Will go back for the ribs
But not for the steak. Tried the ribeye because hey, might as well order the priciest. It was a thin slice. Not tender. Forgettable. Didnt really like it. 4 stars only coz the steak was disappointing But the ribs. Omg. Muy delicioso! So tender and the sauce was good. Our super hungry tummies were happy. Big serving for the ribs and reasonably priced. Will only go back for that.

All-time favorite family resto
First thing on our mind if we are headed to Clark. We had a three day vacation in Clark and we made sure to have our first meal there. And on our last day before going back to Manila, another meal. Tried their SM Moa Manila branch but food tastes better at the Meat Plus Cafe Clark. I love their Oven- Roasted Beef Belly Meal that comes with rice, soup and a drink. My son's favorite is the Salpicao and hubby loves the Grilled Chicken Meal. This is one of my all-time favorite family restaurants.
average and pricey
went here on arrival at clark airport. as with many restaurants in the area it is only open until 9. we ordered 3 rib eyes medium rare and they came medium rare. however they were not seasoned and lacked flame grilled taste. potato skins were over cooked however dips were good. i felt that it was a little pricey for steak with rice and small vegetables though if they elevated the taste by seasoning / marinating the meat it would be good value. service was ok and the deserts in the fridge looked good.
Nice quiet outside seating
We stopped at Northwalk mall for the first time and tried Meat Plus Cafe. Outside seating was nice and staff was friendly and attentive. Lots of choices on the menu and not expensive.
Well Run Restaurant
There are surprisingly very few good restaurants in the Angeles - Clark area. My family seems to like the food at meat plus, I like their hamburger, probably the best I have tasted in the Philippines. Fair value good service.
A cross between fast food and good taste
What I like about Meat Plus is the consistency of the cooked steak. I've eaten here several times and when I order a " medium " rib eye steak ", it is always served as such. Personally, " MEDIUM " is the sweet spot for their rib eye.... just right for me. I highly recommend that one avoids the gravy and just use salt and pepper to taste. You can appreciate the flavor of the meat more without the gravy. " Medium Well ", more often than not, results in a less juicy steak and sometimes not so tender steak. Their salads are decent and match the steaks. Try potato skins as a side order instead of rice. Yesss... Filipinos eat their steak with rice. :-) Try picking the meat yourself at the freezer where the price of the steak is based on weight plus a cooking charge. Price is fair, considering the quality. Beef brisket is so very good, succulent juicy and tender. It can even be good for sharing as the servings are big. Grilled chicken and fried chicken were also favorites.

Good quality, nicely prepared food. Reasonable pricing and variety to choose from the menu. Gets crowded during meals time. Must visit place when you are in Subic. The service was satisfactory and we enjoyed having our meal outside.
Go to place for great steak and ribs
Combo meals are really good, packaged with drinks rice and soup. You can select your steak fron their selection and have it cooked. Ceaser salad is also good.
Worth the visit
Proportions are generous, food is tasty and well prepared. Value meals are definitely value for money. Will always be worth the visit.
Avoid the frozen steak
You get to choose your steak from the freezer. Then have it cooked the way you like. Given very little time for thawing could be the reason why i found the steak dry. Had to dip it with lots of steak condiments. There are other choices in their Menu and my friends liked them. Go for what is in the Menu avoid the frozen steak. Generally the service was fast and efficient. Next time will try other dishes in the menu.
Nice place, good food
Went here after a quick vacay at Crystal Beach. Place was clean and not a lot of people yet because we were early. I ordered the Roast Beef Belly because I rarely get to have it. It was really soft and tender and I especially liked the soup, but after the fifth bite its sort of oily, the serving of rice was super tiny, and you can't enjoy it once the cold air of the resto seeps into it. On the other hand, one of my friends shared their BBQ Pork Ribs with me and WOW that was tasty. So next time, I'll just be going for their pork then. Scoring this based off of the ambiance and comfort I felt. Try out the pork dishes, their great! Take note, it's sorta pricey.
Not as good as the one in SBMA

