Cool value lunch spot on the beach
We walked thru the D'Mall looking for a restaurant with AC and pizza but continued down the beach until finding this spot. It was 12:30 and the place was filling up so were happy to be seated and quickly ordered chicken in corn soup and a large thin crust Hawaiian Pizza. Both were served quickly in sequence, hot and tasty and in the cool AC. All perfect at 884 P peso. Although this chain was started by Shakey Johnson in Sacramento, CA in 1954, this was our 1st encounter.
Hot, expensive, poor service
Went here several times with the thought of eating, but it was too hot to even find a table. On a cooler and less busy day, decided to try a Caesar salad. It was swimming in dressing and was only lettuce, croutons, and dressing. Zero bacon or egg or anything else that I associate with a Caesar salad. Not enough to justify the cost which was higher than other Philippines locations that I have eaten at. It was then super hard to get the bill, and much harder to get the change. There are too many other good Italian restaurants close by to waste time eating here. Don't come too if you expect air conditioning because they don't use it here.
Décevant
Nous avions gardé un très bon souvenir de la pizza aux scallops.... Quelle déception ! La pâte est sèche, les scallops minuscules et complétées par du surimi et un brin de verdure (?). Rien à voir avec ce que nous avons connu il y a quelques années.
Food poisoning
I am the only one out of us 3 family members to eat a shakeys mixed meal with the pre-mixed salad with dressing already mixed in. Later that evening i had one of the worst cases of food poisoning imaginable. I am finally better after 1 week on constant cramps and diahrea. Very disgusting for a so called reputable place to serve such diseaed lettuce to the public. No telling how many others got sick on this same evening. The public should avoid this restarent at all costs unless you are okay to risk what i walked out of there with
Slow service, but it was busy
I called in at 1930 one weekday night for a small takeaway order. A staff member kindly brought me a chair, something that would not occur in Australia. Service was slow but the staff were running around as there were many diners. It took 35 minutes for the takeaway items to appear. They were good value, though hardly Michelin graded. The whole restaurant looked clean. Lighting was bright.

Ужасно не вкусная пицца. Далека от идеала, а цена хорошая, за маленькую пиццу 299 р. Заказали пиццу Маргариту, что может быть проще? Томатного соуса я не заметила на пицце, сыр был с чесноком почему-то и такое ощущение, что все это сверху сдобрили прогорклым маслом. Но самое удивительное - народу тик трется не мало.... и ещё они заказывают ее домой и уносят коробками. И да... туалета в этом заведении нет, сказали идти в соседнее здание, где содержание туалете хуже чем в общаге в 90-х годах (((
非常惡劣的店員 餐也很普通
蘑菇濃湯超級鹹, 炸雞很乾, 凱撒沙拉只有菜起司粉麵包塊完全沒有醬, 義大利麵跟披薩也很普通, 重點⋯我們結帳時給店員2200, 我和朋友都記得很清楚給他2張千鈔, 他離開位子後約10秒返回說我們少給一張, 因為第一天到的晚餐就到該餐廳用餐, 大家公費根本沒什麼花, 算一算肯定是給2張, 但店員不願離開, 僵持1.2分鐘我們就作罷了當作給他小費, 最後找零時他還用丟的！大家也是出門完不想計較, 但長灘島真的是我去過的海島中最商業, 最不友善的海島！
Good Pizza
The restaurant is on the boardwalk. We ate 2 pizzas and potatos. The food was very tasty The restaurant is large, it is possible to sit inside or outside on the terrace

Okay buy nothing special
We had a pizza and a plate of spaghetti here. It was very average. By no means was it bad but i probably would not go back because for the save money you can get much much much better pizza in other places.

