Great place Great service and great food " breakfast " nice and clean. I would recommend it to everyone who likes full English breakfast.
The best place for food excellent every time
My family have been meeting here for afew years now and every dish that is brought out is like a work of art great service very clean and the owners are more than friendly.
Chill out place
What a perfect Cafe to sit, relax and watch the world go by. The owners are such friendly hosts and spend time ensuring their customers are happy and enjoying time in Side. Excellent choice of drinks and a small but carefully chosen menu. Worth a visit xx

Excellent breakfast
I'm currently sat in the cafe eating a huge breakfast and enjoying a coffee. Quality of the good is brilliant and all cooked fresh. Spot on, thank you!
Discriminative.. abusive... offensive
Cafe dreams is a clean cafe providing delicious food at a fair price. Unfortunately the environment is tainted through the owners lack of care and compassion towards those with learning difficulties. Understandably it may be frustrating when people may make mess when eating however if you are providing a service of food this is to be expected. The discrimination I've witnessed is that the culture of cafe dreams is that children are acceptable to make a mess however those we have accompanied on social inclusion with learning difficulties and mental health difficulties whom eat there are abused. As a support worker I always ensure that I clean any mess that is inappropriate to leave up. Cheryl and her partners attitudes toward those with learning difficulties are very sour tasting.. tutting and swearing " look at this f****** mess " was just one comment made to our residents in front of other members of the public. SHOCKING! Thankyou for upsetting our service users... they may have cognitive difficulties in eating but have the capacity to understand and interpret what you say.

Great food at great prices
Not been here for a few years. You can either sit in or take away. Bacon and egg cobs are perfect. Really good quality and cooked to order. Clean and great price

Came here for a large breakfast, as good as ever. still haven't found better, quality ingredients cooked with care, bravo carry on the good work

Absolutely great place to have a breakfast or a light bite for lunch. I have been here a few times at various times of the day. Today I popped in first thing for an all day breakfast and a coffee. The food here is terrific always piping hot and not greasy at all. Top tip the bacon here is amazing not the usual fatty limp excuse for a rasher that you normally get served, but thick nicely cooked, lean and of course piping hot. If you come in for lunch try the omelettes I did the other week and left extremely satisfied, very reasonable and clean establishment which is hidden away on the Cavendish Road in Leicester. I will continue to return and highly recommend you give this place a try. Big thumbs up!!
Great breakfast
Great breakfast freshly cooked and very hot - sausages could be better - service very quick and good but lady owners does not have a sense of humour which is a shame
Hidden gem
We meet here at least once a month. Food is excellent and the prices are really cheap, for a cafe I was worried it may be a greasy spoon but far from it, food is fresh and quick to come out. Staff are lovely and helpful. Would highly recommend.
Lunchtime visit
Cafe Dreams is literally just around thd corner from home & myself & my partner regulary meet at lunchtime as it is right near my office, the food is great, very reasonably priced & usually a fast efficient service

with their newspapers to read, lovely sausage cob done to perfection, bought to you by a very efficiient waitress, with a real milky coffee, ultra clean surroundings, what is their not to like. well done!
greasy spoon cafe without the grease
maybe its cricket folk or the industiral building off the main road, but this place appears to be quietly busy at times Onsite there are standard tables (including to the rear), standrd decor... but you'll note the cake selections of the day at the front 4 / 5 for staff 3.5 / for food
Quality thick bacon
I usually always have a massive Saturday cob from here with sausage, bacon, egg and mushroom!!! 😃, the mushrooms r cut fresh as you can tell from the taste and cut, you can ask if you can have the fat (if any), removed from your bacon which is delicious and thick, eggs fried are always yolks runny but all the white is cooked well. fresh cobs and perfect sausages, plus the staff are very consistent and polite😁
Weekly breakfast
My family and I come most Saturday's for the best all day breakfast in the area. The food is never swimming in grease, and the product do not seem to be " cheap versions " of what they are. The breakfasts come in various sizes and there's an option for extras too, at a slight cost. Also if you would like to trade items it is also possible. I. E. Toast in place of fried bread, extra bacon in place of sausage etc The bacon has most of the fat cut. The toast is only lightly toasted, if you would like it done a little more you need to ask, each slice will come with one sachet of butter which is sufficient. Tea / coffee will come with milk as standard so if you want it black again you need to ask. Condiments such as tomato and brown sauce are available on each table in pots rather than in sachets at an extra cost. My wife and I have tried several cafes in the area and this one we found to be the best and we recommend it to anyone, you will not be disappointed

