Order delivery from somewhere else
Placed our order at 18:24 for a sub and a family special. Was misinformed about whats included and extra and available.. was told 45 mins delivery to an hour. After an hour and a half, we called back, asked to make sure order was still warm, was told driver was on his way, about 20 more minutes. He got here just over 20 minutes later. Almost 2 hours later, we received our ridiculously cold order. Not even warm. No apologies. No time to do or say anything now, they close soon, that. really. sucked.
no thanks
the service was ok but took forever to get served.. our waitress was friendly but seemed to be running everywhere but going no where. the food was just above passing mark. the washroom is quite messy and the tiles and grout quite dirty even the lights were dusty and i mean dusty. the whole place needs a make over and cleaning lessons.
Very bad
Twice now I ordered the spagetti Bolognese and twice the portion is like for a child. They put lots of spagetti but like 4 spoonfuls of sauce. First time was eat in and I made the comment to waitress, she replied with, well that's the portion. Nice way to keep a client right? So she finally went back in kitchen and came back with what should have been the right portion. Now second time was a take out, and Bang again hardly any sauce. So I will never go back, we live here and so other restaurants are much better then them. I give them a -10 and they should be ashamed. Just because it's Tremblant you do not have the right to treat clients like ignorant people.
Worst experience I ever had
Nous avons été servis par la serveuse Nathalie. Le service était BS total. Elle nous demandait de mettre 15% de pourboire. Elle était comme si elle devait avoir un pourboire de 15% qu'elle n'était pas censée avoir. Elle n'a pas fait un bon travail au service. Elle était si exigeante. Nous ne sommes pas du tout satisfaits du service et ne reviendrons plus jamais dans ce restaurant.
Late evening delivery
We got to the motel around 9 pm and found out from the lady running the motel that all the restaurants around were closing at 9 pm. We order the pizzas over the phone and got them delivered long time after the closing of the restaurant. We were told that it was going to take 40 minutes and they delivered within that time. The pizza was good.
lasagnes
Pour la 2ieme fois, reçu lasagnes (le 1 / 3 du plat alu et brûlées). Un employé m'a rappelé pour refuser un remboursement. Il dit que ces portions sont standard, qu'ils les reçoivent ainsi. Je ne recommande pas. Je mets un gros ZÉRO pour $ 20.00
Une expérience agréable et de la très bonne nourriture
Notre serveuse était une dame très gentille qui nous a bien conseillés sur notre commande. Nous avons mangé un sous-marin Western ainsi qu'une pizza croûte farcie. Les deux étaient excellents. Il y a un problème qui est assez étrange et se situe au niveau des toilettes. La toilette pour hommes est dans le coin gauche qui est enligné directement avec la craque de la porte de la toilette et le lavabo. Grossomodo, tu as la chance de faire du eye contact avec les autres personnes qui se lave les mains ou attendent leur tour pendant que tu fais ta grosse commission.... Pas génial comme moment... Bref la nourriture et le service sont très bien je recommande si vous n'avez pas besoin d'aller aux toilettes!!!
Cold as winter
Really wanted to like this place. Website was a bit frustrating to order, said the order was going to be arriving at a certain time. Owner called and said he could not fulfil a drink order. No problem, we will substitute. 30 minutes after the meal was supposed to arrive I called. Was told another 20 mins. Fine, thanks for letting us know. He said rest assured. Well, the pizza was cold. The pizza tasted like it was ready when it was indicated, but did not get delivered at that time. It did not taste fresh, and it was cold. Sadly I would not recommend for delivery based on our experience, and $60 for a pie and some soda and cold garlic cheese bread.
manque de finition dans les livraisons
Commande du 6 Août dernier 20h au centre de villégiature Tremblant. Commande reçu avec aucun condiments et napkin!!! Même pas du ketchup pour les frites. La nourriture était bien mais il doivent s'améliorer sur les services aux clients lors des livraisons!!!! Très décevant comme service à la clientèle!!!
Mauvais produit
Nous avons commandé une pizza fruits de mer mais on nous a servi presque une pizza aux fromages, malheureusement même avec nos commentaires, il n'y a eu aucune réparation. Mikes mont tremblant Fortement déconseillé !!!!