炸雞好吃！Texas Chicken BBQ pizza有點鹹, 但味道還可以。義大利麵有點普通... 不太推薦。 地點方便, 離海邊近, 價格便宜, 經濟實惠的好選擇。

在section 2 沙灘附近的餐廳, 景觀很好, 天氣很舒服, 飲料也很好喝, 如果你不知道吃什麼的話, 他們有pizza, 可以試試看。不過義大利麵有點乾。
Worst branch
I love shakey's and being a franchise, I thought it would be the same everywhere. Looks like that does not apply to this one. We ordered the 2020 deal... No bacon bits so it was ham.. No mozzarella sticks so they gave rice! 1pc of Chicken was undercooked and nothing was done about it... regardless of several attempts... We we're given 1pitcher of ice tea and 1 soda but not asked what type we wanted... They wouldn't have given the card and vouchers unless we asked... tsk tsk tsk To cap it up, service was terrible. If I were a foreigner and bora was the 1st stop of my trip... the experience here would keep me away from all other branches regardless of geography.

Первое наше заведение на острове. В процессе заказа оказалось что на кухне нет бекона и нет листьев салата. Принесли пасту без бекона по итогу. Салатов на нашем столе не было. В целом кухня особого восторга не вызвала.
Как и все на Филиппинах далеко от идеала
Крем-суп съедобный. Но конечно же далёк от того каким он должен быть. Пицца ужасная, есть невозможно очень соленая. При выборе пиццы много чего не было. Лазанья съедобная
Разочаровался
Были тут 1 раз, заказали пиццу и салат с тунцом. Во-первых, удивило что половины из меню не было, официант говорил, Этого нет, а это? Этого нет.. а что тогда есть? Вот это есть... И оказалось самое худшее, пицца Large, а на самом деле небольшая, салат с тунцом из консервы... Ужас
Пицца А4 😂
Притоптали с друзьями, чтоб передохнуть от местной (временами пугающей) нас еды, и покушать всем понятной пиццы. Все захотели разные, поэтому заказали маленькие. Тут какая-то фишка, чем меньше заказываешь диаметр пиццы, тем меньше ее толщина. Так вот, нам принесли еле похрустывающий лист, толщиной в бумажку А4. Мы мягко скажем, офигели. За пивом нам приходилось самим вставать, забирать с бара, потому что официант не торопился его нести, а оно благополучно стояло там, холодненькое, обтекало конденсатом и выдыхалось 😅
Вкусно
Обедали и ужинали в этом ресторане, оба раза брали пиццу и крем суп было вкусно. Лазанью и салаты не советую, по-моему мнению основное направление ресторана эта пицца, можно выбрать и дополнить разные ночинки к пиццы.
무난무난
피자, 파스타, 치킨 등으로 무난하게 한끼 식사 하기에 좋은 곳. 홀이 넓은데 서빙하는 직원이 부족해 세심한 서비스는 기대하지 말것. 음식은 대체로 짠 편이며 특히 치킨은 어른들 드시기에 불편할 정도로 상당히 짜다!

La peggiore imitazione del cibo
Da fuori sembra uno dei tanti ristoranti, ordinato un calamari fritti e uno spaghetto seafood marinara, la peggiore esperienza, calamari che sono totani in pastella e sono surgelati, spaghetti al sea food mal cotti e con 4 dico 4 pezzi pesce misto. An average pizza
This was just an average pizza. We ordered the large Belly Buster which stated that it fed 3-4 people.... but it just fed the two of us. Our order seemed to get lost as people who came in and ordered after us got their food before we did.
Boys food
I have stopped at Shakey's for lunch with my sons (12, 7 yo). It was very crowded place but Captain's platter, lasagne, Caesar salad and two milkshakes make us feel sooo good. Probably not the most healthy lunch, but.....

pizze modeste e insalate molto care
A mezzogiorno per pranzo cerco sempre qualcosa di leggero, e confidavo in una insalatona in questo posto che si vanta molto per la pizza. Fanno insalate singole e doppie, ma non sono niente di speciale e costano carissime. Penso che non tornerò più

食物方面, PIZZA, 炸雞是好食的, 但服務質數不太好, 每當示意需要幫助的時候, 都找不人員, 就算看見都扮看不見或只1說等等, 之後不了了知, 尤其是那位男人員服務態度不好!
Shakey's is still in business.... at least in the PI
Sharkey's was a pizza place we use to go to when I was a teenager but they pretty much disappeared when other larger pizza chains came into existence but they are still open in the Philippines. This one in Boracay is nothing special and we had pizza and mozzarella sticks here. As far as pizza palors are concern, I would not say that they are good, only average in taste and value.

