fotos e pelo preço esperava mais. São 2 prédios, um de frente para o outro, ficamos no prédio 2 Quando chegamos e fomos ver nosso apartamento confesso que apesar de ser espaçoso, 2 quartos, sendo um suíte, me decepcionei. O apartamento estava bem surrado, paredes sujas e vários pisos soltando. Nossa torradeira estava estragada e fui até a recepção reclamar, foi trocada mas os utensílios são fracos e pra quem gosta de cozinhar o apartamento oferece apenas o utensílio de cozinha básico, nem formas haviam. O estacionamento é pago $ 20, 00 por dia. Na primeira noite tivemos que tomar banho frio, o chuveiro não esquentava de maneira alguma, nos outros dias não tivemos problemas. Tem um publix bem próximo, dá para ir a pé e um parque a duas quadras com uma bela vista para o mar. O barulho da obra em frente, um prédio que está sendo construído também não incomodou, pois o apartamento tem janelas anti ruído. Minha maior ressalta realmente é a falta de cuidado com o apartamento, muita coisa remendada e precisando de manutenção. Ah, quanto a piscina se quiserem usar ela fica no prédio um.

Très bon rapport qualité prix! Cet appart' hôtel est idéal pour les séjours de plus d'une semaine! Nous avons été surclassé et avons eu un appart' avec deux chambres! C'est propre, spacieux et confortable! Les petites moins : nous trouvons qu'il manquait un meuble dans la salle de bain, et des cintres dans le dressing. E' da molto tempo che soggiornavo in questo residence ma nell'ultimo anno è crollato in tutti i sensi, molto sporco sopra il frigorifero c'è un dito di polvere e cosi in tanti posti dove l'occhio non vede, dai vetri non si può vedere fuori dallo sporco credo non li puliscono mai! Adesso hanno messo il Vallet Parking $ 20 al giorno come in un edificio nel centro di Miami invece questo è in mezzo al verde fuori Miami, il personale non è più quello di una volta, maleducato, ricevevo dei pacchetti come in tutti gli Hotel che frequento, qui mi hanno messo in conto $ 50 per il disturbo e per farmeli togliere ho dovuto far le mie ed allora mi è stato detto che costava $ 10 ogni pacchetto che arrivava. L'ultima mia esperienza è stato nel mio ultimo soggiorno quando ho chesto di fare il check out un ora dopo essendo uno dei vecchi clienti mi aspettavo che non ci fossero problemi invece alle 11.50 mi vedevo addebitati $ 50 per il ritardo. Per conto mio il targhet di questo residence non è di tenere i vecchi clienti ma solo far soldi facendo un servizio pessimo.
Dirty place
We've been at Habitat Residence on last December and at the moment I booked the hotel I didn't realized the cleaning service wasn't included. We arrived late in the night and noticed the floor was full with sand and the interior of sofa bed full of dust. I was tired and decided to complain only next day. With the day light I saw a strange stain on my sheets and strange marks of a red / brown liquid on the closet door. Several glasses with lipsticks stains and pieces of silverware incrusted with food. Once nobody shows up to clean the apartment I called front desk to complain about the situation. The answer was clear: I had to pay to have the room cleared up. Don't fall for that! Rates are not that good if you don't have the services of a hotel. Even the location is not that good. If you like to sleep in clean sheets and that bath in a clean bathroom, that's not your place!

i love it, it is a wonderful place to stay, you can find everything that you need close to the hotel, it is just great The next time that i visit Miami, I will say Hotel Habitat Residence is my option number one
Perfect location
Family hotel, well located in heart of Miami, close to most attractions in the city. Poor valet service. Should include parking. A / C unit inside the room has an annoying noise. All the amenities at walking distance from the hotel.

Hotel bastante confortável (tirando o incômodo de ter que pagar USD 20.00 na diária do estacionamento - mas é possível deixar o carro na rua ao lado sem problemas). Cozinha bem equipada e internet razoável.

