Need to improve service
Spotted customers enjoying drinks and decided a couple of iced coffees would be a welcome refresher. Couldn't pass on a large slice of chocolate cake each. Paid, retired to the outdoor and waited, and waited. Received the call to return to the tour bus and headed inside to get our order. Frenzy of action to get our drinks ready. Cakes packed in containers, drinks quickly made, and we made a beeline to the bus. Excellent cake slices, sickly sweet iced coffees although ordered sugar free. Service was friendly but then forgot us after ordering.
