Poor quality of food and poorer quality of management
KFC orders are never correct on take out. When questioned a smart acting young lady manager gives you a hard time. We love chicken dinners but now drive 50 miles round trip to go to Popeyes and we live one Mile from Sebastian KFC. The worst run KFC we have ever been to.
Live here & try to support on times when can't eat at home, but the worst visit
I honestly do not like to leave bad reviews, & I live here & try to support the businesses when possible. However, this was really worth notifying the owner. The 1st batch of fries hard & funny taste... so I thought old. I felt really bad for the drive through person slammed.... since I had gone through the drive through, I just drove around & went in for new fries, the biscuit that was left out, & some sauce, as the photo of nuggets covered in sauce wasn't what I received. I did receive new fries, a biscuit & was told next time if I wanted extra sauce there would be a charge even though some nuggets barely had any sauce. I also tasted the fries once out at the car & again a funny taste which must have been old grease in the fryer. I know they are busy & thus not a lesser review as some is not their fault.... but it is sad & a disappointment to not have regard for the food, & not appreciate why I took the time to drive around & come in. If they aren't supposed to be covered in sauce then the photo should show otherwise. Rancid grease for the fries isn't easy to by pass as acceptable either.... The app price is also much less than through the drivein... but just saw that.

This KFC is the worst
Better go to Publix for your fried chicken. Not only not fresh but now No Substitutions! Ordered family bucket. Extra large side of Mac and cheese. Had to go back inside. Order not complete. They'll mix a few old pieces in with the fresh. I am a local and after many tries, I've learned just don't go to this location. But family visiting from Virginia, decided to go there for a change. It has the KFC franchise but not the quality you'd expect from a KFC. Very poor management.
Chicken sandwiches with sides
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! We order a spicy and a classic sandwich. Neither of them had the ingredients that they should have come with. BOTH WERE COLD. Even the sides were cold and minuscule in portion. I NEVER ORDER ANTHING THERE AGAIN!
FOOD SUCK AND THEIR SERVICE
had 3 cars waiting in front of the building for their food they locked the main door and it wasn't even closing time and people were still going thru the drive thru and got their food right there on the spot. Very unprofessional.
Taco Bell & KFC
Both resturants together so you can get either. Used drive thru and they brought it out to the car. Food hot and met expectations. Good sides and chicken.

Avoid this place. They can't get an order correct if their life depended on it. They serve old fries every time and food is never cold. If they drug tested more often things may get better.
Not a Go-To Stop
Stopped for a quick lunch and left disappointed. Service was below average and the food was not hot. While it is convenient it is not for me.
Don't expect much!
Do not ever expect to get served what you see on advertisements from this place. When you see a tv ad, you'll get less than half of what you see, and you will be told " this is how we do it here "
Excellent choice sandwich
My crispy chicken sandwich was delicious. I got mine plain without the mayo and pickles. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The restaurant was very clean.
Typical KFC Fare
The food was by no means extraordinary, but if you like KFC, you will certainly enjoy this restaurant. We wanted something simple, but were tired of hamburgers, so fried chicken fit the bill perfectly.
KFC POOR MEAL TWICE
Ordered 2 2piece white meat meals both times and got home with chicken we through out as it must have been left over and refried a second time. The biscuits were as hard as hockey pucks. One of the meals was in a regular size box and the other was in a snack box with the potatoes turned on their side and gravy leaking out. We have just moved here and we use to go to our KFC in Cocoa FL often. Will never go back and try a 3rd time. Customer service is bad as you stand waiting for someone to take your order when no one else is in there.

This KFC is part of the national chain, they have parking, facilities, very good staff. They have the national menu.
not so quick fast food
Went in to grab a quick meal for the family. They were not busy, but still waited several minutes to order. The kitchen staff and the drive thru staff were all arguing with the manager. I asked why the spicy chicken was much higher than the regular chicken and was told that's the way it is. Ended up ordering a box of taco's. They had taken away the condiments that used to sit on the counter and you had to tell them how many spicy or mild sauce packets you needed, which they treated like gold when they dropped them in the bag one at a time. From the time I walked in, placed the order, paid for the food, received the order, was 16 minutes - not at all what I consider fast food and convenience. The service was mediocre to poor at best.
