Veldig god mat
Vi har spist to lunsjer og en middag her. Nydelig mat ved alle tilfeller, Og trivelig betjening med noe varierende engelsk kunnskaper. Blir nok flere besøk før vi drar hjem. Anbefales.
Excellent!
We ate here several times, lunch, dinner, just drinks etc. It is very good value- dinner for 2 with dessert, a bottle of decent red wine, follwed by a galss each of a local brandy was around £25 in total - not each! The menu is varied, somerthing for everyone, and very cheap indeed. The food is good - the local bulgarian 'pots' very nice indeed, but so were the pizza's, chicken and pork dishes etc. The service is good, everyone is friendly and cheerful. The lunchtime special is around £3.50 and is a salad, choice of main course, and a drink- there is enough English spoken to help you decide on some of the dishes, the menu also has English translation. The place is large, with clean toilets- we would thoroughly recommend it. It is a pity that there is no English version of its name shown as it would be easier for people to spot. - the Bulgarian is something like куфарume. It really is worth finding- the previous review gives details of it's whereabouts.
Good food at a great price
This is a restaurant that has great value Bulgarian dishes on the same menu as pizza so you can keep everyone happy. Menus are in English as well as Bulgarian. Staff are very welcoming and the place is clean and tidy with two spotless unisex toilets. Wheelchair and buggy friendly although you might have to park the buggies a few metres from your table. Don't be afraid to try some of the local dishes as there is nothing too scary on the menu. I promise you won't be disappointed. Easy to find as it is on the junction of the main shopping street and the beach strip (all the tables are white). You won't find the name " Trunks " as that is the English translation of its Bulgarian name but at the entrance you will spot a sign that has various items of luggage stacked in a little pile.... hence the name. Eat as the locals do.... take your time. The staff will let you sit there all night if you want. Can pay by cash or credit card. Try not to select the foreign branded beers or ciders as they'll simply cost a great deal more and the local options are far better anyway.