Llegamos de noche tarde y una recepcionista que hablaba español nos hizo el check inn muy amablemente. Nos hospedamos con mi familia en un apartamento de dos habitaciones, dos baños y en el living room, había un sofa cama. Los ambientes eran muy amplios y todo estaba impecable. Había dos plasmas, la cocina estaba excelentemente equipada y tenía heladera doble, había un lavaropa y secaropa en el apart detrás de una puerta que parecía un placard, lo que resultó muy cómodo ya que somos 5 personas. Había wi fi gratuito en las habitaciones. Está a un paso del distrito financiero y a una distancia razonable del aeropuerto. Buena ubicación, cerca de un Wallgreens, super y varios lugares para comer. Tiene valet parking, enfrente al hotel. Para tener en cuenta: el Parking nos lo cobraron aparte.
Perfeito
É um flat, novo em folha e bem grande. Equipado com tudo bem moderno e confortável (cozinha, quartos e banheiros). Alguns quartos tem vista belíssima da cidade. Localização excelente e ao mesmo tempo local silencioso para um bom sono!
Habitat
Quarto em bom estado de limpeza, decoração discreta e mobília nova, minha decepção foi com relação ao uso do estacionamento, em minha reserva dizia que o estacionamento estava incluso, porem ao solicitar o serviço eles queriam cobrar US$20, 00 para utilizar a vaga. Infelizmente o prédio estava passando por reformas e nao pude utilizar a piscina. Room in a clean condition, light decor and new furniture, my disappointment was with respect to the use of the parking, in my book said that parking valet was included, however when requesting the service they wanted to charge $ 20.00. Unfortunately the building was undergoing renovations and could not use the pool.
Apesar de ser um pouco escondido
Eu amei. A recepção é meio louca, a gente fica um pouco perdido, pq a recepção fica em uma casinha próxima ao apart. O prédio é um prédio normal, como se fossem moradores, não existe um lobby.. Super tranquilo, no entorno não tinha grandes comércios, mas era bem calmo, apenas farmácias, pelo que me lembro. Como eu estava de carro, não foi problema pra mim. A limpeza foi um ítem a desejar, pois se quisesse que alguém fosse limpar, gastaria uma grana (coisa de 100 dólares).. Mas fui até o walmart, comprei uma pá e vassoura e tudo se resolveu. Bem amplo, quarto bom, banheiro bom.. Nada a reclamar!!
Had a great stay here
We have stayed here in April 2013 and we had a great stay, what a wonderful apartments they have. Very clean and VERY good wifi in the room! We had a car with us which could be parked in the garage. It was only 15 minutes drive to South Beach (search for 17th street parking, check the following link: http:// bit. ly / 17zU3NT it is only 1 dollar per hour!!) There a Publix supermarket one block away, so very convenient. We had experienced no problems with the neighborhood, would go there again!
Very comfortable and good value apartment!
The apartment was just as described. Really nice, pretty spacious and well-lit apartment with everything you might need for a short and long term stay. The neighborhood is quiet and there are restaurants near by, also Brickell area is full of pubs and restaurants. Price seemed fare to me, since Miami is a very expensive city. Within a 10 minute walk from the apartment there is Brickell station that allows you to take both Metromover and Metrorail so you have different options to get to Downtown or Miami Beach (which is not far far away). I read many negative reviews from other travelers about these apartments and I came to the conclusion that there are totally different apartments. It just depends on where you stay: in the Habitat Tower (which is where I stayed) or in other apartments located elsewhere (near the tower). My advice is to choose the tower! TIP: transportation to / from the airport is very easy. Just take the Orange line. The nearest stop is Brickell station, from there it's a 10-minute walk. The Orange line stops right at the airport. It's fast (doesn't make a lot of stops), it's convenient (just $2 per ride) and it has space for luggage.
Very confortable
I love the apartment. Very well furnished, confortable bed. Nice decoration, quiet and nice. Close to the complex there are : supemarkets, pharmacy, petrol station, not far from downtown. We stayed there before to go to the Port to get our Cruise to Bahamas, and the taxi from the Miami Habitat to the Port was around 15 dollars. Good value for Money
AVOID AT ALL COST
Staying here was one of the WORST experiences I've ever had. A broken door and unresponsive management meant that I was locked in the apartment for 15 hours. In the end my sister had to break in to let me out.
Pésimas vacaciones en uno de sus apartamentos
