Service old unsanitary sandwiches
Went through drive through and when arrived back to work to eat my lunch I bite into a cold hard piece of wood. When I opened sandwich, the meat was brownish and extremely hard as if picked up from under the fryer after a couple days. Called restaurant and was told they will not refund, sent in 2 complaints online and received no response. No refund, no apology, obviously a practice condoned by home office if it's ignored like this.
Cold
When I got back to room it was cold. The biscuit was ok but for the price that will be my last experience with the BO
Great Food and Service!!
Staff was very professional and the restaurant was clean. Plenty parking and fast service. Keep up the great work!!
Easy Dinner
Within walking distance from the Residence Inn, this was easily accessible and an inexpensive place for a meal.
Good
Decent price, fairly good fried chicken and biscuit. I'd eat there again. Not a healthy choice but sometimes you just have to get some comfort food.
Love the chicken & biscuits!
Bojangles' chicken & biscuits are so delicious that this place has become a real destination for me when I visit Columbia. Sometimes the service is a little less than super, but the food is so good that makes a stop there a 'must do'. Crispy chicken that is well-cooked juicy inside and the tastiest butter-topped buttermilk biscuits... a real marvel! On my recent trip to Columbia, my brother and I visited there fairly late in the evening. The manager had some hot blueberry biscuits with icing on top on hand that were going to go to waste, and she served one at no charge to each of the customers. What an unexpected treat! She was terrific, and all of the customers there were very touched at the gesture. (And the biscuits were fab! I shouldn't have eaten one, but I couldn't resist!)
Breakfast Biscuits
On early weekend mornings, I stop by Bojangles for a biscuit and drink to go. Food is good and consistent.
Very convenient to Williams-Brice Stadium. Great place for tailgate food
This is literally right beside Williams-Brice Stadium. Very convenient to pick up chicken and fixings to take to a tailgate, or just eat here. They have extra help on game day and food is ready in record time!
Delicious Home cooked Breakfast
We stopped here for breakfast while we were staying across the street at the Marriott. The breakfast platter included Sausage, eggs, grits, bo rounds, and buttermilk biscuits with strawberry jelly. It was hot, fresh and priced just right!! Nice folks here too. Pleasantly surprised!
Nice
Great breakfast. I love their cajun chicken biscuit, and borounds of course. They do not have Bojangles where I live so I try to get it a lot when I come down.
Good cajun style chicken
Typical Bojangles. The food is hot and fresh and the employees are friendly. Not bas if you like cajun style chicken.
Family get together
Had a grill chicken salad and service was good and fast and tea was very nice. Restroom were clean and friendly service.
Okay
They we're friendly, food was good. Nothing special but good enough to go back. Staff was friendly, and service was fast.
May the grease flow!
Bojangles apparently thinks bags are beyond them for drivethrough, after having 5 people make eye contact with me and sitting for 5 minutes waiting to be acknowledged at the food pickup window, they then handed me a box with my food. Inside this box, was my receipt, now unusable because when you throw chicken strips and fries on top of heat transfer paper, it becomes translucent (thus making it unusable for expense reports), and the napkins were also shoved into the box with the fries and strips, making them greasy and unusable. I was upset enough to call the location, who told me 'that's just how bojangles does it'. I don't intend to return.
