Avocado toast
Never order the avocado toast. They give you this tiny piece of bread now instead of the larger one. It's very good, but a rip off for $3.99
Not enough salad
Not enough salad. Please give me an $11.00 salad and not a $5.99 salad, very disappointed last week.
Nice Cafe, 2nd floor of Pelerman Center for Advanced Medicine
They have very nice selection of coffee drinks. Coffee is very good. Staff is friendly. There only " drawback " is the usually pretty long line, but the staff is trying hard to serve people as quickly as possible.

Good coffee and soup. We visited while one of the family members were getting a treatment done at HUP. Both coffee and soups were good. Fast service and convenient location.
Nice cafe on 2nd floor
Gia Pronto has 2 outlets at the Perelman Center. A restaurant serving salads, pizza, paninis, etc on the ground floor; and a coffee cafe on the 2nd floor. We visited both during a visit to the Perelman Center both were much better than typical hospital food or cafeterias. We especially liked the coffee place on the 2nd floor which had a great hand-written sign above the tip jar which I took a picture of and have attached.
Great grilled sandwiches
The restaurant is located within Perelman Center for Advanced Medicine. My wife really likes the chicken parmesan sandwich. My favorite is buffalo chicken. This is not for your romantic date. It may be busy at lunchtime but the service is generally good. If you are at Perelman, CHOP, or HUP you might find this a better option than hospital cafeterias.
Great Sandwiches
Busy place and lots of choices, the sandwiches and soups are very good. Great place for a quick lunch while your at the hospital.
