Good Experience
I came here for late midnight snacks because I was craving for something sweet. Staffs were very approachable. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Not impressed!!
Good service overall. Pass through monthly and notice there is an issue with the washrooms. There are three but only one functional.
Overall good
Typical food and coffee. Service was good and friendly. We ordered specific sandwiches without ingredients and they got the order correct!
Don't stop here
Came in before 10 pm from the highway. Bathrooms are closed off and there was no food. 5 donuts and some muffins. If there is nothing there might as well close the doors.
Terrible Customer Service
Terrible customer service. They also " closed " all the restrooms (mens, womens and the family / disabled one) because they had just mopped the floors and said everyone had to wait 15-20 mins to use them. The staff member who was enforcing this rule was so adamant about it too and very rude. Ridiculous particularly given it is a highway Tims. Won't be stopping here again and would recommend going elsewhere.
Meh
Consistency for drinks is horrible. Coffee most days tastes like dirty sink water. The breakfast is mid at best and most of the time wrong.
Very slow
We waited at the front of the line for 5 minutes, staff running around but no customers were being helped. We ended up just walking out. Other visits have been tremendously slow.
Unorganized
Stopped here for a coffee and snack. The music was loud and between the plexiglass and mask it was hard for either the worker and I to hear. It took forever to oder and I was the only one in the restaurant. Then my order was wrong. I had to ask twice for straw and napkins. Washrooms were dirty.
Everything was wrong
I went there at 5:25 am. They apparently open at 5. I went inside to use the bathroom (not too busy, only 3 people in line). After using the bathroom, I seen that the line up was 3 people (not the same 3 people). But I was in a bit of a hurry so I decided to go through the drive through. I got in my truck and 2 vehicles in line. So not an overly busy morning for a Tim Hortons. I ordered a a Bacon and egger on a biscuit meal with an extra large double double. And asked for a dozen donuts for the people I work with. After about 30 seconds they came back and said that they only had 6 donuts left (how the heck do you run out of donuts 30 minutes after you opened on a Thursday morning that isn't very busy?) I noticed that my order wasn't being entered on the screen, but they asked me to proceed to the window anyway. So I went to the window and they asked me again for my order. I repeated it very clearly. Except with only 6 donuts. They handed me my donuts, and my bacon and egger. Last came my coffee. They said to me to have a nice day, like my order was done. By this time I was like " forget it, I don't care about the hash brown. " So I drove away. I get a half mile away and open my bacon and egger on a biscuit, and it's a Bacon and egger on an English muffin. Take a sip of my coffee and it's sweetener! Not sugar! I'm one of those guys that almost never complains about anything and over tips at restaurants. I felt the need to write THIS. Not one single part of my entire service was right. Very messy bathroom, didn't get my hash brown, sweetener instead of sugar in my coffee, bacon and egger came on an English muffin instead of a biscuit, and didn't have enough donuts to order a dozen for the team at work, 30 minutes after they opened! What kind of fckn business is this?
Disgusting
I had bought a 50 pack of timbits from this location in Moosomin Saskatchewan. My boyfriend bit into a sour cream glazed timbit and it was fill of some type of disgusting liquid.... I will never ever purchase anything from here again. Disgusting. I know for a fact these types of timbits should not have ANYTHING in them... As I use to work here.
good service
great Tim's, we had exceptional service, the young lady working gave us some great ideas on where to eat dinner in the area, she was very pleasant. the bathroom was clean
Consistantly good food and service
Consistantly good food and service. All across Canada they are always strong on their plan to serve. Food is always good to a fault with their special coffee flavors and out of this world.
Get the order right
Not sure what's going on at the Tim hortons in Moosomin but they need to get their chicken together. Orders are wrong 90% of the time through the drive thru and slow as heck at the counter. Workers standing around making 1 worker do the till and get the orders together. crazy loud music that is way to load.
Average Tims
Service was efficient and somewhat friendly. The new chicken sandwich is abysmal. Do not recommend. I am not even sure it is chicken. However, the staff at Tim's can't be faulted for a poor product. It is not their problem - they delivered as expected.
Good food and coffee, but very slow service
I went to Tim Horton's three times while working in Moosomin this past weekend; food and coffee were very good, but service was so slow - it was before 6:00 am and there was hardly anybody in there - not sure why the service was that slow.
Need to step it up a bit
We stopped here for a quick coffee and bagel for the long road trip. We walked in and ordered for take-out. The coffee was quick, but the bagel I ordered took forever - and it was wrong. When I pointed out that I hadn't ordered an Everything bagel and asked for what I ordered, I was told, " Well, we don't have that one - and you have some of what you want on this one. " Seriously? That's your response? I ordered another bagel and it was wrong again, but this time I just took it, got back on the road, and decided never to stop at this Tim's again. I really think Tim Horton's in general is trying to do way too much these days.
I don't regularly review Tim's
This place was fast, accurate and staff was genuinely friendly. You would think all Tim's were the same, and obviously to a degree they are, but this place is a cut above the rest. Good job, thank you for the service and getting me back on the road fast.
Good food
We ordered three different kinds of sandwiches- all in combos. The BLT was very good- but not a lot of bacon. The Turkey Club was very tasty. The grilled cheese and bacon was perfect. We finished all three sandwiches long before the potato wedges were done, which was pretty ridiculous. The washroom was out of order, so we used the Family washroom and it was not in great shape. It wasn't that busy, but there weren't hardly any clean tables - so it was tough to find a place to eat. Staff was friendly.
Wrong order
When placing my order in the drive thru I clearly asked for 3 old fashion plain donuts. After getting to work and opening the boxes I realized there was not a single one.
Lunch while passing threw
Another disappointing trip to Tim's. Ordered turkey bacon sandwiches toasted. I know how could they screw that up but they did. Not only was my bun not toasted but they didn't even heat the bacon. This is not the only Tim's we have seen this at. Guess foreign owner changes quality. What a same. Lynda & Jack

