Can't get the order right
I frequent Dunkin at least 3-4 times a week and lately I can't get what I ordered. I have ordered an iced cappuccino and it tasted like a caramel milkshake so apparently the coffee was forgotten. This has happened more than once. The last one I just got was extremely sweet even though I asked for 2 caramel swirls instead of 3 and again it was like a very sweet milkshake. I had been ordering an iced caramel macchiato because it seemed to be the one drink that was made right until yesterday when it was pretty much a latte. During the week, the drinks seem to be made right but weekend is a hit or miss! I guess I will have to go to Stowe on weekends or wait until I can go out of state where I seem to never ha e a problem.
Just a quick coffee
Typical Dunkin Donuts offerings! It is always good to have a familiar place to stop where you know what to expect. Coffee and mountain views are a fantastic combination!
Local favorite
We stop in anytime for special coffee and fun fruit drinks as well as breakfast sandwiches and donuts as well as the famous " Coffee Roll ". Always a sure thing!
Quick breakfast but tiny portions
Dropped into this branch of Dunkin' for a quick breakfast with our kids. Food portions were surprisingly small and, as a coeliac, there weren't really any options for me so I had to make do with a coffee. Would probably not use this chain again for breakfast for these reasons.

Service with a smile. Was there at about 5:00AM and the help was great. Service with a smile!!!!!!!! Definitely a place to stop if one wants coffee!!!!!
Great when they have what you want
They don't have a very large selection of donuts because they don't make them on site anymore. I am addicted to there iced coffee but they seem to run out of product quickly and it sometimes takes a while for items to come back in. Often out of liquid sugar and the flavor swirls - I've seen it take up to a month for them to get caramel Swirl back. They must place orders at least once a week. How hard is it to add on a few when you see inventory is getting low. Also in order for you to get through the drive through you have to drive past the benches out back where the employees smoke. It looks unprofessional with them smoking out back and no one wants to hear employees complaining about there job while waiting in line at the drive through.

the one in morrisville serves fruit drinks and breakfast sandwiches and muffins. we cannot get coffee at the dunkin donuts in morrisville anymore.
It's a D & D
The have all the same stuff as all the other D & Ds so really it's about the staff and the location. The staff is friendly and the location is right on the New section of the 100.

It shouldn't be so hard to get this right
Let me preface this by saying that we've been almost consistently below freezing since early December here in Northern Vermont so when ordering a coffee or tea, I would assume (yeah, right) that the staff would automatically serve the requested beverage HOT, not the iced version. The first time it happened, I was at the drive through on a cold morning and ordered " a large green tea " - what I received was a black ice tea. To their credit, it was large. Next time, in store, I ordered a large green tea at the store and saw the dreaded " ice tea " pop up at the register so I was able to correct it right there and then. Seriously, it shouldn't be this hard. The rest is par for the course for a DD, clean bathrooms and the usual selection. Although they seriously need to rework their egg / cheese on a croissant because it always comes out soggy & sad looking.
Hey it's DD
The one here in Morrisville, is the same as all the others. Not a bad selection of products, great coffee, drive up etc. Donuts have no substance, about two bits each, like all the others. Their biggest drawback always has been the help. They hire unqualified, young people in most cases, and they couldn't care less about service. I can stand at the counter completely invisible to them. When they do get someone who cares, they don't last long.

Fast food, fast coffee, u get what u pay for, actually it seems like your paying to eat unhealthy and quickly. Microwave cooking and artificial ingredients at its best, America sure runs on this..
Perfect iced coffee
Not a large selection of donuts. busy place but most DD are. fast service. bathrooms okay. a few tables, and counter. New addition of outside table.
No donuts at Dunkin Donuts?!
This is your average DD, but since they stopped making the donuts on site, they are often out of most flavors. There is not a very big selection of donuts when they do have them. Other than that, service is fine, and the other menu items are the same quality you would expect to find.

The normal coffee shop, service was fast and courteous and store was clean, opened very early which was good for us, had to be up and out each day by 6:30am
