Done what we need it for
Average hotel, rooms basic but done what we needed them for and got a good nights sleep. Beds comfortable, pillows good and close enough to the night life but also far enough away you can't hear it when trying to sleep. Google maps is useful when trying to find
Nice stay
9 km from Ben Thanh markets. Nice hotel, reasonable size rooms, cable tv and wifi. Jug etc to make tea and coffee, but no tea or coffee supplied. No pool. Coffee shops an restaurants next door. Friendly, english speaking receptionist
Adequate but interruptions to water supply
Stayed for 3 weeks here while visiting my wife's family nearby. Convenient location for us but expect not so for a tourist. Great huge room that is clean and bathroom that has no leaks and does not smell. Biggest bed i have ever seen in a hotel and extremely comfortable although the pillows a little too fat for my liking. Do not take any rooms ending in 6 on any floor because they have all the air-conditioning condensers mounted on the outside wall. They constantly whir and rumble. We moved into room ending in 5 which was silent. No breakfast included and found the food in their restaurant pretty ordinary. 3 times during our stay there was no water available (about 6 - 8 hours each time) due to a failing pump, this really broke the hotel as far as i am concerned. If not for this water issue i would definitely stay here again and rate it excellent.
Big Room - but place far from town
Room Big, staff can't speak english hard to communicate. Location far from Town but the price is reasonable. Big room only cost one night USD 35 for four person. Nice restaurant but no chance to try it.

가격대비 만족했습니다. 와이파이도 객실에서 사용가능했고.. 아쉬웠던점은 샤워할때 샤워젤과 샴푸가 적었는데.. 다음날 룸메이드를 시켜도 리필이 되지 않았던점.. 그리고 비누가 없었던 점이 아쉬웠네요. 직원들은 친절해서 괜찮았습니다.
Best hotel in Vietnam!
Out of the 6 different hotels we stayed at during our trip to Vietnam, Felix Garden was by far the best in value, service and amenities! Rooms were clean (booked multiple rooms). Beds were super comfy and that is most important to us. The staff was awesome. Very friendly, helpful and courteous. They call you a taxi whenever you need and help you with your luggage without hesitance. They have a great restaurant / cafe with excellent food. Their smoothies are the best! Very relaxing place to go and very reasonable priced too! There's karaoke on the first floor as well. Location is not too far from the touristy areas. Taxi is cheap and I recommend Vinasun. For the price we paid, this place definitely surpasses a 5 star. Rooftop view is amazing. We watched the fireworks from there on Tet. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Vietnam. If you need a nice quiet place to sleep but don't need a pool, this is your place. ;)
Filthy cockroaches, unsafe
Stayed at this hotel because I had family in District 8. While I originally booked 6 days here we only tolerated 2 days. Beware that Felix rents by the hour (Suspect illegal activity. Hotel rules specifically state " no prostitution ", but the rooms suggest otherwise). The location is very far from the tourist areas of District 1. The first room had a bathroom that visibly looked clean, but smelled literally like sewage. We asked to switch rooms immediately. Second room was fine but all of the lights were very dim, that should have been a warning sign as we later found 2 cockroaches crawling on our luggage on day 2 (the darkness hid the bugs well). The bathroom to room two was fine but the towels reeked of cigarette smoke. While we were on the 3rd floor the windows had jail bars on them for protection. We did not feel safe. The elevator is also very cramped, two adults and two suitcases and the elevator was full. DO NOT STAY HERE. The pictures from the website are deceiving. It has standards like a cheap MOTEL.

酒店整体不错, 服务人员非常非常友好, 房间设施新, 卫生也不干净, 可惜没有泳池, 早餐丰富, 交通方便, 附近有景点同购物等
