SERVED ALCOHOL TO PREGNANT LADY after repeated warnings / request
They served Alcohol to a Pregnant lady after stressing 6 times & also showing baby bump (3rd trimester Bump) ! The menu read Passion fruit NO-jito & I always make sure the waiter understands what & why I am asking for the drink. Im super careful when it comes to ordering drinks & they screwed it up. After sipping three to 4 times I was sure something is not right. We asked the waiter to check with Bartender & he came back saying oh yes this has alcohol. I was Astonished. The waiter just said sorry once & said I will not charge it in the check & took back the drink. He never cared to inform it to the Manager. Even when we were still eating he insisted repeatedly.. shall I get the check...? OK Hon! We are going!We are never going to come back! While leaving I made sure to inform the manager about the incident.. he looked surprised as he was not aware. He apologized & Cleared off 20$ off our check. But no sorry or money will compensate for those 4 sips of alcohol I compromised on. It was very stressful for me. Overall the service was very very slow, no menu was provided. We had to ask for the menu. We had a 3 year old who expected kids kit (crayons) they did not offer. The food was served very very late. The drinks were served after the appetizers / wings were consumed. Very Disappointing experience. Worst of all Serving Alcohol to a Pregnant women after repeated confirmation is an Offense.
Wing shortage and cheap chain fair
Considering the current (seemingly unending) wing shortage, Buffalo Wild Wings might be forgiven for the declining quality of food. Unfortunately, this is a consistent issue spanning multiple years. As a chain restaurant, Buffalo Wild Wings cannot afford to function without overpricing their wings while using the lowest quality wings available. If it's frozen, cheap, and pre-cooked prior to tossing in watered-down sauce and microwaving it, you'll find it at Buffalo Wild Wings. I swear I've had that exact brand of microwavable " boneless air-fried wings " at home before, from my freezer. A constant revolving door of staff, varying professionalism, and consistently low quality. Tolerable six years ago or so, but, it's only gotten worse with time.
Great place to watch football
Went with family to watch the football game. Manager was very friendly and turned the game I wanted to watch right in front of me. The server was very attentive thru the whole afternoon. We had pitchers of beer and wings, Very pleasant experience.
Food and draft beer is below average
Being a chain I would think they would make a big effort to add to the customer experience. Pretty much atucknin a time capsule. Some golf video game from 1982 next to the bar with 2 dire hard video golf fans beating the crap out of the machine making a drunk ruckus is not my idea of an ok time while eating.
Take Out
Only reason we order out from here is that you can do it online. Last few times I scheduled a time and purposely arrive right then or by 10 later. Food was not ready. It was average at best. I figured a place know for their wings should put out a better product. Average at best. Disappointing
nice service, good food
first time I have been to one of these chain restaurants and it was very good. Staff very helpful in choosing from the menu, prices were excellent, all in all a good experience. Had the impression all staff were trying to be customer friendly and succeeding. Sauces are very spicy for the wings so suggest you go no higher than " medium " unless you are sure you can handle the heat.
Great Happy Hour Specials!
Came in with the hubby for wings but found out there was an awesome Happy Hour menu! Lots of inexpensive yummy snack foods as well as beer specials! The waitress was good to. Manager is always friendly when we are in.
The nachos seem to be shrinking and the same price
We would often stop by for nachos and a fee beers. We both noticed that the nachos are shrinking in portion and the price remained the same. The quality also armed to be lower than before. Great service as always.
Best solo place to relax
Great service and hot wings!!! Well worth the 30 min trip. I always look up the Buffalo Wild Wings when on business travel. I always eat too much but sleep well afterwards.
good sports bar atmosphere but the food is terrible
Good service, good beer, good place to catch a game on their many TVs, but that's where it ends. The food here is just not that good. It's very low quality, high sugar, high sodium, factory farm product. The wings are so fatty and all the fried items are below average bar food. I really had no interest in coming here but it was the place picked by a group for happy hour, but I'm done with any BWW unless I'm just coming for a beer.

The true value of wings
Upon my first visit here, I was amazed. I'm from the Island, so the huge TV's everywhere and different sports on different channels was just amazing to see. Everyone drinking beer and having wings, it was a pleasant experience.

Good food and service, you should try this place. Hot sauce has many selections. The manager was walking around checking on people and brought me a menu. Very good sign.
Tons of Sports
Saw like 8 different sports / games... from my seat at table, but adult food was mediocre. They did make sundaes for our kids, which was nice and they loved the boneless wings. Surprised how many young kids there.
Pretty standard Buffalo Wild Wings
Went on a Saturday night during a college basketball game. The restaurant was very crowded, so we ended up sitting outside. We had a wonderful waiter. The food is average. I have dined indoors before, and the tables often seem dirty. It's a good place to watch a game.
