About Waffle Factory
The Waffle Factory chain is a Jerusalem restaurant chain founded in 2013. Our first location is located on the historic Emek Refaim Street, and we now located in Cinema City, Jerusalem. Alongside varied morning and evening menus, you can enjoy the Belgian waffle, created in our own special way, as the main course or as a light dessert at the end of the meal, topped with whipped cream and other sumptuous toppings of your choice or at our recommendation. אוכל טעים, שירות לא מקצועי
הגענו לחגוג יומולדת. המסעדה לא ערוכה לארח משפחה של 5 ומעלה למעט שולחן אחד שהיתה תפוס. שולחנות לזוגות או לעד 4. קיימת אפשרות במרפסת אבל זה נראה שם כמו משהו מאולתר ולא מזמין. המלצרים מאד צעירים ולא מנוסים. והיתה אחראית משמרת מאד לא נעימה. כאילו הלכה לקראתנו עם ענין המקום אבל הכל בחוסר נחמדות מופגן ואפילו כעס. לבסוף הביאו קינוח נוסף על חשבון הבית אבל גם זה במבט קשוח וכועס וללא הטקס יומולדת (נר ושירה) למרות שגם בהזמנה מראש וגם כשהזמנו קינוח אמרתי שלבת שלנו יש יומולדת. לאורחים אחרים כן הביאו עם נר ובשירה. הבת שלנו כמובן מאד התאכזבה ואפילו נפגעה. האוכל מאד נחמד וטעים אבל החוויה הכוללת כאמור פחות מוצלחת. חבל שסגרו במושבה. שם היתה הרבה יותר נעים.

Amazing mixtures of waffle variety for the whole Family. Very spacious place, very good service, we were large group, they offered us private area
Disappointing end
6 of us ate at this dairy restaurant and had pizza, macaroni cheese, penne arrabiata, shakshuka, ravioli and a salad. Everyone seemed to enjoy their meals although none could be described as excellent. We were however disappointed when it came to dessert. One of us is coeliac and we had chosen the restaurant because its menu offered a gluten free waffle. The waiter checked and said they had none available, so none of us had dessert and we left. A very poor piece of stock control somewhere that lowered the rating given.
Wondrous Treats At Waffle Factory
" Create Your Own Milkshake " (NIS 38) section of the menu is perfect for kids. We had a Lotus, mango and Twix milkshake, which was so delicious that we fought over finishing it; strawberry, mango and Kinder chocolate was less popular as the chocolate flavor was too dominant. I decided on a slightly healthier Crushed Lemon-Mint (NIS 22) which was wonderfully refreshing. Waffle Factory is so much more than just a waffle restaurant and it is a perfect venue for family meals with plenty of choice to keep the kids and adults happy. We started with the Crispy Cheese Rolls (NIS 28 for six pieces) with a mix of Pizza Fresh flavor and Goat Cheese flavor. Both had a wonderful crunch on the outside and gooey cheese in the middle and were served with a sweet chilli sauce and a garlic dill cream sauce. It was our favorite dish on the menu. The Sautéed Mushroom pizza (NIS 66) is one of my favorite pizzas in Jerusalem. The combination of the crispy base and creamy topping worked beautifully. For dessert we ordered various flavors of waffles, mini pancakes along with maple syrup, chocolate sauce and ice cream. We devoured every last bite, despite the feast we had already eaten.

האוכל ברמה גבוהה ומגיע בנדיבות.. ובהחלט שווה את המחיר. השירות היה סבלני, בייחוד אורי בעל המקום שהיה נוכח ושאל אם הכל בסדר כל הזמן. האווירה טובה עם מוזיקה קלילה. ובקיצור מומלץ בחום 😍😍😍
Great food, reasonably priced with fantastic service!
We were a party of 16, including 7 adults, 8 children and a baby. So expectations were diverse, and lots of noise. There was something for everyone, and the waiter wasn't steered at all, always curtious and patient and helpful. The menu had something for everyone. All in all, we enjoyed a wonderful evening!
Nice place for salads, waffles and crepes
In Givat Ram mall, it has a pretty relaxed atmosphere- nothing fancy but very nice salads and yummy waffles and crepes. They have nice shakes too. Nice for dessert or a quick bite if you are in the mood
A Great Surprise
When my friends decided to go the Waffle Factor I was not expecting much. I knew I did not want waffles and I assumed that was the specialty. As soon as I stepped in I knew I had assumed too much. First the interior was light, airy and comfortable. The menu had lots of choices and it was difficult to choose. We all enjoyed our selections very much. I would de definitely return for a breakfast or lunch.

