Jolies plongées
Club d'accueil très sympa Équipe au top et aux petits soins pour ses plongeurs. 2jolies plongées en toute sécurité dans les «caves» Wendy comprend le français :-) Le matériel de location est très correct. Je recommande ce club pour de la plongée plaisir avec ou sans niveau!!

Diving on Ancient path, Caldera
My son booked us a diving trip for a day. We were extremely lucky to have calm sea and got to go to Steam boat site, my first wreck dive. Another site was Ancient path, Caldera, amazing feeling to dive upon an ancient path, 3500 years old! We had visited Ankrotiri museum the previous day and learned about the earthquake around 1600 B. C. Saw some nudies, baby octopus, fire warms and very beautiful volcanic scenery and grass fields. The team (Stelios and Dale) was very nice, down to earth, knowledgeable. Very good service on the boat, everything went smoothly. My best day in Santorini! Thanks Stelios and Dale!
Just awesome
Went to see if they have shop to sell me a mask for the beach snorklings. Started talking with Dale who was outside and unfortunately they didn't have masks to sell. Dale then gave a brief sales pitch about diving around santorini but, my time was thight so I desided not to go for a dive trip. I then Started driving towards my hotel and found myself turning back few minutes later to book a dive trip for me and my mom the next day. This was mainly because of Dale who was so welcoming and just overall positive person. The next day was excellent from start to finnish. Got to see the old steamboat wreck which was nice and then the ancient pathway that sank while the volcano erupted. Dale, Stelios and Wendy were all very nice down to earth kind of people. Very professional and knowledgeable all around. Stelios knows the history and dive sites around the island very well. Dale is very easy going, easy to work with and takes care of your every need you might have, same goes with stelios. You just enjoy and they handle everything for you. Hassle free experience which is nice, no unnecessary acting just good people giving you a great day. If you are thinking of diving at santorini this really is the place to go to. Drinks, snacks and history lessons Between dives (also served while floating in the water after a dive if you don't want to climb to the boat, because it was a hot day). I can highly recommend this awesome place to anyone who's interested in diving while there. Would have done another day with them but couldn't unfortunately.
Family fun experience
Fun family experience. Such a great experience diving with Caldera. Stelios, Wendy and Dale made for a relaxing and pleasant dive. From the warm welcome to final goodbye it was like hanging out with friends. Extra points for Lucy the dive shop dog.

Club à taille humaine, presque familial, composé de Stelios, Wendy et un assistant. Bien que familial ce club n'en est pas moins très professionnel avec nitrox et même du trimix. L'équipe est extrêmement pédagogique et s'occupe de tout : équipement des blocs (même si vous apportez votre matériel), portage des blocs, habillage. Vous n'avez plus qu' à faire une bascule arrière et profiter des fonds. Les plongées se font soit du bord (caldera) soit du bateau. Les endroits protégés ne manquent pas ce qui autorise à plonger même avec du vent. Des mérous, des barracudas et de nombreuses autres espèces. Une ambiance minérale avec des tombants vertigineux, des champs de posidonies et des grottes insondables. Pour les débutants baptême aux plongeurs confirmés : il faut y aller sans hésitation. cela fait la troisième année que j'y vais et j'y retournerai
Professionelles und sympathisches Diving Center
We can warmly recommend the Caldera Diving Team, in particular Stelios and Wendy. Anna and Alexandra enrolled to the PADI class which they successfully achieved. I could also dive with them (I am Padi open water) together the last day after the end of the course. We can confirm high professional approach, patience and excellent teaching competence of Wendy and Stelios. Everything was done with patience, a lot of attention, smile and good mood. Both are warm-hearted, passionate instructors. This diving week with them was the highlight and most amazing experience during our stay in Santorini. We will return to continue. Great Diving Day!
Great diving day! Having my CMAS* certification with 20 dives, I always try to go for a new dive when I'm taking holidays. Caldera Diving, a 10 minutes walk from my hotel, has been a great choice: the 2 dive sites where they took us were very interesting by their rock formations, with a lot of different fishes, and the ancient sunken pathway. The team is very professional, taking care of every detail, and despite the not ideal weather and the waves and currents, the dives were really cool and I enjoyed every moment. Thank you to my buddy Andrej who made me feel like I was in best hands during the dives, and to Stelios, Wendy and Victor, very nice people and always laughing and joking. A day I will remember, and certainly a highlight in my Santorini holidays! Massimo

A fun day's diving by the lava cliffs
A very pleasant day out on the rib. Great refresher / initial dive for the kids and me. Both Stelios and Wendy are easy going, knowledgeable and encouraging. Lucy the dog is a sweetie as well!

