Located in South Point Hotel and Casino. The newly renovated Kate's Korner is a great way to start your day with a healthy fruit or coffee flavored smoothie. Kate's scoops up a variety of creamy concoctions such as hand dipped cones, milkshakes, malts, sodas and sundaes. This old fashioned ice cream parlor is easily accessible from the casino floor and located right off the front desk and valet.

Happy
On two separate occasions following dinners at restaurants housed in the South Point, we decided a small dessert would be appropriate. In each case it was a small cup of ice cream from Kate that we ended up sharing. The flavors were good so we departed the casino with smiles on our faces.

Smoothies were very good. Service was a bit slow and not very friendly. One person working, taking and making orders.

I am from the East coast, so time change, I was up early, would have liked them to open early for protein breakfast smoothie. Right next to Seattle coffee so able to get smoothie there too.
OK Ice Cream
Located at South Point casino. I would call it an average ice cream parlor. They have lots of different dishes, but the ice cream itself isn't that special.
Very reasonable
Got two hot fudge sundaes that were good sized and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them for sweets!

This is a must if staying at South Point or nearby. Very reasonable prices and friendly staff. Do not miss!
Big portions
My husband had a cone and a small dish of ice cream during our stay. The small had 3 huge scoops of ice cream. It took him a half hour to eat it !!

GrandKids loved it!
this was nice to relax and have some ice cream with the grandkids right off the casino floor. No need to leave the hotel and they will make it anyway yo like it.

Great Ice Cream
Tucked away in a corner of the hotel, this ice cream was a great way to top off a late night in the casino. Lots of flavors to choose from, and just really good.
Delicious ice cream
The ice cream is delicious. Be prepared to wait on line as they are a little short staffed. Ice cream is very good with some good selections. A little pricey but probably because it's at a casino hotel.
Can't pass up macadamian nut ice cream!
They have quite a variety of ice creams! Their scoops were generous and reasonably priced. In retrospect I wish I got it in a milk-shake form but I still wasn't disappointed. I mean, how can you with such a sweet treat!

Quick and convenient spot to get ice cream with good options. They had some sugar free options as well that were friendly for diabetics.

Sehr leckeres Eis. Man kann sich Eisbecher zusammenstellen lassen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und erfüllt auch Sonderwümsche.
Very Nice Treat
After our meal at the Coronado, we felt like a special treat, and decided to try this little parlour near the main entrance. The service was quite slow, but the product was worth the wait. The prices were very reasonable.
Great Selections!
Kate's Korner is just off reception and has a wonderful selection of dessert and healthy choice items. The smoothies are wonderful and if you are a vegan, you can get your choice of very healthy drinks. Great, quick service.

ラスベガスSouth Pointホテルのエントランス近くにあるスムージーとアイスクリームのお店。スムージーとサンデーか名物のようで、特にサンデーは量があり、出てきたときはその迫力にびっくり。もちろん甘さも半端じゃない。でもついつい食べてしまいます。スムージーはピーチ味を選びましたが、これもかなり甘い。でも、アメリカだと許されるような。お土産話ついでに寄りたいお店です。

Wow was pleasantly surprised they had macadamia nut ice cream! I can only get that going home to HI.

Kate's Korner is just plain wonderful!!! From the shakes to the cones.... yummy!!!! And if you love ice cream like I do, make sure to stop there.... very conveniently (too conveniently) located in the main entrance to South Point..

Walking back to our room after a nice dinner, we had a great treat of ice cream sundaes and cones full of chocolate
A late night snack
We were craving something sweet and we got our fix at Kate's Korner. We had a turtle fudge sundae which was huge and could have fed 3! We also had a highly recommended Nutella strawberry & banana crepe - YUMMY! It was so nice to find a place that had a non-dairy alternative. The place was busy but the staff remained friendly and service was great!

Dreyers ice cream with lower sugar a good choice. Several flavors to choose from and generous portions. Sit down offered.
Fruit Smoothies
Here, one can make indulgent choices (butter pecan ice cream) or (kinda) healthy choices with protein-laced fruit smoothies (berry blast) --and all in reasonably-priced good portions.
Great Ice Cream!
Who doesn't love ice cream? This is very good and they have the waffle cones which are excellent. They have my favorite flavor so I treat myself at least twice while at the casino! The sundaes are wonderful and they have a good variety of toppings.
Wonderful ice cream treats
Wonderful ice cream treats which we REALLY enjoyed. The banana splits and brownie, hot fudge sundaes are my personal favorites.

Very good flavor and texture. Several choices and good portions. Some are sugar free but I chose chocolate chip mint and chocolate peanut butter. Probably ate more than necessary but it was delicious.

Really good banana split
I could not resist a banana split. Just as good as fond memories of banana splits as a kid. And nice people made it!

In the mood for ice cream? Come here. The ice cream section is great. The ice cream is just as good as the selection. The pricing is very reasonable for what you get. Be careful of the banana split - it is more than enough to share.

while we were ona staycation we took the grand kids here on vacation for the ice cream it is great ice cream and you get you rmonies worth. Usually you just get a little scoop, but the give you a generous scoop. I can't wait to go back and try a Banna split. it looked delish.
Sundae on Thursday
How can you go wrong with a sundae? Dryers ice cream is a good start. Peanut butter cup to be exact. The only drawback besides increased risk for developing diabetes was the obscenely long line because only one person was working out front. Still worth it.
A great place to get the best hot fudge sundae
We both had hot fudge sundaes. Great ice cream both the soft serve and the scooped. I added a little carmel to mine.

This place has great ice cream, sundaes, smoothies, etc. You can't go wrong here, and they're even open late, if you want a late treat!

This is one place I always look forward to treating myself in the evening. Good selection of items and ice cream flavors. Stays open nice hours for that treat..

Had a strawberry milkshake and was delicious. Had a sundae later on after dinner and was awesome. Plenty of toppings available. Next day had a waffle cone and was very fresh.

Ice cream is always good!
When we arrived at the hotel, late afternoon, we decided to try the ice cream parlor instead of a restaurant meal. The servings were huge but tasty. The pics on the wall were not actually what the item looked like when served. I would recommend that they follow the pics or make new ones for how they present the food.
Time for a break
Easy and fast accessing in the front of the South Point Lobby with a nice sitting area. Great choice of ice cream when you just something refreshing and quick. Ice cream is delicious. This ice cream parlor is right in front of the casino, whether this is suitable for children is a family decision.

Two 1 scoop cones $6. Dreyer's Ice cream. Right next to coffee shop by front doors, so easy access. A different addition to casino atmosphere.

Need a ice cream cone, dish or shake this is the place to go. All kinds of ice cream and its all good.

Must try this Ice Cream.. awesome! It's located in South Point Resort.. they have others things as well.... but it's Dreyers Ice Cream.. so good..

Pricey but big portions. The hot fudge sundae is good bu very filling. I alwas order more than I can eat.
