About The Commodore Open Mic
The Commodore Grand Cafe & Lounge is proud to present: Open Mic Mondays About: In it's 9th season of operation, Commodore's Open Mic Night hosts artists of all skill levels in the Kamloops region. Although primarily music based, all types of artists are welcome, including magicians, comedians, poets, and other performance based arts. Details: The Commodore offers collaborative opportunities for " Jam Sessions " with other artists as house instruments are provided, including drum kits, microphones, lead and bass guitars. As Commodore's venue functions as a night club on weekends, and artists are subsequently able to play loud, with energy, in a venue that remains open until 2:00 am. Performers sign up at 9:30 pm or when they arrive. Mic Night list is honored on a 3 song maximum, or alternate time schedule (e. g.comedians). Once the list is exhausted, it restarts at the top - the longer you stay the more you get to play! The Commodore also features: -No Cover. -$6 Doubles. -$4 Kokanee. - Open Holidays.
