Una desconexión asegurada

Se nota que ha habido un cambio en la dirección del hotel desde la última vez que estuvimos en 2023. Todo muchísimo mejor, la comodidad de las camas extra grandes, el tener en cuenta que somos mybarceló unique, la comida, todo en general.

Good and not so Good

Firstly the coach takes about an hour, if not more (having waited for various planes to land). Someone said to me and my friend that it costs about 70 Euros 1 way via taxi from the airport, not sure on that. The town is fairly out of it, but buses either up the coast of down the coast are easy to get (just outside hotel) We always found something to eat at both breakfast and dinner, we stayed half board. The food was hot. We always went to the pool near reception because we stayed in section B.. It was very cold, but we did swim in it. Apparently this pool was the " heated pool ", can't comment on the others. Sometimes we went over the road to the Martini bar / restaurant for a drink and on a couple of occasions had our dinner there. The views at sunset are amazing. The bar at the hotel behind reception is.. VERY WELL LIT.. too bright for my liking and my friends. Oh, the bars don't take cash, but you can pay cash at the reception to put credit onto your room. Wine at 2.6 Euros not too bad. Sangria is a mix of botte / carton and some spirits used too. For a decent sangria i would go to other bars or restaurants. Overall for a for a week away it was a good holiday, just a bit too far away from being able to choose from more bars and restaurants.

defo not worth to come back

I recently stayed at a Barcelo hotel with my family for our wedding nearby, and my experience was quite mixed. On the positive side, the email communication with the hotel prior to our stay was exceptional. They were very helpful and responsive, which made planning for our large group much easier. David at the reception was a standout_he handled our booking and unique requests with ease and professionalism. His support made a significant difference in our experience. However, my experience took a turn when dealing with another receptionist, Sergio. His demeanour was rude, and when there was a misunderstanding, he made an inappropriate comment, suggesting I would " calm down when you spend the night in jail. " This was not only unprofessional but also incredibly upsetting, especially during such a joyful time for our family. I submitted an official complaint about Sergio, but unfortunately, the follow-up was lacking. He continued to give me attitude the next day, and despite my request for an update on my complaint, I never received any acknowledgment or apology. This experience overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay, and it's disappointing that a hotel of this caliber would not prioritize customer comfort and satisfaction. I doubt I will choose to stay at any Barcelo hotel again, especially if they don't take customer concerns seriously.

Es la primera que vez que iba pero me encantó todo, la habitación, las piscinas, la comida tanto los snack como el buffet. La sala para mí hija que podía ir a jugar cuando estaba cansada de la piscina y se quedaba allí encantada. Nos encantó tanto que estamos intentando reservar de nuevo y no encontramos disponibilidad

A nightmare in Tenerife

Maybe before you go to this hotel you will inform better than us. Cleaning is zero, they didn't even clean the bathroom never in 5 days, they put pool towels instead of white towels when they changed them, we were infected with sheet bugs, we had bites all over the body, we've been robbed from the first night there - the doors from the terrace didn't closed properly so the thief entered in our room during the night, while we were sleeping. La comida es excelentes

Apartahoteles Allegro Isora playa Arena Tenerife, es excelente, la comida fantástica y el servicio un 10 no pueden ser más amables, si tengo que poner un número simplemente un 10 gracias a toda la organización, hemos pasado 10 días con el Insersor inolvidable.

Buena estancia familiar ☺

Estuvo muy buena la estancia, los espectáculos estupendos, disfrutamos mucho la piscina climatizada porque las demás súper frías. Guía de Isora es un poco lejos pero igual a 15 minutos ya hay un centro comercial, me encantó tener un supermercado al lado porque se nos había quedado la pasta dental. La única pega es que nuestra habitación estaba con la ventana al pasillo y todo carrito que pasaba nos despertaba de la siesta.

Très correct

La nourriture correcte mais peut être améliorée. Le all-inclusive de bonne qualité. Les infrastructures de l'hôtel sont parfaites, le ménage des chambres est parfois limite. Tout le personnel est gentil et très avenant. Pour les bémols, l insonorisation des chambres où on entend tout, notamment les autres occupants au bord des piscines jusque tard le soir. La station qui est quand même assez chiche en plages et divertissements

Enjoyed our stay

Enjoyed our stay as a family. The hotel is clean and tidy and very friendly / helpful staff. Pools are great only one heated, kids enjoyed all pools but the unheated ones were a bit chilly for me. Heated one was nice though. And the slide is great. Kids went to kids club a couple of times and had a great time doing crafts and playing in the playground. Food was nice, pretty typical all inclusive- something for everyone, always hot and fresh. Good selection of drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic plus a slushy machine at the pool bar. The biggest let down was sound proofing in the room, we could clearly here everything from the road behind the hotel, people walking past our room - not being noisy we could just hear thier footsteps as if they were actually in our room, we also got woken up every morning by our neighbours alarm. One of my children has limited mobility and sometimes uses a wheelchair- hotel is accessible and so is the beach. We did request a ground floor room when we requested special assistance with Jet2. Unfortunately, we were given a 2nd floor room, but there are plenty of lifts. There is a decent little supermarket a very short walk down the street, and the beach is not too far.

Great Place

Great place to spend a week in the sun. The sun shone for most of the week, one afternoon of cloud out of the whole week which was a real treat in February. The pools were great but cold. I don't agree one is heated. Drinks were fab and branded if you asked. Kids club run by Agata was superb. She's great with the children. My son adored her. She works so hard. The rooms are big, the food great and the sunbeds very comfy. If I had to find a gripe, it would be the queue at dinner time. You could be queuing for 10 mins before actually getting to the food as it snaked around the dining hall. There's also a very rude woman at the pool bar who blanks you, sits on her phone and clearly doesn't want to be there. Everything else spot on. We would return.

Family vacation

Renovation is needed, the windows are covered with old wooden bars. The three pools are great, in good condition. Unfortunately they are with cold water. Evening animations for children were wonderful. The food is very tasty. I missed more variety of drinks during meals. For example, there was no non-alcoholic beer, natural yoghurt to drink. Juices were only for breakfast. The service is always polite and smiling. Balconies should be locked differently to prevent thieves from entering. There are not enough plants, flowers in the hotel. The children's playground is small, there are no swings.

Great hotel

Staff were attentive and friendly and everything was great. WiFi reception kept cutting out from the room and food wasn't always very best quality, sometimes flies on the outside buffet. Overall still very happy with our holiday and great value.

Vacaciones en familia

Hotel bien ubicado y bien comunicado con las principales carreteras. El personal magnífico, es el alma del hotel. Quiero hacer especial mención a Jose camarero en last station, super atento, carismático, tiene ese algo especial que conecta con el cliente. También a Rafa de recepción que siempre nos atendió con una sonrisa ayudando en todo lo que necesitábamos. Amelio gracias por preocuparte y atendernos y su mujer, que nos recibía todas las noches con la mejor de su sonrisa y se encargó de que no faltara postres en las cenas, os lo agradezco. Gracias y mil veces gracias a Regina, por escucharme y entenderme. En general, todo el personal hace que tú estancia sea perfecta. Las habitaciones amplías, no se escuchan a los " vecinos " y se descansa bien. En cuanto a la comida hay bastante variedad para todos los gustos.

Es muy aconsejable

En general estoy muy satisfecho. La única pega que tengo. La piscina estaban a 18º, excepto la de los niños que se encontraban a unos 25º. La piscina para adultos en Enero a 18º estaba muy fría para poder bañarse. En general.. Servicio, limpieza y atendimiento, MUY BUENO

Decent hotel, average food

We have just returned from a lovely stay at this hotel. Overall it was a lovely hotel, with great pool areas and the room was a really good size with comfy beds. Only issue with rooms was that it lacked cutlery (not a major issue but would have been nice), air con didn't seem to work (again not a major issue in Jan but maybe in summer months) and the shower was only warm for 5 mins which wasn't ideal when 3 of us wanted to use it and only one of us would get a warm shower. Drinks selection was great and we enjoyed the slushies and ice creams available. Lunch food was fine but not great. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice and variety. Dinner however was lacking, it was basic, lacked variety and overall could be so much better. Salads and cold items were good, puddings were okay, but we struggled to find anything substantial to eat for main. If they could improve this it would be brilliant. Also location was great with beach, shops and restaurants nearby.

Hôtel agreable

Emplacement proche de l océan et des commercesdans une petite ville agréable. Taille à échelle familiale, loin des gros immeubles de plusieurs étages de la Costa Adeje. Hôtel propre, chambre spacieuse. Personnel agréable et prévenant.

Very good place for family holiday. The hotest area on Tenerife - we had excellent weather. Good place to start car tours. No problem with food and drinks. Bread quality on this Island is not my favorite. Only thing why we don't come back to this hotel - we like to discover new places.

Great hotel

Can recommend to all families with children. Nice staff, great pool area and nice location. I had a great week travelling as a single parent. Would go back anytime. Great value for money. Level for food was okay compared to Price.

Muy buen hotel

Estuvimos en el puente de Noviembre y nos encantó. A destacar el grupo de animación que hizo que nuestra estancia, y sobre todo la de nuestro hijo fuese genial. Lo pasó bomba con todos las actividades de hALLOWEEN

Excelente Hotel para Familias

Hemos estado encantados! Es un hotel calidad precio perfecto para familias. Las habitaciones son grandes. El Hotel tiene tres piscinas, un gym aceptable y esta al lado de una playita. La comida buena. La animación muy divertida y orientada a las familias / niños pequeños, pero bien. Hemos estado muy agusto y se ve que la dirección se deja la vida pues el Hotel estaba lleno y no hubo nunca colas para entrar en el bufet. Lo recomiedo 100%. Además esta muy bien situado para hacer excursiones. Me gusta practicar bicicleta y este lugar es perfecto para ello. Subidas todas las que quieras. El personal esta muy implicado. Destacaría Maitre " Manuel " y a los camareros " Regalado " y " Mario ". Siempre dispuestos a montar una mesa para siete... casi nada!!

Volveremos

En general bastante bien, muy familiar y dinamico. Por destacar la buena actitud de Gerardo en el servicio de comedor, ibamos con nuestra bebe y nos atendió a todo sin pedirle ni siquiera las cosas, se ofreció incluso a lavar el plato de la peque. Un puntazo que la comida del bebe la incluyen y la hacen segun la dieta. Volveremos!

Great place for a family holiday

Overly clean hotel, my 3 year old loved the pools. Though was too young for the children's entertainment. The food was lovely in the buffet though the snack bar could have done with more variety, was the same every day. The staff were helpful and very friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Estancia recomendable cerca de los Gigantes

Hotel de 4 estrellas cerca de la Playa de la Arena (a unos 10 min andando), en la zona de Los Gigantes. Ambiente muy familiar, kids friendly pero no agobiante (puedes elegir el ambiente que más se adapta a ti). Hemos estado muy a gusto. Recomendable coche para poder viajar ya que no está en la primera línea de playa y tampoco en zona muy concurrida. Ha cumplido con nuestras expectativas.

Luces y sombras

El hotel no esta a la altura de una cadena como Barcelo y un 4 estrellas. Si no tienes problemas de intolerancias alimentarias, si que puede ser tu hotel. Eso si como tengas intolerancias te quedan algunos malos ratos que pasar en el hotel, aunque al final se consigue que se tenga en cuenta. Cuesta bastante que te hagan caso. Resalta el gran desconocimiento y la falta de coordinación entre los cocineros, enterandose antes los camareros. Cabe destacar que con Isaias nunca tuvimos problema pero su equipo necesita ponerse al dia. Pasamos por 6 habitaciones en alguna no nos llegamos ni a alojar. Pero si es necesario un cambio de habitación por falta de agua caliente lo mínimo sería que algun responsable revisara que la habitación que te ofrecen esta adecuada para el cliente. La zona exterior de la piscina esta bien y el tobogan da para diversion de mayores y pequeños.

La habitación muy limpia y el servicio excelente. la comida en general muy bien y mucha variedad, me encantó. la piscina super bien, el niño se divirtió bastante y le gustó. las actuaciones nocturnas bastante animadas. en general todo muy bien para repetir.

Me and my girlfriend are very satysfied with both place, food and service. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and clean. The food is various and delicious and in large quantities. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Highly recommended for families! Excellent service, really kind staff, perfect food (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Everything clean and neat. Comfortable and clean rooms. Perfect environment with really good pools, spa and gym.

Relación calidad precio estupendo

Fuimos en familia con todo incluido. Todo genial, la habitación muy limpia, variedad en la comida.. bastante bien todo. La única pega es que había mucha gente usando el tobogán, pero bueno, fue solo un día, por lo demás todo muy bien.

Magníficas vacaciones para descansar

Un espectacular hotel para descansar tranquilamente disfrutando del mar, con unas inmejorables vistas desde la habitación y un servicio de su personal excelente en todo momento. Impresionantes las piscinas del hotel y la tranquilidad del cuidado entorno.