College bar / food hang out
This place is definitely not for families. The food is greasy. They should only serve what they are good at, wings. The hostess was rude.
Wild Wings they are not
For a restaurant that specializes in wings they are not at all that good. We got a variety and did not find any that stood out or make me want to go back. Wings were small, dry and absolutely nothing to brag about
After movie drinks
We went to a movie at Regal cinemas and decided to stop by Friday night! It's not busy at all. The server is ok they seem very young and in a hurry. Lots of tvs all around and music was not very thought off and seemed off compared to the ambiance. I got the Moscow mule and my husband got the golden monkey. We got a Mediterranean salad it was dry chicken they forgot the hummus and the pita chips. We got the buffalo wings in hot sauce and garlic sauce. It was ok. Overall not place to visit with so many other other options!
Disappointed
We went to BWW for dinner before a movie. We were seated rather quickly but then that was the end of our fast service. There were four of us and we shared the fried pickles and the sampler. The appetizers came out pretty quick and it was hot and tasty. After that it went downhill, the dinner took a very long time to come out. When dinner did come, it was warm at best. I had the burger and pulled pork combination and it was overdone and dry, The dinners obviously had sat under the heat lamp in the back for a long time before being served. There was hardly any pulled pork on it. Two other guests had the Buffalo chicken macaroni and cheese which look great in the picture it was very disappointing, the presentation was terrible. One of the plates look like the macaroni had been spilled off and scooped it back on with no attempt to clean the plate. We were on our way to see a movie so we didn't have time to send the dinners back we just ate what we could and got out of there. BWW really dropped the ball on this night.
Good Wings
My wife and I stopped then looking for good wings. We ordered the wings and onion rings. It was a lunch. My wife ordered the Garlic and Parmesan and I the mild flavor. I asked very specificly that mine be hard fried, crispy. When the food came, it was very good, both the wings and rings, but they were not fried long enough. I sent my back and the waitress said that I would have to wait another 20 minutes for my new wings. I declined to took the old ones back. I do not like them that way. Also, the wings were to big for my taste. I ordered iced tea and when it got there, there was very little ice. I had to order more ice. Other than the taste, I was not happy.
Good spot for a quick bite
Typically always seated without wait with a choice of table or booth, dining room or bar. If you know what you want, they will fill the order to a T. I'd have given them 5 stars but I'd like to see other options but then again, it's wild wings not wild fish and chips lol. If u haven't been here, check it out... u won't be disappointed.
Nice bar atmosphere, not so nice food
I keep wanting to like this place and return after several months when my memory of the bad food goes away. I just went again with my son yesterday. The beef sandwich taste like a wet roll dipped in salt. The torilla soup was incredibly bland. We didn't get the boneless wings this time because several other times they were all breading and hard as rock. In short, I've never had anything that was good here. The service is fine and the large TVs are everywhere, but the food just stinks.
Great place
My husband and I stopped here on our way home from pa for the day. We usually don't go to franchises but we love their wings. It was by far one of the best experiences we've had at a franchise. The lady who is the there to ask if you want the tvs changed or need anything was really sweet and we got to try different flavors on Fries. We both got chicken salads with our choice of sauce and finished with the cinnamon bites. All was well and very delicious. The staff was awesome (there were a TON of them working) and we had a great experience. If we lived around there we would def go back more!
Great ads, average at best food
The commercials draw you in. The food is... eh... The wings are average. Not very tasty, even with all of those sauces. The place is just not great. If you want great wings and a nice palace to enjoy a brew and watch sports, try the other place in the area. About 1 / 4 mile away. This place is second rate.
Great resturant / bar for watching sports, kid friendly
Buffalo Wild Wings is a great place to meet friends to watch " the game " and to take the kids and parents after the game. Plenty of TVs and reasonable priced. Food honestly is just OK, and you have to try at least three to four different types of wings. Large beer selection. OK service.
Great service
Great food, fun atmosphere, amazing staff, what's not to love? The appetizers are huge, plus cheap during happy hour. And 65 cent wings on Tuesdays and Thursdays keeps us coming back.
Just okay.
I went to the Downingtown Buffalo Wild Wings for a sandwich before a movie. Everything was just okay. The hamburger was fine, but there were not many fries. The restaurant was a little dirty even though it was early evening.
Families Welcome
It's a win-win for both adults and their kids. Dads who are into sports-watching will love this place 100% because of its surround TV monitors showing live simultaneous games, while kids will be kept busy by those tablets that the restaurant provides for their own entertainment (think app games). Crews are awesome, cheerful and always attends to the customers' needs. Love this place!
