Bad food
The food was so bad. Worst food I've ever tasted in my entire life. Tasted like rotten Bananas. The place stinked like fish
Excellent value for money. Food quite delicious
Excellent value for money, easily accessible, lots of parking, very clean, menu well presented, staff are invariably pleasant and attentive. The décor is quite pleasant and the acoustics reasonable. You get your appetizers quickly and main courses not far behind. Meals are quite substantial, and they provide high quality take home containers. Payment can be " tricky " because you have to go to cashier.
Perfect!
Excellent meal, all of my food was prepared perfectly. The service was prompt, and friendly. May be my new favorite SS location.
little upset with the price and portion
recently started eating sushi, great place, great food, love it, probably had it four times in the last 4 weeks, but 8.00+tax for barely any sauce is disgusting needless to say i'll grab my own spicy mayo / eel sauce from a grocery store... 8.00+tax....
Bad service
Food is great and service is horrible. There are better places to spend your money on sushi in town.
Beyond Terrible Take Out
Recently ordered via skip the dishes. The food was not edible. The tempera was too thick & had raw batter inside the veggies (which were mush). The spring rolls had almost no filling and the wrapper was mush and uncooked inside. The sushi had giant chunks or poor cuts of fish. The stir fried teriyaki udon noodles were horrible. It looked like the veggies were boiled and rubbery, the noodles were chewy and undercooked, the sauce was more like a watered down broth. We threw out the food after the first bites. I emailed to request a refund (which I've never done), and I got no response at all. Will not be back ever again.
Great All You Can Eat Sushi
Since it opened, it's become our new go to for sushi. Lots of great food options on the all you can eat lunch and dinner menus. Also one of few sushi restaurants in the city that have a spicy mushroom roll. If you like mushrooms, I highly recommend trying that roll. It's delicious! Service is generally nice and fast, and the servers are friendly enough. Prices are pretty standard for sushi and are higher on the weekends and holidays. There is always parking available nearby and it's in a convenient location in the east end near shopping.