שכחו אותנו, למרות בקשות חוזרות ונשנות... האוכל הגיע קר ובאיכות שאכזבה אותנו. תכננו לאכול בנחת שישי בוקר, בסוף היינו צריכים לאכול בריצה... חבל
為你帶來甜美的一天
每天經過這裡都大排長龍, 終於有一天我們在這裡吃了PIZZA, PASTA及6 waffle taster, waffle 對於香港來的我們算是有點太甜, 但味道還是很好. 也要推介他們的lemon nana飲品, 吃了較重口味的東西很喝清新的lemon nana實在是太幸福了!

אוכל חלבי מעולה! מגישים את הוופל הבלגי הכי טוב בירושלים ללא ספק. פסטות, פיצות וסלטים ברמה ראשונה. השירות מעולה והמחירים סבירים לגמרי בעיניי. כל שבוע מתייצבת - ארוחת ערב וקינוח. מומלץ בחום!!

מקום נהדר, השירות מדהים, הכל טעים, הפסטה הייתה מדהימה - רוטב שמנת פסטו מומלץ, הפיצות מיוחדות ממש וכמובן הוופלים סוף. מדהים
Upmarket savoury waffles
I've been here a couple of times now. It's primarily an upmarket restaurant with a range of things on the menu besides waffles, but also a very extensive range of waffles. You can buy them as full meals rather than desserts - I personally highly recommend the goat's cheese and pesto waffle. Everything is tasty and good quality, portions are generous, the restaurant is rarely full and the staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are mid-range.
Excellent Waffles
This is the place to come for a great snack. We have been to many Waffle Factories, and they have all offered waffles with many different types of toppings to satisfy most tastes. They do offer a full menu, but we really come for the waffles.
Scrumptious
We had lunch here today. The restaurant is situated in Cinema city in Jerusalem. Plenty of free parking and easy access from all areas. The food was absolutely excellent with us sharing all of the portions. I cannot describe what we had as the taste was out of this world and we were full on 148 shekel worth of food and drink. It is a must when you.come here.
Had very high expectations
When I go to a place for sweets I want veryyyyy good sweets. The food was very bad, service weak and rude and table not clean.

אכלנו ארוחת ערב קלילה ולאחר מכן הזמנו מגוון קינוחים... והיה מדהים !! תפריט חלבי קליל עם פסטות פוקאצו'ת ופיצות והקינוחים... רק מלהסתכל שבעים. ללא ספק עוד אחזור.
משרתת את המטרה המתוקה
מסעדה חמודה מאד. קינוחים מושחתים למדי, מרגיעים קרייבים קשים לעת לילה מאוחרת. מאד יצירתיים, בעלי תודעת שירות גבוהה ורמת האוכל בינונית אך המחירים בהתאם (נמוכים). מומלץ ליציאת שחיתות או לחגיגת יום הולדת כיפיות.
בית קפה מעניין
המקום הוא מקום של שוקולד ומתוק. וופלים, מגוון ממרחים, שוקולדים ושאר סוכרים. כמובן מילקשייקים שווים. בנוסף, יש גם מנות של בית קפה. שם אהבנו בעיקר את הבייבי צ'יז.