Toujours Mikes was awesome!!! The service timelines were bang on. The food was very good and hot when we got it. There people were very professional to deal with!!!! We as a family ordered twice from there during our stay in Mont Tremblant!!!! We were impressed over all both times!!!!
Great Pizza In Tremblant
We ordered Mikes pizza to our hotel as they came highly recommended from hotel staff. (The restaurant is only actually 5 minutes away as I became aware later during our visit to Mount Tremblant). Ordering was easy and the gentleman who took my order offered helpful advice. Pizza was fabulous and I will definitely order from this establishment again. Bravo

モントランブランと言えば 高原にあるホテルとゴンドラですが 町中にある ファミリーレストラン miks は 地元の人たちの朝食会場みたいなレストランです。シーザーサラダとパスタ コーヒー で 34.34 cad でした。
Decent food for a good price
Great portions. Our group of 8 had pasta, poutine (the traditional one) chicken wings. The poutine and wings were awesome and pasta was great--huge portions too. Moderately priced and decent service. Although I never got the extra napkins I needed and the fruit from the kids menu was old and my 3 year old wouldn't touch it. Her mac n cheese was the skinny kind from a supermarket box. The waitress took my food away and I thought she was boxing it up but she got rid of it. Oh well. I didn't need the extra calories. I'd go back to this restaurant despite the few hiccups.
Really impressed
We went to Mike's for the first time this week. I understand it is a large chain. We ordered a stuffed crust with half pepperoni and half international. They really go heavy on the toppings and you will not be disappointed. We also ordered the seafood pasta that I believe is seasonal. Both were excellent. The wait staff was beyond helpful and incredibly friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend Mike's and will stop by on my next visit to Quebec
Average Take Out on a Saturday night
I called for an all dressed pizza and fries. The lady on the phone told me it would take 20 minutes however I showed up 20 minutes later and it actually took 40 minutes. It was a bit of a long wait. We drove back home and had our pizza. Fries were average and pizza was ok. Mikes was never my favourite place to go for pizzas, so many other refined places to try in this area.
You will not be disappointed
We were looking for a pizza restaurant and chose Mikes and were not disappointed. Great food with huge portions. The prices at Mikes were also very reasonable. Definitely stop at Mikes for a great meal.
Belle soirée !
Mercredi 08 Aout 2018. Repas du soir en famille avec nos deux jeunes enfants (9-7). Une attente correcte de 20 minutes environ entre la commande et les premières assiettes d'entrées. De toute façon, si vous trouvez le temps long dans un restaurant, peut être est-ce parce que vous ne sortez pas avec les bonnes personnes ;) !!! Les portions sont largement suffisantes aux prix raisonnables. Soupe patates / Bacon très bonne, pates aux fruits de mer également, serveuse souriante bref, une soirée sympathique en famille, terminées par une petite promenade sous la nuit qui tombait, dans la rue de St-Jovite assez achalandée pour un jour de semaine.
Cuisine
Personnel de cuisine trop changeant, la qualité s'en ressent, Personnel de salle à manger attentionné, direction absente. Côté Bar climatisation trop froide, problème récurent. plusieurs fois noté mais non prie en considération.
Demasiado insípido
Refiriéndome al ambiente y a la comida. Es de esas comidas que no te dejan satisfecho, de esas que podes varias cosas y te quedas con hambre... la pizza 🍕 sin mucho sabor la comida de niños igual. Pero desafortunadamente es de los escasos lugares para comer en la ciudad con un precio pagable. El lugar no es el más limpio que he visitado realmente, podrían mejorar esa limpieza ya qué hay moscas por todos lados. El servicio es amable pero escaso porque te traen la comida y se vuelve a aparecer a darte la cuenta.
Lent alors que le restaurant n'est pas plein
Nous sommes allés manger entre amis. Plusieurs fois, nous avons dû répéter nos demandes (condiments et café). De plus, nous avons attendu plus de 50 minutes avant d'avoir notre déjeuner. Mon ami a été servi 10 minutes après tout le monde. Ils ont échappé l'assiette par terre, il a commencé à manger quand tout le monde avait presque terminer. Elle nous amène du sirop d'érable lorsque nous avons presque terminé notre assiette. Beaucoup de café et de prise en charge pour cela, on a pas manqué de café.
Bon, mais service tellement lent!
Nourriture excellente! Cependant, plus de 40 minutes d'attente pour avoir nos plats et nous n'avons pas été servis en même temps... très décevant! Aussi, nous avons dû demander à plusieurs reprises pour avoir du beurre d'arrachides ou de la confiture.. encore une fois, de longues minutes d'attente.

Great pizza on ski trip
Great delivery pizza to our chalet on a ski trip with friends. Pizza in Quebec always seems to come with extra cheese and this didn't disappoint. Six happy customers in our chalet!
Good place for breakfast
ordinary breakfast food but very good, reliable. Seems to be one of the local breakfast spots less high brow than others.

Better than The Ratings Suggest
After having a bad experience at another local restaurant, I came here. I was greeted by a friendly member of staff at the front door and seated right away. I ordered a beer, salad and pizza and the beer and salad came quickly and the pizza followed shortly. The service was excellent and the menu was in French and English. My salad was huge with fresh ingredients and lots of dressing. The beer was cold and the pizza hot, what more can you ask for? I had the sausage pizza and found it to be completely covered in sausage and quite spicy. All in all, I had a good meal here and will probably come back again.