Excellent Diving!!
I never write reviews, but having had the pleasure of Diving with Wendy and Alison thought every-one should know how professional this Dive Centre is I have not dived for five plus years so was apprehensive, I had nothing to worry about as Wendy and Alison made sure i was in good hands. From the moment we had a pre dive safety talk and Stelios preparing and checking the Dive kit, I was assured safety was paramount. The two dives were incredible, visibility was amazing and truly loved both dives. Thank-you to all three of you for welcoming and looking after me. If i had discovered Caldera Diving at the beginning of my holiday, i am certain i would have Dived at every opportunity ! Keep doing what you are doing and every Diver will be as happy as me. Best diving experience in Santorini
The diving experience with Wendy & Stelios was amazing. I can't thank them enough for the care and support they showed me during my first diving experience. As a first timer, Stelios gave me an incredible briefing about diving and the equipment and rules to understand. We then went to two good diving spots and because the weather was great this made the day a bonus. Whilst we were diving, Stelios guided me through the water every step of the way and made sure I was safe whilst pointing out cool creatures. Thanks to Stelios I feel I have gained strong confidence with being under water and will be very comfortable to do some more diving with in future. If you are new to diving or even a regular who is considering Caldera Diving then look no further you will be in the greatest hands!!!
Great experience for a beginner / trial
We did a shore dive for beginners (a teen and two adult refreshers) with Caldera diving. Great experience, safety is paramount for the team combined with warmth and humour. Can definitely recommend it for anyone looking to try diving before committing to a course. We were taken such good care of, carefully and thoroughly briefed and looking after constantly in the water. Nothing was too much trouble, and if you are lucky you'll get a cuddle from Lucy the dog, the boss of the business!
Best boat dives
An excellent diving centre, the staff are very friendly, helpful and look after you. 100% would recommend to everyone to go to them for Diving in Santorini. P. S. Please bring Stellios some chocolate before the dive!
Can I not give 6 stars!
I cannot sing this dive shop's praises enough! Stelios and Wendy were amazing from start to finish. Myself and boyfriend dive every time we go on vacation and this was one of the best experiences by far. Coordinating the booking was so simple and on the day everything was so calm, relaxed and both Stelios and Wendy were so attentive. Great knowledge of the dive sites, the lava caves were our particular favourite! I would recommend every one visit caldera diving!!
Easy Caldera Diving
Everything about Caldera Diving was easy! Coordinating with Stelios in the weeks before our visit…easy. Adjusting our plans just before arrival…easy. Checking in at the dive center…easy. Getting kitted up with high quality dive gear…easy. Fantastic diving…easy. Stelios and Wendy were professional, fun, and…easy! This team did a first class job of taking care of experienced and first time divers and they made it look easy. This was a great experience in the Aegean Sea with Caldera Diving and will be my go to dive center in Santorini.
Great lava dives from boat
Very friendly staff and fitted us in last minute when the other dive centre let us down. Great dives through lava caves and swim throughs. Maybe too many people for the same dive group, but that was probably our fault. Thank you Stelios and Team.

Première expérience de plongée avec Pannayotis, top! Moniteur patient et très pédagogue! Je suis ravie et recommande vivement ce centre de plongée pour les débutants! Mon conjoint, certifié PADI, a également apprécié l'activité. Très beau site de plongée dans les grottes de lave, l'accompagnateur Andreï à été top! De manière générale: une équipe accueillante et très amicale. En prime: petit casse croûte à base à base de vrais faux croissants venus de Paris 😜 Merci encore à tous!
Amazing experience!
An amazing experience that we can't wait to try again. This was our first time doing anything like this (we snorkeled) and we would love to come back to try diving. Everyone made us feel safe and welcome. Highly recommend! Also- the jokes are great :p
Great experience from the beginning to the end
A 5 stars experience! The trainer, Stelios, was very patient. Having no prior experience with diving we were a bit anxious but his explanations and calmness helped a lot. Will come back next time we are in Santorini.
Santorini Dive Trip
The entire experience was awesome ! The owner, who I had great conversations with during the entire trip, explained he was retired Diver from the Greek Navy. Well, his professionalism and knowledge was second to none. He was funny, relaxed and just fun to be with as he explained the history of our dive locations and knowledge of the areas. His counterpart, who was my guide, was great as well, looking out for our group every step of the way. I am a newer diver and honestly was a bit nervous. But the minute I was with them and the other divers, I was perfect ! Thank you Caldera Diving for and AWESOME dive experience in Santorini ! 5 Stars !!!!!!!!!!!
Amazing Dive Center!!!
Stelios and his team are absolute world class diving instructors! I did a couple of specialty certifications with him as well as a couple of fun dives around Santorini. He really went the extra mile with the new divers participating in the " try dive " program and ensured everyone was comfortable and enjoying themselves. His excitement and energy was contagious. I highly recommend Caldera Dive center for all your diving needs in Santorini and will definitely be coming back for more adventures with Stelios.

