To make things even better, the vast sandy beach of Rethymno can be reached on foot! Loggia Loft Apartment is located on the 1st floor and covers 110 m2. It's divided in two levels and can accommodate up to 7 guests! Its layout provides privacy to the guests and as it has been recently renovated, combing comfort and proximity to all amenities, making your holiday as easy as possible! On the first level of this lovely accommodation guests will find a cosy living room, which provides direct access to a small balcony, overlooking the picturesque street below. One guest can be accommodated in the sofa bed provided. Also, a fully equipped kitchen features a beautiful wooden dining area and everything you will need during your stay, in case you wish to prepare your meals indoors! The kitchen also opens up to a private patio, where you could enjoy your morning coffee! Furthermore, one double bedroom is also located on the first floor, as well as a WC which guests can access from the patio. A few stairs up the second double bedroom of the apartment is located. The whole apartment is decorated with taste, and it's modern design ensures that our guests will enjoy all the contemporary facilities necessary during their vacation! Additionally, a sofa bed, which can sleep 2 more guests can be found in a separate room on the second floor, which also offers access to a wonderful 15 m2 veranda from where you can witness the busy life of the town from the comfort of your chair! Last but not least, a bathroom with a bathtub is available on this level.