A Lovely Holiday

We stayed 10 nights here as a family of four (1 Prechool and 1 Toddler) and as a whole had a really lovely time. We stayed in the Family block, the room was great for us though lacking in storage space and no mirrors in the bedroom for doing hair / make up. The block itself was very quiet though was not fully accessible with a buggy though it was no issue for us we managed to just lift ours up the 4 or so stairs before you were able to use the lift. The rooms offered a little kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave and kettle. With the option to ask reception if you needed cutlery etc. The beds were super comfy and spacious! We were there mid June and during the weeks it was quite quiet with no issue finding sunbeds, though the weekends became manic I think a lot of locals go for weekends only and it does change the dynamic of the hotel, even the restaurants seemed to struggle to cope so I'm not sure if they have a better system in place for busier periods. The pools were all a good size, though the kids pool was absolutely freezing so we didn't venture there much! There's a good amount of things to do for the kids, the kids club is aged from 4+ but they let my 3 year old attend if she was supervised which she loved. They have a slide, water cannons, play areas and the mini disco too. The food was OK, the pool bar I thought was pretty good for what you expect at a pool bar, they offered the usual burgers and hot dogs etc. The main restaurant seemed to have a theme night every night which helped change things up though I thought it was fairly small for a hotel that size, and it showed on the weekends. Soft drinks, beer and wine were all self serve, they don't offer very many cocktails but if you are imaginative you can ask them to make you up some with the alcohol that is included with the AI bands. The hotel maintenance really impressed me, the maids came everyday and would change towels if I left them in the bath. There was always staff outside cleaning the pool and surrounding areas everyday. The evening entertainment area seems fairly new, and again I think come busier months will not be big enough as on the weekends it did get very busy. There are not many tables and only one small truck bar, plus as it's outside I think there should be designated non smoking areas as with children it wasn't great that you could potentially sit down next to a group that might start smoking, it would have been nice to have the option to not have to sit next to the smokers. The entertainment itself we were really impressed with. They started with the mini disco then usually had some sort of pre-quiz or dance lesson and then a main show. They always finished promptly and the place cleared out usually by 11 which I've been to many other places and it's always been much later. There was another bar open until later but as we had the little ones we didn't get much use. Though they did offer extra snacks if you were peckish. Overall it was a lovely stay and we would recommend the place to anyone with a family. A big shout out and thank you to all the staff, they were all exceptionally friendly and helpful especially the reception staff with any issues / questions we had and the entertainment team were great too.

This was a great hotel overall, couldn't find one fault from the friendly staff always going above and beyond to ensure a perfect holiday, the food was great and always had a variety to choose from, the room was exactly as described in the photos, will definitely be returning to this hotel ;)

Nos ha gustado mucho, muy bonito el hotel, el personal súper amable, la comida bastante buena en general La única pega es que la animación nocturna acaba muy pronto, y de vacaciones apetece un poco más, por lo demás encantados

Ilha agradável, localização do hotel fantástica, funcionários simpáticos e sempre disponíveis… experiência a repetir certamente! Quarto espaçoso, ideal para família, 3 piscinas grandes, uma com animação, outra direcionada para crianças e outra para relaxar.

Un gran descubrimiento

Una experiencia familiar increíble. Una magnífica atención por parte del personal del hotel. Ideal para familias con niños. Buena comida, buenas instalaciones, actividades divertidas, muy buena accesibilidad para PMR y habitaciones con gran adaptabilidad. En general, un gran descubrimiento del que pronto repetiremos. Muy recomendable.

A pleasant stay for family of 4 with baby and preschooler

Much better if you can go out of term time, as when it approached half term (the weekend it started) it got so much busier which made it less enjoyable but overall happy with our stay. It started nice with no one reserving sun beds but again that changed by the end of the week. The staff are wonderful, the pools are great and well kept. The slide is fun. The baby pool is not heated and freezing which was a shame. There is a convenience store a short walk down if you need extra nappies, wipes, swim nappies, extra food / drinks for fussy children.

j'ai passé une semaine de reve dans cet établissement les lits sont trés confortables, l'appartement trés propre est nettoyé tout les jours, les animateurs et les animations sont les meilleurs du monde, les differents restaurants au top du top, juste, piur les frileux, les piscines ne sont pas chauffées ! Mais sinon, je vous recommande cet endroit a fond !!! j'y ai passé les meilleurs vacances de ma vie !!! Vous etes chouchoutté par une équipe au petits soins pour vous.. franchement absolument rien a redire !!!

Just what we needed to cheer ourselves up!

We had a great week here. The pools were a little chilly on the days when it wasn't super hot but I don't think that would be an issue as the weather gets warmer. Thought the food was very good. There was a lot of choice and I thought it catered well for everyone. There was always bread, pasta, pizza and fruit available for the kids if they didn't feel like trying something new, and a good selection of fresh cooked and more local dishes for those who did fancy something more adventurous. There was a queue sometimes but the buffet was replenished regularly and we didn't miss out on anything! There is also a snack bar next to the pool where you can get a steady supply of chips, toasties, salads, ice cream and some disgusting slushy fruit drinks that the kids loved. The entertainment was great, much better than we were expecting - the mini disco always went down well and although a nightly quiz in 3 languages doesn't sound promising it became quite addictive by the end of the week! The hotel team all work extremely hard to make it special, they were always cheerful and very helpful. Outside of the hotel there is beach about 10 minutes walk away (lava beach so black sand). Plenty of shops and cafes as well. You can catch a bus to just about anywhere from right outside the hotel - Siam Park is about 45 minutes away on bus 477, and Los Gigantes is about 15 minutes away (same bus number) and if you felt like working off some of that food, there is a lovely walk back to the hotel along a promenade that follows the coast. Just a note regarding the Barcy family apartments - they are positioned directly opposite the entertainment so it's very noisy. Not a problem if you intend going to the entertainment but if you have very small children you might want to consider a normal room elsewhere in the complex. Other than that, a very lovely week. Just returned from here and we had a great time. Clean and tidy with really friendly and approachable hard working staff. So much choice for food, drink and pools to swim in. Sun beds available in abundance and very comfy. We thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment, my children were sad to leave. We will definitely visit again!

Ideal para familias

Excelente servicio y atención recibidos. Muy limpio, las habitaciones incluyen una pequeña cocina y terraza, nos encantó. Aunque íbamos en pareja, pensamos volver con los niños, genial para ir en familia, muy buena localización, se pueden ver espectaculares puestas de sol.

Esperienza indimenticabile

Il soggiorno presso l'Allegro Isora è stato come stare a casa: cibo buonissimo, pulizia impeccabile e la gentilezza del personale è ineguagliabile! L'hotel è organizzatissimo in tutto e ogni richiesta dei clienti viene soddisfatta immediatamente. Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato qui per 10 giorni e non volevamo più tornare a casa. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima per raggiungere in un batter d'occhio costa Adeje e a pochi minuti a piedi si trovano playa de la Arena e le piscine naturali di Alcalà. Anche il Teide e la costa nord distano pochissimo: si raggiunge tutto comodamente con l'auto. Oltre che per coppie, Isora è perfetto per le famiglie con bambini. Consiglio vivamente!!

El servicios es excepcional, de lo que es dificil encontrar igual. Todos se desviven por hacerte una estancia agradable, las comidas variadas y de gran calidad, com atencion constante del personal. Una experiencia muy recomendable para pasar unas vacaciones en pareja o con amigos. Muy facil acceso por carretera con facilidad para aparcar proximo al hotel. Una experiencia para repetir

Muy recomendable

Es un hotel de preferencia familiar. El trato del personal es bueno y servicial, desde el primer día en la recepción proporcionándonos toda la información necesaria sobre el hotel, servicios, animación, horarios. Las habitaciones en muy buen estado. La ubicación es muy buena, pero sobre todo tranquila, cerca de tiendas y una bonita playa. A 1 minuto hay una parada de bus. Es un lugar ideal para alojarse, especialmente si vas niños pequeños. El equipo de animación es increíble, un montón de actividades diferentes y adecuadas para cada edad. Recomiendo mucho este hotel si va a pasar unos días con sus hijos.

Buongiorno, io scrivo per descrivere la mia vacanza, in questo hotel. Arrivato dopo un viaggio non molto comodo, entro e la reception, e molto piccola, una gentile signorina, parla solo spagnolo, pero capisce l'italiano, dice dopo mia richiesta di andare a mangiare, sono le 21, 00 di sera, è poi mi dà la camera, dicendomi che e sopra la piscina e tutto il necessario, indicandomi dove devo andare, ho faticato un po' per trovarla, a quel ora funzionano le luci della piscina e dello spettacolo, il problema e non sono sopra la piscina, ma sono finito proprio sopra il palco, degli spettacoli, che è finito alle 23, 00 come tutte le sere. Immaginatevi la musica molto forte, e poi parlavano solo, lo spagnolo, inglese o tedesco, per un italiano, immaginatevi, la contentezza. Non e stato l'unico problema, il water, non funzionava, messo a posto, subito, ma la mattina dopo, era rotto un'altra volta, riparato, disposizione della camera, una camera da letto piccola ci passi appena, un bagno altrettanto, mentre il salotto con cucina ampio, con il televisore, ed il climatizzatore, che ti soffia sulle spalle, ci sono fuori 27, gradi, la sera, lo spettacolo, non lo vedo perché non capisco una parola, se non fosse per la lingua sarei in prima fila. La televisione non la sento per la musica che arriva da sotto, da notare che il divano e scomodo. I materassi rigidi devono essere stati cambiati da poco, però sono coperti un telo che sembra plastica. Le volte che ho chiesto di rifare la camera, e la richiesta delle bottiglie, d' acqua, non si contano. Il ristorante e buono, non molte varietà, nel complesso soddisfacente. Il problema e sempre la lingua devo ringraziare la signora Piera per il grande aiuto dato. Fuori non c'è un granché, se ti piace camminare sotto il sole, ce una strada che costeggia il mare, senza ripari. 4 estrellas reciente, pero deben mejorar aún

Recién nos hemos hospedado en el hotel y la verdad nos esperabamos otra cosa para ser un 4 estrellas reformado y el precio que hemos pagado. Lo más importante a la llegada es la recepción, para mi la cara importante de un hotel es la recepción es tu primera impresión, y la verdad la bienvenida hay que mejorarla, las recepcionistas parecen de prácticas, les falta idioma y soltura, eres tú quien pregunta para saber porque ellas no se molestan en informar demasiado, se les ve con mala gana, nisiquiera sonrien. Tuvimos que esperar por la habitación como todo el mundo, pero ?para qué anotan nuestro teléfono para llamarnos si cuando está lista no lo hacen?, la verdad que les falta profesionalidad, entiendo que hay personal de prácticas, pero no dejarlo sólo y formarlo, porque al final la imagen que da es de estar perdidos y no enterarse de nada. El jefe de recepción nos atendió una vez y como flash porque con prisas volvió a entrar por su puerta blanca detrás de la recepción, deberían preguntarse si el personal es feliz con su trabajo. La comida no está mal, pero es bastante repetitiva. La plancha uffff ni la toqué dos veces que retiré ternera y pollo no había quien lo comiese, estaba duro duro, lo trasladé al cocinero y no le gustó, tras ello le dije la has probado, me dice no, y le invité a hacerlo porque esa comida no debe servirse. La persona de reposición del buffet es un encanto y muy atenta. Falta variedad de dulces, tartas, más fruta, ensalada, menos comida prefabricada, que han subido a un 4 estrellas y para los niños debería de haber algo más que salchichas, nuggets o papas fritas. Deben mantener más limpio el restaurante, y los camareros unos son bastante simpáticos, otros van a lo suyo y o pasan de todo, o van estresados y todo está en el todo incluido, no prestan atención. Y lo más feo, el maitre debería de llamarles la atención en privado, no todo el mundo habla idiomas y el español capta una mala conducta al vuelo. Respecto a zonas comunes, falta limpieza, los baños de la recepción estan sucios y huelen mal, en las mañanas la entrada a recepción tiene mal olor, como a poseta de baños, y lo saben! Porque la recepcionista se da vueltas y vueltas con ambientador y la verdad no sé que es peor. Las piscinas el suelo es cómodo porque no desliza, pero está muy sucio. Me ha sorprendido mucho que en la época en la que estamos y los grandes problemas que hay con el plástico TODO en bar snack piscina sea de plástico. Impresionante cuanta basura se genera al día, los cubiertos, vasos y platos de plásticos. Lo único que vi fueron el último día unos vasos de cartón y como no quedaban cucharas del helado unas de palo. Me parece impresionante que Barcelo no sea conciente de lo importante que es reciclar o usar otro tipo de material distinto al plástico, no hay contenedores de reciclaje y si los hay no es el fuerte de este hotel. Respecto a la comida del buffet en bar piscina da un poco de mal aspecto, todo lleno moscas y mosquitos, las bandejas donde se sirve la comida tienen unas tapas que son poco prácticas, los helados descongelados y saben mal porque no están bien conservados, lo trasladas a la camarera y como sólo hay una rubia de pelo corto, la pobre no para de hacer bebidas, poco caso hace. La máquina café fuera de servicio. A las 5am ya hay hamacas reservadas y a la hora del desayuno ya no hay libres, nadie lleva un control. No hay apenas sombrillas y te dice que por reglamento son esas y punto, en fin a tostarse al sol o robarse entre los clientes hamacas y sombrillas porque el socorrista no hace nada y el personal del hotel tampoco. El socorrista permite unas cosas durante la mañana y durante la tarde cambiande opinion, en fin un descontrol que no sabe si usar el tobogán o dejar de usarlo. El tobogán no está del todo bien, los empates hacen daño y gracias que deslizas porque sino terminas todo arañado, mi hijo se arañó la espalda. Reservamos una Barcy family y echamos en falta más cosas para el niño, cuando vimos fotos y los regalos que hacían a otros huespedes esperabamos algo parecido y la verdad que no fue así. La habitación estaba limpia pero el sofá es bastante incómodo. Necesitan cambiar los colchones poque ya tienen muelles que molestan, no hay cama matrimonio, o no la prepararon a pesar de haberla pedido. Y el aire acondicionado que decimos de ello... en el restaurante a penas había, un calor horrible y todo lleno moscas, sobre todo a la entrada y el habitación se te informa que sólo hay en el salón, pero que al menos funcione, porque no lo hacía de forma correcta y con mucho ruido a parte el motor está en la terraza y más ruido aún, y en la habitación deberían colocar uno porque hace un calor horroroso. La verdad que se habrá hecho reforma, pero parcial, un lavado de cara. El aire está ahí de cualquier forma colocado con todos los cables a la vista. Tienen un problema de cucarachas, entiendo que son zonas de jardines, calor, clima, pero por las noches hay muchas en la zona de la piscina del tobogán en restaurante bajo las mesas, y en las zonas comunes de acceso a las habitaciones. La zona de billares necesita más iluminación. Y lo último que no me gustó nada nada y lo pregunté y se rieron, fue que pintaran las palmeras en la recepción, madre mia! He puesto lo malo, porque creo que las críticas son buenas para mejorar lo que una cliente como yo persive, pero lo he pasado bien a pesar de todo, ?lo recomendaría? Pues sinceramente tengo esa cosilla que no sé si hacerlo o no. La verdad que estuve cuando era Varadero, se notan cambios, pero la subida a 4 estrellas debería de ampliar un poco más las cosas.

