About Lehto Design / Build

Lehto Design / Build is a residential new construction firm out of Northeastern CT. We are dedicated to building extremely energy efficient homes, and are certified to build to the highest energy stand there is; the German Passive House standard. A Passive House is a house that is built so air tight, and is so well insulated that it can be heated and cooled for only a few hundred dollars a year. These homes not only have extremely low operating costs, but they are also surprisingly affordable to build.
