KFC hazardous to your health
Ordered 8 piece chicken meal. Chicken was old, cold, greasy, and fatty. Chicken ended up in the trash. I am old enough to remember in the 60's when Colonel Sanders served fresh, healthy chicken and great sides. I have had very good KFC overseas. Sad to experience this in the US. We need the Colonel back! Needless to say this was my last KFC meal.
Drive thru order incorrect x2
Went a couple of months ago through the drive thru. When I got parked to eat, biscuit was doughy (under cooked) and no spork for eating my mashed potatoes was given. I filled out a survey but received no response. Gave them a try a couple weeks ago (ordered a large meal through the drive thru again) and when I got home, they forgot my gravy for the mashed potatoes (had 3 large containers of mashed potatoes). Very disappointed in the web as well as lack of response to bringing up both of the issues in this review.
Not sure why breading is sugar-spackle
KFC's recent annoying commercials aside, their focus is supposed to be chicken. The memories of chicken buckets gone by are not the same. Chicken is extremely greasy, practically drowned in whatever syrup-sauce is the flavor of the month, and not an attractive alternative to the ENTIRE rotisserie chicken you can pick up for $5 at the grocery store next door. Microwaving " Hungry Man " dinners gets the same kind of potatoes and biscuit- just not a lot worth eating here.
Standard KFC & A & W Setup
We stopped at Fred Meyer to shop across the parking lot from KFC and stopped for lunch afterward. When we were there the place was pretty clean and the service friendly with quick delivery of our food. The food was standard KFC fare and really no complaints.
I won't go back
I went here twice, but almost 1 year ago so maybe it's better? Service was slow, quantity and quality of food was terrible for the money. I felt ripped off.