Average eats
It's like fastfood steak, ok for the price especially the set meals. They also serve fresh salads which is nice.
Disgusting service
We went in this place because I thought it will be the same like in subic, the service is rude he'll give you a look that will make you agrivated the food is sucks as I wasted a lot of money by coming in this restaurant I won't come back again at all the steak is not well done, it's expensive and lots of money will be wasted if you come in this place people are so loud no manners at all they think they own the restaurant they act like they're in dirty market. I have to say this " CLOSE THE RESTAURANT! "
A must try when in Clark
This is a must try restaurant in Clark, Pampanga. Dishes are affordable and delicious. They have wide varieties of dishes and frozen steaks are available to choose from their freezer. Place is also clean and very accessible.
Cheap steak
Went here after swimming in a nearby Water theme Park. Cheap steak great flavor not so good mashed potato. Big serving of food.

Affordable but really good steak!
We got the rib eye steak and it was cooked really well and the meat was flavorful and tasty. It was not too expensive considering that it came with rice and vegetables. We also ordered the baked beef belly and it was delicious as well. It was my first time having beef belly and I was not disappointed.

Very Popular with Clark Workers..... Over rated and not that good
Wants to be a fast food american style place but fails. Many times what is listed is not available, someone needs to tell them that steaks should not be paper thin. Staff seems to really not care, ok for a change to Burger King McDonalds etc, but average at best.
Lunch at Meat Plus
This place is famous for steak, sandwiches and fries. Usually full during lunch and dinner time. Most visitors are employees and executives working in Clark.
Good meat
If you are a red meat eater, this is the place for you. Hamburger is very good or you can pick a steak for them to grill. They have a food section where you can buy steaks or burgers to take home and grill it yourself and have a barbeque party,
Average chops, nothing to be excited about.
The grilled t-bone at SM food court is much better than this... sorry but there is nothing to be excited about here.
Steak and Roast Beef Belly
I've been there twice already and I thoroughly respect the food. The steak was good, and they know how to keep it medium rare, unlike some restaurants who serve you a medium well when you ask for some rareness. The au jus along with the steak was good, very natural, just showing how good it was in terms of seasoning. The roast beef belly on the other hand, is addicting. Some have raved about it, some have said it's overrated, but I always had to have it even with having a steak already ordered. I just can't resist it. Plus the gravy is a food group all on it's own. And I'm pretty sure I'm gonna have to order it again when I go back there. The only thing that dropped my rating was the fact that they wouldn't let me swap out the mixed vegetables with a lettuce. I am on a ketogenic diet, so I don't eat rice, avoid corn, and stay away from carrots, and that's the only thing they were willing to give me along with some chayote as accompaniment for my order of meats. If they gave me have a head of lettuce, I'd have been perfectly fine instead and given this a 5, but then again, maybe they pick up on this review and take my recommendation to heart. Otherwise, it's still a wonderful place for quick steak and roast beef.
The best!
Our go to steak place when up north. :) Good food, comfortable seats. Suggest to visit after 1pm if doing lunch, as it can get quite full.
Always welcome
We have been going here off and on for a couple of years. Always found the service and food good. Normally have the house burger with egg and fries and love it. The air con is always on and the place is kept cool. Salads are great as are the different soups. Recommend this place highly.
Roast beef was good but dry
Came here for lunch as recommended by friends. They had many set meals, but chose their specialty roast beef. The beef was plentiful, seasoned well but dry, seem over cooked, therefore was not that tender, although the slice was thing as sukiyaki. disappointed.

Fast-food steak place. A bit over-priced for the quality of food. It's a bit disappointing, really, as it didn't meat my expectation. It doesn't seem to offer anything different from your ordinary food-court steaks.

