Disappointing
A lovely sunny day and sparkly tour guide, but let down by four bad venues out of five: First venue wasn't expecting us, second venue too crowded and limited samples, third venue told us to 'move away' and grudgingly gave us pizza but had no time for us, fourth and fifth venue were closed. Very amateur, no apology, no refund!
