Lolly's Bar is a small cozy friendly Bar. We serve a large selection of Beers Spirits and wine. Northern Soul, Motown 50s 60s, 70s and 80s music is played also we have a jukebox so you can select your own choice of music. We do not as a rule show sport of any kind, We do not have karaoke. Lolly's is a bar where you can relax chill out and have a good conversation with customers and staff alike We are just around the corner from Salina Wharf Hotel and Apartments and at the back of The Riza. We open from 8pm 7 days from 1st week in March until 1st week November. November-March we open from 8pm Wednesday - Monday

The Hidden Gem of Malta 🇲🇹 💎
Absolutely unbeatable experience. If you want a nice place to have a good few laughs without the difficulty of having to find your grounding with a person. Lollys charming bubbly personality is everything you need to have a good time. Felt super welcome and years on from going to this place and Googleing it to see if it's alright has lead me to here. I had such an amazing time that I couldn't not write a whole hearted review. If there was any place in Malta worthy of going for a cultured pub experience and a jukebox, head down to lollys. She's as sweet as the drinks they serve :') Hope all you guys are doing alright through Covid!

Nice friendly place.. nice and clean.. service with a smile.. will go again on next visit if you can pop in for a beer i think you will like it
Quirky little pub but not for me
A tiny, quirky bar difficult to find up an obscure backstreet. Only knew about it as friends stayed in an apartment nearby. It opens at 8pm [not sure if times change during summer months] and closes whenever the last customer leaves. The British couple who own it are very friendly and go out their way to make guests happy Reasonable prices and free wifi. It is worth a look in but it is not for me. No draught beer. Uncomfortable seating and Lolly got on my nerves - glugs back wine all night and I found her to be loud and irritating

Small bar, friendly atmosphere
We found this bar last year, and decided to revisit on our recent holiday. Lolly and Andy are very welcoming, and the atmosphere is great, lots of banter, great choice of drinks, will definitely be returning on our next visit to Malta. Would strongly recommend this bar. A wee gem of a place
Lolly's maybe small but it is big on fun, friendliness and the best margheritas in Malta. In fact the sangria is just as amazing. Wow do they pack a punch. Lolly's is a must place to visit and a great place to meet people and make new pals. Love it.

Open from 8pm till 4am. small but has a big atmosphere, lovely and welcoming couple that run the bar, great choice of music for all ages, Have your evening meal, maybe a couple of drinks, then meet up with freinds at Lolly's bar. great for one or two for the road. My wife and i have been a few times when on holliday in Malta, very social. Can't say enough about it, A must try.

Great friendly small cute bar
Very fun and decorative bar, owners where friendly and welcoming. Nice selection of music and videos from juke box. Very close to nearby hotels. Great selection of Beer, wine and spirits. A. Cosy bar like you feel at ease and relax.
Friendly little bar
Visited this bar for the first time and were immediately made to feel like old friends. The bar itself is tiny but has a great selection of drinks on offer. The posters and pictures on the walls can keep you amused for some time and the juke box has every genre of music you can imagine. Prices are very reasonable too - far cheaper than England! Definitely visit if you are in the area.

One of my fave bars in buggiba, everyone is made to feel welcome wether you pop in for one drink or if you stay all night, great jukebox as well. andy and lollie work are great hosts, so if your passing pop in and have a drink, you wont be disappointed
Little bar with a big heart
We have popped into lollys for a quick drink and stayed for more than one! Lolly and Andy are so welcoming and hospitable that we haven't wanted to leave. Great music, clean and tidy. Perfect selection of drinks and comfortable to be in. Thanks for having us and see you soon x
Best bar in Malta!!
After such a great time in this bar last year, had to return for more. Was received with a massive welcome back and catch up. Lolly and Andy are the best hosts and will go out of the way for you! If they don't have something, by the next night they will have. Warm, friendly atmosphere and the perfect place to meet new people! Can't wait to be back already!!