Clearly the sauce has all the flavor and my sauce was no good
4 adults and 2 kids went for dinner. I ordered the kids Mac & cheese sides as neither was ordering a drink (less expensive than a kids meal which is a plus). I ordered chicken tender meal with fries and honey mustard sauce. The fries tasted like chicken... thinking they fried everything together or need to change the oil or something. The honey mustard sauce was not good. I love honey mustard, so I have had a variety and this is my least favorite ever. That's saying a lot. The other adults had wings with various sauces and they liked them. I much prefer pj whelihan's wings for texture and flavor though. Plan to talk the group into going there anytime wings are suggested for lunch or dinner again.
Needs Improvement
It took an exceptionally long time for the meal to be delivered to the table, once it was ordered. Once delivered, the food was warm, not hot. The server was pleasant and polite, but disappeared for long periods of time. We had to individually request drink refills, rather than the server addressing everyone's needs, when she visited. When the server took my card for payment, she neglected to return the itemized bill, and I had to request it be reprinted. The food was good but not great. There is plenty of room for improvement!
love dem wings
Here's another place we get to quite oftem. Love their wings and atmosphere with all the big screens with sports stuff playing. The staff is always nice and friendly. Service is always good. See pics below. If you haven't tried this place and love good meaty wings; this is the place to go.
Nothing's changed
It had been about 2 years since we l last ate here. I thought in that time things would have improved. I was wrong. My boneless wings were dry and lacked sauce. Their solution, to bring me more sauce. I made them take my food back and make them up right. My niece's chicken tenders were dry and inedible. Everyone deserves a 2nd chance. You had one today and failed. Never again.
Just okay. There are better local choices
Visited on a recent Thursday evening to take advantage of the Thursday boneless wing special. It was not busy, but service took " Forever. " We were not in a big hurry but nearly ninety minutes on the hard wood chairs was enough. The wings are good. Prices are rather high for what you get (except for the wing special).
Parmesan Garlic sauce is the best!
I love getting the Parmesan garlic wings. I tried the honey BBQ, but prefer to stick with the Parmesan garlic. Also, I love their fish tacos with the par, Medan garlic sauce. Their wings are a bit small, but good!
The Buffalito & Salad is awesome!
Every once in awhile I'll go for lunch with some co-workers during the week. One of their lunch specials is a Buffalito and Salad. It's the perfect size and simply tasty. A Buffalito is a Chicken Soft taco with buffalo sauce on it. I've been raving about it for weeks; so my wife and I finally went there this weekend. They don't offer the lunch special on the weekends. So we ended up ordering the two buffalito meal and their Buffalo Chicken Salads. We shared our meal. I like their food, my wife doesn't really like the sports bar atmosphere.
Still not impressed
We've been here 3 times now because my husband loves their wings. Frankly, I'm not a fan because I tend to look at the whole picture. Yeah, the wings are good most of the time, but the service isn't very good. And the specials really aren't " special ". You have to pay extra for the celery yet the celery isn't fresh. Don't they know that if you keep it in water it will stay fresh and crisp a lot longer? Our server did keep the beverages coming so no complaint there and she was fine otherwise. I've had a burger here in the past and it came out cold and overcooked. YUK. The time it takes to have your food come out is too long for the little number of people in the dining area. Especially if the food doesn't come out hot and mine never has. Yesterday my fries were cold and the coleslaw was turning sour - GROSS. The wings and their variety of sauces are good. But that's it. Oh, and on the way out an employee was passing out these little cards that you can get punched. The minimum # of punches you needed to get something was 4 and they needed to be punched by April. So I asked him, do we get a punch for being here today? He said, " uh, I don't know. Maybe? Yeah, probably not. " Seriously? That's the kind of person you want to have greet and say goodbye to your patrons? I'm out.
great wings... terrible service
my boyfriend and I went here just this past Sunday because both of the big football games were on. There was confusion on where to seat us at first but once seating everything was fine til we met our waitress Megan. She moved like she had all day and that no one waiting to eat and drink was hungry or thirsty. When she asked us if it was out first time here she just kept talking didn't explain very much to us. She told the table next to us a bunch of specials, and though not interested we never knew about them. We ordered our wings and told her we needed a minute to decide on entrees which turned into 10 or 15 minutes. She even came back over to tell us our wings would be out soon... like uhh ok we'd like to place our dinner order but no she just kept going. Our wings arrived and starting to tell what kind of waitress she was going to be I put an order in for a refil on my drink. So we finished our wings and still no drink... but our waitress was running all over the place not bringing food out or busy with others just running around. Finally got my drink and food came out no complaints there. Just no napkins and surprise no Megan anywhere to be found. We flagged another waitress down who brought us napkins. Our waitress asked us if we wanted to hangout and watch the game or the check. So I asked for the check, she brought it to us then disappeared for 15 mintues. Many of the tables were empty at this point as the first game had ended and the 2nd was going to start. I would understand if it was really busy but its like our waitress forgot she was a waitress. Great food and drink and a cool place to watch a game just terrible service.
