Very problematic

So where do I start? The children's play area? It is supposed to be for little children to play in. Instead we find 11 and 12 year old's inside playing battle of the vikings, knocking the little kids flying! There is nobody monitoring this area. Kids enter without socks, carrying food and / or toys. I take my hat off to McDonald's for employing a person in charge of the children's play area, and the party room! Today I went up to the counter to order. I began with " What teas do you have? " Her answer was, " The teas are in the other area. " " Yes I know that, and where do I pay for the tea ".. " Here ", she said.... " Ok, so I'll try again! What teas do you have? " I had to walk along to the end of the counter to select my tea, and then return to the cashier and order it..... because the cashier had no idea what teas they have! Then I asked for a small Americano with milk and sugar. The cashier keyed a bunch of stuff into the till in front of her, then asked me " do you want milk and sugar ". Yes I said..... " Regular or large " she asked. It makes me wonder.... where was she when I was making my order?! A moment later another person walks up to us and asks me, " Regular coffee or large? " Are they serious?! So she KNOWS I ordered *something* but she doesn't know what??? Ok, so the service stinks. But then again, so does the shop! When we walked in the pungent smell of cooking oil hit us in the face! It was so bad that my wife said the smell made her feel queasy. I asked them if there ventilation was broked as the smell was stifling. The answer was they would open the door! After watching the 11 years olds in the play area pushing the little ones out of the way, and seeing kids in there with personal plastic toys, and some with no socks on, my wife went to complain. She was told that the rules are written on the entrance to the play area, and children enter at their own risk. They (KFC) take no responsibility over what takes place in the play area, and if any child gets injured it is not their problem. Welcome to Cyprus everybody! That can be the only conclusion here! Because anywhere else in Europe they would close them down in a blink of an eye!