Some great nights spent here again this year. Sang happy birthday and a free birthday drink for the birthday girl too. Merlot is great from this bar. Great music. Nibbles placed out on the tables

Very small, although open long hours with friendly staff. Good selection of local and imported alcohol.
Lollys Pub
This is the best pub I've ever been too in Malta. It's simply fab inside! and Lolly is such a lovely and caring woman. Plus she makes the best cocktails! 🍸😉
Amazing
Came here every night for the two weeks with my family and nephew, always have such a laugh and love their amazing cocktails! Always hilarious atmosphere, Lolly and Andy are great! Can't wait to come back here again next year!
Cozy, Friendly, Fun Place
My friend and i went by Lolly's after we read a few rewies on the place.. When we arrived Lolly was there too greed us and we were quite suprised over how small the place was... But non the less Lolly was really friendly and the bar was full diffrent liquers and beers... We had such a nice time there the first night it ended up being our " Place to go for drinks / beers " We later on meet Andy who also greeds us and guides / helps us out... The place is really nice decorated with diffrent brands / signs / navy headbands / scarfs and other fun stuff... :) really loved how its made... The couple are really friendly and are ready to answer any questions... We had loads of laughs with them and feelt welcome every day :) Best wishes to them both in the future :) definitly a place im going back too if i ever come to Malta again :)
Terrific, welcoming, friendly
We spent a couple of evenings with Lolly and Andy and had a fab time on all occasions. Very friendly couple and we had a real laugh with the locals too. Interesting character and fascinating decor you find yourself staring at. Lolly even tolerated my tortoise joke even though it was rubbish. Fab little pub, highly recommended.
A friendly welcome once again!
On arrival we were recognised from last year with Lolly remembering that my birthday was imminent. The tables and chairs have had to be (temporarily) moved but this does not detract from the friendly atmosphere that Lolly and Andy create. The prices are competitive whilst you are likely to have a better wine for your money as they believe in offering the best product they can. Homemade pies can be ordered with a wide choice of fillings. Really hope they can sort seating or get the other bar they are interested in as we look forward to seeing them again. They are great in themselves and weave a great atmosphere with the various characters.

Fantastisk lille sted. Meget hyggeligt indrettet. Vidunderlige ejere der er nemme at snakke med, og gerne giver gode rod til hvad man kan se på Malta og gode spisesteder. Helt klart værd at besøge hvis befinder sig på Malta! :)

Cute little spot for everyone! The alcohol is super strong and super cheap! Even with games for kids or adults. Defo will be back

Świetny przytulny bar w angielskim klimacie, z bardzo, bardzo miłą atmosferą i jeszcze milszymi właścicielami:) Od pierwszego wejścia poczuliśmy się z żoną jakbyśmy spotkali swoich starych znajomych:) Dookoła uśmiechnięte twarze i weseli ludzie. W głośnikach zawsze dobra muzyka, zawsze pyszne drinczki i piwo (polecam domowej roboty sangrie). Musimy tam wrócić! Pozdrawiamy Maciej i Adrianna

After spending most of our holiday evenings here (and into early hours) we must recommend you visit this very welcoming bar! Thankyou Lolly and Andy for some very entertaining evenings and your beautiful pies see you in september will be spreading the word so save us a seat!
A jem of a Bar
After finding this little jem of a bar on our second night we returned every night. The owners Andy and Lolly are extremely welcoming and so much fun to spend time with, with all the fun decorations and the jukebox not to mention the special cocktails. This little bar is definitely worth a night in or 7 haha. Great job Andy and Lolly miss you guys and good luck with everything xxx.
What a night
What can I say, Lolly's is fantastic. Cute little pub run by Malta's finest, always up for a laugh and had such a brilliant night. The owners are such beautiful people that (in our drunken state) I was unofficially adopted by Lolly herself. Also left with my own personal reminder of the place as I was allowed to have one of the tea pots hanging from the ceiling. Best night ever, definitely coming back to Malta just for nights at Lolly's. P. S. They make the best Ferrero Rocher martini. Thanks for the tea pot Lolly, I'll see you soon!
Lolly's
A nice quiet bar with gentle music. The juke box has pretty well all of Johnny Cash, Elvis and Sinatra plus any others to numerous to mention- No Piaf though. The bar is small but the atmosphere is great and the prices are reasonable. I was staying at the Santana in Qawra and Lolly's is about 300 yards away round a couple of corners. Recepttion can provide a map if you want one. At this time of year trade is beginning to run down a bit so it was never very busy while I was there. They close all day on Tuesdays and will, I believe, also close on Mondays during the winter

