Very friendly
Very friendly service. One man was so sweet and eager to get me a refill when I asked if they offered them. Food was fresh and delicious but honestly just too expensive.
Highlight of the day
This store has a fantastic atmosphere. I've driven across the country and visited many restaurants. Sadly this store doesn't have a playland for my children - but when they saw that they had a book nook it made their day. As a parent it was nice to see a place encourage reading and still make space for kids even though they don't have a playland. Our meal was delivered to the table by the sweetest lady and everything was ready for us. My kids have already begun begging as to when we will be coming through to visit again. This Crossville restaurant is uniquely friendly and the food is great.
Worst Chick-fil-A ever visited
This is a relatively newly opened Chick-fil-A, long awaited for, but the time being open is more than sufficient to make this Chick-fil-A at least equal to the fine quality of other US Chick-fil-As. 1. Many visits for chicken strips or chicken nuggets yielded over-done or dried-up / burned chicken strips and nuggets. 2. The service is slow and slow to be delivered. 3. The restaurant is not kept up to Chick-fil-A fine standards: trash cans are always noted to run over; windows are dirty / never washed; tables are not wiped down and ready for the next customer; floor needs sweeping regularly. 4. The restaurant as well as the bathrooms are laden with fruit flies (obnoxious and irritating). 5. The traffic pattern and parking arrangement going into and out of the parking lot is confusing and downright dangerous.
