Τριχα στο φαγητο
Χαλια το service περίμεναν να στρωσουμε εμεις τα σερβιτσια και να βρουμε μετα και τριχα στο φαΐ ελεος.
Για φαγητό και καφέ
Είμαστε οικογένεια με τρία παιδια. Πάμε τουλάχιστο μια φορά την βδομάδα και περνούμε πολύ καλά. Τα παιδιά απασχολούνται μέσα στα παιχνίδια και πίνουμε ήσυχα τον καφέ μας. Όσες φορές παραγγείλαμε φαγητό μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι. Το προσωπικό είναι ευγενέστατο. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα
πολυ κακη εξυπηρέτηση
Ότι χειρότερο εχω επισκεφθεί στη Λευκωσία !!!! πραγματικά δυσφήμιση για την περιοχή!χάλια εξυπηρέτηση!
No recomended for food
Place is good for coffee, drinks and watching football games I would not recommended the place for good food (dinner / lunch). Selection if very limited and mostly snacks Service of average quality
Food ok
Went with friends and had food and drink. Everyone seemed happy with their food, I had the salmon which was cooked fine. They have buzzers on the table to call the waiter which was cool as you didn't have to try and catch the waiters eye. y husband had the honey chicken which he says was bland. It's a bit expensive but in a nice area.

Ωραίος χώρος με ευγενικούς και εξυπηρετικούς υπαλλήλους. Πολύ δυνατό κλαμπ σάντουιτς. Γενικά καλό, όχι όμως και κάτι τόσο τρομερό που να του βάλω 5 αστέρια.
Ничего ужасного, но неприятно
Посетили заведение для перекуса и кофе после шоппинга. Были разочарованы этим с виду симпатичным местом. Сэндвичи принесла улыбчивая кудрявая девушка, я не успела ещё блюда коснуться, как заметила ее волос красующийся на моей еде. Указывать на это не стала, промолчала. Еда была достаточно хорошей, но мне никак не удавалось вскрыть соус в пакетике, который прилагался к блюду. Попросив официантку (уже другую) помочь мне, я получила лишь ее безуспешные попытки разорвать упаковку и совет " попробуйте открыть соус зубами ". Я думаю, что это неприемлемо. Здесь дело не только в воспитании, но и в гигиене и в том, что это просто некрасиво. Девушка могла бы предложить ножницы или другой соус.
Do not eat there!
It's ok for a coffee. Not ok for food at all. They do not know how to serve you. They just put the dishes on a table that is not clean... with no napkins even without forks! The side salad was black not green and the meat not well cooked! Below is the picture of the fresh " apple " juices we order for the children... it was more water juices... that's all!
Terrible service, bad attitude, bad experience
We visited Segafredo to use their private business meeting room. We were there for two full days. We ordered a-la-carte breakfast, lunch and drinks throughout the day for both days. The food and drinks were good but their service was slow to non-existent especially in the meeting room. They gave us a room to which we had to bring our own internet, no markers for the white board and generally they acted as if we were a burden on their day. Not what you would expect when you spend €375 in two days at their establishment. The manager who I happened to know from before was rude, did not come to the meeting room when we asked to see him and generally made rude comments. This was the last chance for this place as this was a repetition of previous behavior for which they apologized. They have some good people working there like Eugenia and Elena but generally their service and attitude or bottom grade. I will not recommend them to anyone.
Noisy lunch.... zombie waitress
We made the mistake of choosing this cafe-restaurant on day when they had workers in doing contruction work on the outside area of the cafe. One would think that they might suspend the work during the lunch period so that the customers can enjoy a quiet lunch. No such luck. So I asked them to close the electric sliding door to cut out the noise..... that took 5 minutes and 3 people to accomplish! We walked in, looked around, walked around, and finally chose our table. Nobody greeted us. A waitress passed by, placed 2 menus on the table, and walked off. No hello, no smile, no would you like anything. The same waitress came and went a few times; always with the same personality of a robot. My friends say their meal was fine. I had the chicken kebab. I had to send it back because it was only half-cooked. Finally the waitress came with the bill. My friend asked her to return with the machine. She looked at him like he was from another planet. So I spelt it out to her, " bring the machine for the visa card! " Oh, she was amazed that she understood! I didn't pay. If I had I would not have left a tip. But my friend did. The waitress almost smiled when she said thank you. On a business lunch I demand peace and quiet, a professionally cooked meal, and speedy and efficient service. I got none of that.
The most disappointing service!
I went there with a group of friends and when the waitress came for order she was bored and did not even look me in the eyes the whole time as if a ghost was talking. We waited for our coffees for a long time and my food came first, when we told her about our coffees she had forgotten about them. Then the rest of the group ordered and they did not even bother to take the plates as soon as they ate. The prices are high, we paid 120€ for coffees and 6 dishes. The food was nice but the customer service is poor. I would not recommend this place if you pay attention to service and value.

Love this place! Great food! Great Service! Great cocktails! Great music! Need I say more? Especially good on a live music night!
Can't be more satisfied
Whenever we give up on places to have a decent bite we head to segafredo, never disappointed us. Today i went with my friends for lunch and they had a new menu. We took the chicken tikka masala and stromboli and both were so tasty. Service is good and prices are fair.
Great coffee and snacks!
It's a cozy place with great coffee and food menu options. They have a playground for the kids as well. I'm always impressed with the great service - the staff is always so attentive and friendly!
Brunch
Stopped in for a late breakfast Was busy looking for somewhere just to sit and eat we stumble on to it And did not regret!!!! Very mellow atmosphere... Straight forward staff Oh, and the food (breakfast) was amazing And so was there hot choco!!
Excellent coffee and delicious panini
I called in her a couple of times because I have Italian blood and needed my caffeine shot! I decided yo eat and saw the ultimate fusion food in Chicken Stroganoff Panini. Wow it was delicious! I really wasn't expecting that! The coffee was great too and so was the service. It will now be a regular haunt for me when visiting Engomi Mall!

Kahvaltısı çok keyifli bir işletme. Yemekler lezzetli. İçeçek çeşidi fazla ve Lefkoşa şartlarında fiyatları gayet ortalama. Servis ve personel güleryüzlü. Varsa vaktiniz uğrayınız.
Υπεροχο καφε-εστιατοριο
Πολυ καλη εξυπηρετηση, ολα τα γκαρσονια ηταν παντα διαθεσιμα. Πολυ καλος καφες και καλο φαγητο. Μου αρεσε οτι ο παιδοτοπος ηταν γεματος με παιχνιδια για τα παιδια.

Кафе Segafredo
Одна из любимых моих сетей кофеин. У Сегафредо всегда отличный кофе. Как раз гуляли по городу и увидели любимое кафе. Захотелось просто отдохнуть в прохладном помещении и выпить вкусный латте с густой молочной пенкой. Как раз была акция: " Закажи большой капучино или латте, и получи масляный круассан всего за 1, 5 евро ". Решили воспользоваться этим заманчивым предложением:-)
Nice Location!
Restaurant is beautifully located and has an amazing ambience. The service was rather slow and seemed as if servers are not highly trained. The food was okay nothing too amazing but not too bad as well