Idéal pour passer une semaine en famille

Dans l'ensemble très satisfait du séjour. Beaucoup d'activités sont proposées pour les enfants. En mode all inclusive, les petits déjeuners sont très copieux. Les repas du midi et du soir sont également très copieux mais malgré le large choix on a l'impression de manger un peu le même chose. Par contre n'espérez pas dormir avant 23:00 mais bon... C'est l'Espagne.

Hotel spoko

Hotel ogółem bardzo fajny, ładne baseny, ogród, fajna atmosfera, obsługa i animatorzy sympatyczni😉 jakoś do ceny w sam raz.. To musze potwierdzić, w restauracji za małe stoisko z jedzeniem, odczulismy to pod koniec pobytu, gdy zjechała się do hotelu duża grupa młodzieży. Jedzenie dobre, każdy coś dla siebie znajdzie. Przy basenie fajna rewia mody (sklepik z ciuszkami) prowadzona między innymi przez Polkę (sympatyczna dziewczyna), pierwszy raz spotkałam się z czymś takim, ciekawe to było 😃 Pobyt uważamy za udany, spacerkiem niedaleko do plaży La Arena.. Wyspa przepiękna, polecam wybrać się do wioski Masca robi wrażenie, wulkan również, zwiedziliśmy dużo i bardzo warto!!Loro park także polecam. Jeśli chodzi o karaluszki, mieliśmy w pokoju, poprosiliśmy o zmianę i bez problemu otrzymaliśmy inny. Karaluchy to normalne w takich klimatach, zdarza się napotkać je w 5* hotelach 😉

Wedding anniversary stay (1st holiday without our children)

Stayed for our wedding anniversary. It's our 1st holiday without our 3 little girls so only stayed 4 nights but would of loved to stay longer. The hotel was lovely & clean. Staff were friendly. We were All Inclusive and the food & drinks selection was great with BBQ some days round the pool. We had a Mexican and Chinese themed night too. Always kept topped up. Their local gin & tonic was lovely. Lots of sun beds to choose from. Pools and facilities were lovely. I loved the colourful decor. Our room was lovely and updated. We had room A302 which had a sea view from the outside of the hotel. This was great as this was the side the sun went down so had evening sun on our balcony. Would defo recommend and will be coming back with our children. Area and location of hotel was great with lots of local bars, restaurant and shops if you wanted to venture out. Lovely view of the mountains from sun beds.

Хороший отель для семейного отдыха

Отдыхаем в отеле по настоящее время уже 12 день. Большая зеленая ухоженная территория, много корпусов, хорошие бассейны с удобными шезлонгами, столовая и ресепшн после свежего ремонта смотрятся ярко, стильно и очень по-семейному)). Сам номер большой, светлый, очень продумано освещение номера - много светильников, ночничков, про удобство кухни, барной стойки и бесплатного холодильника писали многие, присоединяюсь. Вид из номера на океан шикарный, шум от машин не критичный, интенсивность движения не высокая. Кровати удобные, матрасы высокие, новые, но хотелось все же одну двуспальную кровать, вместо 2-х разъезжающихся односпальных. Недостаточно свежего воздуха в спальне. Открытое на ночь окно немного спасает, но в этом случае наше утро начиналось часов в 7:30-8:00, как и у работников отеля, которые в это время начинают возить тележки, громко хлопать дверьми, разговаривать, петь, а в корпусе F еще и ремонтировать сломанный лифт 🙈 Кстати, по этой причине, на все время нашего отпуска вход на лестничную площадку с лифтом в блоке F был закрыт и тяжелые чемоданы при заселении пришлось поднимать по аварийной винтовой лестнице на 3 этаж! К уборке в целом претензий нет, но туалет можно было бы мыть дизенфицирующими средствами, либо это проблемы с канализацией, мы так и не поняли... Еда в отеле вкусная, брали завтрак-ужин, выбор есть всегда. Особенно порадовали по утрам молочные коктейли, блинчики с ореховой пастой и вкусная выпечка, по вечерам - сыры, рыба и вино. А вот мясо с огня часто было резиновым, может торопились и не успевали дожарить. Персонал в ресторане улыбчивый и отзывчивый. Тематические вечера на ужине слабенькие, также маленький выбор фруктов и овощей, неспешно обновляются пустые подносы, есть с чем сравнивать - отдыхаем в Испании 4 раз, до этого были на материке и Майорке в отелях уровня 3* и 4 *. Анимацию оценить не могу, посмотрели мельком одно вечернее шоу по возвращению с экскурсии, ребенка 10 лет детская анимация не впечатлила, скорее расчитана на деток помладше. До пляжа Playa de la Arena минут 7-10 пешком, очень понравился черный песок и океан. Рядом с отелем местные супермаркеты Dino, фруктово-овощная лавка, много сувенирных магазинчиков вдоль променада, в шаговой доступности (минут 30-40 пешком) гипермаркеты Lidl и Mercadona. Брали машину на 3 дня в sicar, выгодней заранее бронировать через сайт, выходит существенно дешевле, чем у прокатных контор рядом с отелем. Бесплатную парковку можно найти всегда, с этим проблем на острове нет, стоимость бензина ниже материковой Испании - 0, 97-1, 25€ за литр. Общее впечатление от отеля хорошее, везде можно найти минусы, но у данного отеля плюсов, по нашему мнению, все же больше. Рекомендую его для семейного отдыха.

Dobry dla rodzin z dziećmi

Jest to dobry hotel w nieco spokojnej miejscowości, jak na Teneryfę. Z recepcji na plażę idzie się ok 10 min spacerkiem. Pokój przestronny z aneksem kuchennym oraz dostawką. Aneks był wyposażony w talerze oraz sztućce. Spokojnie można przygotować małemu dziecku dodatkowy posiłek. Wieczorem odbywają się animacje. Jest też jedna zjeżdżalnia dla dzieci oraz jedna dla bardzo małych dzieci. Jest też domek do zabawy. Polecam rodzinom z dziećmi. Jedzenie jest smaczne, z pewnością każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Duży plus za chipsy krewetkowe, które uwielbiam! Na kolację są dwa wejścia: pierwsze od 19 do 20 a drugie od 20:30 do 21:30. Bardzo ciekawe rozwiązanie. Zdecydowanie hotel na plus.

Excellent hotel

We stayed 7 nights in this hotel and we weren't disappointed at all! The hotel is situated at a quiet location not so far from the beach. At the time we stayed there, it was low season. So it was not too crowded, which we liked. The quality of foods and drinks where excelent, enough variation. The swimming pools are being maintained well. We had a decent room with a nice view at the sea (nice!). The people that work in the hotel we had contact with, generally are nice people! Our special thanks go out to the people of the animation / kids club department. We have a 4 year old daughter who had a great time with you. Thank you so much, Valle and Miguel! This is a fine hotel, I hope it says like that!

Fajny hotel na 3, 7 gwiazdki:)

Przede wszystkim bardzo miła, uśmiechnięta i pomocna obsługa! Od recepcji po serwis sprzątający! Warunki bardzo przyzwoite ale dla luddzi przywyczajonych do hoteli 5* może wydać się niewystarczające. Jedzenie dobre, drinki również. W restauracji czasem zbyt tłoczno i robią się kolejki co jest wadą, lecz nie do tego stopnia by zepsuć całokształt. 3 baseny, jedna zjeżdzalnia, animiacje na przyzwoitym poziomie. Dla dzieci mini disco i zajęcia dwa razy dziennie po kilka godzin. W hotelu głownie Polacy, Francuzi, Anglicy, Skandynawowie. Nie ma lansu! Okolica spokojna. Widok na ocena nawet z hotelu, do plaży 10 min spacerem. Przeważnie czerwona flaga ale to uzasadnione! mocne fale i pływy... Warto zwiedzić wyspę! jesteśmy zadowoleni! Pogoda i towarzystwo na wysokim poziomie! Polecam!

Dirty shabby apartment - disgusting food! 1*

We recently spent a week at the Allegro Isora, it was without doubt the worst hotel experience we've ever had. We had upgraded to have an all-inclusive package also to have a sea view. We stayed in Block A. The hotel rates itself on Tripadvisor as 4. This is a joke! about as funny as the way they describe the hotel! 'Allegro is boldness, joy and laughter' 'explosion of energy'!!! They describe the newly renovated apartments; our apartment might have been newly renovated in 1960! It was dirty, shabby and in places falling apart. The bathroom was disgusting. I'll let the photos speak for themselves. I had to complain to reception about the filthy state of the room and ask for it to be cleaned properly. The receptionists were curt and dismissive. When I asked for the cups in the room to be either cleaned or replaced they refused. The receptionist told me that it was not the responsibility of the hotel, when I asked whose responsibility was it. I was told it was the responsibility of the guests. We returned to the room later and found the dirty cups etc. had been piled into the sink and left there. There were several issues with the canteen [It could never be described as a restaurant] the food was of very poor quality, badly cooked and in very short supply. The 'hot' food was kept on a hotplate that was barely warm. This meant food such as paella, fish, and pork were barely warm. A food hygiene inspector would have a field day! The salad bar had a very poor, meagre selection of meat and cheese. There were often only warm plates available for the cold food. The noise in the canteen was unbearable; it was like a school canteen with no adult supervision. The food at the pool snack bar was dreadful and kept barely warm. There were flies around the salad bar and food containers which were often left open. The noise from the 'entertainment' was dreadful. For several hours every day, and every evening, the very loud speaker system meant that there was 'no hiding place' to escape the loud music 'shouting and yelling' from the pool games during the day, and the 'shows' in the evenings. One final comment about the 'Newly refurbished' Reception, Bar and Canteen. The décor is hideous, and garish. There is nowhere in the public areas that a guest can find a comfortable seat. The noise from the metal chairs scraping on the tiled floors in the bar and canteen is unbearable! I could go 'on and on' about the rest of the failings but I think anyone reading this and the other negative tripadvisor reports will realise they should book somewhere else instead. This report will probably be followed by a report from Christine M' her 'glowing' report follows every negative report left for the hotel! Strange eh?

Restaurant is very small dread to think how they cope in high season

Read thd reviews before arriving so was a little apprehensive but was pleasantly surprised. Had no issue with the decoration yes very pink but not off putting. Restaurant was the biggest let down as you had to queue to enter at meal times. Not much food for the English travellers and whoever thought brussel sprouts was a good idea for breakfast wants a telling off. The coffee machines were always breaking down and queues every morning. The wine was help yourself and was ok. Rooms very big and spacious with huge outside space. The pullout bed and aircon was the biggest issue with room. The wooden slats could not hold an adult sleeper and the mattress was torn. There were two sets of activities coordinators as there were soo many different nationalities staying at the hotel. Wasnt easy to get along with everyone because of the language barrier and the lack of people joining in and having fun Very hilly area but was ok if you took your time. Beautiful steak restaurant just across the road well worth every penny. Would i stay at the Allegro Isora again yes maybe but not on all inclusive unless they make the restaurant bigger and more food for the English

Vacaciones con niños

Las instalaciones geniales, la animación durante todo el dia para mayores y niños, las piscinas geniales y hay una climatizada a 28 grados. Todas son aptas para niños pequeños ya que tiene rampa. El hotel esta escalonado en 4, en la parte de abajo está el miniclub, la piscina infantil pequeña que tiene de alto 40cm, la otra piscina con el tobogán (hace algo de daño al bajar, ya que hay unas juntas que no tienen silicona) en la siguiente altura tiene la piscina grande con el snack bar, en la siguiente tiene el gimnasio, la zona de recepción del hotel, la zona welness para masajes, pedicuras, manicuras.... y el la otra altura tiene un palco montado para hacer las animaciones noctirnas. Playa a 3minutos andando. Supermercado justo en la calle principal, farmacia a 3 minutos en coche. Lo unico malo es que el 80 o 90 por ciento de la gente es inglesa o francesa y el idioma que hablan los animadores es ese, español casi nulo. Nos senrimos extranjeros en nuestro pais😥, en las animaciones de las 8 de la tarde nos marchabamos porque no entendiamos nada y los niños se aburrian. Servicio de habitaciones, camas, toallas y suelos todos los dias. En la recepción hay alquiler de coche (AVIS). El aeropuerto está a una media hora. Las toallas para la piscina te las dejan en recepción, com previo depósito que luego te devuelven. El el dormitorio no hay tv, solo la hay en el salón. La cocina no tiene estropajo ni paño ni jabón de lavar los platos.