So so bad
Terrible and overpriced food. Forgot basic ingredients. One of the only late night fake out places open so they have a captive market who are often just tourists in the area and so they consequently put zero effort into food quality because they know they can. Better to go to local grocery and buy microwaveable food. See photos for a meal that cost us $47 for a pizza (forgot the basil, the garlic and the sauce as the description referenced) and dish of pasta (two small strips of chicken, lathered in mayo).
Great pizza and poutine
Ordered takeout for dinner. Pizzas were so loaded with meat we could not finish. Poutine was best I have had in a longtime. Delivery was on time and food was hot. Done language issues but just be patient if you do not speak French.
Mikes amélioré
Voila quelques années j'avais été déjeuner à ce restaurant mais le jambon servi avait un goût rance. L'administration ayant changé je trouve que les déjeuners sont meilleurs. Nous allons environ une fois par mois dans ce restaurant avec des camarades de travail. Il y a un bon choix de plats pour le déjeuner, j'en ai essayé quelques uns et je les ai trouvé tous bons. Nous sommes servi dans la grande salle pour des repas de groupe. Il m'est arrivé aussi d'aller souper avec ma famille. Je prend des plats italiens qui sont assez bien réussi. Le seul hic est le poisson trop cuit qui est selon la serveuse un protocole de cuisson inchangeable.
Fast delivery, delicious pizza
Not sure if this is the same place as others reviewed. We ordered from Mike's pizza and got delivery. The pizza was amazing!! The carnivore pizza had 7 layers of pepperoni on it, as well as Montreal smoked meat, ham, bacon... My boys can usually eat 6 slices of pizza and only got through 2! Shows how filling and full of ingredients this pizza was.
É barato, mas muito ruim!
Fomos ao Mikes por acaso, era nossa única opção na hora e minhas filhas estavam morrendo de fome. O atendimento foi horrível já no início por não ter atendente que falava inglês! Pasmem! Um restaurante ao lado de um resort de ski, logo depois do reveillon e ninguém fala inglês??? Com isso, tudo saiu errado! A comida super apimentada sem aviso e não achei a qualidade muito boa. Muito fast-food. É barato mas...
Only go if no other option
Dropped in at the instance of someone else, even though suggested going some place else. Had heard the service and food were poor and this was confirmed. Stay away.
A fuir !
Très peu de monde dans la grande salle, pourtant semble très agréable. Trop d'attente pour la commande, et aucun conseil sur les plat ! Cuisine immangeable car trop épicée, et trop salée ! Les serveuses sont très désagréable, et se fiche des clients. Les notes aussi sont trop salées.
Service was so bad we left and went to McDonalds
Restaurant was near empty at 6h30pm in full March break... that shhould of been our first hint. Somebody showed us our table and took our drink order in a hurry. Then KAZZAM.... Magic trick we never saw her again. Second waiter showed up 15 minutes later. We had a couple questions and ordered a aappatiser. 20 minutes for that one. By then my beer is not cold anymore. She took the empty plates away and never got a chance to show up again. After an extra 30 minutes wait we decided to leave everything and go away. THEN, we got service, oh excuse me sir... only 2 more minutes... yeah right. We'll pay for what we ate (and i'm being generous) and we are going if you like ot or not. I even had the tab adjusted because she had the nerves to charge me for my beer. I told her to go taste it, because it was hot and I left it on the table. We had enough. 0 tip and we still cannot beleive the service. We got the answer outside. The cooks were talking about cars and racing while having a cigarette in the parking lot, not giving a crap about the 10-12 people left inside. On another note, McDonalds was served hot in 3 minutes. I am happy I didn't have to fork up 70$ for such a crappy place. Will never be back again, and will makemy darndest to warn the others including the Hotel. Thanks for NOTHING MIKES
Average Food
Average food at above-average prices. Service was okay but the restaurant was almost empty at supper time. That should have told us something.
Stay away!
Horrible service: 10 min to place an order; 30 min to get appetizers; ONE HOUR to get the main Courses, and all was way below mediocre. The waitress pretended not to speak or understand English: really?? In a resort / bilingual country?? Hunting down our waitress was like looking for owls in daytime: impossible! We actually had to ask other staff to find our server, and were ready to call management, but decided not to bother and never to return.
Loud and Rude and Nothing special
We were trying to get oriented to the Mont Tremblant area and ended up at Mikes on a Sunday night. We were seated right away and received our drinks but our meals took at least an hour and were not all served at the same time. The place was busy but not completely full and there was no effort on the part of the staff to explain or offer bread or anything. Meals were nothing special - basic.