Quisiera poner una opinion acerca de un apartamento en que estuvimos alquilados en el Habitat de Miami a finales de septiembre de 2011, concretamente en el 222 sw 15 rd, por el cual hemos pagado unos 2000$ por 9 dias. Bueno cuando llegamos todo fue correcto, nos entregaron las llaves y cuando llegamos al apartamento empezaron los problemas. La casa esta sucia (tuvimos que limpiarla nosotros), no teniamos toallas suficientes para todos los que eramos, no teniamos 2 cunas para los niños (que habiamos pedido, luego tuvimos que ir de nuevo a la oficina y nos las proporcionaron), la plancha no funcionaba (la cual nos tuvieron que cambiar), el secador no funcionaba (el cual nos cambiaron), la TV no funciona (estuvimos 9 días y nunca funcionó, siempre nos decian que habian avisado a la empresa intaladora, que estaban esperando que vinieran, MENTIRA COCHINA). Pero lo peor de toda la estancia fue que el sabado sobre las 11 de la noche uno de los niños nos vomitó en la cama, llamamos al conserje y nos dijo que el no podía hacer nada que solo había un cambio de ropa para cada cama. Bueno tuvimos a esa hora que lavar las sabanas y esperar hasta las 3 de la madrugada a que se secara para podernos acostar. Al final al entregar el apartamento tratamos de poner una queja por escrito y no hicieron si no ponerlos largas y trabas porque sabía que ibamos con prisa. Definitivamente no recomiendo a nadie que alquile ningun apartamento con estos IMPRESENTABLES.
Dissappointed!
The service leading up to checking in was fantastic, however when we checked in we were not in the apartment complex but a building in a run down block of buildings on the street. Not happy! The inside of the accomodation was fine but we were completely given misleading photos and assumed this is what we were getting. Morale of the story, buyer be ware!
Awesome place to stay!!!
The service was awesome, the room were clean, the staff is super friendly, I can't ask for better value of my money! The apartment is very well located, with a supermarket and pharmacy walking distance from the porperties. Either you travel on pleasure or business Habitat Miami is the right place to stay, conformtable apartments where you can cook and be like in you own home. I will for sure stay there on my next trip to Miami!
Agence à la limite de la fraude à la carte bancaire et locations très chères
Attention miami habitat vous demande un N° de carte bancaire et vous envoie dans la foulée un e-contrat. Je n'ai pas signé ce contrat... en les avertissant par mail il m'a fallu plus de 2 mois pour récupérer 2000USD avec une visite obligée à L'agence à Miami.. car malgré mes relances par mail et tel Personne ne répondait !!! frais et stress engendrés !! J'ai par la suite trouvé un appart mieux à 1200USD avec une autre agence basée en Europe.
Terrible service
We stayed here for two nights instead of three because we were evacuated due to Hurricane Irma. The apartment was fine, and the location great, but we found when we got home that we had been charged twice for staying here. I have sent numerous messages to the hotel, and have had no response. Expedia have now got involved, and similarly, they have had no response. This is not the kind of service I expect from any hotel, especially not when a customer has a clear issue. Very disappointed, and I would discourage others from staying here; if you have any kind of problem, it's likely that you too will be ignored.
Good place
This place was perfect distance from downtown miami, nice room, spacious, lovely views would definitely go back. Downfall was my deposit took ages to come back, but got there in the end. Maybe next time pay cash.
TRES TAPE A L'OEIL
Le plumage ne vaud pas le ramage: appartement trés grand et... très vide. Dans le salon: une télé 55cm, par contre dans la chambre un super écran plat de + / - 80cm. La cuisine: grand frigo double porte inox, super micro onde inox (que je verrais bien chez moi!!!) grande cuisinière et four géant, sans oublier le lave vaisselle. Mais... pour quelle vaisselle: 4 assiettes creuses, 4 à desserst, 4 tasses, et on boit le vin dans des verres cognac... pas de papier d'essuyage, pas de saladier ni de passoire pour faire des pates. 2 casseroles cabosséees et le téflon tout rayé, sans couvercke et 2 poèles dans le même état. Pas de plat à gratin, donc fout inutilisable Dans la salle de bain juste ne nombre de serviettes pour 4, pas de champoing, ni de " kleenex " Peut être est ce mon appartement.. Bon accueil et propreté nickel. Ne venez pas avec une grosse voiture au sous sol!! Question vue sur la cité mon appartement, le 503, était plutôt sur l'immeuble d'en face et les balcons non meublés ne servent que pour la décoraration. Sinon s'il me fallait repasser une semaine à Miami, j'y reviendrai.
Flat ok
O flat esta localizado no centro da cidade, mas perto da praias. Oferece estacionamento e internet wi-fi gratuitos. Se vc quiser que limpe seu apartamento ou troque as toalhas, pagamento extra. O flat e bem bonito, mas tem alguns problemas: - as cortinas da sala e do quarto sao pessimas, pq assim que comeca a clarear o dia vc acorda, pois a claridade inunda o quarto e a sala. Falta black out, acordavamos todos os dias as 7 da manha!!! - cama muito pequena para 2 pessoas - falta pintura no flat, vc olha e ve retoques - banheiro: ducha razoavel, mas a banheira e pequena e velha. No geral ok.