Hemos pasado solo un fin de semana y nos ha sorprendido para bien... (limpio, camas cómodas, buena comida (de todo un poco) buenas piscinas y tumbonas suficientes y buena animación. no se si en verano estará más masificado. Detalle en habitacion y personal muy amable. repetiremos!!

excellent hotel

I chosed this hotel for my honeymoon, and I really do not regret. we had small problem when we arrived at midnight, the room was occupied, but receptionist was very kindly, he transferred us to another hotel for one night (was more luxurious hotel) and in addition he gave us the full board package instead of half-board, the room was clean and spacious with small kitchen and a beautiful view sea. the food was excellent and copious, the hotel have tree swimming pool, i was better if temperature of the water was more hot. sure i will come back again thank you for all

Excellent séjour

Partis avec Fram, tout s'est bien passé de l'aéroport à la fin du séjour. Accueil de la guide Fram et petit pique nique fourni, vu que le restaurant était fermé à notre arrivée. Salle du restaurant assez grande mais très bruyante le soir. Vu que c'est un hôtel international, il y a une multitude de nationalité. Tellement que c'était rempli, ils ont dut mettre en place 2 services. Visite guidée du centre le lendemain de notre arrivée. Bar à snack sympa et varié. Merci à la cuisinière qui était toujours attentionnée... le club Fram était sympa mais les activités répétitives et peu variées. Possibilité de dîner une fois par semaine au restaurant du snack bar' une fois celui-ci fermé (attention, c'est sur réservation). Petit village à côté avec boutiques, restaurants et supérette. Arrêt de bus permettant de rejoindre Los Gigantes ou los americas non loin. Dommage que ce soit uniquement la petite piscine qui soit chauffée. Possibilité de louer une voiture ainsi que d'acheter des excursions depuis l'hôtel. Il y a également des agences près du club. Merci à l'ensemble des équipes de l'hôtel ainsi que les animateurs en violet et l'équipe Fram : Maylis, Joris, Adrien, Sarah, Jennifer, Rayan, Gianni et Benjamin.

Great value for money

Location: set on a hill top next to playa de la arena very quiet, beach is a downhill 5-10 minute walk. Pools: 3 pools, 1 (top pool) heated in winter months all very clean I would see maintenance clean them every morning on the way to breakfast. Kids club: AMAZING. My kids used the hotels kids club day 3 and they were hooked the remainder of the stay. Lucia was fantastic she is very interactive with all the children in various languages. Had planned to visit the waterpark etc during my stay however the kids didnt want to go as they wanted to go to kids club. Entertainment: maxi club from what I could see was for all ages and the animation guys were really trying to get people onboard water polo / archery / darts etc throughout the day pilates, yoga in the mornings. Evenings always had entertainment quiz nights, magic shows etc however I cannot stress enough how fantastic the animations team dance show was the best show we seen that week. Food: food itself was ok many menu items repeated however if you dont eat every item offered every night and space it throughout your stay you will have a different meal every time. My only frustration with the hotel was the lay out of the dining room. One counter holds the pasta station, the 2 fresh cook points, the paella and the buffet this makes for a very long queue and in the summer when hotel capacity is really up they will really struggle. I was a single parent of 3 small children and can only carry 2 plates at one time this meant at least 2 trips in the queue over 20 minutes of standing in queues and making the eyeball face at the kids when they were starting to become disrupting at the table. Room: we were in block F on the bottom floor which was great right next to kids pool, slide pool and kids club. Request one of these rooms if you dont want to hear the nighttime entertainment which usually finishes 10-11pm. Although these rooms are farthest from reception and restaurant etc. Amenities / facilities towels can be purchased for a €10 deposit which will be returned and €2 for a towel change. Hotel has a gym that is free to use, a pool bar which serves snacks for AI and also payable food. Check in / check out. Check in was fine although I checked in online to save time however this didnt serve any purpose as i still had to fill in all my details when I got there. Note to the manager at the hotel a simple how was your stay on check out would go a very long way I had so many good things to say on check out but nobody asked? Красота природы спасла отдых!

Хочу сказать, что изначально выбирала отель Баваро Сантьяго в районе Лос-Гигантес! Красивейшее место... Но по брони был отказ... Туроператор предложил Аллегро (одна сеть " Баваро "), я согласилась, потому что времени не было, надо было срочно бронировать. Добралась я в отель в 21.00, быстро дали ключи и сказали блок F. И тут у меня начался поиск этого блока ((. В итоге чуть с чемоданом я не упала а бассейн))). Нашла свой корус, благо добрые люди сказали. Зайдя в корпус, я немного ужаснулась, и поняла, что у меня 1 этаж и балкон выходит на детскую площадку. Это кажется, худший вид из номера, который мог быть. Номер двухкомнатный, аппартаменты. Все старое, это видно даже невооруженным взглядом, хотя на фото все ок! Халата нет, тапок тоже. Ну и ладно! Я загрустила, вспомнив свой отель во Вьетнаме, где тоже халата не было, но номер был новенький и улет! Ну что сказать, что сама купила! Еще успев на ужин, я тоже расстроилась... Где мои шикарные огромные столы, ломящиеся от явств??)) Поесть что я себе нашла, при своем привередливом характере, я все равно всегда голодной не останусь... Смотря на еду, всплывались фотокартины ресторанов Доминиканы и Вьетнама (чью еду я тоже не жаловала, но еды то было много!)). На ужин можно брать себе в безграничном количестве напитки, вино (розовое, белое и красное), пиво. Что давали есть: рис с разными ингридиентами, аля паэлья, паста, пицца, различное мясо, крылья, картофель в разных видах, овощи. На завтрак: каши, йогурты, фрукты, бекон, сосиски, сыр, ветчина, овощи.. Ох, какие же у них вкусные маринованные огурцы, ядренно уксусные, на любителя, т. е. на меня. В этот раз я не брала " все включено " (хотя разница была не столь значительная), потому что хотела обедать именно в местных ресторанчиках. Как показал опыт, еда намного вкуснее там, чем " отельная ". И я не прогадала, кафешек рядом полно, а алкоголь - вот тут супермаркет, 1 минута ходьбы от рецепшена. Вино, пиво, крепкие напитки, вода, хамончик, сыры, недорогая косметика из алоэ, варенье из кактусов, табак- все под боком. Даже сангрия в пакетах за три копейки, и что самое главное - вкусная она! На фасаде отеля есть еще магазин сувениров (там дорого), аренда машин (не пользовалась) и продажа экскурсий, там я купила себе экскурсию с русскоязычным гидом на Тейде. Напротив отеля ресторан " Мартини ", скажем так, вид очень красивый, особенно на закат, но не дешево, обед обошелся в 30 евро на меня одну с напитками. До вулканического пляжа Ла Арена 5 минут ходьбы. Вид, конечно, впечатляющий! Очень красиво. До природного бассейна пешком, не спеша минут 25-30. В отеле несколько бассейнов, с подогревом - бассейн при входе. Не сказать, что очень теплая вода, но купаться можно. В океане прохладно, полностью не окуналась, хотя люди купались. Аннимация дневная - не очень, это не русские зажигалки во Вьетнаме, да и контенгент - в основном европейцы-пенсионеры. На вечерние программы не ходила. Здесь и есть место именно спокойное, чтобы приехать и смотреть на красивейшие пейзажи. Здесь просто получаешь эстетическое удовольствие от видов! Про уборку! Убирали плохо. Я разлила сангрию на пол, вытерла влажными салфетками, но это пятно так и оставалось на протяжении дней трех, хотя чаевые уходили каждый день! Шторы грязные, пыльные. У меня на балконе пепельницы не было, я сделала ее из банок. Банки убирали, пепельницы не ставили. На 6й день ю, о Эврика!) мне ее поставили, хотя у моих соседей на балконе она была). На следующий день я пришла, а грязная пепельница так и стоит... Я жила одна, номер оплачен полностью. У меня изначально было 2 полотенца для лица, 1 для ног и 2 больших. Через три дня у меня ликвидировали 1 полотенце для лица и 1 большое. Это что значит??? Мне столько полотенец много?? Все-таки, четверка четверке - рознь, и, находясь 6 лет назад в той же Испании (Ллорет-де-Мар) такого же уровня отеля, сервис был выше... Так, мне нужен утюг! 20 евро отдаешь в залог, берешь на рецепшине, гладишь и возращаешь. Деньги обратно отдают. Если нужна прачечная - она располагается на внешней стороне, рядом с супермаркетом. Финиш моего отдыха достиг в самый последний день, когда я, тихо-мирно попивая сангрию на балконе, не смогла зайти обратно в номер... Дверью я не хлопала, закрыла как обычно, но возможно есть и моя вина в этом, не предусмотрела. Пришлось перелезать через балкон, и тут я прям рада была, что это первый этаж! Пришла на рецепшен, мне выдали еще раз ключ и я попала в номер. Такого нигде со мной никогда не было... Кстати, с ключами была раз беда, двери не открывали, но это быстро исправили на рецепшен. Я не могу советовать или не советовать отель. Что плохо убирают - это факт и это ужасно!Что старый номерной фонд - плохо, но не критично, аппартаменты очень удобны для семьи с детьми. Еда - вполне обычная, есть можно. На рецепшине все вопросы решают быстро. На Кипре, в Эмиратах, в Венгрии, в той же Испании я жила в 4х, но здесь меня отель немного разочаровал. Но и стоимость отеля была ниже. А вообще эти шикарные виды поднимут даже пессимисту настроение!

Отель для скучного семейного отдыха

Отдыхали в этом отеле в январе 2019г, также еще отдыхали в нем в 2011 году. Обо всем по-порядку. За эти годы отель реновировали, новая мебель в номерах, новая сантехника, подкрашены стены. Номера- просторные, есть спальня, кухня-гостиная, балкон, санузел. Есть немного посуды. Не видели в номерах кукарачей, это порадовало, в 2011 они там были и огромные. Номера чистые. Уборка, мягко говоря, на троечку, если не оставишь чаевые, убираются плохо, пол не моют, зеркала не протрут, только постель заправят. Я являюсь постоянным клиентом этой сети, при заселении был маленький сувенир- пирожные, каждый день 2 бут. воды, плюс ваучер 57 евро на любые услуги- СПА или бар. Мы приехали поздно, в 1 ночи, нам вручили большие пакеты с сухим пайком, очень было приятно. Заранее бронировала определенный корпус, в него и заселили, тоже приятно, что были внимательны к моей просьбе. Из нашего корпуса (F) из спальни был вид на океан, с балкона на бассейн, корпус удален от ресепшен и ресторана, всегда тихо. Плюсы- хорошее белье, высокие и хорошие матрасы, большая территория, вежливый персонал, большая бесплатная парковка, рядом есть супермаркет, красивые виды, есть подогреваемый бассейн. Минусы- почти полное отсутствие анимации, а та, что была- самодеятельность деревенского клуба, в отеле откровенно скучно, нет музыки нигде, некачественная уборка, не было мыла в номере, WiFi -в номере очень слабый, маленький ресторан для такого большого отеля, кровати раздельные, неудобные подушки и простыни вместо пододеяльников, мелкие муравьи в номерах. Питание- хорошее, разнообразное, много рыбы, мяса, курицы, овощи, супы, но нет морепродуктов, фрукты -печаль, незрелые, десертов много, смузи. Напитки- здесь было разочарование, так как в этой сети в других странах - великолепные коктейли, много брендовых напитков, в Allegro Isora - только 5 коктейлей шли All Incusive и отнюдь не лучшие, сплошная химоза, в итоге в баре по " все включено " - выбор небольшой- кава, пиво, вино столовое, виски JB, бренди Veterano, не более. Так что смысла в " All inclusive " немного)) Да, очень хороший массаж в СПА, делала по ваучеру, спасибо массажистке Мариане. Новые и хорошие шезлонги у бассейнов, но абсолютно скучно! Тишина и печаль. Общая оценка - крепкие 3 балла, если бы не откровенная скука, поставили бы 4.

Better than expected, enjoyable time, you get what you pay for!

We had an enjoyable time and overall was better than expected after reading the latest reviews. If you are used to holiday destinations with personal service this hotel is not for you. Hotel is very clean, the staff are lovely and the food is good, but literally everything is self service. Beds were comfortable and the mini apartment spotless. Pool areas kept clean and the water sparkling, loads of sunbeds and thankfully we never really experienced the towels on beds at 5am, which made a nice change. Location isn't great, there is not much to see or do around the hotel apart from a walk along the coast down to Playa de la Arena. Bus stop outside the hotel in either direction to Los Gigantes or Cost Adeje etc. If you think of this hotel as basic all inclusive you wont be disappointed. My main criticism is there is nowhere comfortable to sit and enjoy a leisurely drink, every seating area is like a café / cafeteria both inside and out. The restaurant is very busy and some days staff were very slow clearing tables which then has a knock on effect that people entering have nowhere to sit. Several times we saw families clearing tables themselves and placing dirty plates and glasses on top of other dirty tables just so they could sit down, then finding their own cutlery, glasses etc. We did notice that some clearing staff are more effective than others! The restaurant is not an enticing place to eat, more like in, eat and out which is probably what its designed for, no time for guests to linger over a nice meal, its just not that sort of hotel. There were themed nights in the restaurant which we found very enjoyable, particularly the Asian night. We were given a sitting for dinner, which was far too early for us and they were happy to change it the next day. I think the two sittings are 6.30pm to 7.30pm or 8pm to 9pm but nobody ever checked our 'dinner cards'. Both at lunch and dinner there is wine and bottled water in ice buckets by the drinks station, however finding water or wine glasses to put it in was sometimes difficult if very busy. We soon realized if you go a little later it's less busy. Breakfast is the usual with plenty of choice although the omelet station was so busy we never bothered. Croissants were lovely! There are no porters at this hotel so you have to do it all yourself, there is a steep slope that goes from the reception area down to the children's pool (blocks E & F) and that's quite heavy going pulling a case on wheels

An enjoyable family stay

Although a little disappointed with our transfer from the airport which took 1hr 45 minutes (and not 1 hour as previously told), we were very pleased with our choice of hotel. Spacious room, good choice of food - although it became a little repetitive after 7 days but we did eat out a couple of times during our stay. Excellent and clean pool areas and always plenty of sun loungers. In fact, we've never been anywhere in peak season where there are so many available all day. Friendly and hardworking animation team which my son loved. I used the wellness centre and had an excellent massage at a very reasonable price. The rooms in comparison to the rest of the hotel style and decor are very dated. Handy to have a fridge in the room and pleased with the aircon but wifi in the room was intermittent which was a shame as we run our own business so often need internet access for our laptop whilst we are away. Bathroom was also quite small for three of us sharing. The hotel is a short walk down a steep hill to the beach and to a handful of local restaurants and bars. The beach is great but beware the black sand is incredibly hot and will burn your feet! If you like seafood then the food at local restaurant Pancho was fantastic. This was a great choice for families and people looking for the more family side of Tenerife and not the crazy night life of Las Americas, which if you're interested in - then take note it's a 30 minute taxi ride away!