הזמנו מנת פתיחה בייבי צ'יז (28 ש " ח) ולאחר מכן וופל דומינו הרשיז (56 ש " ח). המנות טעימות כמו כל המנות בתפריט. שירות מהיר ואדיב. מיקום מצויין, חניה בשפע בחינם. כשר.
לא רק מתוק
בית קפה / מסעדה נפלאים הטורטיות החמות במילוים שונים יוצאים מהכלל קריספיים וממכרים. גולת הכותרת כאן היא הוופל המתוק על סוגיו וממרחיו הילדים יצאו מדעתם מאוסף הממתקים הענק והפרוס בכניסה למסעדה צוות המסעדה חביב ונעים מאוד ואנחנו נהנינו מקינוח טעים ומקסים על חשבון הבית.
Delicioiusly fattening
This place makes the best waffles with ice cream with all the toppings you could ever imagine. For those not wishing to eat desert as a meal they have a full vegetarian menu with yummy salads and other options.
Great for before movie going
We came early to the cinema and there was a waffle factory part of the waffle bar chain. We ordered take out malteds that were delicious, and filling. The service staff took patience as we asked questions about the possilbe choices.. We were glad that we came early and had the time to appreciate this new to us waffle place.
Deadly but Decadent
The atmosphere was designed to really get you to think about one thing: yumminess. The receipt is given in a waffle shaped box, the salt and pepper shakers are in a waffle box, the whole front of the restaurant is waffle type shingles that houses wall mountings a deep bins of every candy and chocolate bar you could possibly need. The colors used are dark (like chocolate), and light blue and cream. Theres a balcony for finer weather. So the food came pretty quickly, the waiters were nice, you can tip on credit card but they said it caused problems (gotta incorporate this in all restaurants!!) The food: Deadly but Decadent We usually make it a habit to pick two dishes and share, that way we get the best of both worlds without pigging out. My husband ordered sunny side eggs on toasted waffles (around 45 NIS). Under the egg and over the waffle was drizzled some kind of creamy, gooey savory 'shamenet', and sun dried tomatoes, but somehow, even tho I saw their redness, I just did not taste them at all. This came with a side salad that was dressed, and fresh, but nothing wow about it, because it was a side that accompanied the meal. This item is not a large amount, but it was yummy. I ordered a waffle and constructed it with my own choices (56 NIS) : melted chocolate, lotus spread (all the rage right now), strawberries, sugared pecan bits, and Reese's cups broken up. Then whipped cream and a drizzle of white melted chocolate. I did say it was decadent, didnt I? It was delightful and really hit the spot for a sugar rush. I also noticed the customers next to us ordered a massive shake which was a concoction you'd need to see to believe, with chocolate bars and whipped cream piled high. Not your average drink, I can tell you that much. A worthwhile experience, all around.
Sweet and Fun
Other food there is ok also but we went for dessert and my son just loved it. We shared one Waffle with the stuff he wanted on it - mostly all kinds of chocolates - very tasty. It also looked great with mountains of wipped cream. ice cream and candy,.. it's huge so one is enough for 2 - 3 people - kids will love it. Be prepared for the sugar rush . View from the balcony is fantastic.
Disappointed
I always thought it is a good place for sweets until I was disappointed after my last visit. Usually kids or youth are the place costumers which makes the place noisy.

Heart warming funny place with a forever remember chocolate taste
About the atmosphere it's a bit pitty that it's in the middle of the cinema mall, for me it's quite a minus, but actually exept this point, it is just perfect, for romantic place, for friends, for families, we were sitting first on the balcony, very nice view, if good weather, but then it was too cold, so we entered, and it's just like in chocolate land, very nice... :) The system that we have to wait to be seated makes think that it's a fancy place, which is a bit funny I think, but okay, but after it the service was a bit messy: waiting to long for a waiter, who then couldn't really answer to questions, then an other waiter, who didn't even really take care of us, was looking away and around him all the time, and we had the food before the cutlery - quite strange... We had tortillas, two different kinds, I liked mine, my friend didn't like hers (with champignons), but it can be a question of taste, and it was nice, with salad, okay, nothing special, okay, good. After it we had waffle as well, with hot chocolate, and it was just so fantastic, that I think I will never forget that taste! :) So really suggested! :) The perfect chocolate taste! Recommended! :) And the whole chocolate-design of the place is very nice, I liked it, and even the bill came in a waffle-form plate - really original, I liked it! :)

Increible este lugar. Me lo recomendaron muchas personas que viven en Israel y la verdad es que fue increible!!! recomiendo todos los que tengan nutella!

