Great location and service. Chinese Hot Pot / Grill

We visited this restaurant as it was perfectly located in the Sunset District. For dinner, parking was available. As of now, bring your Covid Vaccination proof so as to be let in. Seating was spread out, each person has his / her own stove for the broth and one grill area for two people. All spices were available and plenty of variety after a brief explanation by our server. I read in the menu that left over food would incur in a $20 fee per person. We ordered our broth, then they take your order for about 15 items to begin with. Service is prompt and they adjust the temperatures to your taste. Fee for dinner is $33.95 per person. It was a good meal to warm you up.

Kaum noch was Besseres gefunden

Wirklich gut und ausgezeichnet und frisch und absolut empfehlenswert! Eigene Saucen, Zubereitung direkt vor der eigenen Nase, sehr gutes Bier.. Herz, was willst Du mehr??

Mother's Day Dinner

We liked everything. We tried almost everything available. Boiled, healthier food! Handmade noodles, different sauces to dip your items in. Return on a less busy day.

If you like Hot Pot this is the place

They have a large variety of choices for the Hot Pot and they also offer Senior Discount. They also have a efficient waiting system that you can log in at home before arriving to reserve your spot. Nice idea.

Good variety, good food

The food was good, with a large variety to chose from, and all you can eat. They give you 90 minutes to eat, and refill the broth with their pork bone base.

This is your place for Hot Pots

For $30 / person you can order anything and everything. The selection is amazing and the quality of the vegetables and meats is top shelf. They have a variety of ways to cook your food: In the pot, on a grill, or both.

Food was good

Very busy! Great experience but the quality of the food and pre marinated stuff was questionable. However, I would imagine that his is also down to the fact that it's all you can eat. Really good service, great sauce bar and pleasant experience. Thanks iPot

Be ready for long wait

Great place for hot pot. All you can eat buffet style. Soup base was fairly good. Meat selections were plenty. Reasonable price. However, this is a huge popular place. If you get there late, be prepared to wait for 45-60 minutes. Would go again.

Absolutely fabulous!

First ever visit! Come hungry and empty! A bit like a fondue but with your choice of stock / soup and not oil, for cooking your meat / fish / vegetables. All you can eat but don't be greedy and order too much! If you don't eat it you will be charged extra! Loved it!

Come hungry

We came in for lunch on a Saturday. It wasn't very crowded so we didn't make a reservation but I think they do get crowded at various times and it is good for a larger size group. We were a party of 4 and all of us ordered the split pot where you can also grill. They have a spicy beef that I highly recommend. There are varying levels of spice too so each person getting their own pot is nice especially if you have different preferences. Come hungry, it is all you can eat for $30pp (lunch) + drinks. We ordered a little too much but finished everything. I would go back again.

Delicious food extravaganza!

The service was really good, they were so helpful. We had never experienced an all you can eat hot pot restaurant before. The meats were so fresh and beautifully cut. The vegetables were usual and unique. The sauces were mouth tantalizing. The best part, you made the food they way you want! Experimentation at its best... all prep and clean up done for you!

Fav hot pot in the city

Solid meat quality, excellent DIY sauce bar, plethora of meat / veggie / seafood / noodle / appetizer options included in price, and fried mantou buns with condensed milk for dessert?!?! No wonder there is a 2 hr wait on wknds, come here before 7 on wkday nights for early seating for dinner! (Reservations accepted for 6 or more)

Fresh meats, weird broth

I waas soooo looking forward to this hot pot, because in a city as cold as SF, you can never have enough hot pot. This place has been recommended to me by several people, so I could not wait to try it. But then wait is all that we did! They do take limited reservations everyday, but once you're past that, you will be waiting. Our party of 4 got there at 5:30pm on a Sunday and waited until 7pm to be seated. Now, if I'm waiting that long, this better be the best hot pot of my life. It was good, but it was not the best. Then, after being seated with menus, we had to wait another full 30 minutes for our order to be taken. There are just not enough servers, tables, or turnover for this place. It's too busy and so all you do is wait! You've got to actively flag servers down to get extras or reorders of food, refills on drinks, or any service. The hot pot itself was ok. It's $27.95 for AYCE and there is a huge selection of food. Our favorites were the biang biang noodles (handpulled noodles), Kobe beef, lamb, pork belly, radish, enoki. The meats were all super fresh, to the point where you could taste the difference from other hot pot places. There is a very extensive sauce bar with everything from sweet soy, spicy soy, beijing sesame, satay, fresh minced garlic, hot chili oil, peanut butter sauce, etc. It is THE most extensive asian sauce bar you will find for hot pot. There's also an option for a BBQ pot, where 1 / 2 is a hot pot and 1 / 2 is a bbq cast iron skillet (think a mini korean bbq plate where you can bbq the ingredients instead of making them in the hot pot). So cool! What I wasn't in love with was the broth to cook the goodies in. It was just ok. I got the pickled cabbage and pork bone broth, and it was.. off. Maybe the pickled cabbage made it too sour, but I had to use all the sauces to reflavor it, and even then it was not stellar. My friends got the house spicy sauce and said it was standard and spicy. Nothing was wow amazing. I would eat here again, but never during the mad rush. It is not worth the wait, even if the ingredients are fresh and the BBQ pot is inventive. Just pick your broth wisely! Pro Tip: 5% off if you pay cash

Be ready to eat and make reservations!

Came here on a Friday night and they were super busy but we had a big group with reservations so that saved us. A friend of mine went on the same night and had a 2 hour wait. It's all you can eat so we pretty much ordered every meat, seafood and veggies we could. We got the miso and pork broth, but everyone seemed to like the miso better. We tried to keep them separate with seafood on one and meats on the other but everything was mixed by the end of dinner. Everything was really good with good service. Will come again.

Delicious!

I've never had Chinese Hot Pot before and decided to try this one because of all the great reviews on their site. Lets just say it was amazing and for a first impression, this place is going to be hard to beat. First you order your broth. We ordered 2. We ordered the spicy broth and the pork broth. These two were recommended by the server. Then you get a huge list of different meats and vegetables to pick out that are unlimited! We ordered spicy lamb, steak, shrimp, octopus, dumplings, veggies (enoki mushrooms are my favorite) and had tons of different dipping sauces. This also includes ice cream for dessert. The food is all-you-can-eat for 27 bucks. I thought it was pretty good deal for everything you get. We were so full getting out of there. I loved it and would go back in a heart beat. You can't go wrong with this place. FYI they are closed after lunch and open right before dinner.