Typical Tim Horton's, nothing memorable but nothing bad. Convenient to the highway gets them an " A " and friendly service gets them a plus. Food is typical Timmy's, sometimes that's a good thing.

You get exactly what you would expect. There is nothing out of the ordinary good or bad about this place.

I wonder if it's lack of training or turnover of staff.... my wife and I were in town and we decided to get a tea and bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese. I'm not sure if they didn't have any cream cheese left or the place needs to conserve but there was next to zero cream cheese on my bagel.... maybe the owners mad at me for posting bad service on trip advisor, but that's what this is for. I report the good and the bad. I'm done ever getting Tim Hortons in Moosomin. I will from now on go to witches brew. Which we did also this day. Thanks I
Friendliest staff In the west
If you're ever driving by Moosomin, highly suggest taking a rest stop at this Timmy's, just off the highway. I've had great service at other Tim Hortons but this is the top of the list! Is it the water? Nope, just plain, good old customer service. Thanks! I'll be back.
Yummmmyyyy
So pleasantly surprised to see a Timmys! Service was great. Fastest drive threw I've ever been at in awhile! Very easy to get at, right off of the main highway!
Great Customer Service, Quick & Accurate
On our way back from Alberta to Ontario we stopped at the convenient location on the highway heading east at around dinner time, it was busy but quick. I have never had such a friendly person take my order she was personable and so friendly and it was a very quick and a nice change. I travel a lot and it will always be a coffee shop we stop at

Staff and service HORRIBLE!!!
I have given this place to many chances. It's on the highway so it probably will never learn the value of true customer service because the business will always be constant. It's tough to find good staff these days but I'm absolutely sick of giving my money to large corporations that will do nothing to rectify the quality of the service. Please see the photo I attached before spending your hard earned money on this coffee chain. Go to coop for a coffee or there is a really nice coffee place on Main Street called witches brew.
Timmys.... up to standard expected
Grabbed lunch on our way through town. Received the expected quality. Good service, delicious Tuscan Chicken sandwich.
Fast service, consistent Timmie's quality
So happy to have a Tim's in my home town, and very happy that it is now well run and staffed. It literally takes me longer to find the exact change in my console for my morning breakfast than it takes them to prepare it, and I order everything without cheese. Unlike another poster on here, I have never had an order messed up in the morning (and another poster on here needs to check his compass - it's on the EAST side of town). Access is a bit odd, but that wasn't up to Tim's; blame the engineers that designed the (non-existent) service road. It's well worth the stop.
Always getting orders wrong drinks only filled half way
I'm glad we have a tim Hortons but I don't like spending money on a drink that is half full or wrong orders. But the staff has improved alot in the last few months!
nice to have
nice to have a Tim's in a smaller town on a main highway. Good service, not very busy at mid morning. A little hard to get to, once found easy.
Very good, but hard to find
First decent Tim's we have had in a while. Liked the fact that they were open early and fairly late. Very out of the way, and difficult to find though.
Poor attitude!!
I ordered very slowly as my order has been wrong many times they argued with me when the order was wrong again even though I simply asked them to fix it and even offered to pay the difference when the window closed they were bad talking me on the other side of the window this is a problem that could have easily been fixed pleasantly I am very very disappointed

You get what you need and want. I will be back. But service was just OK that day.. I am sure it is great other days.
Basic Timmies
The food is the usual timmies fare. The food is good and the coffee is incredible. Service is fast and friendly.
Drink their coffee regularly
its really good, wakes me up in the morning but i hate getting the old coffee with coffee grounds and the one in moosomin ive never been to the first time and had no clue where it was.
Order mixed up every time
I stayed in Moosomin for several weeks over the summer for work, and often ate breakfast at Tim Horton's. The first time I asked for a breakfast sandwich with no cheese - it had cheese. Second time, same thing. Of the 15 times I ordered a breakfast sandwich with no cheese, 14 had cheese. The other time, they put in on a biscuit when I ordered a bagel.
Standard Timmy quality
Great coffee and muffins. Kind of confusing getting into the lot but if you can look past that, all will be well.