וואו!!! איזה מקום נהדר! המנות מצוינות, מוגשות בצורה הכי יצירתית ויש... והטעם.... ארוחת הבוקר עשירה, מלאת מטבלים, החביתה עם עגבניות השרי הייתה מקורית וטעימה! השירות נפלא. הקינוח היה כל כך טעים שלא הפסקנו לדבר עליו...
היה כיף
מקום נחמד, טעים ועם אווירה נעימה. האוכל הגיע במהירות סבירה ואנשי הצוות היו אדיבים וחביבים. הם גם המליצו מה כדאי להזמין.
מתוק בהגזמה!
ביקור שהוא חוויה של פעם בהמון זמן. היה יפה, יצירתי ומתוק מדי לטעמי. הילדים נהנו. אבל היה די יקר 4 מנות ומילקשייק מעל 250 שח. אני לא רוצה לחשוב על מתוק עוד הרבה זמן!
Our Favourite Restaurant
Waffle Factory is just great! We go here more often than to any other place to eat! Service cannot be flawed... always friendly, the food arrives quickly, the waiters give you enough space to eat your meal without feeling pestered. The food itself is great... the main courses, breakfasts and all others a great quality, tasty and we try something different each time. The portions are well sized, it seems like they have gotten it all just right! And the waffles.... well.... just make sure you don't go crazy with the first, main courses, so that you can really enjoy this special treat. You can mix and match toppings and sauces to make what is perfect for you and it's just great! As far as atmosphere goes, it feels like a cosy restaurant somewhere abroad... it is always clean, well lit and it is just fun to sit there. Great for couples and great for families. Congratulations Waffle Factory, we will see you again soon !

Great Service Good Food Nice Atmosphere
The newest branch of The Waffle Factory in Jerusalem is in Cinema City. Do not confuse this with another another chain in Jerusalem called The Waffle Bar. And don't let the name confuse you. Even though the restaurant claims to specialize in waffles and toppings, it has a full dairy menu, specializing in its breakfast menu available throughout the day. We originally stumbled across this restaurant when searching for one that was willing to accommodate six adults and two infants in two baby carriages. The staff at The Waffle Factory went out of its way to make seating available to us and to look after our every need during the rather long and (considering the infants) messy meal. Our second visit came when on a Friday afternoon in Jerusalem, we couldn't get into a popular garden restaurant. We wanted a place with convenient parking and where we could count on good service and good food. We chose The Waffle Factory, but this time for only four adults and an infant. Once again, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, finding a table for us with a place adjacent to put the baby carriage. My wife and I shared a " Creative Breakfast " for two. The menu allowed for a choice of eggs (omelette, sunny side up, scrambled), choice of bread, and choice of hot and cold drink. We both ordered omelettes, " country bread ", orange juice and coffee. Our waiter was patient and understanding with our requests and changes in requests. The food arrived promptly. The omelettes were as we requested (one cannot really wax poetic about omelettes - but they were good), and arrived with a large selection of spreads for the freshly baked bread, including: avocado, eggplant, cheese and tuna. In addition there were little bowls of fried cheese balls and a small bowl tortilla-like chips topped with grated cheese. A fresh green salad was served on the side, lightly and perfectly dressed. And finally, there were small cups of yoghurt, fruit and granola, one for each of us - a refreshing and delicious way to end the meal with coffee. Other restaurants in Jerusalem offer a similar " breakfast for two " (Greg's; Fresh) but none have been (to our taste) as good and plentiful as in The Waffle Factory. In addition, none of these restaurants can equal the friendly and efficient service that we have now enjoyed twice and which we assume is not a fluke. The Waffle Factory is located in a far corner of Cinema Cinema, away from the crowds and noise (just east of the escalators leading down to the movie theaters). It has indoor and outdoor seating - the latter with a view of Jerusalem. For a very good family dairy meal, in a pleasant environment, with excellent service -- none in Jerusalem can beat The Waffle Factory in Cinema City.
