Stellar Pizza
1. Ample toppings on the pizza 2. Delicious breadsticks 3. Excellent Friday coupon deal 4. 2 sides of sauce / homemade ranch that tasted delicious 5. Salad was fresh with ample toppings This was our first visit, we purchased food on the way to Eureka from Redding for our dinner when we got home. We had enough leftover for the next days lunch and dinner. Really good and worth a stop. We will stop again when passing through. I had no idea this was in Willow Creek until I saw the Facebook sponsored ad and decided it was worth a try.
Pizza and baseball
For 20 years we have been going to the Pizza Factory for good pizza when we wanted to watch a sporting event on tv (no tv at our cabin). Tonight when we ordered, I asked if the MLB playoff game could be on. I asked again 10 minutes later. They put on a bladder control infomercial for the next 15 minutes and then changed to an ABC program. I'm sure Direct TV has TBS. A good (although pricey) pizza is not worth a rude and / or uncaring staff.
Very good pizza!
Simple but nice place, with that little town feeling. Welcoming staff, some vintage arcade games for the kids, relaxed ambient... and more importsnt our pizza was very good.
Salad bar needs help
Lettuce at salad bar needs help, Wilty at dinner time, ice tea NOT fresh brewed. Staff greeted us when we came thru door made us feel welcomed, staff friendly, pizza very good, loved decor.
Good Pizza
We really enjoyed their pizza. We tried going to Raging Creek first but they weren't open. Glad we came here.
Great pizza, great server!
Main reason for reviewing is to say that the young guy who appeared to be running things-0with a goatee and bandana - was a star. Friendly, efficient, professional. If he's not the manager, he should be. We were only passing through, on holiday from England, so unlikely to be back for a while but wanted to pass on a compliment.
Pricey and OK
I found prices here on higher side, over $20 for a medium pizza, given pizza is not extra ordinary, its made with regular ingredients, and ambiance is like any basic restaurant. To me taste was average too. plus they got our order all mixed up, first they gave the wrong salad which we pointed out so they corrected and then our wings came with bone and ranch while we asked for boneless and buffalo sauce. Not sure what happened but didn't bother to correct it this one.
Good Pizza and fast service
Walked in and placed an order. Waited about 15 minutes and was presented with a great pizza that was exactly what we ordered. Couldn't ask for anything more.
Not Too Bad.
My idea of an EXCELLENT pizza is found in Florence Italy. That said, the Pizza Factory ain't too bad! They hand toss and their toppings are GENEROUS. Their salad bar is absolutely EXCELLENT! Hands down the best place on the 299 in North California for pizza. Be sure to check the posted fishing reports and numerous photos of the history of the area. Well worth a stop. By the way, the staff are are like your FAVORITE relatives... they just make you feel like you just got home for the holiday.
slow service n burnt food
we had ordered our pizza and sandwiches here and the order took forever... we was having lunch meeting and the pizza's missed the meeting our sandwich was burnt to a crisp. we are now cautious to order here again.
Real hand-tossed crust with great family atmosphere
A little pricey with around a $28 - $30 large pizza however the crust turned out to be flaky and delicious. Homestyle atmosphere with really good cold beer. Plenty of video games for the kids. Salad bar was a little weak but for the middle of the mountains in a small town wasn't too bad and really hit the spot on a hot day. A fun stop on our vacation and the kids really enjoyed their time.
Slower than a snail
Took 40 minutes to get our order. The girl behind the counter appeared that she couldn't give a rat's behind about her job. It seem like we were an inconvenience to her. The service is often lacking. The food is okay but heavily overpriced. I've been here often, since I live in this town. The easiest thing to get is a salad. The night crew has messed up my order on numerous occasions. The weekday manager is great.
Minus for atmosphere
I did not come here for pizza but from the look of the interior I decided not to have coffe here. Instead I asked for directions to an unlisted coffeehouse.
Very Pricey But Not Outstanding
Ordered a medium pizza, a large soft drink and a salad. With tip it came to almost $40.00. The pizza was disappointing. The sauce was bland and there was little of it. The rest of the ingredients were not fully cooked and the crust was nothing special. Disappointing. I would not return. There are few places to eat in this area so my friends who live the probably will.
Pizza always tasty at Pizza Factory!
We always enjoy the Pizza Factory whenever we find one. The original is in our hometown of Mariposa, California, so we like to support this franchise. This one is large and has pleasant views of the downtown. Good service and delicious pizza!
Good pizza!
Very good tasty pizza. I like that they toss their pizza dough right in front of you. Expect a 45 minute wait for the pizza.
Better now with the new owners
Although their pizza is on the pricey side (unless you have a coupon or sign up for their text offers), it's pretty darn good. They have a small, fresh salad bar as well and that's always a plus. The service is great and the people are very kind and friendly.
Surprisingly GREAT Pizza
We ate here after a fun night on the town. It's large, open and clean with a nice, little salad bar. We had the house supreme pizza and it was loaded with great stuff. The sauce and crust were delicious. A definite must if you're a pizza lover!
Love Pizza Factory
Used to have one in my hometown. Wish there were more Pizza Factory's around these days. The only thing I disliked about this one was they did not have deep fried mushrooms. Even the girl at the counter sounded surprised when I asked about them. It was almost as if she had never heard of them before. I hope she mentions it so whoever runs that place cause I love me some deep fried mushrooms and I go to the area twice a month for work. All in all this place is well worth your money.