Nice hotel, room for improvement

Returned recently from a family holiday 3rd-14th April; two children aged 4 & 8. Location: 5th visit to Tenerife, this is my favourite location. Very close to town centre and under €5 by taxi or bus to Los Gigantes. La Arena is hilly but across the road and down a bit to the left there is a man made coastal path that goes for miles, and it's pretty flat. Rooms: As advertised and the cleaning service is very good. Towels replaced as needed and linen straightened when not changed. Air con works well. TV fine (no UK kids channels). Fridge handy. Balconies are safe and have clothes drying facilities. Perhaps some electrical maintenance required at bedside and kitchenette (D309). Kids club: Age 4-9, enjoyed by kids & run by friendly staff. Disco and dances enjoyed by the kids. Only downside is kids disco doesn't start til 8.30 / 9 and with first diner slot 6.30-7.30pm it's a bit of a hang around. Pools: Plentiful; as were sun beds, even in our second week when the hotel was busier. Returnable deposit of €10 per towel (this process somewhat unclear). We preferred the lower pool, many kids there with inflatables so we fitted right in. Water was cold but as expected for April. All pool areas are clean and well maintained. Noise: Addressing this as it's in other reviews. The hotel entertainment isn't ridiculously loud. We found the entertainment run by Fram (an in house travel co.) was very loud. Saying that, it was typically over by 10.30pm and even though our kids flaked earlier that that, it didn't stop them from sleeping. PlayStation room: a nice touch- a novelty at first thought but both times we tried to visit there were unsupervised kiddies who just weren't coming off. Profile time limits? Gym: Used and it was nice. If using early and machines not on then pop to reception; they send someone over to turn on power to sockets. All inclusive drinks: loads of choice, some cocktails on AI too. Pool bar & pink van were my favourite outlets. Restaurant: Recently refurbished it looks good and it is clear the cooking and cleaning staff are working very hard. I am very surprised the hotel did not take the opportunity to create two main servery areas during the refurbishment to combat queues. The time slots for dinner are obviously in place to help stop overcrowding but in my opinion, a friendly faced staff member is required on the queue at evening meal times to keep it moving along (and to diffuse tensions). There are many nationalities in the hotel with different queuing customs and a presence of a staff member would help greatly. The food is samey with the occasional wildcard but this is the case for HB and AI in any hotel. I imagine the restaurant is mayhem in Summer. We dined a la carte in house; an Italian night and a Canarian night. Lovely food, nice to be served and change of environment for those evenings was refreshing. I did experience & report one instance of cross-contamination which was dealt with promptly. Toilets: communal toilets could be more regularly maintained for blockages and cleanliness. In similar hotels we've experienced checks done hourly. It is very easy to be within a couple of minutes walk to your private toilet in your hotel room if lounger spot chosen for that reason. Dining @ Pool Bar: chips, hot dogs, salad & doughnuts mostly. There are flies and food is covered. Not forgetting ice cream. It's okay once or twice but the main restaurant is at its best at lunch time and is worth getting dried for. Communication: The hotel gives you an A4 piece of paper when you check in that tells you some information to get your holiday started. It's lacking in detail and doesn't explain how to go about some things. (Towels & entertainment programmes as examples) A quick win would be to add a further print to this with some extra useful information to help guests dive right in to the holiday fun. We found front of house staff very friendly and helpful. Overall, a nice hotel that is obviously continually improving. A few changes, some so easily implementable would really raise it to my expectation of a 4 star aparthotel. Thanks

Half board

This hotel is certainly more functional than super luxurious, but is an excellent offering for the money paid. We travelled half board and that was the best thing for us. There is a small, basic kitchenette with fridge with ice box (no microwave, but a kettle and a 2 ring hob and basic cutlery and crockery) so we bought lunch basics from the Dinomart 2 mins away and on the days we stayed at the hotel that was fine. No washing up liquid, teatowel, sponge / cloth etc is included so definitely worth bringing with you (wish I'd thought). Also, there are no sharp knives and other implements such as can opener, cork screw etc I upgraded to a sea-view room then discovered this might mean our balcony overlooked the main road into the Playa De La Arena. I emailed and requested a pool and sea view and was fortunate to get this, so I had a brilliantly placed room (D403) overlooking the pool, sea and La Gomera - beautiful at sunrise and sunset. The bedroom was small (ish) - but this wasn't an issue - but if you're sharing with an arm-flailing friend you need to know the single beds are butted up to each other. The bathroom was decent with a great shower. Hand soap and a large shower gel are provided but no shampoo / conditioner. The balcony was a good size with comfy chairs and a beautiful spot to have a predinner G & T on (the 7euro litre of gin from Dinomart was a good gamble and not rough at all!) The rooms were cleaned every day with a couple of towel changes. The food at the hotel was of a very good standard, served as a buffet. It was pretty busy at most times which was quite annoying, and items often ran out - especially at breakfast. My biggest criticism is that the labels were either badly placed or non-existent so I avoided some dishes not knowing what they were. Staff were rushed off their feet so it wasn't an option to ask. There was always great salads and fresh fruit on offer. On the whole I'd say 7 / 10 for the restaurant experience and food which isn't bad going for canteen-style mass-catering Pools were lovely - and before the half-term onslaught were really quiet. We never struggled to get a sunbed in the area / pool of our choice. There was an element of sunbed reserving going on but this wasn't too bad. Location-wise this hotel is a 5-15 minute walk from the busier areas but the whole resort is fairly quiet and laid-back. We walked from the hotel to Los Gigantes which was interesting and fairly easy. A lovely ice-cream shop in the harbour was certainly welcome, as was the brief stop to paddle at the natural pool.. We didn't get chance to walk in the opposite direction on the coast path towards Alcala, which was a shame. There's a lovely deli about 5 mins walk towards the Playa Arena (just past the petrol station) - they sell very well-priced Tenerife wines and liqueurs. Not sure about other prices but cans of fizzy drinks were slightly cheaper than Dinomart which was a good indicator. The downside of our holiday came on the final day when my daughter came down with a stomach bug. I have no doubt this is NOT due to food poisoning, but more to do with the lack of hygiene amongst other guests (lack of post-loo hand-washing etc) then the heavy use of tongs in the restaurent and items such as the swipe interactive menu etc. She spent the day extremely ill in bed. Housekeeping were great bringing fresh towels to us quickly. I would advise being very vigilant. I may not have normally thought too much about this as things like this do happen, but at 5am the morning before our incident, someone in the room next door was also being sick and despite the walls being fairly solid, it woke me up! It's the kind of thing that could happen anywhere so certainly not the fault of the hotel but some signage in the public toilet areas to remind people to wash their hands might not go amiss! On the whole though, this was a very good and enjoyable holiday at a decent standard hotel. Staff were ALL very good in all areas of the hotel. Evening entertainment was a bit hit and miss but daytime entertainment was great. We all knew what was available but not aggressively roped into doing activities we chose not to.

Amazing family holiday

Visited this hotel with my boyfriend and out 2 year old, room was spacious and even though we were all inclusive had a full apartment which was ideal with the little 1. She was too young for the kids club but it looked good and she loved the mini disco every evening. All the staff were friendly and helpful, it was clean and always looked beautiful. Food selection was great at all meals, different themes for dinners so not the same stuff every day. The fried eggs and pancakes were my fave at breakfast! The pools were amazing and although were very cold (took ur breath away but u got used to it after a minute) my little 1 loved the baby pool but we all loved the big slide too. Local area is quiet, but plenty to explore on the island, we hired a car on my birthday for 40euros and drove to loro parque which was fun. Also on my birthday the hotel left cake and a bottle of fizz in my room, which was a lovely touch to a brilliant holiday. Don't have a bad word to say. Would definitely visit again!

Family of 5 April 2019

After reading some of the views before we left I was a little concerned but to be fair the hotel is good and the staff work hard to maintain a good hotel. We were a family of 5 3 children aged 6 / 4 and 6 months. We stayed all exclusive for 10 days. Hotel rooms are tired but perfectly formed hotel beds are really comfortable! When we arrived they had already set out a cot for a baby and only one bed so we had to ask for another bed in lounge for other child. This was sorted quickly. I did think the kitchenette badly kitted out! We only had 2 glasses and no bowls! Was really hard to feed Baby and ended up using a coffee cup for her food not ideal!! Would hate to be self catering unless maybe there is better equipped rooms for this? I certainly hope so! Otherwise your eating cereal out of a coffee up 2! Food is ok you wouldn't go hungry and some dishes great but like most all exclusive very same same most nights. Rice dishes and omelettes very good. Lay out of the restaurant awful. Very busy at all times I dread to think what it is like in the summer. It has one serving station for salad and soup and another for the main dishes this was annoying as you had to queue for 10 minutes everyday even if you only wanted to food at the end! Like the kids pizza and pasta! Would be so much better if they had different stations for pizza / pasta then veg then one for the fresh meat so you didn't have to queue so much and I'm sure would stop the congestion. Found it weird they didn't have a section just for kids? First all exclusive I have been to not to do this! Quite often food was slow to replenishes and also plates cleared. Often we had to clear our own just so we could sit down. On a positive staff friendly in restaurant ice cream and cakes yummy! If you get it before it all goes!! Front desk staff - polite and helpful. Location - we had a car but a few restaurants and nice beach 10 mins away. Pools - we only used to kids pool with the slide but my good god cold!!! So cold take your breath away cold!!! Horrible for the kids but you do get used to it. Our kids did get fed up with how cold it was towards the end. I found myself having to mental prepare myself if I wanted a swim not fun!! Gym- husband used said fine. Kids club- kids went a few times and seemed to enjoy it. Mini disco very repetitive needs to add a few games in!! One night it was ran by one of the male entertainers he played games and had all the kids engaged. Get him back!! Lucia nice and the kids liked her she did well and can speak English. One kids club member can't and kids had to speak into her phone to communicate. Weird. Found it strange no water available to children in kids club. In England this would be a ofsted fail straight away!! Hotel - clean and well maintained. Evening entertainment- only stayed once for the magic show but left half way through it was a big fat red X from me. Drinks - I thought fine!! quite a lot self service but didn't bother me. Wine in restaurant awful. We had a car and visited Loro Parque. Aqua land, jungle park, los crist market and several beaches. Wouldn't recommend jungle park but aqua land great for younger kids and Lora Parque is good maybe slightly over hyped but the penguin bit is fantastic and sea lion show a highlight. One last thing!! Flies all my god flies!!! Please spend some money on food prep with doors to keep away the flies!! All deserts / pastry's all left open the flies were all over the food!! It was horrible !!! I can't believe nobody else had commented on this. You can get the serving stations with the doors or the plastic blinds that go over? Anything! Would I come again if they heated the pools and sorted the restaurant and flies. Sorry we did have a good time but the restaurant was to stressful for me. Sun bed!! Brilliant plenty to go around in April anyway!!! If you go you will have a fun holiday is what u make it and you are probably braver than me with the cold water I'm sure!! Have fun. Just get to the food before the flies. And if in doubt eat the deserts they are yummy!!!

Víctimas de robo en la habitación

Primero que nada quiero dejar claro que pase lo que pase hemos intentado que nada nos afectará en estos días, porque no me van amargar nuestros momentos, pero estamos tan desilusionado que necesito contarlo y que muchos de ustedes que sé que suelen ir mucho a este hotel no les pase lo que nos pasó a nosotros. Acabamos de llegar de pasar el puente de semana Santa. Desde hace 10 años lo hemos hecho cada año en este hotel, nunca hemos tenido quejas y hemos salido muy contentos, pero no ha sido así en esta ocasión, durante el viernes sufrimos un robo en nuestra habitación del dinero que teníamos en las carteras, al comunicárselo al personal de dirección miran el listado de las tarjetas de acceso de la puerta de entrada y con decirnos que sólo se ha registrado las nuestras se lavan las manos, que seguramente habrán entrado por las terrazas, y que ya no pueden hacer nada, por supuesto voy a poner la denuncia correspondiente y una reclamación por sentirnos totalmente cuestionados, somos una familia que vuelvo a repetir llevamos más de 10 años alojandonos en estas instalaciones siendo fieles y sólo hablando maravillas porque eso hemos sentido, pero en esta ocasión después de ocurrirnos tan mala situación y anteponiendo que el personal ha cambiado casi en su totalidad (menos los que lleva muchísimo tiempo y son personas magnificas) el actual personal de dirección deja mucho que desear, sólo quiero advertir que tengan mucho cuidado puesto que hasta en el cuartelillo de la Guardia Civil nos comentan que estos robos suelen ser mucho más habituales de lo que pensamos en este hotel. Intentamos pasar los días que nos quedaban lo mejor posible por nuestros niños. Y otra situación que nos ocurrió al poco de llegar pero que en su principio no le pusimos importancia pero que ahora atas muchos cabos, por favor si pueden compartir mucho mejor porque tenemos que luchar con estas injusticias, nos hemos sentido vacilados por su personal de dirección y no poner la debido atención e importancia que un caso así requiere. Nunca jamás pensé que viviria una situación así en estas instalaciones que tantos buenos momentos hemos vivido y que en esta ocasión tan poco respeto nos han tenido porque hemos sido víctimas de un ROBO¡¡. Lovely holiday

Just returned after a week. We had a problem with the boiler in our first room. Told reception and it was quickly sorted, or so we thought... It tripped in the night. The next day told reception who sent someone out but it still wasn't fixed. On fifth visit to reception we were told a new boiler was needed and they gave us another room. In my opinion, these things should be checked beforehand and it did damper the start of our holiday. Anyway, moving on. The hotel is bright and colourful and I loved it. Not to everyones taste but the main thing was that it was clean & tidy everywhere. Our room was a one bedroom suite. There was air con, but only in the lounge area. Pointless as I don't spend the day in my room. It would be better in the bedroom. The bathroom had a big sink & small bath. Stupid place for a toilet roll holder. Excellent wifi. 3 pools were lovely. Cold when you first got in but I have never been to a pool that wasn't and certainly not the coldest. Plenty of comfortable sunbeds. Snack bar excellent. Good choice of all inclusive drinks, including some cocktails. Good choice of food. We never had a problem finding something to eat. Evening entertainment good with outside people doing magic & tribute acts. The band was excellent. Not enough tables and chairs and really hard and uncomfortable, especially at the bar inside. They cut into your legs and back. Overall, we had a lovely holiday.

Pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour le bien être de toute la famille.... Raté ! Une odeur nauséabonde persistante au bar proche de la réception. Un réfectoire digne d'un self service. Repas peu variés, salle trop petite et manque de personnel. Les chambres : la literie du canapé lit n est pas bonne. Celle des chambres OK. Sdb correcte Animations pour les enfants: Un programme sympa est annoncé mais à la final rien ne se fait. Sous prétexte que pas assez d enfants. Résultat aucune animation mise à part la danse au bord de la piscine. Dommage car le prix intégre cette prestation. Piscines : Les transtats et parasols sont déjà réservés dès 7h30... 2 fermetures des piscines dues à des défections. Les parents ne mettent pas de couches aux petits et le personnel de sécurité ne dit rien. Point positif L équipe fram est très avenante et présente pour ses clients.

A Marmite Hotel! it is not four star!

If your holiday preferences include good quality hot food and a nice bar with comfy seating then this is not for you. Also, If you find hills and steps not to your liking then again it is unlikely to suit. We found the catering to be both chaotic with, at times lengthy queues and poor canteen style food. The hotel is on a hill, so to move around the grounds you need to use ramps and / or steps. The staff do attempt to deal with problems. things like a shortage of towels were sorted in no time at all. Whilst comments can bring about slight improvements. We also saw modern sinks being installed in some rooms; so they are attempting to bring the hotel up to a higher standard. Obviously, many like this hotel it is, as I said a marmite hotel love it or hate it. I / we have never been to an hotel with such poor catering and a lack of comfort in public areas and were grateful for the comfortable sofa and beds in our room. For us these aspects of our holiday made it a disappointing break and we would not return.

Good and Bad

Stayed a week with a teenager, food fairly poor choice and ran out of things quickly. 4 out of 7 nights we ate out and used the outside snack bar for breakfast and lunch couldn't stand mayhem in the canteen style buffet Rooms need major refurbishment but are large and beds were comfortable, was worried about hot water boiler system and running out of hot water with 3 of us sharing room but shower has that poor a flow that was never a problem. We had kettle and fridge but only 2 cup and glasses. T. V. has a few English channels ITV being one. WiFi is free and good most of the time. Pools where cold but usable and loads of sunbeds, entertainment we felt was rubbish, the Fram team are mainly for the French hoilday makers and when there having private parties you do feel second class. There's a bar in the day at middle pool / snack bar and when that closes the bar inside opens but who ever came up with the plans for it whats sacking its like a leisure center cafe with no music or atmosphere, hard metal chairs everywhere. Entertainment / kids disco / dire shows are outside with a van style bar. The most amusing thing was watching the Barcy mascot singing his eco song never been to a less eco friendly hotel in years hate to think how many plastic plates / cups / glasses and forks they get through nearly have to beg to get a drink in a glass in inside bar. Area is hilly so if you have mobility issues probably not best for you. We got a good late deal so wasn't expecting much but hearing what some people had paid we would of been very unhappy.

Clean hotel, friendly staff

We went over Easter and although it was busy there was always plenty of sunbeds. We initially had the first shift of dinner (6.30-7.30pm) but changed it to the later one. At every meal time food / drinks ran down or ran out quickly with replacements taking up to 20 mins. One morning there was only about 50mls of soy milk left for all of the diners, croissants would be put out and go in minutes and take a long time to be replaced. Some meal times there would be very little food out at all, as you were waiting for replacements. The room was above the bar next to reception so quite noisy and other guests talked at full volume outside the room at all hours of the night and early morning so I would recommend ear plugs!! Please stop using the knife you cut onions with, to cut the water melon - it was a nasty surprise!! Also be careful with the balcony door - no handles on the outside and very easy to get locked out (we did!). Holiday was for 3 adults but only 2 of all utensils. You can rent a safe for 3 euros a day which came in handy.

Many disappointments

Visited this hotel with my family 10.01-17.01 with all inclusive package. I work as a travel agent so I tend to do my homework about room types. We chose barcy family apartment as it should have more amenities and should be better than regular apartment. When we walked into our apartment, we were disappointed. This apartment should have: minibar, microwave, bathrobes and slippers, toys for kid (IKEA table, rug and so on ..) We had no such things, we only had three bottles of water in the fridge. We wanted to change our room and also talked to the on sight representative about it. Hotel told us all week that they were full. On the fourth day I guess I went to ask, why the pictures are not like our room.. Were are all the amenities? Afterwards we got the IKEA table, rug, toys, drawing board, microwave, bathrobe for the baby but no bathrobes for adults. Also we waited our daily bottle of water and all the workers told us that our room does not get free water. Today (19.01) they brought us 4 bottles because I told them that their website says so. On the last day!! I had to go to the reception like 15 times on different occasions (room cards did not work 5 or 6 times, no hot water and so on..) Food was OK, can not cook meat though.. Nice is that you can pour yourself wine from the bottle, coffee machines in the restaurant, fresh juice and smoothies and soft ice cream. Fresh vegetables and fruits are really nice. Restaurant is so crowded during dinner... Interior is not my cup of tea.. Trying to be young and colorful but in my opinion it is really weird. One heated pool but the furthest pool from family apartments, why? Kids pool was icy cold.. So many small disappointments. Probably would not recommend to my clients which is a shame, it has potential. Direct bus goes to Costa Adeje in front of the hotel, nr 477 or 473. Car rental behind the hotel and you also can buy Lori Parque tickets there. Many nice places to walk, nice scenery.

Disappointing

A very large complex. The room was excellent with a kitchenette and the three swimming pools and surrounds are great. Breakfasts are good but the atmosphere and food in dining room less so. Poor service in bar. Staff friendliness was non-existent and I did not feel welcome. With so many people staying at the hotel I felt the entertainment was underwhelming.

Family stay April 19

Lovely small hotel. Very clean. Rooms basic. Pools cold apart from one (top pool heated) kids entertainment great for little ones. Restaurant can get busy but we had no problem at 720pm for Dinner. Always got a table.

Good service

We spent a week and overall we had a pleasant stay The one thing we expected was the children's pool to be heated as water very cold compared to the adults one. Also the towel service for the pool could be improved comparing to other hotels. If half board be prepared to carry the paper piece of the Room key for any extra drinks and food as just the swipe card is not enough-which in 21 century is a down side for a hotel of this size. Staff are very friendly and helpful though.

Buena relación calidas precio, aunque mejorable en algunas cosas como el tema de cucarachas en la habitación todos los dias y el cambio de toallas casi no hubo aun siendo premium lo mejor el personal del hotel

Tourisme de masse international, personnel agréable

Le club tourne bien, dans son concept assumé de tourisme de masse international, des animations le soir pour quelques euros mais elles existent, par contre pour les repas tout est fait pour une restauration à moindre coût par personne, tout est basé sur des produits à un prix de revient le plus faible possible. La clientèle majoritairement allemande ou des pays de l'est apprécie et se rattrape sur la quantité. L'hôtellerie parait-il a été refaite ressassement, mais c'est juste un peu de peinture sur les dégradations, ce qui n'arrive pas à donner une impression de propreté. En arrivant, dans la salle de bain, qui ne ferme pas à clé, les WC ne fonctionnent pas, le sèche-cheveux est juste bon pour enlever la buée sur la glace car l'aération est pratiquement inexistante. Le ménage est fait très rapidement parfois à 15h, mais avec le sourire.

Family trip

Great hotel, lovely peaceful location, not the place to go if you want plenty of restaurants and things to do, look more towards the busier towns! - car hire is however on yr doorstep at reasonable prices very much recommend getting a car amazing sites and places to visit with the kids! We had an awesome week here! Hotel apartment was nice, however sofa bed very u comfy! Beds in bedroom however perfect!.. You get a hob and fridge.. Very limited equip in kitchen as in cups plates and that's it, not even a kettle.. Was kept clean some bits in bathroom needed some TLC but nothing to upset our stay we thoroughly enjoyed! - all inclusive you can't fault great food and choices along with drinks!

Great holiday!

In overall great stay for family with two kids. Good entertainment for kids, friendly service, clean rooms. Three clean swimming pools but water could be warmer as they supposed to be heated pools. Especially in small pool for kids water was very cold. Sofa bed in living room uncomfortable for sleeping but main beds in bedroom were comfy. Restaurant nice and clean, good variety of food but often main dishes blended in taste. So need to season food yourself - lots spices available. In general very good hotel and would recommend for others.

First family holiday

This was out first family holiday. Which was a great success. I couldn't recommend this hotel more! Very hospitable & caters for all. There was a different selection of foods on everyday. A big plus for me, was the travel cot was raised off the floor, with it's own mattress & bedding. On previous holidays, i have been given a cot which was directly on the floor & nothing for the little one to sleep on. Lending her to share a bed due to being too cold. There is a range of pools to choose from with plenty of loungers. The only down side would be that our room, overlooked the evening entertainment, which was very loud! So you wouldn't be able to get to sleep anytime before 11.30 after everyone had dispersed. This wasn't ideal, which little ones!

Easter holiday

I booked this holiday just to get away. It was a good break. People with children will really enjoy it here. There is a great choice of food so even the fussiest of eaters should find something they could eat.

Absolutely worth the money

Amazing hotel with excellent food and entertainment. Not surround by much but is afew bars and shops and but los gigantos is €6 taxi drive away so very accessible and lots of nice restaurants which are affordable

Fantastico!!!!!

Siamo stati 7 notti in questo magnifico resort con la family!! Ci siamo trovati benissimo sin da subito, la struttura è a misura di bimbo 👦🏼 tutta colorata, pensata con tanti spazi e attività per loro. Il personale è gentile e cerca sempre di accontentarti (per es ho chiesto yogurt senza lattosio e il titolare è andato sino al market a cercarlo!) La spiaggia dista circa 500 metri a piedi si raggiunge agevolmente ! È ovviamente spiaggia vulcanica ergo nera ben diversa dalle nostre italiane ma merita una visita La cucina è internazionale, il cibo vario, molto salutare con tante verdure e buonissima frutta Le piscine fantastiche, due sono riscaldate con diverse profondità per i piccoli Da non perdere le escursioni nel nord dell'isola...... la vista del Teide e il Maska ripagheranno le maledette curve!!!!!

Awful dinners and poor seevice

Dinners are awful, including spoiled fish and pork tasting like rubber soles. The dinner room looks like some sort of public institution. The pool is to cold for small kids to thrive. The apartment have poor equipment and bad lightning. The staff did not dobour dishes, but left no brush or fluid to do it our selves.

