Au-delà de son célèbre phare, Peggy's Cove est un village de pêcheurs pittoresque, figé dans le temps. Avec ses maisons en bois colorées, ses casiers à homards empilés et ses bateaux flottant paisiblement dans la baie, c'est l'essence même du Canada maritime. Moins spectaculaire mais aussi un peu moins achalandé que le phare juste à côté, c'est un décor de carte postale
An unexpectedly interesting place
I expected less from this place. A lighthouse and a couple of houses around, but I was pleasantly surprised. In addition to the lighthouse itself and the rocks on which you can walk and watch the beautiful ocean (it would be interesting to see this place in bad weather, to feel the atmosphere of a strong ocean), there are several different souvenir shops, several different food places, 2 art galleries. In general, you can easily spend 4-5 hours here with pleasure. The main thing is not to go on dark / slippery rocks and carefully walk along the area with balancing rocks.
Very picturesque
As pretty as a picture. It is only small and only has a few boats in, built everything is colourful and the water crystal clear. One of those views it's hard to stop taking photos of. A must see
Harbor
This spot is one of the most photographed in Peggy's Cove. The harbor is lined with colorful houses, lobster traps can be seen everywhere. This place has the atmosphere of an ancient fishing village.
