WORST FOOD EVER TASTED
Food is terrible and I'm sure that the chef / cook has never had a cooking lesson or been to any culinary school. If you want to taste the worst food in your life then this is the restaurant to go to. TERRIBLE!!!!
unwind
the food is good. you have a lot of options. they have tables outside if you prefer to eat outside. What makes them more enjoyable is the live band. though the area inside is quite small. You can sing with the bands.

I did enjoy the authenticity of the place and staff were very nice. I enjoyed my lunch here and prices were very good.

Not too bad
Had breakfast here and it was fairly average. Not too bad if you're looking for a quick fix to fill your tummy.
Snack and drinks
Stopped by to cool off and have a drink, was very impressed by the cleanliness and themed atmosphere. Ended up having some fried ice cream and drinks before heading back outside.
Off to a rough start
When I first checked into my room, I saw a sign offering buffalo chicken wings and a bucket of beer for P699. Price was quite steep but when I saw the buffalo wings, I was like, " Hell yeah! ". I am a connoisseur of chicken wings and have a tendency to order them if the restaurant advertises. So off to the restaurant I go and I order the chicken wings with a beer and once they served it, I was like, " Seriously?! ". It looked nothing like it did in the advertisement and the taste was bland and try. It didn't have any of the buffalo wing flavor but more of a watered down soy saucy sweet taste. In other words, I didn't like it. I had to mix my ketchup and Tabasco together to give it more flavor with a kick. On the plus side, their tapa & Ticino breakfast made me forget how horrible the wings were so I give this place a 3 star rating.

A Pirates Life For Us
It's nice to find a Pirate themed (Pirates of the Caribbean to be exact) restaurant here in Subic. We ordered Whole rack of Ribs with marbled potato side (P500), Pizza Taco Flavor (P289) and Nachos (P250) which I highly recommend you try when you eat here. The nacho's cheese, instead of the regular sauce, was replaced by mozzarella which we really loved. Its salsa also greatly balanced the nacho and cheese. The place is COZY, the food is AWESOME and the crew are GREAT!
A place to hang out and relax
It is great place to go, the food are great and fantastic.. a place where u can enjoy with your friends, family or even your love ones... if your looking place to be, this is the one you looking for.. thank u pirates bistro :)

I went to dinner at Pirates, stayed the night at the Reef hotel and had the complimentary breakfast at Pirates. I can't get enough of the longganisa and rice! The staff was very enthusiastic and really got into their Pirate characters. The service was great! I really enjoyed the food and there was even a live band. They were very talented. Overall it was a fun place to spend a chill evening with friends, enjoy all types of food, and grab a beer!
Fantastic place to hang out with friends and family!
Went here on a recent visit, and the place was phenomenal! Excellent food (Try the bootstrap burger!), fantastic service, and a very fun atmosphere. This is a very good place to grab a meal or hang out with friends and family. If the music isn't your thing, you can also set up at one of the tables outside with an awesome view of any Navy ships that are docked in the bay! Will absolutely be back next time I am in the area.

Keep coming back to this bistro whenever I visit Subic Bay - the food is good and the prices are so reasonable, staff is friendly, and the place is clean. You'd think it would be more expensive since the decor is so impressive and it's next to a hotel but it's a great date spot or place to meet up with friends. They have a live band on Thursday nights so try to make it there for dinner! I also had breakfast there when I stayed at The Reef Hotel. DELICIOUS! My husband ordered the same thing both mornings that we were there. The presentation is simple but man, that was some good garlic rice and tocino... They also do room service - very convenient. They have a bar as well and served me up a drink that wasn't on the menu, so I thought that was very nice that they accommodated my request. Highly recommend! Family-friendly too and you can go to the back patio which has a cool view of ships in port. Oh, and wifi, which is perfect for travelers :)
Breakfast only
This is a nice bistro. But I only had breakfast, which was included in the room. The staff were nice and courteous. But the breakfast itself was not. It seemed that the meats are made of extenders.
Cozy Resto Perfect for Family and Barkada
Cool spot to have your usual meals or even night chilling. They have a band that who performs at night too. Foods are yummy and on the mid-range. Clean area, fast service, good people.
Balikbayan
My friends and I would like to get the feel of Subic by having dinner with the Navy ships in the background. The food is already a bonus!

Perfect barkada nook!
This new joint has been my barkada's favorite hangout coz of their alfresco area overlooking the US Naval ships.. The sight is just--amazeballs haha! Their chicken wings and chips are just addictive. Oh yes! They have super cold beer. Now that explains why we keep coming back!