1 из 5 Выбрали этот отель, так как отдыхали в отели сети Barcelo в Мексике. Были очень довольны, решили, что стандарты обслуживания везде на высоте. Но очень ошиблись. Начнем с заселения. Если вы мама с детьми или пожилая пара, не важно, но чемоданы в номер вы будете тащить сами через всю территорию. Но вот вы в номере. Нас было 3 человека (2 взрослых и подросток 16 лет), бронировали номер Appartament Deluxe с видом на море. Вид на море был, но в нагрузку под балконом сцена, так что все мини-диско и самодеятельность под названием " анимация " вы не пропустите. В номере есть кондиционер, но его мощности хватает, чтобы охладить площадь примерно 3 кв. м, отдельная спальня с двумя кроватями на колесиках (спать на них невозможно, уснете в одном углу комнаты, проснетесь в другом или на полу), кухонный уголок: чайник (живет отдельной жизнью, включается сам когда захочет, предпочитали всегда выключать его из розетки), кофеварка, маленький холодильник, плита, раковина и минимальный набор видавшей виды посуды. Плюс диван, предполагалось, что на нем будет спать сын, но в итоге спали мы с мужем. Диван с очень неудобным матрасом и страшно скрипучий. Отдельный пункт - освещение. Я понимая, сейчас все за экономию ресурсов, руководство отеля поддерживает эту инициативу очень оригинальным способом, вместо двух-трех лампочек во всех светильниках одна. Санузел с ванной, минимальный набор гигиенических принадлежностей. Зато запах канализации есть всегда. Кстати, если перед ужином, примерно с 18 до 20 часов вы захотите принять душ, забудьте. Воды просто нет. Никакой. Уборка это отдельная тема. Хотите выспаться? А вот и нет, в 8.00 горничная начинает греметь тележкой, убирать что-то, но только не ваш номер. Уборкой это назвать сложно. Могут не поменять полотенца, забыть поставить воду (она включена в проживание), столешница на барной стойке не протиралась ни разу, но чужие волосы будут везде. Если любите мыть руки с мылом, то захватите его с собой или купите в магазине рядом (за две недели нам достался один кусочек мыла в 20 гр. при заселении). Также вам пригодятся ватные диски, ватные палочки и другие мелочи. Wi-Fi в номере работает неравномерно. В спальне его просто нет, нужно учесть, что сеть не защищенная. Уборка территории - фантастика. Грязь вокруг бассейна смывается прямо в бассейн. В один из дней почувствовали сильный запах канализации - оказалось, что приехала машина для откачки канализационных отходов, думаю аромат описывать не надо. Кстати, люк для откачки находится рядом с основным рестораном. И тут мы подошли к питанию. Ресторан грязный, официантов не хватает, посуда зачастую не промыта. Стулья грязные и липкие. То что готовят - бессмысленный перевод продуктов. То что должно быть горячим, например, сосиски, картошка, отварные и тушеные овощи, тушеное мясо, птица и рыба - откровенно холодное. В хлебном уголке почти никогда нет салфетки, чтобы держать хлеб при нарезке. Колбасные изделия, сыр раскладывают теми же перчатками в которых протирали стол, трогали двери, ковыряли в носу и чесали голову. Непропеченые оладьи, полусырые якобы жареные овощи, подгоревшая пицца и т. д. Отвратительные коктейли. Попробовали пару и порадовались, что они не включены в наш план оплаты. Анимация очень избирательна. Французский туроператор делает для своих гостей отдельные мероприятия, отгоняя при это гостей не французов. Выглядит это очень странно. Я понимаю, когда в отеле проводится закрытое мероприятие для семьи или фирмы, но тут было очень странно. Француз - милости просим, поляк, немец, англичанин, испанец, русский - подите прочь. Нас очень выручали ресторанчики в ближайшем городке, там действительно свежая рыба, хороший алкоголь и прекрасное обслуживание. Пляж Ла Арена находится примерно в 15 минутах ходьбы по сильно пересеченной местности без тени. Пляж небольшой, чистый, есть зонтики и лежаки, бывают очень сильные волны. Наша семья очень разочарована отдыхом, Для подростков в отеле нет никаких мероприятий. Если ваши дети не владеют испанским или французским, то анимация точно не для них. Уровень анимации - студенческая самодеятельность. Отель не заслуживает 4 звезд.

en general todo muy bien

las instalaciones un poco anticuadas pero bien. Había una piscina en obras, pero había 2 mas. El restaurante buffet muy bien y completo. El servicio de todos los camareros, sin excepción, fué excelente. Mención especial para Xiomara y Axel (camareras del bar piscina). Las habitaciones, apartamentos amplios y cómodos con pequeña cocina y con terraza. La única pega por decir algo, que harían falta mas ascensores. Sin duda volveremos a este hotel

Trés loin d un 4 étoiles !!!!!

Sans trop renter dans les détails sejour a 3 couples de retraités Chambre limite impossible d ouvrir les placards sans déplacer les lits. Salle de bain trés limite, la plus vilaine depuis de nombreuses années en espagne 3 séjours uniquement cette année, meme comparée a des 3 étoiles, pas de bar cosy pour prendre un verre avec les amis avant et apres repas, Vraiment tres grosse lacune. Uniquement une salle trés bruyante et insupportable Meme avec un bon emplacement dans un trés joli coin, nous ne reviendront jamais dans cet hotel qui ressemble d avantage a un centre de vacances qu a un hotel 4 étoiles, comment ont il pu l obtenir et comment FRAM peut il cautionner un FRAMISSIMA dans cet endroit ? De plus envahi de touristes des pays de l est tout le monde connait leur discrétion !!! A noter personnel et animateurs fram tres sympas et serviables

Stanze (ne abbiamo prese tre in gruppo) Tutte degradate.. Poco curate, con letti scomodi e condizionatori lerci o non funzionanti. I servizi tanti ma non di qualità. Animazione scadente. Cibo internazionale troppo cibo decongelato, dolci scadenti. Mai una Macedonia di frutta. Serate di cibo a tema terribili.

Relaxing family holiday

We had a great experience at this hotel, when we arrived the reception staff were friendly, and anytime we had to go to reception they we're very accommodating. The food, we thought was very good always plenty of selection and available throughout the day. we went all-inclusive plus which gave us access to international drinks and ice creams, we made good use of this do thought it was worth it. The restaurant staff were pleasant and friendly enough and always made us feel welcome, especially a lady called Rosa whom served us most of our visits always smiling and laughing with us made dinning really enjoyable. The bar staff were ok, on the all-inclusive plus you could get additional ingredients in some cocktails or bigger glasses, some of the staff seemed to be troubled by this, however one bar man called Oliver who worked the entertainment bar, always had smile and a joke with the customers and nothing was too much trouble for him, a few of the girls were really good as well, maybe if Oliver gave the bar staff in house training the bar service would be second to none. The Entertainment team worked very hard day and night to keep kids and adults amused, especially luke and his team they made our stay very enjoyable, also Dimitri from the fram team was quite good and made an effort to include everyone. Also have to say the pool we were at, the one with the slide was cleaned everyday and the pool area was power hosed in sections every day usally by a guy called Alberto whom worked very. Hard to keep the area to a high standard and was always pleasant and laughing with the guests. The only gripes we had was the lift in our block seemed to be getting updated and didn't work the whole time we were there, but not much can be done about that, it's just one of those things. Also the toilets beside the restaurant always seemed to be blocked or out of order which was a bit annoying. Overall we had great holiday and wouldn't hesitate to go back. Finally Thank you, to Rosa, Oliver, Luke, Dimitri, and Alberto whom all stood out above the rest and made our holiday extra special

Great staff all over the hotel from the cleaners all the way through to the restaurant staff through to the reception staff all made for a very relaxing highly enjoyable family holiday, the complex was very clean and very tidy attended from very early through to very late in the day very enthusiastic staff willing to please and make your stay memorable and very relaxed Superb

A good place for holidays

We spent there wonderful family holidays. The overall opinion of the hotel is very good, clean, service very nice. They offer fantastic food with a wide selection of sea food, desserts, fruit and beverages. Swimming pools - 3, good with sundbeds availalable. However, there are not enough sunshades and people tend to reserve the sunbeds early in the mornings, which is quite irritating. Location fantastic, quiet, close to the public beach, long walking path, and bus stop. I would recommend this hotel and definitely would come back.

Simplemente satisfechos, sin más

Nuestra estancia se resume en que empezamos algo insatisfechos y poco a poco la cosa fue mejorando. Comimos bien, dormimos mal, las habitaciones estaban limpias, las zonas comunes se limpiaban diariamente, pero no se apreciaba. La animación bien, con algún pero. Llegada Nos informaron de que el hotel estaba lleno y habría dos turnos de cena (19:00 a 20:00 y 20:30 a 21:30). Nos colocaron en el turno de horario más español: 20:30. Nos informaron también de que a las 20:30 era la mini-disco para los niños. No nos importó en ese momento porque a nuestros hijos no les gustan los espectáculos infantilizados. Pregunté por la animación y en recepción no tienen detalles, me mandan a un panel táctil de la subcontrata de animación (en el mismo vestíbulo). Observo que hay un mostrador de animación FRAM donde están atendiendo a otros huéspedes franceses. Comida: Lo mejor Nosotros fuimos con media pensión. Habíamos leído todo tipo de críticas sobre la comida. Nuestra experiencia es que es un servicio excelente, apropiado para la categoría del hotel, muy bien atendido (gracias al personal y felicidades). Realmente en el comedor fue donde nos sentimos más arropados, nos gusta sentirnos acogidos. Suele haber cada noche dos ofertas mínimo de pescado, varias de carne y varias de verdura cocinada (y por supuesto fresca). Plancha cada noche en el momento con al menos dos ofertas diferentes, pero frecuentemente 3: 2 carnes y un pescado. La comida es muy variada. He leído todo tipo de quejas pero la dirección está al tanto y las está solucionando satisfactoriamente. - Repetición de las comidas: FALSO. Es verdad que todos los días hay pasta, arroz o fideuá, ensaladas, quesos, fritos, patatas, pescado y carne a la plancha. Ya he nombrado suficiente variedad para una semana: si te parece repetitivo, no cenes todos los días lo mismo. Además, cada día hay especialidades por nacionalidades: (de memoria) Mejicano, Italiano, Canario, Español, Irlandés.. - Moscas: han tomado nota y han puesto unos artilugios para las moscas. Yo no vi ni una. - Colas: El problema no está en el hotel. Somos los clientes. Cuando veas que la gente se arremolina, haz cola. Está plagado de extranjeros, hacen lo que ven, harán cola. Yo no he hecho nunca una cola de más de 2-3 personas. El fin de semana se satura, entra pronto al comedor. Como íbamos con media pensión, pagábamos las bebidas. Los precios son razonables: 2€ por botella de agua grande, 10€ por dos cervezas y dos refrescos. Habitación: pobre. La habitación tiene una mini-cocina con un hornillo y escaso menaje (aunque se puede solicitar más). No la usamos. La insonorización es inexistente. Hasta que no acaba la animación (23:00) y no cierra el bar de la piscina (23:30) no duerme ni el tato. Pedimos vistas al mar, nos tocó con vistas al mar y a la piscina, encima del escenario. Al estar en el ático, calor por la noche. Dormíamos con las ventanas abiertas (después del espectáculo). No vimos insectos, ni tan siquiera moscas o mosquitos en la habitación. El aire acondicionado, directamente para cambiar. Una hoja de ayuda para la puesta en marcha hubiera sido de agradecer, pero habiendo móvil y pudiendo descargar el manual, nos hicimos a él. Costó. La limpieza de las habitaciones es razonable y acorde con el rango del hotel. Yo no sentí olores, ni aprecié falta de toallas ni de sábanas. Como clientes de la cadena Barceló, nos dejaban agua embotellada cada dos días, detalle que es muy de agradecer. Algunas teles son inteligentes y puedes conectarte con el móvil. La nuestra no. Zonas comunes - Bien, lo peor *somos* los clientes. Parte de los suelos de las zonas exteriores estaban deslucidos y necesitarían una reforma. Me extrañó porque soy consciente de que se renovaron las piscinas hace dos años, o el año pasado... Las zonas están sucias porque algunos clientes fuman, comen y beben en la zona de hamacas derramando comida y bebida sin querer, ceniza y colillas sin ningún miramiento. En mi opinión, no deberían dejar comer ni beber en las hamacas si no hay servicio de limpieza durante el día. El kiosko de comida está al lado, coman dentro. Yo no permitiría fumar allí pero de hacerlo, bueno, no tirar los restos al suelo por donde todos vamos descalzos. Animación - Empezó mal, acabó bien. El primer y segundo día lo pasamos en el hotel y nos sentimos clientes de segunda. Se trató de una confusión y luego nos dimos cuenta nosotros solos pero creo que podrían habernos ahorrado este mal rollo. En vez de quejarnos y quejarnos, intentamos entender cómo funcionaba y bueno, al final, estuvimos satisfechos. Se trata de lo siguiente: Hay un tour-operador francés FRAM que aloja a sus clientes en el Allegro. La población de clientes franceses debe ser cercana al 50% en nuestra semana de estancia. FRAM tiene personal propio en el Allegro que se encarga de que sus clientes se sientan atendidos. Hay FRAMILLOS por todos lados a todas horas lo cual es BIEN. Había una pequeña comunidad Polaca (nos sorprendió) con animadores infantiles polacos. La animación del hotel está contratada a la empresa Fiesta Consulting. Los diferentes equipos de animadores se ponen de acuerdo para las actividades comunes. Hubieramos agradecido que en vez de decirnos " Mira el panel táctil para las animaciones " nos hubieran dicho " Busca a los animadores de camiseta morada " y nos hubieran puesto al día. Porque nuestra sensación desagradable inicial se debió a que nos pareció que había trato preferente hacia los clientes de primer turno (cena a las 19:00) : Para empezar tienen al equipo de animación 24x7 con ellos (FRAM) y los horarios de cena les permiten ocupar la práctica totalidad de las mesas durante los espectáculos. Pero con el paso de los días, ya nos informamos (por nuestros propios medios) de qué era el tour operador francés y por qué tenían un trato distinto. Somos comprensivos y nos dimos cuenta de que este servicio no es que lo diera el hotel, si no el propio operador. Imagínate que vas a Paris y te llevas una azafata de Barceló para que te atienda en Francia porque tú de francés, ni palabra. Pues una cosa así. Espectáculos: adecuados. Fuimos a 3 o 4 espectáculos y eran de una calidad aceptable y apropiada para el hotel. A resaltar el espectáculo de Magia. Para finalizar: se nota que el hotel está en un proceso de mejora de la calidad. Encontramos inspectores rondando por todas las áreas y tomando nota. Hemos notado que han buscado soluciones a los problemas que previamente habíamos leído en TripAdvisor. Felicididades. Los clientes somos lo peor. Nos saltamos las normas porque los hoteles nos lo permiten. No nos quieren incomodar en nuestra semana de vacaciones y no nos riñen. Se permite la reserva de hamacas, se permite fumar en la piscina, tirar las colillas, colarse en los comedores.