Great thin crust pizza!
We ate here twice while in Boracay and the pizza was great. Had the Shakey's Special & a Ham & Pineapple the next time. Both crisp thin crust which we enjoyed. There was enough topping & the cheese was tasty. My wife had the bacon cheese pasta which also was great. Recommend trying this place, the service was friendly, prices were reasonable, good thin crust pizza & it is usually busy, a good sign.

海灘邊的披薩餐廳
應該算是平價餐廳, 在海灘邊用戶外座位, 可以刷卡, 菜單簡潔明瞭, 有多人套餐可以選擇, 比薩口味非常多, 建議上菜後趕快吃掉, 不然冷掉影響口味, 整體滿超值的, 吃得很飽, 環境很乾淨, 服務人員親切。

Честное, слово, в недоумении от отзывов, где пишут, что пицца вкусная и восхитительная. Конечно о вкусах не спорят.. но... Первый раз были в заведении этой сети в Маниле, тоже плевались. Сейчас решили ещё раз попробовать. Пиццы на картинках в меню сильно отличаются от оригинала. Пробовали сразу 2 совершенно разных, и обе были отвратительными. С говядиной и салями соленая на столько, что хочется рыдать. Вместо фаршированные и говядины сублимированные кусочки чего то серого. С креветками менее соленая, но тоже не вау. Паста с креветками на твердую 3 ку, не более:куча масла, чеснока, ноль соуса. Лазанья внутри полая, без мяса.. одно тесто... Короче, о Майн гот, ещё раз сюда завернуть. Цены при этом не самые низкие, размеры пицц смехотворные.
Terrible pizza
This was seriously the worst pizza I've had anywhere in the world. I wanted a quiet night in and ordered take out. I tried shakey as all restaurants were packed being a Saturday night.
Ok product
This is good for a quick eat and taste of pizza. The location was clean. The staff was attentive. It was busy when we went there. Not the best, but not the worst.

Ottima posizione lo stile del locale e molto carino da italiano mi sento umiliato ed amareggiato abbiamo mangiato una volta la pizza ed e bastato davvero poco per capire che la qualità del cibo era penosa. pizza fatta con ketchup al posto del pomodoro, ed anche la qualità delle altre materie prime era veramente scadente. il personale era abbastanza disponibile ma non mi e piaciuta affatto arroganza dei manager nei confronti dei camerieri. uno schifo.. neanche i gatti randagi affamati hanno voluto mangiare quella specie di pizza. per dirla in poche parole e il classico posto per cinesi ed americani che non sanno neanche cosa sia la pizza. di sicuro non ci ritornerò e spero che nessuno ci vada.

I am not a fan of pizza but I think the food was ok. We ordered hawaiian pizza, the spaghetti and the chicken plus drinks. The service was fast.
Good stuff
Ordered a pepperoni pizza to take away, We was asked to sit and wait and we was given a water whilst we waited. The service was great, the staff spoke to me and my partner for a while whilst we waited. And the pizza was good to.

En 10 jours, nous y sommes retourné 3 fois. La pizza aux scallops est un délice, surtout si l'on choisit la pâte fine. Le personnel est charmant et l'addition légère pour l'endroit.

Manila feels
When you don't have choice where to eat because of the crowded people in some unique restaurants that didn't tried yet in Bora. It's cool because the promo in Manila is also available in this Shakey's. Just one thing, one of the staff was like he don't want to serve us. I just think maybe he's tired. Still I love the food here! In all Shakey's actually. :)
普通のピザ屋さん
ボラカイ島でわざわざ行くの? みたいなレストランですが、外れはないです。 どれを食べてもそれなりに美味しいですが、日本で食べているのと同じような食事だから感動はないかな。 でもしっかり美味しいのを食べたいなら選択肢には入るでしょう。
새우피자가 좋았어요
위치도 스테이션2여서 좋았고요. 다른 피자들이 좀 짠 편이어서 도전 해봤어요. 하와이안이랑 신제품인 새우가 들어있는 피자 먹었는데 짜지 않고 생각보다 맛있었어요. 사이즈는 작은 사이즈로 두 판 둘이서 잘 먹었네요. 생일이 있는 달에는 뭔가 이벤트가 있는지 생일도 물어보더라고요. 전 다시 가고 싶어요.

