Location is great but Pizza ordinary
Stopped into Heidi's for light evening meal. Passed numerous times and always seems to be quite busy. Smaller family type operation with partial self service. Great location in a popular restaurant precinct along Spree. Unfortunately the food wasn't great, small pizza (oblong) on what seemed to be a premade bese, tomato sauce looked like out of a can or bottle, cheese topping small cubes that were not melted fully as pizza not really warm. I eat a lot of pizzas and don't recall eating one this poor for quite sometime-had nicer frozen pizza from supermarket. Service was okay and friendly if limited. Could not recommend from our experience.
Wir waren enttäuscht
Wir waren an einem Sonntag dort. Die Frühstücksauswahl war begrenzt. Die belegten Brötchen waren vom Vortrag aufgebacken, zu kross und trocken. Für die Inhaberin war das kein Problem. Auf dem Salat war zuviel Cocktailsoße. Das Rührei war o. k, der Apfelkuchen lecker. Die Lage am Spreeufer kann recht windig sein. Dann fliegt einem schnell mal der Rucola vom Teller.
Muy buena comida italiana..
Al regreso de un paseo en barco por el Rio Spree y en un día lluvioso decidimos entrar a este local que nos pareció tranquilo e íntimo y que en su pizarra de menu nos mostraba básicamente comida italana que tanto nos gusta. Nos atendió un señor italiano muy amable y disfrutamos de una excelente comida que sabía como si estuvieras en Italia, se veía que era confeccionda con biuenos ingredientes. Pedimos un entrante de ensalada capresse y una excelente lasagna para cada uno, acompañado de un buen vino italiano, para cerrar una panetela de chocolate y un expresso machiato, todo muy sabroso. El precio nos pareció razonable. Brindan servicio dentro y fuera del local. Lo recomendamos absolutamente.
A fantastic find
We walked past this little cafe, very hungry and looking for a quick snack. We had two of their freshly made rolls, which were really good. The caffe latte was one of the best I have ever had, and I've had a few! The location was beautiful too, and guy behind the counter was very friendly too. A wonderful little place.

Hicimos una parada para tomar café y un croissant con Nutella. Todo genial y Rico. La mujer que atiende súper amable (algo que parece complicado de encontrar a veces en Berlín).

Das erste mal Heidi's Café besucht um zu Frühstücken. Muss sagen ich bin begeistert. Ein kleines nettes Café mit nem super Angebot. Kann besonders die Frühstücksplatte vegetarisch empfehlen. Absolut Top.

Útulné a příjemné
Milá změna proti všem majestátním budovám blízkého Muzejního ostrova. Kavárnička je jen pro pár lidí, ale interiér potěší vkusnou výzdobou s motivy zvířat a rostlin. Dát si můžete dobrou kávu, zákusky, slaný koláč, polévku nebo pivo / limo.
Jummy food, friendly staff
Had some good sandwiches here with my friends, the coffee was okay. I also had some cheesecake, it was tasty, but not as good as my dad makes it :) The value you get for your money is good.
Nice little terrace with great food
The amount of cosy terraces next to the Spree is limited. We were lucky that we chose Baguetteria Mia for a light lunch. The spinach and feta quiche was superb, the staff was friendly. Yes, this place is recommended.
Lunch time Bite
We called in and ordered a pumpkin soup, a Berlin potato soup, a chicken and a mozzarella and tomato sandwich, all arrived well present and soups very hot, 3 teas and a hot chocolate again quick service an nice and warm. Good staff and quaint place.
Wunderschöne, romantische Lage zum Entspannen
Super Café in hervorragender Lage, um einfach zu entspannen, die Aussicht auf die Spree und den Dom zu genießen. Mein Freund und ich waren hier und haben die Auszeit vom Trubel sehr genossen.
Overrated
The quiche Lorraine and the spinach feta quiche were just OK, but the coffee was not good (made of a bitter, overroasted, bad quality blend). The service can (and should) be improved. We had a feeling we were waiting to be served for no good reason.
Great little place
Found this gem while strolling towards Unter den Linden. Very nice setting by the river. Nice salads and very good chilli con Carne!
Schöne zum Verweilen einladende Lage, aber hoffnungslos überfordertes Personal
Die auf der kleinen Karte angeführten Speisen klingen in der Tat recht verlockend, es sei denn, Sie werden jemals bedient bzw. es sei denn, es gibt dann noch etwas zu essen. Vorausschauendes Planen ist wohl nicht. Auf Nachfrage kommt nicht etwa eine Erklärung oder Entschuldigung, wie man sich das als Gast erwarten darf, sondern eine beleidigte und flapsige Reaktion. Etwas seltsam, aber zum Glück gibt's ja genug andere Lokale.
Herligt langs elven
Dette lille stedet ligger koselig til ved elven. Det var fint vær så vi satt ute for en lunsj. Vi fikk bestilt av den kjekke servitøren, og det tok ikke lang tid før maten var på bordet. Jeg bestilte meg chilli co carne med brød, og det smakte fortreffelig, de får full score for maten og sevice, men kanskje de kunne gort noe med toalett fasilitetene. Men alt i alt et koselig og bra sted.
Bestes Ciabatta!
Kleines, super niedliches Café direkt an der Spree im Nikolaiviertel mit Außen- und Innenplätzen. Es gibt das beste Ciabatta mit verschiedenen Belegen überhaupt - muss man unbedingt probieren. Die Suppen variieren teilweise, sind alle lecker, frisch und selbstgemacht. Kaffee gibt es von der Siebträgermaschine, was ich persönlich ausschlaggebend finde, wenn ich ein Café besuche. Und es gibt frische Minz- und Ingwertee!
Ottimo caffè espresso all'italiana
Ci siamo fermati x un veloce pasto a base di ottimi panini e quiche. Sono stati gentili e veloci, il proprietario sa parlare italiano e ci ha preparato un ottimo caffè all'italiana. Ci torneremo!
Petit, au chaud, sympa
Hormis la terrasse la salle comporte 6 tables de 4 personnes donc ce n'est pas très grand mais l'accueil est tellement sympathique et les gâteaux et les soupes sont excellents. Nous recommandons vivement.
Scenic
Stopped at this cute and calm coffee shop. Great views, right on the river, the treats and coffee were delicious! Very clean bathroom. The service was ok, but we didn't need much. Great spot for people watching without being right on a busy street. A little off the beaten path.
Klein und fein
Liegt schön am Spreeufer, tolle kleine Karte mit Suppen, Salat, Quiche und Ciabatta. Perfekt für eine gemütliche Mittagspause.