Absolutely magnificent 😍 Wendy is an amazing instructor. We had the most FANTASTIC day. Wendy and Stelios were wonderful, kept everyone very calm and explained everything perfectly. This was only my 2nd time to dive and my partners 1st and we felt fully relaxed on both of the dives today. I will 100% be booking with them again! ❤ σε ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ 🥰
Great time diving with Caldera Diving
Couldn't meet a friendlier team, Stelios, Wendy, Natalie, Panagiotis and Lucy (the gorgeous dive centre dog) will take care of everything. Fun diving, and you feel really well looked after, watching how they are with a range of different level divers, just worked well;) catered for last minute plans, and very knowledgeable about the dive sites, AC / DC, Guns 'n' Roses, Metallica these guys were rockin :) we met some lovely divers from all over the world too, loved seeing divers getting back into diving after time out (some up to 20yrs, and some trying scuba for the very first time) but they all had such a great time, testament to the guys at Caldera diving! loved the dives today at White Island and the lava caves. Thank you from Rich and Lisa (Dive South) 🙏 x

Great diving experience with excellent equipment
Stelios and Wendy are wonderful diving guides who do everything to make sure you have a fun experience. The equipment is of a high quality and they prepared everything for us, giving us new wetsuits etc. I hadn't dived for 6 years so they took time to check everything carefully for me. We saw some stunning lava caves, definitely something different to what I'd seen diving before. Highly recommended!
Baptême de plongée pour ma future femme 👌
Lors de notre séjour à Santorin pour ma demande en mariage (elle a dit oui 😇) j'avais prévu de plonger comme je le fais des que je voyage. Je suis donc a la recherche d'un club et comme beaucoup je regarde les avis des clubs en prenant en compte la distance avec notre hôtel. Un premier club se distingue mais les avis recents étaient mitigés ce qui prête à réflexion. Et puis je trouve Caldera Diving avec un site web pro et des coordonnées WhatsApp que j'utilise avant notre départ de France. Et la le feeling passe de suite : Stelios est disponible, réactif et agréable par message ce qui est un excellent début. A notre arrivée je verrouille l'organisation de notre journée : 2 plongées depuis le bateau pour nous deux : ma (future) femme novice pour un baptême et moi plongeur Padi Advanced Open Water (niveau II) qui l'accompagne avec la go pro pour ses souvenirs. Wendy a été au top : accueil simple et souriant pour le transfert, café de bienvenue, formalités administratives au club qui est propre et fonctionnel. Ensuite direction le port avec un mini bus ou l'ambiance est encore une fois sympa et tranquille. Au port nous trouvons stelios qui a bord de son zodiac arbore un grand sourire accueillant et chaleureux. Les 2 sites étaient judicieusement choisis : le 1er dans une anse sans vague pour le baptême de ma femme, endroit calme et paisible fonctionnel et en toute sécurité avec une épave qui en met plein les yeux pour un baptême (ca change des bancs de sable 😂) Je vous laisse imaginer les souvenirs pour Madame. Ensuite apres un brunch revigorant nous enchaînons le bateau pour un second site (White island) pour une dérivante a 9m avec une faune et une flore assez variées le tout avec une luminosité extraordinaire a cette profondeur (ca change de la Bretagne d'ou nous sommes originaires 😂) Deux plongées au programme : de la variété + de la visibilité + une prise en charge de qualité en toute sécurité avec des briefings complet et dans la bonne humeur Stelios est un moniteur comme il devrait en avoir partout : il favorise la bonne humeur et la pratique de la plongée en toute sécurité et humilité. Cela change de certains clubs a travers le globe ou le business model semble plus intéressant que la pratique de l'activité… (a bon entendeur) Je recommande ce club qui certes est sans paillettes mais qui est un club professionnel avec une excellente qualité de prise en charge du début jusqu'à la fin. Ne serait ce pas juste l'essentiel quand nous faisons de la plongée ?!? 😉 Enjoy Stelios Thank you for everything You are the best See you in the future i hope Ronan et Pauline 😉 👌 🐟
Junior Open Water Course
We had a wonderful time in Santorini and Stelios and his crew definitely took part o it. Our son (11 years old) wanted to do a PADI Judior Open Water Course and I, as a mom, had concerns about this because of his young age. But I can unreservedly recommend Stelios, he has a special knack for children and I had complete trust in him at all times. The crew also took great care of my son during the dives and Stelios himself did a few more hours of extra theory with my son so that he really understood everything and became a very well trained little diver. Thank you very much for that.
Amazing experience!!
I passed my open water diploma with caldera diving. It was simply amazing!! 🤿 Stelios is the best instructor you can wish to have! He was patient, caring and made sure I understood everything. He took time to explain well all the theory and he was very reassuring underwater! On the 4th dive of the ones required for open water, we went into little paths and caves of lava which was great! All the instructors (Marialena, Wendy...) are very nice! I highly recommend if you want to dive in Santorini!