Cero en limpieza y masificado

Mucha falta de limpieza en la habitacion llegando a dar asco. Nos toco la habitacion E310 y a diario solamente hacian las camas y no limpiaban ni suelo ni bañera ni vater (se veia perfectamente la roña en ambos y olia a pis el baño todo el dia), ni tampoco reponian papel higienico que es lo basico. Al final de la semana habia montañas de arena y pelos por el suelo... un desastre!! Ademas de todo esto el buffet es muy limitado en cuanto a variedad, siempre hay las mismas 4 cosas y el comedor esta masificado teniendo que hacer mucha cola para conseguir la carne al medio dia o las tortitas por la mañana por ejemplo. Los colchones son incomodisimos, no pudimos pegar ojo en los 7 dias, y las sabanas son duras y raspan, ademas de dar un calor infernal. El aire acondicionado no llega a las habitaciones solo lo hay en el salon por lo que se pasa muchisimo calor de noche. Las 3 piscinas estan llenas de niños y se les permite el uso de flotadores enormes, considero que al menos una parte de una de ellas deberia ser solo de adultos para los que queremos un rato de tranquilidad. Solo hay espectaculo (siempre mas o menos lo mismo que consiste en bailes y dura solo 1h) por la noche dedicados a los niños, nada para el divertimento de adultos. Lo que ellos llaman TODO INCLUIDO en realidad es CASI todo incluido, la mayor parte de las bebidas no estan incluidas y es una autentica estafa enterarte cuando estas alli y ves la carta que te ofrecen, ademas de que acaba a las 11 de la noche y no puedes ni tomarte una copa mas tarde de esa hora ni tampoco comer nada. En las piscinas casi la mitad de las sombrillas estan rotas y son muy pocas en comparacion con la cantidad de hamacas que hay por lo que es complicado conseguir una y menos en condiciones. En resumen lo unico positivo del hotel es la buena estetica tanto del exterior (piscinas incluidas) como de la decoracion de las habitaciones y zonas comunes, y el buen trato del personal, el resto no hay por donde cogerlo!!

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel, choice of 3 pools, children's pool with slide, middle pool where all the activities are done and more quiet pool at top. Entertainment reasonable, food good, nice small gym, staff were lovely especially the entertainment staff. The only down side there's not much locally if you want to go off site. Would recommend and would return.

Hotel agradable para ir en familia

Pasamos las vacaciones en este hotel y en líneas generales el hotel cumplió nuestras expectativas. El buffet es variado y dispones de carne o pescado hecho al momento diariamente. Es generoso tanto en comida, desayuno o cena. El personal del hotel, siempre atento y con una sonrisa en la boca. Las instalaciones, aunque la estructura puede parecer antigua dispone de unas habitaciones super amplias y con todas las comodidades. Y dispone de tres piscinas grandes más una de pequeños, más que suficiente para darse un chapuzon con tranquilidad y sin agobios. No obstante, la animación ha sido más floja de lo esperado. Los espectáculos nocturnos han sido poco trabajados y muy repetitivos y no nos ha parecido bien que haya habido ciertos espectáculos que sólo se hayan dirigido a determinados grupos del hotel y se hayan excluido a otros.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, delicious food, clean, beautiful! I recommend it for both couples and families with children. Great pools, great bar service! - Mega delicious drinks, original alcoholic drinks.

vacaciones familiares

Perfecto hotel para ir en familia a Tenerife. Se encuentra en una zona tranquila, a 2 kms de los acantilados de los gigantes. Es un hotel familiar, decorado muy alegremente, recién renovado. Relación calidad precio para nosotos de 10. Tiene 3 piscinas, un miniclub para niños, actividades para mayores, gimnasio, centro de masajes, un todo incluido muy bueno, el restaurante buffet tiene de todo, no echamos en falta nada. El personal muy atento y amabale. Estuvimos en el cumple de nuestra hija, y nos decoraron la habitación cocn globos y le dieron un regalito y en la cena, nos sacaron una tarta y cantaron el cumpleaños feliz. En recepción nos imprimieron las entradas al loro parque, y se me olvidó llevar cuchilla de afeitar, y me la proporicionaron sin pegas. No hay parking en el hotel, pero se aparca sin ningún problema justo enfrente. Vistas preciosas a la Gomera, y a 400 metros, una buena playa. El hotel muy recomendable, si vais con niños (o sin niños también), es una muy buena opción para ir a Tenerife. PD: en el hotel hay un fotógrafo que hace unos reportajes muy chulos, tiene una tienda justo en el edificio del hotel, se llama say cheese.

Отличный отдых в ноябре. Рекомендую. Не долеко от пляжа. Отличное питание, бассейны, меню баров. Не далеко находиться уединенный грот с чистейшей прозрачной водой (через виллы по вулканическим рифам, но пройти можно). Если взять машину на прокат, можно посетить не далеко горы, пляжи и деревню Маско. В горы и деревню желательно взять с собой зимнюю одежду (ледяной ветер.) Были с 31.10.2019- 07.11.2019.

Piacevole relax

L'hotel è un po' distante dalla spiaggia ma ottimo per chi cerca relax, nelle vicinanze supermercati e ufficio informazioni turistiche, il personale disponibile e sempre attento a soddisfare il cliente, colazione abbondante e ottima, cena su 2 turni, piscine ben tenute, unica pecca erano molto gelide, una era leggermente riscaldata ma ahimè sempre all'ombra, giardini ben curati e spazi adiacenti puliti, camere ordinate ma purtroppo il letto non è matrimoniale ma 2 singoli uniti che al minimo movimento si aprono, ma nel complesso tutto nella norma, tornerei sicuramente

Great family getaway

The hotel staff are brilliant from receptionists, cleaners, restaurant, fram and entertainment staff. The pools were clean there was plenty of seating, The top pool is heated for kids. It is ideal for families you can play water volleyball, use lilos there is aqua aerobics. The water slide is great fun beware if children cant swim you will need floats for them as it is 140cm deep. There are lifeguards on duty most of the time. The choice of food is very good. There is a kids club daily from 11-1 and 3-5. There is a kids mini disco at 8pm everynight its great fun for the whole family. Entertainment is on afterwards for adults and kids which changes daily. The only downside that we encountered was that the room with a 'double bed' we had booked through a travel company was two single beds put together, this seems to be the norm in spain. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable for adults or kids and lets the whole 4 star experience down. Ikea do far better sofa beds they are not that expensive. overall it was an enjoyable 10 days for us mainly due to to excellent staff and outdoor facilities at the hotel.

Great holiday!

Was a great getaway to escape the horrible weather back home. Holiday overall was great, food was excellent and all the staff in the dining area, there was lots of selection to cater for everyone and kids facility's were good. Hotel as a whole was a very enjoyable stay and great value for money. My only complaints are the main pool was out of use due to work being undertaken which we didn't know on booking which was slightly disappointing, parts of the hotel needed updating and abit of a spruce up. One housekeeper was quite rude on one occasion as I'd rang down to reception to see if we could have clean towels and fresh bedsheets as no-one had turned up and It had gone 4pm, one housekeeper then came up and stormed in tutting and not very happy about arriving for what we'd asked for some reason so actually had to ask if she was ok being there as her face was like thunder. But aside from that all ok. Would say for a future point the housekeeping needs to improve as was below what I expected, decor in some parts needs updating and heated pools would be fab ! Definitely worth a visit

Pérdida de dinero y de día

Vinimos a pasar una noche par desconectar mi pareja y yo. Llegamos a las 14:00 y nos dieron la habitación a las 17:00. Llegamos a la habitación y nos fuimos a duchar para dar un paseo y se empezó a salir el agua por el suelo. Llamamos a recepción y a los 15 minutos subió un chico que nos lo arregló. Después no nos calentaba el agua. Llamamos de nuevo, y hasta las 20:00 no nos cambiaron la habitación. No nos dio tiempo de disfrutar de la habitación ni de la estancia. Un auténtico desastre.

Chillaxing in heaven

Myself and wife have returned from 8 nights stay at the Allegro Isora. First impressions good. Whilst it is easy to criticise I will only be supplying constructive criticism. Upon our arrival the check in was very slow more desks need opening when there is an influx of people. Now to the room, we paid for a pool view and were greeted with a view over the children's playground obviously the booking wasn't read through. However we complained and got the correct room 24hrs later. Moving on, the grounds were lovely, nice pools need to be heated though, gardens pleasant and very clean. The resturant had a good selection of food for everyones taste a criticism of the resturant were that the tables were not not cleaned away very quickly. From an observation I would think a leader is required in this area to bring some organisation as there were tables half laid no cups or cutlery. Entertainment needs to be stepped up if the hotel is to progress forward also replenishing of food needs to be improved. The hotel is in a beautiful location very quiet and picturesque. The evening time was lovely and quiet which enabled a good night's sleep for 8 nights on extremely comfortable beds. Overall the hotel has enormous potential if the new owners get it right and it should be a hit with customers. Thanks, Mark & Hilary

Decepcionante. Calidad-Precio mala

Cuento nuestra experiencia, que ha sido decepcionante. Teníamos una habitación familiar, 2 apartamentos comunicados: Desagues de las 2 bañeras atascados, dimos varios avisos y vinieron pero no lo arreglaron (porque no tiene arreglo, están tan viejos que ya no tienen arreglo y hay que cambiarlos). Marcos de las puertas abombados y agrietados, mampara de la ducha se sale toda el agua, especialmente en una de ellas que no tenía goma bajo el cristal, el baño acababa inundado tras cada ducha. La cisterna hacía un ruido infernal al llenarse de agua. Puertas de los armarios no cierran bien (imanes rotos, inexistentes o descolocados), así que se pasaban el día abiertas, cajones interiores no encajan bien, se abren y cierran con dificultad y no se pueden abrir por completo porque la puerta del armario choca con las camas. Lo único positivo de las habitaciones: Camas muy cómodas, colchones y almohadas muy buenos (menos mal). Salones: en uno de ellos el aire acondicionado no enfriaba nada, dimos varios partes, la respuesta es que le faltaba gas y que eso lo llevaba una empresa externa (menuda respuesta para un cliente), nos dijeron que intentarían cambiarnos de habitación pero no nos dieron ninguna solución en dos semanas, los 14 días sin aire acondicionado en uno de los apartamentos, la máquina del aire acondicionado era del siglo pasado, me entraron ganas de hacerle una foto y publicarla. La nevera: la tapa del congelador no estaba, así que la mitad superior de la nevera congelaba en lugar de enfriar, no se podía dejar nada. Piscina: El horario de apertura es lamentable (de 11:00 a 17:00), fuera de ese horario te puedes bañar pero sin socorrista, y el tobogán lo cierran a las 17:00 cuando a los niños todavía les queda mucha tarde para disfrutarlo... A las 8 de la mañana las tumbonas ocupadas con toallas, se tiran horas y horas vacías solo con la toalla y no se hace nada por evitar esto (si, tienen cartelitos, pero los cartelitos por si solos no funcionan). Los que bajábamos a la piscina a una hora normal (10:30-11:00) y respetando la norma, no teníamos tumbona. Zonas comunes: Exteriores muy sucios aun limpiandose por trozos a diario, el estado del pavimento es lamentable, tiene zonas rotas y requebrajadas en las que aparece debajo el solado antiguo, aparte del peligro que supone, el niño se tropezó alguna vez en uno de estos agujeros. Y por mucho que se empeñen en limpiarlo, no queda limpio, tiene un aspecto sucio permanente y da muy mala imagen de las instalaciones, especialmente alrededor de las piscinas donde siempre hay agua sucia. Los billares están viejos y no funcionan bien, si fueran gratis vale, pero hay que pagarlos. Animación: Muy pobre y muy sosos, la peor animación que hemos visto en años en un hotel, la lleva un touroperador francés (FRAM) y la sensación es que todos eran " becarios " contratados para la temporada de verano, malísimos. Buffet: Atención en mesas lamentable, se acumulan los platos con restos en la mesa y no los recogen con celeridad, hay que estar pidiendo continuamente al camarero que pasa que se los lleven, o soltándonos en otras mesas vacías. Cuando pides que te monten una mesa que está usada, te ponen las servilletas y cubiertos y gracias, búscate tu los vasos y las copas. Los manteles de plástico son siempre los mismos, de uno a otro servicio los dejan y los limpian por encima con un trapo de dudosa higiene, y quedan restos, sobre todo marcas de vasos / copas. Nosotros teníamos todo incluido, pero ibamos con amigos en media pensión y me parece un robo una botella de agua de 1 litro 4 euros, los vinos blancos y rosados calientes, hay que estar pidiendo que pongan hielo en las cubetas porque los sacan de las neveras y en las cubetas sin hielo ni agua se acaban calentando. El vino tinto imbebible, aun siendo un vino bueno al estar siempre a temperatura ambiente no hay quien se lo beba. Zonas con mala climatización, sobre todo al fondo del comedor donde por las noches se suda de lo lindo mientras se cena. Las tronas de los niños sucias, no las limpian bien después de cada uso (y tampoco mal, alguna nos encontramos completamente sucia y llena de grasa), poca variedad de comidas y menús repetidos con frecuencia. A la comida no ponen melón y sandía, solo a la cena, hay que estar pidiendo que la saquen para los niños. Casi nunca hay yogures para los niños, tienen siempre un yogur casero en un bol pero el yogur tipo danone de toda la vida debe ser un bien escaso en la isla porque aparece raramente en el buffet. Los horarios, europeos, el desayuno el más amplio de 07:30 a 10:30, pero la comida de 13:00 a 15:00 (y a las 15 dejan de sacar cosas y empiezan a retirar) y la cena de 19:30 a 21:30 en dos turnos, de 19:30 a 20:30 y de 20:30 a 21:30 (que dejan de sacar cosas y empiezan a retirar). Podría seguir escribiendo varios párrafos más, pero me da pereza y no tengo tiempo, en general la gestión del hotel es lamentable en muchos aspectos, no se merece las 4 estrellas que tiene, 3 y gracias.

Fantastic stay - 10 / 10 for the team!

I was worried after reading some recent reviews on here, but we had a fantastic time. So much so that we are looking to return in August! Entertainment team for the children are fantastic and great options throughout the day. Only downfall is the couch bed, I would recommend having a 2 bedroom apartment if you have children not in a cot. The room was spotless as was the rest of the hotel! Fantastic holiday, well worth the money!