This place does a great full English and the food is of good quality and reasonably priced. Usually a great place to cure a hangover!
Great little cafe with value
Went here for breakfast prior to a cricket match, really good value two breakfasts and two teas for less than £10. Good quality and service. Maybe just add a hash brown to the set small full English is a suggestion? Will come again.
Best cafe in Leicester
Lovely food and friendly staff, will definitely be recommending it to my family and friends. Very clean and modern, food is served nice and hot with decent sized portions.

when I'm out and about there is nothing more I like than a good fry-up and this place is the place to go. the food is good value for money, well cooked, fast service. the large breakfast is particularly good with tea or coffee included, just make sure hungry.
Best breakfast in Leicester!
Brilliant find... Highly recommended. cafe is clean and modern. Friendly and welcoming. Serves the best breakfast I've had in Leicester. Try the Large it nearly beat me..... But I did manage to finish it...... just. A few fellow mates and breakfast fans run a breakfast club and regularly meet at different cafes around Leicester, after our recent trip here I don't think we will be going anywhere else!!
Absolutely Fabulous
The big breakfast in this clean, pleasant cafe will set you up for the day. There was ample food which was well cooked and served hot. The service was good and overall a totally enjoyable start to the day. Will definately go again.
Best fry up in town
Ok firstly I can't believe the previous review, marking a cafe down for a bad toilet!!??!? I've been going here for the last two years every sat for my breakfast with my girlfriend and have never used the toilet!!! The place is a cafe, a clean and very good cafe... It's breakfast are the best around always cooked perfect and pretty fast. The young lady always brings it with a smile and very polite.. Can't ask for more
Best Cafe in Leicestershire
I have been to many Cafes, hundreds in my time and this one takes the cake. Brilliant high quality food, cooked to perfection. All locally sourced food and all cheaper than you would expect for the quality of food on show. I recommend anyone passing by this hidden treasure to try them out. You will not be disappointed! 10 / 10
top notch breakfast
we were recommended this place by friends of ours who marvelled on the consistant top notch breakfast, and I must say they were correct, It is quite simply the best breakfast in town, in fact I can honestly say the best cooked breakfast we have eaten anywhere !. After complimenting the cook on the two great cooked breakfasts we were not suprised to find out that the cook was actually a top chef who is from London, and you can really see why. Attention to detail of each cooked item was A1, (eggs were perfect, cooked but yummy runny yolks) top quality bacon and sausages, heinz beans and toms, proper cooked mushrooms and toast with butter and lovely tea. (no greasey food at all, all cooked on a hot plate) All food is cooked to order so we had to wait around 15 mins but well well worth the wait. This place is a must for the foodies !!!
Great food, lovely service
Great food. Lovely eggs!! Go for the large breakfast very nice. 2 eggs 2 bacon 2 sausage tomatoes and beans with tea / coffee and bread or toast. This is not grease all For less then £4!!! Girl serving me is always nice polite and chatty. She is very busy running around. Go most weekend to this little cafe, even nice to pop for a coffee / sandwich with a friend :-)
little gem
Dreams Cafe is tucked down a side street but don'tlet that put you off. the food is great with friendly service. if you go for the large breakfast you will not be disappointed, very good value. once tried never bettered.