I ordered their beef salpicao, they say their best seller. Is salty and the beef is a bit hard, disappointed looking forward to a spanish kind with lots of garlic and olive oil. My son ordered their meat plus burger and was very happy with it. My daughter ordered their cheese burger and very small. Fries is still good.
You get what you paid for
Resoanable price and taste, you get what you pay for. Its like a fastfood for steaks. Great location.
Delightful
One thing I can say is that the serving is generous. Even though I am a diabetic, we have to dine here since my granddaughter loves steak. Foods taste good and very different from fast food restaurants. Thumbs up!
Meat plus more meat
This year's visit to Meat Plus cafe would be my 3rd visit and I know I will be sure to visit again when I am near Subic. We ordered the Beef Salpicao and Roast Beef. Yum, yum and yum. Meaty and flavorful. The service was super fast too which is always good especially if it is now past 1pm and my troops are hungry :)

HOT AIR Weekend crowd
Perhaps they were overwhelmed and should have got extra hands during Hot Air Balloon Weekend! I rate them low for slow service leaving us to eat cold food. Perhaps someone forgot that their food is at its best eaten while its still hot not cold.

The food has the same quality as the one in Subic. Fast service even if there were a lot of guests. Manager was also very helpful and made sure that people were able to sit down once a table is available.

The food is just average considering the amount you have to pay for it's a little bit pricey. The soup and salad are good but the steak, well, just okay.

Meat Plus provides variety of foods suited to one's taste. My craving for fish was fulfilled. Salmon steak was great and delicious!

A sure stop when I'm in Subic!
Meat Plus always hits the spot when I crave steak or roast beef belly (YUM!). The place is always packed no matter what time of day you go which a VERY good sign. They cater to the Filipino palate. It's a pay as you order set up. All orders are served with rice, fries or mash potatoes. My sister took us there for a family lunch as a treat and there were 11 of us and the total bill came to just under P4, 500 (£75.00) and that included drinks. I love the potato skins and the chocolate cake! these 2 items has never changed in years which is very comforting to me :) I would've given MP 5 stars however, service is sometimes lacking, it could be because they are always busy.
Good tasting burgers in this pay first counter
If you are not pressed for time I would suggest the cold meaty steaks ready for the cooking at a nominal fee. My favorite before is the rib eye. This time I had the cheeseburger paired spaghetti and meatballs it was a good meal !
Delicious
We went at 2pm in order to avoid the crowd. Well, it's still crowded. We chose from the freezer and had rib eye cooked medium well. It was truly delicious. The portions are ok. We look forward to come back next time we are in Subic.
good food at reasonable price
one of the better places in town to get a steak in a casual dinning area. Pick out your own steak and they cook it for you. Quality is good, prices are excellent. The fries are also very good!
Good Steak if on a Budget
We didn't know there was a Meat Plus Cafe in Clark until we saw a sign in Northwalk Mall near the Shell station announcing that they are expanding. If you are familiar with Meat Plus Cafe in Subic, then the menu and service is the same. We ordered the Rib Eye and New York Steak. There is a choice if you'd like to avail the meal set (steak with rice / mash potato and vegetables) or a thicker cut with a cooking fee. We opted for the meal. Service was fast enough (10mins) and the steak was tender (mine was medium), and portions of the mashed potatoes, gravy and vegetables were more than enough.
Great eats
Looking for some american food. Found this place and it gave us full satisfaction of there american food. From steaks to burgers and cakes. They were truly good.
Yummy experience
I read a lot of good reviews about this restaurant so we gave it a try yesterday lunch time with my wife and 2 kids. I was kinda a little bit shock about the prices coz its quite expensive as we entered the establishment. So i ordered spaghetti meat balls, beef (# 7), pork ribs and the burger steak. Serving size is just right and the taste, it's really delicious, melts in your mouth. My kids and my wife enjoyed a lot. Now i realized why there are lot of people flacking on this restaurant. We will definitely going to be back here to try their burgers and desserts.
Meat Plus! Worth it!
This is the first time I dine at the Meat Plus. The service is fast regardless that time was Hot air Balloon Festival and they have many people to serve. My boyfriend ate burger steak and I order roast beef. One thing that I think they need to improve is the rice serving. I also hope there is choice of rice or mash potatoes for the set meal. But I still think it is worth it.