Je conseille vivement ce club pour ceux qui veulent avoir une 1iere experience de la plongée ou dans mon cas offrir une certification open diving water à ma fille. Le club est simple et cool. Ici, on ne se la raconte pas. Stelios le patron a été exemplaire dans le cadre de la formation : grande disponibilité et compétence associés à une gentillesse naturelle. Je suis Niveau III et il m a permmis d accompagner ma fille dans des conditions privilégiées. Les plongees pour debutants ou certifiés sont sympa dès 10 m. Je n ai pas fait de plongées profondes. Tout le personnel qui entoure stelios est au petit soin. Une experience que ma fille et moi n oublierons pas! Efaristo Stelios!
Diving in Santorini
Two fathers and two teenage sons. Looked after by Stelios and Wendy and their fantastic team. The teens were looked after with great care and attention and had a great experience. Locations and dive routes were clearly explained and really helped us get the most out of our two-dive day. Lunch of fresh peaches, bananas and iced tea on the rib at half time was just the job. Our group included French, Dutch, Greek and Spanish folk all loving the diving.

AMAZING!!! Best Diving School In Santorini!
Caldera Diving was AMAZING in every way!! It was the highlight of our 2 week trip to Greece so if you're looking for a diving center in Santorini, look no further than Caldera Diving. Stelios and Wendy and the team were so professional, experienced and patient that my two teens (17 & 15) were diving after 1 day under Stelios' expert guidance. He explained everything so well, took his time and accompanied them througout both dives that they weren't afraid and were very confident underwater that I was amazed. It was an experience they'll never forget. I did a refresher course as it had been many years since my last dive and I had a guide all to myself in addition. They're a fun and vibrant team who love what they do and it shows. We did not dive in the Caldera because of very strong winds which lessend the visibility so we dove by the lava caves and another area which was very interesting and we saw beautiful rokcs, corals, sponges and even an octopus. The instruction and both dives took about 5 hours and it included refreshments and some history on our boat ride to the dive locations. They got a diving certificate for their Discover Diving Course and I got an updated log book. I cannot recommend them highly enough; you will not be disappointed.
Centre de plongée au top!
Nous avons passé deux journées de plongée au top! L'équipe est très pro et super sympathique. Épave, grottes… nous avons vraiment apprécié la diversité des sites et… l'ambiance sur le bateau! Lorsque nous reviendrons à Santorin, nous retournerons plonger à Caldera Diving Center.
Excellent centre de plongee a Santorin
Nous étions 4 personnes (2 adultes et 2 enfants) et nous avons fait 3 matinees de plongee avec Caldera Diving. Notre experience a été vraiment excellente. Ayant plongé avec beaucoup de centre de plongee à travers le monde, Caldera Diving est l'un des meilleurs que j'ai pu experimenté. L'équipe est très professionnelle: encadrement des enfants au top, très agréable et tout ca avec beaucoup d'humour et de décontraction! Merci à Wendy, Stelios et Marialena pour ces plongees qui resteront un souvenir incroyable a Santorin et sans hésité nos plus bons moments passés ici! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter et nous recommandons fortement ce club de plongee!
Tout parfait !
Super centre !!!! Le staff est pro et extrêmement sympathique… les sites de plongée qui nous ont été proposés étaient variés et magnifiques. L'équipe est au petit soin pour notre confort. C'est sûr que si nous revenons à Santorin nous plongerons encore avec eux !!!!
Awesome experience
We had a great time, saw a lot of underwater caves which was new experience for all of us! The people from Caldera Diving were super friendly and funny and they made us a lot of nice photos underwater. It surprised me in a good way that they prepared and took care of all our equipment, changed the bottles between the two dives. Usually they make you do that yourself which for me is a bit stressful when on a boat (I have a bad sea sickness) These guys obviously love their job and enjoy doing it, you will feel that at the moment!

