WELCOME TO SNOMOON SHAVED ICE! Dreaming. Researching. Planning. Creating. Waiting…. Waiting…. For those who know me, can you believe opening day is finally here? We are lifting the awning on our fabulous trailer tomorrow (Saturday 15 October) at high noon at the STSA pool outside of Red Hook. (Details below.) For those I hope to soon know, please stop by to say hello and to see what all the excitement is about! SnoMoon Shaved Ice crafts the tastiest, most refreshing treats on the rock. Introducing: THE SNOBALL! SnoBalls are created by finely shaving ice until it produces velvety sno…really…as if you scooped up a handful of freshly fallen sno (w) in the Rockies! Our sno is piled high into one of our unique, sustainable containers, then infused from top to bottom with our yummy flavors and toppings. No more plain, crunchy ice. No more puddles of syrup in the bottom of your cone. Instead, soft, fluffy spoonfuls of heaven that melt in your mouth. NOT JUST FOR KIDS ANYMORE! Kids love our snoballs and so do adults who still feel (or act) like kids! Our natural citrus flavor selections made in house are loved by all, especially vegans and yogis. Locals will dig our soursop, tamarind and passionfruit delights. Grownups dream of dulce de leche, coconut with fresh squeezed lime (my FAV) and mochacinno (coffee / chocolate combo). Kids can't get enough of cotton candy, tiger's blood and…. who knew…blue raspberry?! Sugarfree choices also available. If you want to go crazy, nestle your layers of flavored sno with a scoop of homemade ice cream, made with loving care by Barbara at Up Island Ice Cream (Tillet Gardens). AND DON'T FORGET THE HOMEMADE CONDENSED MILK! LET'S PARTY - AT YOUR PLACE! We cater birthdays for kiddos (and 40 somethings going on 30!), corporate events, school functions and those who are tired of cupcakes at every birthday party!
