Awful
Ordered pizzas to our hotel, took 45 minutes to arrive and was cold when delivered. Mushroom pizzas where a handful of mushrooms thrown in the middle and burnt base. Very disappointing
Not the best
Disappointed- I had Cannelloni carne - was with a group of 11. My meal was cold when served, I told staff who took plate, no apologies, same dish returns about 5 mins later, clearly had be microwaved to make it hot. Again no apology. Other parties meals looked good. Pizza's looked excellent. Shame about the service and the cold cannelloni !
Bad food
I ordered food here but it was very bad. The penne gorgonzola barely had any sauce. It looked like dry pasta with oil. The pizza was very salty and generally tasted bad. The tiramisu was old and dry. Very disappointing.
The most delicious authentic reasonable prized pizza!
We had a blast at this restaurant. The service was quick and the pizza looked even better than the pictures. Absolutely delicious! On top of that the place has a very nice ambience and is overall quite intimate. Will definitely come back whenever I'll be in Berlin again. One quick note about the reservation: I reserved a table through their website but apparently it didn't get through to them even though I got a confirmation email. Make sure to call ahead of time and they'll accommodate you.

Great service, food and drink! The only thing that we wish was Better was that the beer would have been colder! We Americans LOVE cold beer but are not finding it anywhere here. But other than that this was an A plus experience!
Hätte ich doch eine Pizza bestellt…
Dorade war innen noch sehr kalt - außen fertig gegrillt. TK ist keine Frischware ! Von einem familiär geführten Betrieb habe ich das nicht erwartet - Schade !
Hervorragende Pizza!
Die Pizza ist hervorragend, vor allem der Teig ist genau richtig. Und mit Burrata unglaublich. Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Restaurant ist sehr klein und daher gemütlich
Unforgettable food
Doing my stay in Berlin with my girlfriend, we came across this wonderful small resturant, in the quiet and beautiful area of schöneberg. This place is a " must visit " experience, when in Berlin. Wonderful, and kind staff, serving the best food i have ever tasted. We had to come back twice doing our 5 day stay.
Meraviglioso! - Phantastisch gut!
Ich war heute Abend spontan hier in der Pizzeria Trattoria LuNa. Vorspeise: einen grünen Salat, dazu hausgebackenes wunderbares Brot, wie man das auch in Berlin in keiner Bäckerei bekäme. Hauptspeise: Rote Beete-Gnocchi mit Nüssen an einem Rucola-Pesto. Phantastisch: kräftig, ausgewogen, bekömmlich. (Ich kenne die mediterrane und speziell italienische Küche sehr gut, doch eine solche Kombination kannte ich noch nicht. Gelungene Première!) Dazu ein Glas Hauswein aus der Basilicata. Nachspeise: Cannoli Siciliani, das sind 2 Blätterteigteilchen, sehr ansprechend aufgemacht mit Sahne und einer tranchierten Erdbeere. Raum, Ambiente, Bedienung sind unprätentiös, ohne Anspruch auf Luxus, aber sehr stimmig und " echt ". Wer sich für einen Moment ans Mittelmeer zaubern will, ist hier goldrichtig. Sicher gibt es in Berlin italienische Küche etwas billiger, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hier jedoch absolut überzeugend, wer für einen sehr überschaubaren Preis echte Italianità wünscht (in Ambiente, Qualität, Geschmack und Bedienung), der darf diese Adresse nicht auslassen! Buon appetito!

Siamo stati qui durante il " Pasta Week " di Berlino. Ottimi i 2 primi di pasta in offerta con il Pasta Week. Buone e molto particolari le pizze.... Ma STRATOSFERICHE la focaccia, la pizza / focaccia con Nutella (la migliore mai provata in vita mia) e la cordialità in particolar modo di Fabrizio che, con la sua gentilezza, ti fa sentire davvero a casa. Consigliatissimo. Ci torneremo nel prossimo viaggio a Berlino (dobbiamo ancora provare gli antipasti e le altre pizze :)
Italian food poetry.
There are so many ways to make a pizza. Hands down, if you can be honest with yourself, you will have acknowledged at some point in your life that there is no " best pizza ". There is frozen pizza… There is bad pizza… There is pizza pizza… And the we have " some awesome pizza.. " The " now This is a good pizza! "... And the " how the hell did he do THAT?! " pizza. The latter is the one I am writing about at this moment. Luigi is a Pizzaiolo and runs the place together with his amora Nadine. A Pizzaiolo is the title of a Pizza Chef, so I've learned so late in life. Even though the restaurant is rather new, Luigi and Nadine are at it for quite a long time. So there is definitely no lack on experience. Luigi is also a goto man for many organizers of large events on this continent for the prominence. Things that don't really show in LuNa and that's how they keep it. In an older post I have written that there is no such thing as " the best Pizza " or " best whatever " - and to that I'll stick, since every day provides a new opportunity. To the food. Everything I have witnessed there being served looks delicious! I never came around eating something else than pizza, but since I've turned 39 today and still have a few years ahead of me, well lets just say I'll get to it. I will also celebrate my birthday in a small circle right there in LuNa today. Tip start… 1. It's easy to place a reservation on their website, over their reservation tool. 2. LuNa is not a reference to the moon (in Italian), but to their names (Luigi & Nadine). How funny is that! Tip ends. The pizza is just amazing and no pizza looks like the other. At some point rather early, I learned it's best to just say, I'll have whatever you make. If you have allergies though, it would be wise to state them ahead, because if not, well, your stupid. Fresh produce guarantees amazing taste, but not availability. And that is one of the most wonderful characteristics in a restaurant, because you always get something different and the taste never disappoints. The dough is also very well made (one of the ingredients must be magic), since even if you eat the entire pizza, you feel full, but not with an ache. Neither immediate, nor later on. Sometimes I just want a tuna or salami pizza and naturally they have that as well and taste as delicious as it gets - so no worries about asking for a " standard ". Just as long as you don't ask for a Pizza Hawaii, your good! Which reminds me I should warn my girlfriend about that for tonight. Bringing me to the point where I just have to put down a few words about the waiter (one of them at least), who's age I can not really define because he looks like over 60, but could run down some twenty year olds, but won't do so because it's not his thing. I wonder if he used to be a consigliere for some big mob boss straight out fo Sicily. Best to tip well! With all my heart, I recommend LuNa for a great meal, an Italian flair and great service without the theatrics you so often get! Thank you LuNa and see you tonight! PS: I had do post this review about a week later, since LuNa didn't yet have a tripadvisor profile. But this way you get to see also the great things we had that evening :)
