Great all around
We were highly satisfied and recommend this hotel to any couple or family. It is right next to the beach. 10 minutes walk from the promenade and with many shops and restaurants close by. When our daughter needed help, they called an ambulance immediately. Rooms are clean and modern. Amenities are good. There is a fridge in the room. Great view from the terrace. The hotel restaurant is good. We will be back
Hotel pazzesco😍
Appena arrivati lo staff è stato molto accogliente. Ringrazio Tano per tutto, è stata una persona eccellente! per la colazione c'era abbasta scelta, tutto buono, mare bellissimo, camere molto grandi e moderne, pulizia ottima. Mi è dispiaciuto andare via perchè mi sentivo a casa, se ritornerei a saranda questo hotel è l'ideale!
Vista sul mare
Abbiamo soggiornato alcune notti in questo albergo in riva al mare. Camere belle, spaziose e moderne con vista sul golfo di Saranda e di fronte all' isola di Corfù. Siamo stati accolti dal proprietario con cortesia e disponibilità. Colazione in riva al mare irrinunciabile

Απλά εξαιρετικά!!
Αρκετά φιλόξενο περιβάλλον ολα ηταν αρκετά καθαρά το πρωινό ηταν τέλειο. Η θέα της θάλασσας απο το μπαλκόνι ηταν μαγευτική. Αρκετά ευχαριστημένοι θα το ξανα προτιμήσουμε!!! Οι ιδιοκτήτες ηταν αρκετα φιλόξενοι και μας βοήθησαν με την καθοδήγηση τους.
Dogs droppings
The apartment itself was even OK - acceptable but before entering the building below the stairs is a mess and they lay dog poop in large amounts and urinate the dog. It's good that the rooms inside were clean. The owner, however, could take the dog for walks, not in front of the hotel.
Super
Extraordinary service, great and very reach breakfasts. Beautiful, very big and clean rooms. Modern furnitures. Loved it! Very nice view from the balcony! They also have private beach- clean and nice. Everything in this place is worth to recommend.
Fantastisk utsikt og hyggelige eiere
Vi bodde her i to uker. Hotellet er nytt, rent og pent. Vi hadde super fin utsikt mot havet og en fin Strand rett nedenfor. Eierne er veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Kort vei til byen og ligger 5 min fra fergene til Corfu. Anbefaler å besøke restaurant Alban som ligger nedenfor hotellet (ved stranden) de lager nydelig mat! Kommer hit igjen!

Hotel di fascia alta da completare
Abbiamo soggiornato in estate in questo hotel e niente da dire, le camere pulite, il personale cortese. Le stanze sono al momento solo 5 perché l'hotel è in costruzione, ma sono molto ampie e ben rifinite, con vista sul mare e climatizzate. Ottima scelta.
Stunning up and coming hotel!!
We stayed here for 5 nights in September. Firstly the hotel is an ideal location, just 5 minutes walk from the ferry port, but in a peaceful area of the town. The town centre and main promenade is only a ten minute walk itself. The owner was so so friendly from the moment we arrived to the day we left, and he was always on hand if you needed anything. The rest of the staff were friendly aswell including Tyson the gorgeous fluffy dog who my wife loved! The hotel has its own beach and beach bar / restaurant. Our room was fantastic, lovely marbled floor, raindrop shower, a stunning sea view, balcony with clothes airer for wet towels and most importantly a really comfortable bed with a decent thick and soft mattress. Breakfast was buffet style with a pretty decent selection to choose from of cold meats, cheese, eggs etc. The hotel as mentioned before is still in its early stages with a different level being built at once, and although building work was ongoing during the daytime this didnt take away any enjoyment from our fantastic stay. We cannot wait to return again in the not too distant future!