O único " incoveniente ", se é que podemos falar isso, é com relação ao fato de a chave do prédio (quarto) se encontrar em outra ponto, pois não há portaria no edifício. Contudo, a casa em que se pegam as chaves fica a passos do edifício. O apartamento é gigantesco e tem uma internet de altíssima velocidade. Completamente equipado com fogão, microondas, talheres, copos, geladeira... Fica um pouco afastado do centro da cidade e das praias, mas tendo alugado carro isso não é problema.

Excelente! Ficamos lá por 3 dias, encerrando uma viagem de 24 dias pelos EUA onde ficamos em hotéis e apartamentos. Este foi o melhor apartamento de todos! A localização é muito boa, mas você depende de carro para tudo. De todo modo, é difícil estar em Miami sem carro, a menos que você esteja em alguma excursão. De carro, em minutos você está em Miami Beach. E o acesso para sair de downtown e ir para qualquer canto é facílimo. O apartamento que pegamos era amplo, móveis novos, bem limpo, banheiro grande e com chuveiro ótimo! Muito espaçoso, com um quarto enorme, mais um closet enorme, e uma sala também grande, e ainda uma bela cozinha americana. Este espaço todo foi fundamental pois quem vai a Miami se enche de compras e malas, e organizá-las para a volta é muito mais fácil quando se tem espaço. E o fato de ter garagem, subterrânea, com controle remoto, é uma maravilha também. Em Miami os hotéis cobram caro por estacionamento, quando tem. Lá você estaciona em lugar coberto, fechado, seguro, na garagem do seu prédio! E o preço estava melhor que hotéis meia boca. Recomendamos!
Tricked!
My hotel was dirty, my key stop working, bed was very uncomfortable. Valet way to expensive, no brochures no housekeeping, hotels.com states there is balcony furniture but we had to take chairs from inside outside. I checked out a day early !
Ottima Posizione!
L'albergo gode di una ottima posizione, vicinissima a downtown che si raggiunge a piedi o con la Metromouver, ma a prezzi molto piu'bassi e ad una qualita' superiore rispetto agli alberghi piu' centrali di pari livello. L'appartemento dove ho soggiornato era veramente spazioso, pulito, adattissimo ad una famiglia o a chi si vuole cucinare da solo (il supermercato Publix e' a 4 passi). Il personale e' disponibile e cortese ed e' sufficiente contattarlo telefonicamente quando non e' presente alla reception. La disponibilta' di parcheggio interno gratis e' un bonus apprezzabile a Miami.

Excelente atencion. Habitaciones espaciosas y comodas. Solo me hubiera gustado una cama mas grande (king size). Los muebles estan en excelentes condiciones (practicamente nuevos). La cocina esta muy bien equipada. Te dan tu propio control del estacionamiento.
Nicely surprised
Stayed here 3 nights prior to a cruise. It was clean, spacious and modern. It was a blessing to do the laundry right in the room before we left. Neighborhood felt safe. Short walk to groceries and pharmacy. My only problem was that they took a photo copy of my passport on arrival and assured me that it would be given back to me at checkout. When I asked for it back they informed me that it had already gone upstairs, whatever that means. I feel very uncomfortable with that. Otherwise it was a great place to stay.
Good concept but poor workman ship
The place looks like the photos. The staff was very friendly. Looks good but many flaws. A chunk missing out of the wall. Instead of fixing it they just pulled the fridge out to try and cover it. The water filter in fridge was way over due to be changed Valet stole our medication Not kid friendly You have to ask for a crib 48 hours in advance There was a 4 inch lip where the sliding glass doors were to. Get out to the patio The patio screen and doors could not lock because of improper instillation. Loud construction woke us up daily Smoke detector batteries need to be replaced. They were chirping at us and we had to remove the batteries. Those were some of my notes I wrote down while staying there. I feel like it's not toddler friendly at all. Our child wouldn't sleep because they need 2 days notice for a crib and even though it was listed in the notes under our booking that we needed one we never got one. A whole pack of Claritin d allergy pills was stolen from the car while in valet care and that is a controlled substance. We were not legally able to buy more. The room looked like it had been put together poorly or previous people have trashed it and the messed up items just went ignored. The location was very odd. It was in the heart of a run down looking neighborhood. I would not have felt comfortable parking my rental car on the street, but who knows if I had parked on the street maybe the medication would not have been taken.

Gostamos muito das 5 noites que ficamos no Habitat pelo espaço, equipamentos, limpeza, conforto e preço bom. A localização é muito boa, próximo a vários mercados, ponto de ônibus para downtown e outras áreas da Grande Miami e Miami beach. Indicamos este excelente apart a todos que têm ou não filhos.

O apartamento eh otimo, bem espacoso, tudo novo e limpinho. O melhor eh que tem cozinha completa com fogao, geladeira, freezer, microondas, liquidifcador, pratos, talheres, enfim tudo que eh necessario na cozinha para fazer uma refeicao. Tem mercado perto e farmacia e a localizacao tambem eh muito boa. Tem wifi gratis. So nao foi 100% porque acho que os atendentes poderiam ser mais flexiveis com o horario. Pedi pra sair umas 2 hrs apos o horario do check out e nao deixaram, só se eu pagasse 50 dolares.

O apartamento é ótimo! Grande, bem mobiliado, com uma cozinha bem equipada e com garagem fechada para quem estiver com carro. Tem farmacia e mercado bem próximo. Fácil acesso para Miami Beach e para o aeroporto. O único inconveniente é o sofa-cama da sala, que bem pouco confortável para se dormir.
