Great place to stay
The stay overall was comfortable. Customer service of the front desk staff was great. Their response time was excellent. The air condition was not cooling enough late one night and the person I called responded fast and took care of the issue. Management has trained them well to respond to the customer needs efficiently. The only issue was the lack of good lighting in the bathroom. The light in the room was okay and it may benefit to have good lighting above the mirror in the room. Breakfast was served promptly and the customer service of the server was excellent. The bed was comfortable to sleep and housekeeping came when requested. I would stay there again if I go to Kottayam.
Typical 1 star hotel
Room was not comfortable compared to. other hote I stayed in kerala. Very noisy in the night from the bar and outside. It was scary to go outside in the night as lot of local drunk people asking to buy them drinks. I would recommend this hotel for 1 night stay for a single male. Bathroom and facilities are not to international standards.