Perfect birthday SCUBA!
My wife and I dove with Stelios and a fellow dive instructor Wendy on 19th September 2020 during my wife's 30th birthday trip. I cannot say one negative thing about the experience! My wife emailed Stelios to arrange diving and the responses were very prompt and informative. We stayed at an Airbnb a 5 minute walk from the dive shop, arrived in the morning for a briefing, and then tried on our wetsuits and shoes. Stelios drove us a couple minutes away to the marina, then just a short 20 minute boat ride to our dive sites. We dove the sunken WWI steam boat and the Adiavatos Reef. Each site was incredible, we swam through the boat and saw eels, lion fish, an octopus, and plenty of other fish in the reef, as well as an ancient path under water. Stelios brought water and plums for a snack between dives. My wife has a hard time equalising her ears and Stelios was very patient and stayed with her until she was comfortable. Even though we are certified divers, we hadn't dove in 2 years so Stelios went through a brief refresher to make sure we were comfortable and that was much appreciated! Stelios and Wendy were so friendly, constantly laughing, and put us at ease. Due to Covid19 and lack of tourists, we were the only ones diving that day so it was lovely to have a " private dive. " We had great weather and visibility, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about them both! When we return to Santorini we will absolutely dive with them again! Thank you for an incredible 30th birthday dive!!!!

Hands down the best thing I did in Santorini. Can't recommend enough. Huge shout out to Stelios & Wendy, such a wonderful instructors (thank you!). A calm & friendly introduction to scuba diving, with care & attention given to each person. Stelios is very passionate about diving and also very knowledgeable, so no matter what your experience level you feel comfortable and safe throughout the trip. the view under the water is breathtaking and the equipment is brand new. Great fun and safe
Took my fiancé for her first diving experience. She did a try to dive and I did two regular dives. We did the second dive together. We both had great fun and felt safe throughout. To be honest, if you're diving in Santorini you are not going to see the greatest marine life. Although we did see a seal but that is a once in a 5 year event according to our instructors. However, the lava formations underwater are very cool. So the diving is well worth it for that reason.

Stelios is really friendly and professional and passionate in what he is doing. We did the boat tour with 2 dives, best choice to do even if it s your first time diving. Great day of diving
I went with Caldera Diving for two dives during my stay in Santorini. All the equipment was arranged upon arrival at the dive center. From the center it is just a short drive to the speed boat, which we took to get to the dive sites. Stelios and Wendy made the trip very enjoyable. They catered to every need in the group. I would recommend Caldera Diving for anyone interested in diving in Santorini.

Έρχομαι χρόνια στη Σαντορίνη 10 για την ακρίβεια εργάζομαι εδώ κ ποτέ δεν είχα σκεφτεί να κάνω κατάδυση γιατί πολύ απλά φοβόμουν το βυθό. Ο Στέλιος ότι και να πω είναι λίγο επαγγελματίας δίπλα μας συνέχεια επεξηγηματικος, υπεύθυνος η Wendy η βοηθος του εξαιρετική χαμογελαστή, δυναμική... οσα και να γράψω ακόμα λίγα θα ναι. Αν ερθετε Σαντορίνη πρέπει να επισκεφθήτε το Caldera Diving. Η καλύτερη ομάδα με το καλύτερο εκπαιδευτή!!!!!!
Great staff
The staff working there (a Wendy and Stelios) were very professional and helpful. I got in touch with Wendy via FB before and she was always answering my questions and being helpful. In the dive center we got really nice and warm new wetsuits. Dive sites were shallow and really cool. We went for boat dives. As I was the only experienced diver I got private guide and we manage to see cool caves, caverns, canyons etc. there is not much big marine life in the island but we still saw shrimp, octopus, crabs, groupers and nudies. Atmosphere was pleasant and funny. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. It was also really cool they took uw photos and sent them later via email. Stelios has a lot of stories to tell especially about freediving.