Great cheap tasty pizza
Nice to sit outside and watch the world go by on the busy station 2 white beach path. We had a small pizza, fries and cheese sticks and a few cold beers and is was enough for the two of us. It was busy but service was quick and food was hot and beers were cold so all good.
greasy food
ordered a pepperoni pizza and it was very greasy, pesto pasta was very oily as well. the pepperoni made the pizza greasy, but even taking them off the crust and dough was soaked with grease. pesto pasta had so much oil accumulation at the bottom of the bowl

Our first meal in boracay was meant to just be a snack, so we chose shakeys, we ordered the chicken mojos buddy option and was not disappointed, the chickenwas delicious and we ordered the extra gravy because we knew we'd need it, staff we're verygood and very efficient

Did not expect to find a Shakey's Pizza here
Worked for five years in a Shakey's Pizza in the states which is no longer standing so was compelled to visit. Pretty good and right on the beach with an outdoor dining patio. Close to the Boracay Mandarin.

這是我在長灘島吃過最棒的炸機 披薩也不錯, 不過我覺得披薩另一家比較好吃 甜點巧克力奶酪不好吃, 太甜 總而言之推薦炸雞 是一個很美味的食物

Нормально поесть здесь нельзя. Обслуживание нулевое. Пицца заявленная на двоих и на 8 кусков, по факту очень маленькая и на 6 кусочков нарезанная. По вкусу пицца не о чем, хотя мы брали с мясом. Салат также заявленный как на двоих по факту пышные листья салата а по граммовке и 100грамм нету. Ценник для такого качества запредельный.
What's better than friends, love, beach and shakeys
Having already been to shakeys in Manilla / Thailand I knew to expect high quality. Upon arriving a very warm greeting from all staff. Happiness is contagious it seems and infects others with happiness when greeted by waiting staff. The food came and shakes and wow the food was delicious as always having it on the beach front on white sands just improves it and having loved ones and friends even better. Great experience and moments away from beach from bars and music and fire entertainers.
Beach front location, good pizza
Nice staff, clean, air conditioned, reasonable selection of pizzas with a very familiar Shakey's taste. A nice respite for lunch.

the best part? When at night for dinner, they extend their tables beach front part. So if you want to eat your fave shakeys food, ask to be seated outside overlooking sunset.
First time I've had this pizza in over 40 years
Well, I was able to relive my childhood (in America) but obviously my tastes have changed. The pizza was okay and a bit overpriced for what it was but I understand that this is Boracay.

這裡的披薩超級好吃。又便宜, 又方便。很多地方都有分店。我們吃的那間就位在Station2 正中央, 很多人買, 可以外帶買到沙灘 / 酒店吃也可以呢, 服務也不錯, 值得推薦!!!

Amazing Pizza
While walking on the Boracay Beach saw this clean and wholesome gem of a restaurant " Shakey's (Boracay) ". During our travels through the Philippines we saw several Shakey's outlets. The menu chose great, food awesome and service fabulous. Value for money. We ate a couple of pizza and had desert. No complaints and will return.

We went there to have lunch with my family 2 seniors, food was ok drinks not so good my husband order latte and its was not hot. I ask if there is a toilet cause my mother inlaw needs it and the staff said no they don't have. What kind of restaurant they have. Not really happy at all i need to bring my mother inlaw to somewhere else to use the toilet.
Italian restaurant
We wanted to eat vegetarian pizza so we entered this place. We ordered pizza and Greek salad and mozzarella cheese sticks. The prices are fair. the service was good. it looks clean. So all together we enjoyed eating here.
Birthday in Boracay
Celebrated a Lunch here during my Birthday, nothing special, same menu in other location of the Phils. Asked if they can bring some cake / cupcake for my birthday. They just handed over the cupcakes, which i thought of I will be having a birthday song from the staff (assuming that it will be same as other restaurant). Nice Pizza and chicken as my son loves.

