Rude cashier employee
Very unfriendly waitress at the till today. Didn't see her name tag but in her 30's with tattoos. I offered to pay it forward and buy a man in a motorized wheelchair and she ignored me. Then just rude and unkind when I was ordering. I mentioned her being rude and she never even acknowledged I was talking to her. I spoke to a manager and she said she has had complaints about her before. Not sure anyone will speak with her or not. Manager was very professional and understanding though.
Bad service, again
After a 6 month hiatus because of poor service, I returned... after asking if my entire order was in my bag today, and they verified it was, I left. To get home and find a couple items missing.. so I eeturned, to be told I was wrong, they said it wasn't ready.. yet they watched me leave lol? And said goodbye? Then when another customer, and peevious employee stood up and said that my version of events was in fact correct, the lady became somewhat aggressive, stating customers aren't always right, which I actually agree with.. However, that doesn't mean I will change history for you.. poor way of treating people
unsafe covid practices
I went through the drive-thru and the girl the window not was she not wearing gloves and she also wasn't using that white tray that all the Tim Hortons are using to pass out the food and drinks... so when I saw this I asked her to be careful not to touch the lid of my coffee and she pressed the palm of her hand on both coffees.
Timmy's downtown O Sound
The staff and the store itself r always helpfull and usually have what i wanted. (honey dip timbits) i make good coffe so i dont buy coffee when i'm out. mornings only, thx. Keep up the great work and i think it was a lady name stephanie, who helped me. I phone to ask if they had lots of my honey dip timbits and she told me yes they did. I phoned cuz they run out of the honey dip ones. thx timmies and tpo all other timmies too.
Extremely slow service, understaffed, rude workers
I have returned to this location a year later to see if they improved. It was Saturday night during festival of lights. All sorts of people around, most of them wanting a hot drink for take out. They had only one old lady working a single till. I timed her with my watch, it was 10 minutes for her to serve one customer (2 drinks and 1 donut). There were more than 20 people in line waiting. The only reason there were only 20 people in line ahead of me is because several of them had left due to the extensive wait. Finally some of the customers had reached the limit of their patience and started to complain. They were told " You can leave if you don't like it " After 2 more sets of people left the line, I had finally had my fill and left too, empty handed. The lady at the till should be fired. The owner of this store should also be fired. It is the most incompetent and poorly run Tim Horton location I have ever seen out of hundreds. If they are having trouble making sales numbers there is no wonder why as nobody gets a chance to actually buy anything there.
Great location for downtown excursions, but slow service due to volume
Not much different in food quality as any Tim Horton's as to be expected, but this one is in a great location if you are doing any excursions downtown or in particular, we like to go on the christmas light walk right beside it. It's nice if you can get a hot chocolate for this walk but the location is always so busy you can count on at least a 20 minute wait to get it.

Tomamos chocolate con excelentes donas y masitas en este agradable lugar... muy buena la atencion de su personal en dias de mucho frio ideal para algo bien calentito... para recomendar!!!!

TH seems to get more disorganized as time goes by. They used to be faster in service and now with all the rearrangements things can never be as efficient
Great sugar rush
I skipped the coffee and got a white hot chocolate with a raspberry shot amd a peanut reeses brownie. Not an everyday indulgence a sweet treat what a sugar rush.
You get what you pay for
The food is good and prices are a bit high, but the service is always fast and freindly. Too bad this palce isn't open 24 hours like ALL the others are.
Always guaranteed satisfaction
No matter where you visit a Tim Horton you will find consistent friendly, consistent value and service. I would hopr they will bring back strawberry cream cheese as a choice with the raisin bagel though :)

It is your typical Timmies coffee shop. Coffee is good, service is good and there's always someone to chat with.
Coffee
There are a lot of these in Owen Sound, but for some reason, this particular " Timmy's " is better than the other's. Plus, it's right downtown and by the water. The donut's are also really fresh and baked on-site. Try and have just one, I dare you. ;o)
Typical Tim's
Drive through could be a breeze or lined up, just like any other Tim Hortons. Staff was always pleasant.

not very friendly - drive through hard to do with a bigger truck. so parked at the back side - went in there to get 4 coffee, s - very dirty unfriendly stuff serving us - don, t recommend it to go there. sorry
You can count on Tim Hortons
Obviously been going to Tim Hortons for years. I like the expanding menu - their sandwiches and wraps are the best value around. Always excellent service (Owen Sound, Hepworth & Wiarton) Never had a bad service experience in our local Tim Hortons _ great management Marty & Louise / Kim & Brian!
What Can I Say - Tim's is Tim's
Stopped in on a morning when we were in a hurry and picked up some things to go. Typical Tim's fare which was very good.
Organize
Very organized and friendly. Stopped in on the way home after shopping in Owen Sound. Order was correct.
Always Good
For a month each spring, I work in Owen Sound within a short walk of this Tim Hortons, so I occasionally walk over for lunch. I like the crispy chicken sandwich and want to try the spicy one soon. They come on what I think is called a " ciabatta bun " (it's square and much denser than normal hamburger buns). Other than the edges of the buns being charred (I hate the taste of soot), they were really good. I love the donuts. Vanilla Dip and Canadian Maple are among my favourites. Today, I decided to have an " Old Fashioned Glazed ". It tasted just like those I used to get from a bakery up the street where I lived when I was five years old. I can't think of any other food I liked then that still tastes the same as it did when I was little. Brought back a lot of memories as I ate it.
Crap Food, Overpriced, Poor Quality
If you want your health to suffer, eat here! Quality continues to keep going down and prices going up. If your absolutely starving and you have no other choice, then take your chances. Not just this store but all the franchises!
Bad Coffee
Chain, greasy, unpalatable food. Owned by US company. Terrible atmosphere. Uncomfortable. Slow confusing service. Awful.
The Crack Shack of Tim Hortons in Owen Sound
It's got a great location but I've always had hit and miss service and quality of food. Best part is the scenery of single drug addicted mom's and their drug addicted boyfriends and other riff raff that hangout there. Like every city there's more than one Timmies so head to those. Better service and better food.
A special visit
Great place for Coffee / Tea and delicious donuts. Always visit when we are Canada, just have to remember which way to order food and drinks as it is slightly different to Scotland. Can't fault this franchise, just wish we had one in Scotland as the coffee is great
Crappy Coffee
All donuts etc are flash frozen elsewhere and shipped in. They all have a certain taste to them that is not favorable. Coffee is very cheap tasting all across Canada and the US. Although prices are the same as Starbucks, they pale in comparison.
Coffee and Donuts were really bad!
Tim Hortons is very famous here in Canada - but we didn't like it at all. The coffee wasn't good (compared to Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts). The Donuts are super-sweet... you nearly get a " sugar-shock " when you eat them... so: We decided NOT to come back here.

Never Enough
My husband loves Tim Horton's so he can never get enough. The Tims in Canada have many offerings. The only thing that really disappoints me is that they do not offer brewed unsweetened ice tea as is available in the US. Donuts are fresh and the new potato chips they have are delicious.
Good Restaurant
Restaurant is clean, food and beverages are always good. Cashiers are always friendly and outgoing. Prices are quite reasonable.
einmal Tim Hortons und nie wieder
Der Café ist der zweit scheußlichste den ich in ganz Kanada getrunken habe und der junge Mann hinter der Theke war wohl an dem Tag nicht so ganz motiviert.