The best dive we had!
Stelios and Wendy were our instructors for our dive. We chose to do the boat 2 dives 9:30-2:30. In the morning we went to their dive centre, which was 5 min away from where we were staying. Stelios and Wendy welcomed us and gave us the paperwork to fill out. Throughout the whole process we always felt very reassured by them. We put on our suits, tried the shoes and drive to the boat. The trip took place in a small speedboat, very fun to feel the wind in your face. Because the boat is small, the diving groups are quite small too, which is excellent! There were 5 of us (4 were my family plus one girl). Our first dive was in the caldera, with a lot of rock formations and an archway kind of cave. Some limited marine life, but so much to see anyway! We passed through the lava tubs, saw long grasslands made of seaweed and visited an octopus house, through no one was in ;) Our group wasn't the easiest: I am always sea sick and my husband has equalisation problems. Nonetheless Stalios and Wendy were super patient, caring and helpful. One of my brothers did his baptism dive and loved it. My other brother chose to do snorkelling only. We were offered coffee in the morning, water and peaches throughout the day, and Stelios had travel sickness gums for us as well. Overall it was an amazing experience, and we wish we could do it more times! Thank you!
Lava cave diving
Great trip out to the Lava caves (and cliffs). Stellios was great to help beginners get an experience. Very thoughtful and easy going making it a real pleasure. Thanks!
Fantastic
You may have to drop them an email for prices but other than that it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The equipment was great we had no issues. They're very accommodating for first time divers and Stelios and Wendy provide such a relaxing atmosphere. We saw many fishes, sponges and a lot of sea grass as altogether very good.
Do The Lava Caves
Highly recommended! The guys are just so much fun and will give you the best experience ever. Insist on doing the lava caves. It's the best dive and it's totally worth it.

στη Σαντορίνη έχει διάφορα καταδυτικά κέντρα, όμως άνθρωποι που γνώρισα εκεί μου σύστησαν αυτό το κέντρο ως το καλύτερο μιας και αυτός που κάνει τα μαθήματα ο Στέλλιος είναι και πρωταθλητής. Με πάρα πολύ υπομονή εξήγησε σε μένα και την δεκάχρονη κόρη μου τι έπρεπε να κάνουμε και ήταν και πάρα πολύ κατανοητικός. Η Γουέντυ η βοηθός του που μας συνόδευσε ήταν πολύ βοηθητική και χαμογελαστή. Με τη βοηθειά τους, κάτι τόσο δύσκολο, έμοιαζε παιχνιδάκι. Με έκαναν να θέλω να ξανακάνω ξανά και ξανά.. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλαχτα σε όλους!!

Just visited Santorini with my family. My son and I did a couple dives with Caldera. They were very friendly and provided great service! The dives were awesome!
PADI level one certificate
I work onboard on small yachts. Always had a thing with fear and love with the sea. As everyone has an opinion I shall give you mine. Underwater makes me nervous though I watersport and work on yachts, so I came to conquer my fears and doubts. Stelios is an ex champ record holder. He is the calmest person underwater that you can find. A true professional and has a way to capture you. today was our pool day for the introduction emergency exercises. Sick dives with AMAZING crew!
If you want to go diving in Santorini, go with Caldera Diving! Stelios and the other instructor (I can't remember her name, I'm sorry) were both amazing! They prepared all of our gear for us, and pampered us with stellar customer service! they took us diving on an Ancient Road that sank under the sea when the volcano exploded 3000 years ago. Stelios was an excellent guide, he pointed out nudibranchs, barracuda, and groupers to us. During our surface interval, he gave us a quick history lesson about the island, the volcano, and the shipwreck that we dove next. Our second dive was on a steam boat that sank between the two volcanic islands in the middle of the caldera. We had an absolutely spectacular time diving with Caldera Diving! The crew went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time, and to make sure that we made it to our ferry on time. We really appreciate these beautiful humans!

I had always wanted to try scuba diving. Wendy took me out and I couldn't praise my experience enough. Wendy was brilliant! If like me you are are thinking " should I ". Do it, it was amazing. Lovely friendly team of people at Caldera diving.

Me and my niece booked Discover Scuba 2 dives from the shore and we had a great time. Stelios (the onwer) is a perfect teacher, gave us clear instructions, he is very, very professional and made us feel very comfortable. Pablo (the second diver) was also knowledgeable and attentive and helpful with my niece. Very enjoyable experience!