Очень вкусная пицца, супы, картошка с сыром, бездонный чай и коктели. Пицца Бьянка с экстра чизом особеено радует всегда) Не дорого, чисто и очень качественно во всех смыслах.

This place is just by the beach and servers some great pizza which includes even veg options. you can have a great time watching the waves and sun with fully cheese loaded pizzas
Great for families
We have 4 kids, so for us, this was a budget-friendly place to feed us all. There was even a couple of times that my husband and I really wanted to try other restaurants, but we knew the kids wouldn't like the food. So, we'd go to Shakey's order them a couple of pizzas to go, and they'd eat that while my husband and I tried other places. It was a win / win for everyone. Plus, Shakey's also has a value card. We got a free pizza one time and we got 10% off other orders.

Delicious foods; reasonable for it's price. Mojos, pizza & their pasta we're still the same! but with this particular branch; we noticed that medyo mabagal service & super init sa loob ng resto.
Eine der besten
Mit meinem Tauchfreund Ralf waren wir in den 14 Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes mehrmals hier zum Essen. In diesem Restaurant kann man wie in vielen hier auf der Insel sehr schön draußen unter Palmen sitzen und seine Pizza geniesen. Die Pizzen gibt es in verschieden Größen, dementsprechend sind die Preise. Gut gefallen hat mir, das es die möglichkeit gibt die Pizza zu vierteln oder zu halbieren. Das heist, verschieden Belage zu einer Wunschpizza zusammen zu stellen. Der Teig ist sehr dünn aber trotzdem nicht durchgeweicht. Vom Geschmack her eine der besten die ich gegessen habe.
Two-price policy
I will first say that I've eaten at Shakey's twice now and not been impressed. The food is OK but way too expensive. What really pissed me off however is the twin-pricing policy. I ordered a regular scallop thin crust pizza which was advertised on the menu for 324 pesos, but a poster displayed on a board gave another price of 294 pesos. When I asked the waitress to explain the difference, she said that these were Boracay prices and were different to prices in Manila. I followed up and wrote to Shakey's Customer Service and got the following response: Our branches do follow standard menu pricing except for the following stores; NAIA Terminal 3, Camp John Hay Baguio, and Boracay. Please be informed that Boracay is special marketing price, higher than Metro Manila systemwide price. Let us know if you need further assistance. When I wrote back and asked for a reason why Shakey's has institutionalised this 2-pricing system, I received no reply. The reason is obvious: Shakey's are charging more for their food where there is a higher concentration of foreigners in the country. This is wrong and amounts to discrimination. I, for one, will certainly not be eating here again, neither will my many friends.

While staying in Boracay, the kids and I wanted something other than seafood when we bumped into Shakey's... my first experience with Shakey's was a little over 25years ago and I still haven't forgotten the thin crust and unlimited ice tea. food is quite ordinary but the kids loved it, that's good enough for me to go again and again.....
Shakey's Great Place Bora. What?!?!
Shakey's Bora is not a great place. It's the Ultimate Excellent place to be at. You must eat here. The crowd is great. The food is truly Shakey's. The service is as if you'r in Manila. Just look for Nelson. He'll take care of u with their Lemon Cucumber cooler. Fantastic!
This deserves to be in Top 10 dining location on White Beach
Was initially a little tentative about this establishment. An American pizza establishment in the middle of White Beach can't be good. Boy was I surprised. The chicken soup was creamy & hot. Salad was fresh & clean (waiter was attentive enough to remind me that they are out of Romain Lettuce & will replace it with iceberg lettuce). The pizza was Oh Mamamia!!! We had Tropical Bacon & Pizza Bianca which arrived pipping hot with delicious stringy mozeralla on a wonderfull thin & crispy crust. Great pizza and fast service!
Loved the crunchy pepperoni pizza. The service was fast, good food, price was also good. It was a bit of a walk down the beach from where we stayed but worth the effort!