Gezellige bar! Kort bij hotel
We hebben tijdens onze vakantie in Qawra menige avond doorgebracht bij Lolly's bar. Zijn elke avond gastvrij ontvangen door Lolly en Andy. We zijn zelfs uitgenodigd voor de barbecue ter gelegenheid van het 1-jarig bestaan van de bar. Het was erg gezellig. Je kunt er goed zitten op het terrasje en de drank is zeer betaalbaar. Bij ons volgende bezoek aan Malta komen we zeker weer kijken bij Lolly's bar. Jan en Jannie Tieben
Lovely little bar
Directly opposite our hotel. One on the way out and one on the way back. One half is a Northerner (ish) from the other side of the Pennines and sadly Lolly is from London. That's the bad things over with. :-D An absolute pleasure of a bar. Small friendly and with lots of info. Lolly makes a Cheeky Vimto like a pro Brilliant!!!!!!

Warm Welcome to all visiting, Vast range of drinks to suit all, Child Friendly, Bubbly Atmosphere, Visited regular within our two weeks always received a warm welcome from Andy & Lolly lots of laughs and fun to be had with this fab Couple. Es war das beste kleinste Pub auf der Insel. Schade das wir nur einmal da waren (letzter Abend). Sonst wären wir jeden Abend da gewesen. Lolly und Andy waren richtig nett. Es war ein langer schöner Abend mit viel Gin, Bier und Cognac und natürlicher guter Rock Musik der 70er und 80er aus der Musikbox. Vielen Vielen Dank

I've been coming to Malta specifically round qawra for many years especially to this bar under the previous owner Charlie. The place had a brilliant atmosphere! I would give it 5 stars for his friendly and his welcoming atitude. Now that was 7 years ago. I made a return 26 / 06 / 15 and the first place I thought I'd attend was this little bar in which I've loved to be welcomed by two people (Andy & Lolly). Two people that couldn't put two words together because it's as if they're just behind that bar to drink it dry themselves. Their attitudes towards certain customers (baring in mind would happily fill their till up) absolutely stinks, typical alcoholic behaviour. Lolly specificly all over the bar sprawled and being very abusive to us. Taken our money for the drinks and basically told us where to go. Now if you are to run a bar you do it professionally. You don't drink. These people can't run a bath never mind a bar. It's such a shame that this little bar has gone down hill as I have fond memories of the place. To be shattered by idiots. Avoid at all costs. I really do feel sorry for the previous owner who made that little bar into an empire. Such a shame.
Absolute legends!!
No matter where you go in Malta you will never find a nicer place to be of the evening having a nice few drinks and soaking in the bubbly, friendly atmosphere. Lolly and Andy are absolute legends! They made us feel so relaxed and at home the very first time we visited and made such an impression on us that we went back every evening after that for the rest of our stay. Sure, we went to other pubs but they just don't meet the grade after being here! They went out of their way to ensure the drinks we wanted were available and Lolly makes some seriously tasty, amazing cocktails! Andy makes a mean apple water ;) Never a dull moment in this little pub that is bursting at the seems with personality! Lolly and Andy are the most down to earth, lovely people we have ever met and they make this little place an absolute pleasure to visit. We were very lucky to be staying just next door but in all honesty, WHEN we go back again (and we definitely will be returning if only to see these guys again!!) even if we are miles away, you will be guaranteed to find here! We miss the drinks, laughs and banter and can't wait to return! Looking forward to the next time guys! Sandi, Dan, Nonie & Fred! :)
Warm and friendly, cosy English bar
A really cute, warm friendly bar in St Paul's Bay. We literally stumbled across this bar whilst lost. The hosts - Lolly and Andy - couldn't have been nicer. They called around to find a cab and we settled in for a couple of beers whilst we waited. It's a small friendly place - with Lolly and Andy really giving a warm welcome, great banter and having a good laugh with everyone in the bar. It had families and individuals all clearly relaxed and having a good time. We were sorry to leave when the cab finally showed up.
A great little bar
We went to this bar when we stayed in Qawra it is a friendly place with a good atmosphere and will go there again the next time we are in Qawra this a must see if you are in Qawra. Well done Lolly & Andy who run the bar.

if you want an enjoyable evening in a nice friendly bar visit lollys in qawra we were made so welcome and enjoyed great music and very reasonaby priced drinks. they were open till late which was a bonus. well worth a visit we will be back to see them at christmas cant wait !!