We had the most amazing light lunch here. The staff is friendly and service is good. The view by the water relaxing in the sun... All in all, a perfect little gem for some lunch and snacks. The picture is after I attacked the dish with my ravishing hunger.

We stopped here for a quick lunch and were not disappointed. A small and simple menu, but that's not negative in this case. I had a ciabatta with avocado and dried tomatoes and it was absolutely fantastic. Also, the waitress was really kind. I loved it so much that it almost made me sad that I was leaving Berlin the same day. I would love to eat here again. There were some vegan options as well which is a big plus!

Sehr freundliche und schnelle Bedienung, die Auswahl an Speisen ist begrenzt, so dass man sich für einen Mittagssnack schnell entscheiden kann. Wir hatten ein belegtes Ciabatta und einen Salat und waren überaus glücklich damit. 5 Sterne!
Klein, aber fein
Das kleine Lokal liegt direkt am Spreeufer im Nikolaiviertel. Die Speisen und Getränke waren sehr lecker. & sehr freundliches Personal.
Lovely tasty lunch
Stopped for lunch on a sunny day visiting Berlin. Lovely spot along the river bank. Simple but attractive menu. My partner and I both had the chicken ciabatta, along with a nice cold beer. The ciabatta was delicious - the best ciabatta bread I've had in a long time. Service was extremely friendly and attentive. Big thumbs up!
Feine Leckereien
Wir waren an Pfingsten in Berlin auf der Suche nach einem Snack. Gefunden haben wir leckere Quiche, Salate und dazu angemessene Preise. Die Quiche war umwerfend frisch, geschmackvoll und nett arrangiert. Das Dressing auf dem Salat der Hammer und alles liebevoll angerichtet. Die kleine Karte stört nicht, wenn dafür alles so mega lecker ist. Bedienung war aufmerksam, flott und sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Had a great lunch here. Excellent staff, quick respons and a smile is never wrong. Not expencive, recommended.
Perfect
A lovely little cafe with seating just on the river. A small menu but you can tell all the sandwiches are well made and have plenty of filling, with crispy ciabatta. Beers were good and service spot on.
Nice spot for lunch!
We ate outside with a great view of the river and were fed very well with lunch for 5 with drinks (including beer) for under €50. We had a mixture of Ciabatta and Quiche / Salad and were all impressed as well as full! Service was quick, friendly and efficient. My Quiche was homemade and very tasty! Would give an excellent if menu gave slightly more choice. Would certainly return and recommend to all.
sehr nettes kleines Lokal am Spreeufer im Nikolaiviertel
Durch Zufall entdeckten wir dieses erfrischende Lokal in lindengrün. Wir wurden sehr freundlich bedient. Die selbstgemachten Speisen schmeckten ausgezeichnet, ein tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Direkt mit Blick auf die Spree
Ich war gestern dort und hab mich dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Personal war freundlich und das Angebot an Speisen und Getränken gut. Besonders lecker war der Milchkaffee. Ich möchte eine Empfehlung aussprechen.

This cafe is perfect for lunch or brunch and there are many vegan options. The woman serving us was lovely and we couldn't have enjoyed it more!

authentic german food for little money
amazing to find a restaurant like this in berlin mitte where normaly all is expensiv but boring... this is authentic food made in the ekittchen and served by the chief for little money... no complains
Nice cafe a long the Spree
The place is quiet small but the food are delicious. The first time we saw we think it serve only baguette as the name of restaurant was from that french type of bread, as we only need to snack we just give it a try. What a nice snack we had from here, they serve soup a very nice soup in cold Berlin and the Panini was excellent. The service was good as well as the ambiance. As the day getting darker is even better to sit on the outside chairs of this cafe.
Lekkere broodjes, slechte planning
De broodjes zijn heerlijk, het terras is prima. De bediening is bijzonder aardig, maar... ze hebben het logistiek nog niet op orde. Te lang wachten op het eten, deel bestelling vergeten. In de tijd dat wij er zaten liepen twee tafels uiteindelijk weg. Als dat in orde is, dan komen wij zeker terug.

Rundum perfekt
Absolut zu empfehlen sind die unterschiedlich belegten Chiabatta's. Ein Genuss serviert von einem sehr freundlichen und witzigen Kellner.
Ein Kleinod mitten in Berlin
Nettes kleines Café direkt an der Spree im Nikolaiviertel. Einige wenige Sitzplätze drinnen und draußen direkt an der Spree. Es gibt verschiedene Kaffeespezialitäten, sehr leckere hausgemachten Torten und Kuchen, kleine Snacks wie Quiche, Kartoffelsuppe, Pasta, Ciabatta-Sandwich, usw... Die Kartoffelsuppe war sehr lecker. Das Ambiente und der Service laden zum Verweilen ein. Man kann dort einfach abschalten und die Zeit genießen.