A great dive centre, new equipment, great staff
My son and I are PADI open water divers and we booked a two dive boat trip with Caldera Dive Centre. My wife and brother went snorkeling in an accompanying boat. Stelios and his team are excellent and their kit is very new. They were friendly and professional and gave me a choice of dive sites likely to be available depending on the wind direction. We dived through some channels in the lava and under some overhangs and through some easy tunnels and to a small cave. Cave diving specialty was not required - it was cave diving " light " I guess. Not a lot of sea life to see but vis was good at around 20m. Not deep, max depth about 15m, average about 10m. Interesting to see the underwater lava formations and an underwater plaque in memory of Jacques Cousteau who discovered a lot of the diving there. I thoroughly recommend Caldera Diving and Stelios and his team
Personal and super fun service
Loved the service, all the staff is so friendly and fun at the same time. We did the snorkling tour which lasted almost 4 hours, 2 different snorkling sites and a boat ride with a view. They even provided transportation from and to the hotel.
Great staff
I contacted Stelios before I left my country and he was always very quick to respond to my emails. When I arrived in Greece I got up for my dive day and there was a bit of confusion with my location but we worked that out. Stelios sent his # 2 Wendy to pick me up and we had to make a stop for coffee and snacks before we made it to the shop. I didn't mind since I had the whole day and Wendy also bought me tea for my patience. When we reached the shop is was very simple but well organized and clean. I met two other divers; a local and another fellow from Athens. I got fitted for a wetsuit which included a hood and vest, I get cold when I dive. I was happy to discover they had the extra layers I needed. We loaded up into Stelios's car, he needs a new one😁, and all the gear was loaded into a trailer behind. One thing right off was the attitude of Stelios and Wendy, I liked them right away. The both of them were very fun to spend time with. When I spoke to both of them I could tell that they were very knowledgeable as well. When we got to the harbour we had to move another boat to get our Zodiac out but the two of them got that done quickly. The boat ride was a short one as we made our way out to black mountain where the lava caves are. The underwater caves were interesting but the lack of sealife made it a trip of geology only. I have gone diving in many areas of the world in similar situations and the lack of marine life really detracted from this dive. I would have preferred to dive a wreck because it would have been more interesting. Wendy was my guide and she was excellent in terms of safety and underwater navigation. I would recommend this dive shop if you want to dive Santorini but the would not go unless you dive a wreck or something specific, skip the caves. You want to see amazing lava tubes / caves go to Hawaii. One more thing, Stelios needs to lay off the coffee with all that while cream!! 😆
Lava Caves make a great dive
Stelios runs a very professional and friendly dive operation. I am a certified diver and have a lot of experience and did my research for dive centres to dive with while on Santorini. Stelios is a recreational, technical and free diver and clearly loves what he does. Very enthusiastic, can accommodate all abilities and experience levels. The equipment is of good quality and well maintained. I was travelling with my side mount BCD and regs and was easily accommodated with aluminium tanks making my 2 tank dives extremely comfortable. I ended up diving 2 days, first in the lava caves at the south side of the island and the second time inside the caldera on 2 small shipwrecks. I would recommend Stelios to introduce anyone to scuba diving as the memorable experience will surely get you hooked on this fantastic sport. The dive centre is just a short walk up from Mera beach southwest end of Perissa and he picked me up from where I was staying at the northeast end of Perissa saving me the 25 minute walk.

Great diving guide and company
Estelios was very kind, patient and gave us very good information about the good places to go, where to eat the real Greek food. He took good care of us while diving and made it all very easy for us. We definitely recommend his services for Santorini diving.

Definitely must while in Santorini
I have never dived before but I always wanted it to try it. I planned on certifying in London but never got to it and wasn't sure if I would like it after all. Caldera diving centre was recommended to me as the best on island. I decided to try it so at least I can finally see if I'd like it and I loved it! I'm definitely getting certified! Big thanks to Stelios and Wendy for being so friendly, professional and supportive. Thank you Wendy for all your guidance, patience, help and unforgettable experience. My biggest regret is that I have done it on the last day of my holiday, if I knew I would definitely done the certification with you guys.

Amazing dives with Stelios, Pablo and Mirto
My son and me were on holiday in Santorini and we booked multiple dives under two days. Stelios and his team (Nicolas also!) were really professional and helpful and gave us fantastic dives. If I would be younger and would have more time I would make a divemaster course at Stelios and then apply for job at his company :) I can just recommend them for everyone who is at Santorini and would like to try scubadiving or just make few amazing dives as certified diver (as we did).

Diving at Caldera Diving Center
Stelios, Pablo and Mirto were unbelievably wonderful! My friend and I hadn't dived in ages and so were quite nervous. We also had a medical condition to consider but Stelios and Pablo made us feel so comfortable and looked after. They were so patient and the dives were stunning! Thank you so much. We would both definitely recommend their center and go back to them!

Great dive!
Steliós is an amazing teacher who made us feel safe and comfortable. He was extremely willing to answer any and all questions, and his passion for diving really showed during our experience. We felt fortunate and lucky to have found his school while walking to the beach. For usb the price was definitely worth it, considering it was similar to a catamaran trip.

Diving with Stelios and his team is amazing! I felt comfortable, safe and like part of the family as soon as I arrived. The team is really knowledgeable about the area and diving in general, always willing to help and guide you to being a better diver! I wouldn't dive with anyone else!

