Terrible Service
I came here because it's close to my office. Arrived and placed order but guy at counter kept getting order wrong and I politely corrected. After the third time he got the sodas incorrect when I asked for a bag he threw three at me. Attempted to speak with manager and he just said " yeah, yeah, yeah, " with a clear indication he wasn't going to really do anything about it or speak to him about the problem. Unlikely to return.
Excellent fried chicken
excellent fried chicken, very reasonable prices, good portions, huge menu and selection, fast food but has couple of sit down benches, several vegetarian options, great value, great taste.
The only Chinese food I eat in Hartford
I eat here at least once every two weeks. The food here is good and the service is fast. Parking is also easy. I do not eat at other Chinese restaurants in Hartford since i am very happy with Star.

Sono giunto spinto dalle recensioni lette qui su tripadvisor, posso solo confermare ed evidenziare ancora di piu'! Purtroppo per motivi personali non ho potuto mangiare la pasta ma spero di recuperare al più' presto! Il locale e' pulito ed accogliente, il servizio e' professionale ma nello stesso tempo " squisito " e di grande garbo. Il pesce e' di buona qualità', cucinato bene ed accessibile di prezzo, (ps.: sorprendente la bruschetta di telline e di buon gusto i suggerimenti se richiesti!) il locale merita la quotazione che ha tra gli utenti e per chi passa da Terracina puo' diventare un appuntamento prezioso! Complimenti ancora è spero di ritornare prima di rientrare a casa! Massimo

I absolutely love the Star Chinese Restaurant's food. It is not a place to go if you want sit-down, dine-in food... but if you just want some excellent Chinese food... it hit's the spot. I am addicted to the General Tso's Beancurd dish, can't visit Hartford without having this at least a couple times! They get really busy around lunch and dinner, so calling ahead to place order works best, unless you don't mind waiting. Can't wait to visit again so I can have some more!!!!