Decent for a chain
We enjoy visiting with friends as it is a halfway point for everyone. Service is a little slow, but never had any serious problems. The food is exactly what I would expect from a chain based on chicken wings: decent.
Don't go!!
Horrible service and the food is terrible. My wife and I have gone there several times just to see if things have improved and they only got worse.
If you want Rudiness from Management Then this is your place
Carry out order completely screweed up... had not realized till after left the esatblishment. Funny thing I was the only one who was in the bar area due to close to closing time.. How do you screw that up??? Management (Patrick was a comlpete waste of corporate money spent... RUDE and OBNOXIOUS!!!) So much for PEOPLE SKILL TRAINING!!!
Party of 30
Although they did not take reservations or call ahead seating they suggested someone arrive 45 min early to secure seating for our large party. By the time our team arrived the table was ready and we settled in to watch a game & have dinner. Our servers did an amazing job with the chaos of 15 kids & 15 adults & even worked with us separating our checks.
Good food
I like the variety of sauces that they have with their chicken wings. Caters to all the taste buds (Sweet, Sour, Hot). Good atmosphere if you want to have a friday night out with friends. You can watch a game on the large screens while you have your meal.
limited menu, loud, average service- Ehhh... just ok
Been to lunch here twice and dinner once with family. Crazy expensive for what it offered. Soft drinks are very expensive, all food is served with disposable paper " boats " bowls / trays... lots of tvs if youre a sports fan, but really loud. DOnt count on having a conversation with follks at the table, waaay to loud when croded for that. Enthusiatic young waitress first visit mad it fun. Distracted middle aged mom at lunch waitress made it sad. Was obvious shed rather be somewhere else.... " Ehhh... just ok "
Beers have a lot of foam; not worth the money
Please fill the glass all the way to the top. Not sure if this is a bartender or wait staff issue. Food was typical bar food. Atmosphere was rather noisy.
Bar food and atmosphere
It is very loud at anytime in this restaurant. It is one large open area with varies tables and booths. It is not divided in to smaller areas that are quieter for families. If you want to watch a game and have wings, this is the place to go. There are a ton of TVs. This is a place to hang out, not have a relaxing meal.
Won't go back
We got takeout from this place and were disappointed. Our order wasn't correct, the food was just fair and it took me 10 minutes to get checked out because the girl I guess was new. Theere were several staff members standing around but no one helped her. Finally a manager came and helped her. Probably a good place to go and drink and watch the game but I will never know.
Don't Go For the Food
Went twice and not going back. Yes, it's great for a sports fan but not so great for a hungry family who wants good food and doesn't want to wait forever for it. It took a very long time to get our food. Overpriced too! Go next door to Olive Garden!
Drinks are wattered down and food is not great
I have been to this restaurant nomerous of times and I never had anything really great in there... My flatbread was a really salty pizza with loads of garlic and the drinks tasted like water. Last time I was there with my boyfriend I ordered Caesar salad with GRILLED chicken and my boyfriend ordered 18 wings... I wanted the Caesar because I didn't feel like experimenting... My salad was icecold - even the chicken, the dressing was spicy and everything about it was just bad.... If they didn't call it Caesar it would have been fine... When I returned it, I have been told that the chicken is grilled, but then they put it in the fridge and next time I can ask for reheating it and to get the dressing on the side. My bf's wings came out cold so he returned them also and few minutes later he got hot ones but only 12 of them... So we had to complaint again.... And a glass of beer is 7$ !!!! This place is just always dissapointing...
Good for sports
The TVs are numerous and they have lots of tables to take care of a lot of guests. I am not a big fan of their wings or tenders. They just aren't that good. I'm from upstate NY where the wings are jumbo, cooked perfectly, and have the best buffalo sauce. If you don't like hot sauce and like lots of variety sauces you may enjoy this more than me. There are a lot of different sauces to choose from.
Good food sport bar
Went for dinner, great burgers and munchies. A little noisy from all the different tv on but you have to expect that at a sports themed restaurant. Would go here again.
Good Food and Service
We visited this restaurant after seeing it from the Turnpike. For a Sunday night at 7:00, the place was packed. We were quickly seated for there was a table in sight of the door against the partition's wall. Our waitress was prompt and very attentive unlike a table next to us. We ordered two 12 count wings, which were $18.98, and two orders of cole slaw, $1.98. The wings were delicious but the cole slaw was tasteless. We would return again but would get another side item and try to go earlier in the day.
Went for lunch - Will go back
Went for lunch and had the lunch special - salad with a buffalito. I chose the southwest ranch dressing for the salad and the medium sauce for the buffalito. The price was $5.99 - very reasonable. Food was very good - looking forward to go after work so I can have a beer and try the wings! Typical " chain " sports bar, lots of TV's. Very clean.
