Dirty Grease
OMG terrible. Ordered a chicken sandwich thinking At KFC I would get a real piece of chicken breast in my sandwich. I was waiting for it when the young man took it out of the fryer. Disgusting the grease was so black, it tasted horrible from the black overused grease. Are their not food inspectors out there.
Cheap servings
Ordered a 14 piece bucket with large fries, chicken was mostly brown meat and few wings, no breasts and new large format for fries is cheap. Would not go back again.
the worst chicken
Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The chicken we were served was excessively oily and undercooked. It was the worst chicken we have ever eaten. When we got home, we tried to bake it in the oven in hopes of improving it, but we still couldn't eat it.
The Colonel would roll over in his grave!
Chicken was soggy tasteless and management didn't care! Made a complaint online and got a call from head office but didn't get a refund or a replacement for our order.

The " manager " has a very poor attitude. Does not know how interact with customers. The popcorn chicken I received I am sure had been sitting there for more then an hour. it was very hard and dry.
chicken bowl $5.00 deal
I needed an early lunch and decided to get the 5 dollar chicken bowl. Wow! Fake mashed potatoes, 5 kernels of corn, 6 or 7 pieces of chicken breading crumbs that were probably being thrown away, covered with gravy that tasted like garlic. There was NO chicken in the bowl. Just breading crumbs. I was able to stand it since I was very hungry and there wasn't TOO much garlic added. Why garlic? I don't know why they would add it to this meal. Oh, and they threw in a cookie to make it look like I was really getting something. The fountain drink was good.
No Chicken
Went on Friday March 9 / 18 and got there about 535pm. After 15mins of standing by the door a guy (non-employee) came around telling people waiting that due to a " bunch of big orders, the wait on chicken would be 45mins or more ". Myself and a lot of others left the store as they should have not taken those " big orders " and the people should have called ahead to place them
No More
The prices keep going up and the pieces keep getting smaller. The last order we had from here reminded me of the prairie chickens my uncle used to shoot from his back step. I mean the tiny size, not the taste. Ever reheat this stuff in the oven? The pool of grease left is mind-blowing. The fries are so-so, the Cole slaw mush and my friend calls their gravy " death gel ". Try the fried chicken at Desis on Henderson for a taste of what great fried chicken can be. We will never eat here again. For the price, you could have a far better meal almost anywhere else.
It's OK
Seems to be your typical KFC, not bad & not great. Service isn't great but what can you expect, you pay peanuts, you get monkeys. You know it's not exactly gourmet quality
Regent location alright but staff lack people skills
I've had kfc and taco bell at the regent location a few times. Not mind blowing by any means but hey its KFC so you can't expect a culinary delight. One thing very consistent with the regent location is that the staff lack any personality. You might as well order from stucco outside the building. They literally look peeved you came there and made them work. Polite service doesn't exist at the regent location. Just order and get a grunt at the other end of the drive thru microphone.... drive forward and watch for the arm out the window with the debit machine..... quietly punch in your debit code. They key is to quiet because if you talk to them they grunt or look at you like you are interrupting an important thought they might be having about Facebook. Once you punch in your particulars hand the debit machine back. If you're lucky they will come get it or if you're unlucky like me you will wait with the debit machine in your car for 10 minutes while waiting for your food. Once your food is ready the magic arm with no personality will pop out the window with your order. This exact scenario happens pretty much every time I go there.
UUUGGG, stay away
Avoid this place, orders are ALWAYS wrong, and the staff is new to the country and having trouble understanding the simplest of things, including how to use the interac machine.
Rude management and terrible food
We ordered $40.00 worth of food to be delivered at 5:40PM and it arrived at 4:45PM cold and obviously old! When we called the store the manager argued with me for 15 minutes saying they wouldn't fix it because we should've told the driver while he was there. Are you kidding me?? He left before we could look at it! Terrible service.
Never Again!!!
My Dad wanted to order KFC via delivery and what a mistake that was!!! Paid 42.00 for 12 pieces of cold greasy chicken, under cooked fries, and salads that were expiring on the same day. Plus, we waited over an hour for it (we live 10 minutes away by car) and they promised us to be delivered within 45 minutes. Never again!!!
KFC -- Henderson Hwy Location
I've been to a few locations but I prefer the one at 679 Henderson Hwy. I have always received good service and well-prepared orders.. Fast food, especially deep fried, should not be a regular choice on anyone's menu but once in awhile, I do need to satisfy my cravings. On recent visits to this particular location, the dining area and washrooms have been clean. I find the staff friendly and accommodating to any requests. Don't expect gourmet-style chicken at fast-food prices !
Its chicken
Its just chicken, great price, and of course the service is fast, sometimes you get surprises, but in general is a good fast food, not that healthy cuz the oil fried but its ok

Our local KFC has got to be one of the most disgusting places to eat, not to mention the terrible service. They cannot get your order right to save their life, but you really can't blame them since most of the employees at our particular location do not speak a word of English. The food is always saturated in grease tastes like it's been under heat lamps for hours on end. If you have to eat fast food, there are many places more appealing than this.
I avoid this place at all costs
I've been to this location quite a few times only because it is close to where I used to work. Every time I've been there, my meal has been bad. My order was always wrong, the chicken was dry, and the location is kinda dirty. One time I placed an order inside for take-out, and even though I paid for my meal, the staff somehow forgot to make it. After waiting 30 min for a meal that should have taken at maximum 5 min, I got very upset and demanded that my meal be made. Also on one occasion, a friend of mine visited this location on a Tuesday which of course is normally busy due to Toonie Tuesday. She went through the drive through, only to be told that they didn't have any chicken. She was bewildered. She asked what they meant by not having any chicken, and they told her that they hadn't received their shipment for that day. My friend got very upset and told the girl at the drive-thru, that as a customer service courtesy, they should have a sign, or be telling everyone in line that they did not have any chicken that day. Their excuse was that because it is also a Taco Bell location, they would remain open as there were other items on the menu available. My friend got out of her vehicle and went down the line in the drive thru telling everyone that they didn't have chicken. My friend then went to Chicken Chef down the road because they had chicken.
McPhillips location Winnipeg - the worst
It is sad to say that the Colonel's chicken... once great has become greasy, and humdrum. You are better off purchasing ready made chicken from Superstore, IGA, Costco, Safeway and saving yourself some money versus wasting it on KFC. It is simply not worth it.