Reminder: Choose those tables that are not on the open area. You wont enjoy dining when wind blows. Sands...... sands..... Everywhere even on your food.
What a relief
The pizza is not even that amazing, but after several days of failed experiments with the local cuisine I was pleased to just tuck into something hot and familiar and tasty... get in.

We had dinner here of salad and pizza. if you like thin crust pizza, this place is good. The salad was fresh and the service was friendly and efficient.
Brings back memories
Brought our kids to Shakey's to show them our kind of 'pub' back when we were still living in Manila in the '80s. Still love the chicken and the beer which were also enjoyed by our kids who are in their twenties. The service was also great.
From boracay to manila!!!
it's good there is all time favorite pizza parlor on the island. same great food, pizza, spaghetti, chicken and most of all my favorite mojos.... after eating at different resto, there is an urge to eat at shakeys... the feeling is different while eating mojos infront of a beautiful place he he he he... hope shakeys boracay will bring there staff in manila branches to teach them how to joyfully assist every customer, the staff are so sweet, very attentive to your needs and always smiling, very good team they have in shakeys Boracay!!!
Fantastic pizza !
Had many meals here, very tasty and loved the lemonade ! Day or night this place was always busy, loved all the dishes we tried, it's not just pizza ! Would recommend and return !

Love it upon first try!
I tried Shakey's twice during my stay in Boracay. It is stationed between Beachfront station 2 & 3. The pizzas were great and I simply love their iced tea! Go for the bottomless (refillable) if you're a great fan of iced tea like me! I would say the service standard of staff differs. The first night I was there, the staff were pretty unattentive. They sat us down and as we couldn't decide on our order immediately, we're forgotten after and we had problem getting their attention. They did not proactively refill my iced tea too. That said however, the 2nd time we were there, Sol is really attentive. He recommended us some food, checked that our food has been served and refilled my glass without having me to ask! I personally prefers Shakey's to Yellow Cab (at Station 1) although the latter is more affordable. Worth giving it a try!
Very Good and i mean the Food!
Shakey's has always been a staple of my youth growing up in this country and after more than a decade of being away, I thought I will have to share the experience with my Husband. Love their pizza and taste stayed the same after all these years. Food I will give them excellent. The service needs a bit of improvement and take this as a grain of salt young men and women of this location. Almost 45 minutes of a regular pizza is a no no! And to be told 5 minutes when we followed up and took another 15 tops it. We understand it was busy but we have the table nearest to your counter, there's a gazillion of servers and yet we felt we didn't get the service. It should not have taken us the the time to follow up. Anyways, I am sure this service issue will be fixed on your next customers. And remember those Customer Service Survey Reports on your Board, Boasting of your excellence, here's a real paying customer giving you a thought. I think I already gave my one penny's worth. Thank you and keep those pizza going..
Fine for 2
Order a combo and 1 pitch of Coke for 2 with the price around P420 (appr. 10USD). and enjoy them on the beach.
Loved the salad!
We both ordered salads and pizza. The salads were big and refreshing (raspberry dressing!), and the crispy crust on the pizza was delicious! The service was efficient and friendly. A must try!
Fun filled american stodge..
For a pizza place, this offers a lot other things on the menu which are often better. The pizza is not that good, but the chicken, gravy, salads and shakes are great. Well worth it for some " fat " !
Waiting staff are pleasant
This is a very busy, popular restaurant but the wait time is a little excessive. Pizza variety is good but the pizza itself was slightly greasy and the crust was a bit too crispy for my taste. Had to ask for the bill 2 or 3 times then waited a long time for change. Absolutely average in my opinion and a bit pricier than other places.
Good enough restaurant along Station 2
LOCATION: just along the beach specifically in station 2, you can't miss it. they have outdoor sitting along the beach which is cool. PRICE: since this is boracay, prices are high. But Shakey's price is cheaper relative to other joints in Station 2. SERVICE / STAFF: good enough. nothing to complain about. FOOD QUALITY: food is typical shakey's pizza. Good, but nothing exceptional. COMMENTS: Would recommend if you are tight on budget. Although for super budget, you can find some eateries that offer low prices.. go towards the town.
Good pizza
This must be one of few plages in Boracay where you don't have to wait 45 minutes for the food. The starters and the pizza where very good!

