Breakfast and Lunch
Came here for breakfast, and it was just ok. I just have to be honest. Nothing to write home about. Also, came for lunch before hitting the beach. My shrimp Tacos were dry, and the flour tortillas were kind of dry / old. The margaritas were really good. The service was excellent
Exquisite breakfast
This was my second time here for breakfast. The last time I had the breakfast buffet----so much food and so well prepared. We were not ready for so much food this time and ordered from the menu. I highly recommend the Eggs Benedict. One gets three different styles of eggs Benedict. One style is with spinach, one with salmon and the last was a traditional eggs Benedict with ham. The sauce was absolutely perfect. Our waiter, Paolo Lopez, recommended a juice of celery, pineapple and several other ingredients. It was excellent. We were actually served by both Paolo and Miguel and they made sure we did not lack any attention. The setting is beautiful looking out over the pool to the Sea of Cortez and Land's End. This is the place to go for a very romantic meal.
A lovely place for tapas or dinner!
We had crab tapas at Fusion and enjoyed the view and the candle-lit room. Friday nights there is Live music. The menu includes many interesting tapas which can be ordered for one or shared In a larger size for two. One couple ordered fish as a main dish and was Served a large piece to share. Any extras for the plate must be ordered separately. Service was Friendly. This restaurant is in the ME hotel and overlooks the pool, beach and Bay.
OK restaurant on site at the ME Cabo
I ate at Tequila Fusion for breakfast only on several occasions during a recent trip to Cabo since I stayed at the ME Cabo. The breakfast selection was decent, however the prices seemed very high to me. I'm not a cheap skate by any stretch of the imagination but it bothered me that it cost $80 pesos for museli and the buffet was $220 pesos. I only opted to get the buffet on one occasion and was slightly disappointed in the small selection. My husband loved the omelette station and had nothing but good things to say about it, though. The first morning we ate here, the service was excellent and fast. The next morning we ate there, we had made reservations at the marina for a sailing trip and needed to have a fast breakfast, and go figure that the service was very slow on that particular morning, which kind of ticked me off, especially since there were only three other tables occupied when we were there. I can't review lunch or dinner options because I only ate breakfast here. Had it not been located on site at our hotel, I probably would not have returned after the first morning since I was left underwhelmed. However, due to sheer convenience, I ate here three times. Use your own discretion.

Seriously probably doesnt get the traffic because its part of the hotel. But amazing food. The tiraditos mixtos was soooo good we had to go back and get it again before we left!