Nagelneu in allerbester Lage ein paar Meter vom Meer entfernt
Auf der Suche nach dieser Unterkunft hatten wir unsere liebe Mühe. Einzig durch die Mithilfe von Ortskundigen waren wir in der Lage, das Hotel zu finden. Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes (Mai / Juni 2019) befand sich das Haus noch weitgehend im Bau und präsentierte sich daher noch nicht klar erkennbar als Hotel. Da war auch unser Navigationssystem keine wirkliche Hilfe. Das Erdgeschoss des Hotels war erfreulicherweise bereits perfekt ausgebaut und nagelneu. Unser Zimmer bot einen phantastischen Blick aufs Meer, war sehr grosszügig ausgebaut und auf dem allerneuesten Standard. Dieser gehobene Standard hat natürlich auch seinen Preis, wobei das Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis für mitteleuropäische Gäste mehr als angemessen ist. Im nahezu fensterlosen Frühstücksraum, welcher sich ebenfalls blitzblank präsentiert, gilt das Prinzip der Selbstbedienung. Es ist alles vorhanden, was es braucht. Trotzdem wirkt das Ambiente kühl und nicht einladend. Alle Gäste, die zeitgleich mit uns logiert haben, zogen es vor, auf ihrem Balkon mit Meersicht zu frühstücken. Eine sehr höchst empfehlenswerte Variante! Der Privatparkplatz ist grosszügig angelegt, zumindest für ein Hotel, welches sich noch im Bau befindet und erst einen kleinen Teil seiner später verfügbaren Zimmer belegt hat.
Excellent Stay
We stayed for 4 nights in August. We could not fault the hotel or location. The rooms were generous in size, immaculately clean with fresh bedding, towels and soap each day. The views from the balcony were stunning. The owner and staff went out of their way to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. The location for us was excellent a couple of minutes walk away from the port and a 5 min walk into the town center. We would stay here again
Exceeded expectations
Attentive, unfussy service, spotless throughout, more than sufficient breakfast and friendly staff. Within walking distance of the port without being too close. Quality restaurants within metres of the hotel. Quiet rooms with an incredible sea view. You couldn't really ask for more. Amazing value for money. I would definitely return.
Nydelig hotell!
Hotell over all forventning. Supervennlig personale. Yter ekstra service uten kostnad som feks vask av klær. Kjempefint, og stort rom. Nydelig utsikt! Rent og fint på rommene. Vi hadde bestilt et rom for tre personer, fikk en stor suite med to soverom. Bra frokost. Anbefales!
Super clean and nice hotelroom
The building is halfway done but make no mistake;the rooms that are done are top modern and ultra clean with a high end look. The owner and her employees are really nice and helps with everything they can. Breakfast is small but made with love and fresh. Beach is right by the hotel and you can walk into the city center in 10 minutes. Perfect! The entrance is a bit hard to find, but it is from the street from a porch with red leather sofas and parasolls.
Svårfunnet men jättefint
Rent, fräscht, kanonservice, torftig men funktionell frukost, superfina rum och balkonger. Nära till stranden men badvänligt njaa... Fixa dusch nere på stranden. Gäller nästan alla iofs. Man vill duscha av sig saltvattnet. Udda att det bara finns 5 rum men vilka rum! Jättebra service.

Inaspettato
Per chi vuole soggiornare a Saranda niente di meglio che questa location.... Stanze nuove e meravigliose con cura nei dettagli vista stupenda e una pulizia ineguagliabile, Il proprietario Alban una persona gentilissima, qualunque richiesta li venga fatta cerca in tutti i modi di soddisfarla! Per non parlare del cibo, chef bolognese che è una garanzia e pesce fresco tutti i giorni ! Voto 10 vale veramente la pena trascorrerci una vacanza 😉
Excellent Stay
We had the two bedroom suite at the Oceanic Overview Suites. As we are a couple with an adult son, this suite was ideal for our purposes. From the street outside the property, we were concerned that the building as a whole was not complete but upon entering the hotel, we were 'blown away' by how modern and spacious the facility was. The view from the rooms was outstanding, looking across the water to Corfu. The owners and staff were incredibly friendly which further added to our stay. The hotel is only a short walk from the main centre of Sarande. I highly recommend this hotel.