Amazing teacher. I went their to do my first lesson and everthing was made to have the best experiance. Also Pablo was very nice, helping with everything. I recommend this place. For the snacks on board you can ask for special requests. Thanks again for the great dive.
Great staff, friendly, professional and accommodating
My partner and I had two great dives with Stelios, who organised the dives for us at very short notice. The whole experience was lovely. Stelios and his staff are very friendly and helpful. The equipment is new and very good. And the dives, at Caldera Beach including the Barracuda reef, were fantastic! I highly recommend this dive centre and will certainly go again if I am lucky enough to visit Santorini again.
Fanatastic Diving with Stelios and his team at Caldera Diving
What a great experience diving with Caldera Diving. Stelios and his team were brilliant, welcoming, professional and friendly. I turned up by myself and immediately felt at home, relaxed and comfortable with the dive team. The dive sites were fantastic with really good briefings and local history about the volcanic island and how it was formed. Amazing. Stelios is a hugely experienced and knowledgeable instructor and diver. The center offers a wide range of recreational diving, technical diving, caving and free diving at all levels plus snorkeling. All the dive center equipment and boat is brand new and well looked after so no concerns there. The dive sites were amazing and Stelios knows where to look to see the best wildlife and underwater scenery. I am a PADI instructor and will definitely be going again and will be recommending Caldera Diving to my friends and family. Top drawer. Thanks guys :-)

PADI open water diving certificate
We did our PADI open water diving certificate at this place. We couldn't have chosen a better one. We basically had our privat instructor (Jazz) who went through the entire theory, pool training and open water practice with us very patiently and passionately. Jazz made us feel very safe at all times and therefore gave us the chance to really enjoy the diving and the amazing aquatic life. We really enjoyed ourselves learning to dive and we are already planning our next diving trips. Thanks a lot you guys!
Professional and fun experience
Did my first time scuba diving there and can say only great words about this experience... so professional instructors who showed big support during the whole trip regardless of your diving level and we had so much fun at the same time, can't wait to go back:) Definitely recommend!

Great dives with great people!
Led by Stelios, Who is a very knowledgeable and fun diver (ask him about his free diving!), I did two great dives inside the caldera. The steamboat wreck was really fun to swim through, and seeing the ancient path unfold along the side of a mountain underwater was amazing. Highly recommend diving with these guys!

Visited a few dive centers in Perissa and met Stelios and after a brief chat we knew we were going to dive with Caldera Diving due to his experience and knowledge of the island and weather conditions. We enjoyed some great diving with our dive master Stergios at Steam Boat and Mesa Pigadia! Thank you guys for a great day!
Ottimo diving padi
Ho preso appuntamento con questo diving per fare 2 immersioni dalla barca il solito giorno. Anche se non parlano italiano con l'inglese ci si capisce. Subito molto simpatici e disponibili team molto affiatato. La cosa veramente bella è che per l'attrezzatura pensano tutto loro montaggio carico scarico e persino ti vestono sulla barca. Sono un adv+deep. Siamo scesi in acqua in gruppo di 4 e la ragazza che era con noi era nel panico totale quindi abbiamo perso un po di tempo e non è stata una grande immersione. Quindi quando siamo scesi dal gommone al porto il capo mi ha preso da parte e mi ha chiesto se il giorno dopo avessi voluto fare di nuovo le 2 immersioni stavolta a modo a zero euro, gli ho detto di si ed è stata un'esperienza bellissima. Grotte pesci e pareti di origine vulcanica. Ho visto persino la targhetta memoriale di jacques cousteau. Consiglio la prenotazione direttamente al diving per non avere spese aggiuntive.

Hicimos buceo por primera vez con Jazz y fue excelente! Yo estaba muy temerosa pero el instructor estuvo atento a todos los detalles, fue muy paciente y me dió la confianza para poder disfrutar la experiencia. Muy claro y práctico en sus explicaciones. Lo recomiendo 100%

Αποφασισαμε να ξεκινησουμε την καταδυτικη μας εμπειρια με την caldera diving καθως μας την συστησαν για τον επαγγελματισμο τους! Ειχαν απολυτο δικιο! Ολα τα παιδια εξαιρετικα! Επιλεξαμε το προγραμμα με το σκαφος, ξεκινησαμε κανοντας ενα μικρο briefing στο κεντρο, και συνεχισαμε πηγαινοντας απο την μερια της καλντερας! Συνολο καναμε 2 βουτιες!Συνίσταται για αρχαριους. Ο εξοπλισμος που εχουν ειναι ολοκαινουργιος! Ευχαριστουμε πολυ!!