Super sarap! The rib eye, burger, wild mushrooms are must try. The staff are very friendly especially the manager. we dine in 2 times during our stay at clark.
Try it when in Clark, Angeles Pampanga
This is a no fail restaurant. Good value and perfect execution of USDA Steak dishes. You can choose to order 'a la carte' with 180g cut of steak, or better yet choose from their freezers and get a 400g Rib eye or T-bone cooked to your liking. Their gravy, slaw, and fries are all fresh. This place gets packed so better dine on off-peak hours. Be prepared to spend $10 / pax. Send me a helpful vote if you agree. 😜
Memorable Plus Cafe
This is not available in where I live so every time I go to Clark, I would not forget to eat at Meat Plus Cafe. For those who love soup like me, please try their soup of the day special, it really tastes good. Next is about their grilled chicken, it may be small but it sure will make your tummy big. The french fries were tasty, different from the normal kind of fries usually thin but this one was thick. I was lucky that I did not have to line up like the last time I went here but even though I had to, I would wait patiently even if it takes 30 minutes. To the owner of the restaurant: I suggest that you expand the rent space because a lot of people like me really take part of Meat Plus Cafe. To Meat Plus Cafe: I promise you that I will come back here to have your delicious food the next time I'm back. See you soon!
Steak was thin, cold and undercooked
I like medium-rare steaks but this one was 'blue', as well as being very thin and cold. The vegetables were both over-boiled and cold. Rice was served rather than potatoes or potato chips / fries. Never will return, despite my friends saying that their past meals were OK.
Wow factor
This is a place to dine that you should not miss when you visit Clarkfield Pampanga. The place is so accessible as this is right by Shell gasoline station inside Clarkfield. Parking will never be a problem as the Northwalk complex can park hundreds of vehicle at one time. I haven't started with their food! The selection offers wide array from starters like soups and salad to their main course. Don't miss their meats! These are to die for, tender and well flavored. Lastly have a taste of their delectable desserts of cakes!

I love the burger patty especially! They also cell meets and burger patties. My husband ordered ribeye which comes with nice sauce.
Worth a try!
Had lunch with friends after trying out sandbox. I ordered the tenderloin steak with rice. Steak was perfectly cooked (i prefer mine medium which is not the same as medium well or medium rare) which showed how well they knew their steak as most restos, even fancy ones, tend to get it wrong. We also got apple pie for dessert and it's almost as good as the one that we usually have in CDO. Prices are not bad either. I paid less than php500 for the steak+apple pie. Definitely worth going back to the next time i'm in the area :)
Too busy
This place is too busy and noisy. But then if you want good tasting food in a smaller budget, this could be your answer. Good food though very busy. You could hardly get a waiter to serve you.
Great dining experience
The place is located in the heart of Subic Freepory Zone and what I can say is that the meat is tender with nicely prepared sidings and the choices of desserts are varied. Value for money is thumbs up. Family oriented place this is.
Not even average
If you've tasted better steaks or meat in other parts of the world the meals here won't even come close to what I'd consider " average " or " good enough ". Bland and truly forgettable.
Our go to place in Clark
Meat Plus Cafe is our favorite go to place every time we visit our Clark office. This resto is self service and you still need to line up on the counter to take your order. Their steaks and burger and superb and of course order it as medium rare so that you will taste the goodness of the meat. My only concern is the seating capacity since this resto fills quickly particularly during lunch time. This is a highly recommended resto in Clark.

Good selection of various foods from 'home style' large hamburgers, to pick your own steaks from large selection. Good parking in Northwalk of the Clark Economic Zone. Large selection of sandwiches.
Fast Service, Good Food
The place was easy to find and had ample parking space right in front. Service was efficient, and steak / food came in freshly prepared. Not fancy but a great place to stop over!
A Gastronomic Experience
Good food, speedy service is probably the best way to describe the establishment. While the place can get really packed during Sunday lunch, the staff manages to keep everything in order and to keep the waiting time bearable for customers. Food is served on time and has been consistently great tasting.