We had lunch at Shakey's boracay. It was very good pizza, mojo's and the best buffalo wings. Pasta was not so tasteful. But the staff were very attentive and nice. Place is clean with a nice front view.

so happy one opened on the island, almost forgot how awesome the food is here. Thin crust pizzas are yummy, and their fried chicken and mojos are to drool worthy!!
Good Pizza
We enjoyed a Vegetarian pizza which was really delicious. We also had the parmesan fries, which were alright. It was really busy during our stay and the service was poor. We waited 1.5 hours for the bill! Still worth a visit if your craving franchise quality pizza.

Great value
The staff were polite and efficient - the food good, consistent, and tasty - the price was very fair all things considered - overall this 'chain' restaurant out performed many of the speciality restaurant.
Flavourless food, dirty toilets, worn out fittings
We visited here with a group of friends and ordered a couple of pizzas and pasta dishes. All of them had no flavour at all as the tomato paste used on the pizzas and in the pasta is just like the awful del monte tomato ketchup which is water and sugar. The cheese and meat is also so processed it is left with no taste. The restaurant has a lot of mismatched tables some are tiled but all the tiles are broken, metal topped, or wooden picnic style benches. Overall the the restaurant is a dump for a national chain. The toilets were so vile with the stench making them unusable.
Can't go wrong with Shakey's
Just love shakey's fried chicken and mojos. Pizza is always good. Service was good but a bit crowded.
The service was great - the pizza ordinary
This is a large chain throughout the Philippines, on the way home I needed a quick meal and decided on Shakey's Pizza for the first time. Located right on the beach front, the setting is perfect. The service was great, the staff were helpful and efficient but the pizza was ordinary at best.
Overpriced for a tiny pizza
Well overpriced for pizzas and tin crust on all pizza except if you order 18'. For a group would be ok for 2 people stay away! ON TOP OF IT THEY WILL SLAP YOU WITH SERVICE CHARGE10% AND AND VAT TAX 12% (22% ON TOP OF YOU BILL) TOO MUCH
Easily the Best Food on Boracay Island
Eating on Boracay Island is very expensive unless you want to eat fried chicken every day. Most of the places within D'Mall are tourist traps with the exceptions of little gems like Lemon Cafe. We stayed on Boracay Island for 10 days and our last day finally broke down and went to an American franchise, Shakey's Pizza. For the price, Shakey's was by far the best value and highest quality food on the island. Pizzas and salads were excellent. I feel bad endorsing an international franchise, but in all honestly it was one of only two good restaurants in Boracay.
If you're really craving pizza it's fine
I'm biased because I don't like big chains, but I did have their pizza and it's decent. I just think that there are a lot of really tasty restaurants that they have to compete with and they don't have the same quality or atmosphere.
Cheap Pizza Joint, Nothing Fancy Here
Best way to describe it is a cheap fast food pizza eatery. They offer a basic pizza, at a fair price. The menu covers a decent range of pizzas, and they have extras available as you would expect chicken wings etc. The staff here are very jovial and add to the atmosphere (it is located on the beach front) You can take advantage of bottomless drinks which may appeal to some. It was extremely busy when we were here but the orders arrived in reasonable time, and the staff never lost their smile. At the time we dined there were loads of familys. This is a top spot for Backpackers looking for some pizza without breaking their budget, and families wanting choice, bottomless drinks and to save a few $$
poor service and obsolete card machine..
Love to travel to the islands of the Philippines. This year, I went to Boracay, a world-class island. Visited one restaurant there called SHAKEY " S. The food was alright but do not like the store manager, not very friendly... and their card machine seems to be obsolete. I thought, SHAKEY " S has a world-class service as it is in a world-class resort, but with this " bad " experience, wouldn't want to go back to that restaurant again!
Simple pizza

The service was awesome, with great choices on the menu, from great pizza to chicken, mojo's (potatoes) spaghetti, and very good service.