Nice enough introduction to Albania
As others reviewers have said, this place is not obvious from the outside. We were driving back to UK from Corfu, and had a little difficulty finding it (half finished block with no obvious sign for the hotel). It's a strange layout as only the one floor is in use (still). Out room led straight off the breakfast area and was very large. Actually 2 bedroom unit, very nicely presented with balcony and view over local cafes to the sea. Staff were keen to please, and the owner (who looked like he was about to live up to Albanian mafia stereotypes) was very eager to make sure everything was right for us. It's a 10 minute walk to tjhe sea front with a huge range of eateries and bars. All in all good value and pleasant stay.
Amazing Accomodation
Amazing accomodation with superior sea views and location. Flawless experience with staff and services provided. Room was immaculately presented with an amazing bathroom and balcony. Highly recommend staying at Oceanview suites upon your visit to Saranda.
Welcoming and modern
What a good experience this was. The hotel is new, clean and modern. Only the first floor is finished, but in a years time it will be a gem in Sarandë. And the finished first floor already is. The rooms are big, all with balconies overlooking the sea. Everything's fresh and new, the beds very comfortable and the bathroom is big with rainfall showers. Tasty breakfast, and only 5 minutes walk from the ferry from Korfu. 10 minutes walk to the city with lots of restaurants and bars. The area around the hotel is quiet, with a small beach with free sun beds for guests. There's also a small beach restaurant that serves very good local food. The family running this hotel are on their toes to make you comfortable and happy and made us feel very welcome to Albania. Great hosts. Highly recommended.
Excellent rooms
It was interesting finding this place as only the first floor of the building is complete - the upper floors are all exposed concrete. Anyways, once I realized this was in fact my hotel it was great. The young woman who seems to run the place was fantastic with a great personality. My room was impeccably spotless with nice floors & walls & an incredible balcony with sea views. I will stay here again if I venture back to Saranda. It's down the road a 10 mile Ute walk from the main part of Saranda, but I liked that as it was quieter especially at night. The beach also has a restaurant & you can order from your beach chair.
Little gem of a place
Large new rooms in contemporary style with large balcony overlooking the sea. Owner Tani and his family are very friendly and helpful. Property is just a 5 min walk from the port and yet it's right on a small beach with a great restaurant in between (Alban). They even have parking. The place is in the process of being enlarged so some renovation work going on at the moment, but it's not noisy at all and didn't have any impact. Decent breakfast of fruit, toast coffee etc. Very highly recommended place and would surely stay there again
Meget hyggelig hotell 10 min fra sentrum
Vi valgte dette hotellet da vi så at det var lite, da vi liker at det er stille og rolig. Det var bare 5 rom ferdig, enn så lenge. Ekteparet som drev hotellet møtte oss med stor entusiasme og glede, og vi følte oss nesten som familie. Hadde vi noen spml evt, ble saken ordnet ila få minutter. Helt herlig! Nydelige rom og flott utsikt over mot Korfu. Beliggende i en hyggelig gate med flere restauranter og butikker. Gangavstand til sentrum ca. 10 min. Viktig info: om man velger å lande på Korfu for å ta fergen over til Saranda, får man ikke kjøpt bill til denne på fergestedet. Disse må kjøpes på bill kontorer rundt omkring i byen. Fergen går 2 ggr daglig og vær obs på at det er 1 times forskjell på klokka i forhold til Hamburg f. eks. Telefonen klarte ikke å omstille seg grunnet annen tidssone 20 min unna. Dette gjorde at vi misset fergen på kvelden og måtte tilbringe et døgn i Korfu by. Ingen informerer om noe. Vi brukte flere hundre kroner i taxi fordi vi ikke visste hvordan man skulle gå frem. Greit å vite:) Uansett; et herlig opphold på helt nytt hotell med svært hyggelige eiere.
Do not rely on their promises
I booked 2 rooms via Booking.com at this hotel and just two days before our arrival, I received a message from the hotel exactly like " Please cancel the reservation because the rooms are not ready. Thanks ". Probably they sold the rooms at a higher rate and they cancelled our reservation. Beware of this hotel and do not trust them at all.