I get my office to go collect take outs for me The beef short ribs are really good So are the normal ribs Chips are tasteless but they are everywhere out there so no different. Mash is good side as alternative
For the love of Food
This place is nothing fancy but the food is excellent! I " m not a meat lover but you can't just pass up tasting everything! So affordable and satisfying. I love the steaks and burgers and best of all who would think they have by far the best CHEESECAKE! It's a great stop over before heading up farther North.
Don't Bother!
A big disappointment. The steaks are wafer thin... mashed potatoes cold... cooked corn also served cold. Coleslaw side dish very small and swimming in mayo. More dressing than cabbage. A very poor experience.

Value for money - always a favorite
We love this place. Not too expensive and their burgers and steaks are always a favorite with us and our kids. It gets crowded though, and sometimes you'll have to wait in line before you get a table. Place is semi-self-serve. You order at the counter up front, and they'll serve you your food at your table.
Consistent with Subic's Meat Plus
Food was ok, price almost the same, they're consistent with Subic branch. It's fastfood style, you line up and place your food order, but you can pay with a credit card.
Awful food, slow service. AVOID!!!
My family and I came here for lunch before leaving the area. The restaurant wasn't overly busy or crowded. We ordered with no problems, at 2:18pm as stated on our receipt. Our food didn't come until 3.08pm. It seemed like a ridiculous amount of time to wait for some burgers, rice, and meat. And even when they did come out, presentation was sloppy and portions were small. I ordered tenderloin steak cooked medium rare - it came out rare and bleeding. AVOID AVOID AVOID - don't believe the hype.
Great Food at Cheap Prices
I have tried almost every set meal they offer at Meat Plus and I enjoyed every one of them. I like that they charge really low for the quality of food they serve. There was only one instance when I didn't enjoy my order - the Beef Belly set meal. The meat was tough, not at all like it was prepared in the previous times I ordered it. Otherwise, I always enjoyed dining here.
Good steak for the price
Had rib eye (medium rare) and New York steak (medium well). The latter was overlooked and was well done, but still delicious. Steak sauce was good. Tried rock salt but it wasn't that good (unlike Mamou's) coz steak would dry up, maybe because the meat served to us didn't have much fats in it. Overall it was still a good experience considering the price.
Yummy food
My all time favorite dish _ baby back ribs and roast beef. It's a must try! As for the desserts, carrot cake. Great service and great food! :)
Steak with value
You want Rib Eye, Porterhouse and all other meat cuts cooked just the way you want it? Meat Plus is the place for you. It offers a wide range of steaks to choose from, and not only meat but also Salmon.
I can do better
Well, to tell you people honestly, we went here because of the hype. I think a lot of people saying that this restaurant is so good and you will miss the journey if you go to Subic without visiting this place. We are part of four, my three siblings and my fiance. We chose our own steak which is new york strip if im not mistaken. First mashed potatoes are bland and not creamy, vegetables are dusgusting. It's canned corn, some carrots and sayote for sure. The meat is THIN, not well cooked. What i mean is we like it medium, but they cooked it like a rare piece of meat. Oh well, at least we tried but for sure never again. My sister told me, ate i like your mashed potatoes and steak better. Thats enough of that.
Our fave resto for stake
when we want to visit subic the first thing that comes on our mind is to have our lunch at Meat Plus. We enjoy their tender stake, we love the ambiance of the cafe, and their dessert (cheesecake) is fabulous love it. Though steak quite pricey but if you want to satisfy your craving just keep your eyes close when you pay for the bill.😀😀😀
Steaks galore
Steaks. No frills. Sandwiches / burgers are available. If you're sick of McDonald's, Jollibee or BK, this is an excellent alternative. You should not miss this if you're in Clark or Subic.
Fast service, but quality sometimes falters
Our family has been a fan of Meat Plus for a good part of a decade, and were happy to discover that they have opened a branch in Clark. Most of the time, we get the same great food and service we usually get at its Subic Bay branch. However, there were also times at the Clark branch when we were served meals that were not warmed through, had tough meat cuts, or cakes that were dry. Servers were not too friendly and often avoid eye contact with clients.
