A true Michelin restaurant
A true dining experience. This is the best restaurant I have been to in Bangkok. The Peking Duck was amazing!!! 11 / 10 The Peking Duck should be a mandatory item that everyone must have. 11 / 10 It comes with homemade pancakes which are the thinnest pancakes I have ever seen. 10 / 10 The hoisin sauce was insane. 10 / 10 The service was incredible. 11 / 10 (took service to a whole new level) The atmosphere is incredible. The music and scenery transports you to China. It feels so authentic. The tea's are amazing!! Well worth trying for yourself if you are a tea lover. I will recommend this place to all my friends.

One of the best if not the best chinese restaurant in bangkok. Great ambience by the pond at Four Seasons hotel. Service from start to finish is very good We had a dim sum lunch plus other a la carte dishes. The truffle dumpling and crispy chicken are stand outs
Well deserved Michelin star Chinese restaurant
One star Michelin Chinese restaurant inside the four seasons in Bangkok. The setting is nice with floor to ceiling windows looking into the garden. The dim sums were exquisite. Really delicious har gao and delicate Xiao long bao. The piece de resistance was the abalone and chicken puff - sensational. The wonton noodles in lobster soup was interesting but I would have preferred the traditional Cantonese one. The mango saigo soup was really fresh and tasty. A wonderful place to have lunch.

After all the rave reviews, the Michelin star and my wife's love of Dim Sum, we had to at least give it a try. Opted for the Chef's Dim Sum set menu. Positives first..... fabulous quality across all the ingredients and similarly exemplary technique; beautiful presentation and mostly good flavour impact across the Dim Sum, BBQ, soup, and dessert courses. Did feel that the meals progression was unbalanced by too many (three) soup based courses in the latter half of the meal. While the first soup... the Hot and Sour with crab.... was excellent and fit the meals progression; the " main course " -Spinach in supreme broth, was both a little flat and felt like a filler and the Shrimp Wonton noodle soup (also labelled as main course) lacked complexity and was a poor finish to the savoury dish bracket. An unbalanced set lunch. Simply not up to the standard of Lai Ching Heen in Hong Kong, while Lee Ho Fook in Melbourne produces Dim Sum of comparable quality. Also, really expected a higher " wow factor " That being said, where the restaurant does shine is in the high end proteins, as the BBQ course in the set lunch showed clearly. Great flavour, wonderful pork, terrific crispy skin. Watched the Peking duck being served to a neighboring table and was more than a little envious. If we went back we would avoid the set lunch; choose a small selection of Dim Sum a la carte and round out the meal with one or more of the high impact options. Dessert was excellent and overall reasonable value for money. Lovely room, professional service and a great tea selection.

Yu Ting Yuan is the best dim sum I've ever had in the world. I've eaten dim sum in San Francisco, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Taipei, New York, London, and Amsterdam. Hands down, Yu Ting Yuan, offers the best all-around experience. The Food: perfectly cooked dim sum. We loved the shrimp dumplings (which looked like goldfish), crispy pork skin, and bbq pork (both require advanced ordering). The Cocktails: wow. Order any of the cocktails. They are delicious. Seriously. The Vibes: # 1: Upscale, chill, sophisticated Chinese decor with modern influences. The flower arrangements tower over you without blocking your view of the serenity of the Four Season's courtyard. The quality of wood, glass, tile, and stone make the place feel lux and high brow. The Service: Perfect, friendly, attentive, and professional. A+++++ Tips: order the duck and pork when booking. Note: bbq sauce contains peanuts. Food: 10 / 10 (best dim sum in the world) Service: 10 / 10 amazing Atmosphere: 10 / 10. I want to live there

Situé dans l'enceinte du Four seasons, ce restaurant (seul étoilé Michelin cantonnais de Thaïlande) propose un large choix de spécialités cantonnaises. Les prix varient selon les mets choisis. Belle sélection de produits de la mer (abalone, crevettes, poissons en tous genres). En très bon rapport qualité prix, vous pourrez choisir (en portion plat) les aubergines cuisinées dans un pot en terre cuite, très fondantes et goûteuses. Nous recommandons aussi les légumes et lotus à la vapeur, les riz sautés, ainsi que le porc sauce aigre-douce, à la panure légère.
Not yet a 1 star
Half of the dish are failed. For those who rarely take Chinese food might not understand what is the right taste. Too much improvement needed. Service and ambience are Michelin standard. But the staff did not remind customer that we might order too much and can't finish the food. The staff asked if we want still or sparkling water and we said yes, before the water was served we noticed there are some Chinese tea, and we changed to tea instead of water but the staff still served us water and charged to us.

Best Chinese restaurant I been too, located inside beautiful four season hotel in Bangkok, resturant well decorated nice set up. Food excellent with lot of taste very reasonable price for the quality and portion they serve. Great service we received from bow great person very kind & professional, she will be the mean reason to go back great job
Well deserved Michelin Star
My Dinner at Yu Ting Yuan Restaurant was amazing and the Best Chinese food I ever tried. Very beautiful flower decoration combined with a harmonious architecture value the culinary highlights. The staff is obliging and anticipate the guests requests. I recommend this place inside Four Seasons Hotel at the banks of the Chao Phraya River.
Excellent
We dined here recently to celebrate a family birthday. The whole experience was wonderful, perfect as one would expect from the Four Seasons. The manager was especially meticulous and efficient both. The food was tremendously enjoyed, from the wagyu strip loin to barbecue items and all other dishes that we ordered. Atmosphere and service to match.
