Güzel kahve

Good service
This place is in the same building as the liquor store which I found odd. However it's a typical Dunkin. No drive thru though which is a bummer. Iced Coffee was on par with the other Dunkins.
Possible the worst service I ever had
So typical Dunkin. I placed order and he severely over loaded cup with ice. When I asked him to remove some he shook out a few pieces. I said it's a cold brew it doesn't need much ice, take out a little more. He literally removed 2 more pieces. I then asked him to remove more from the other. He said he couldn't because it needed to be 3 / 4 ice then add monster then a flavor shot. I thought the new drink was like a monster slushee. I said ok forget it cancel the order. (they only had ice so no loss). I said just give me a refund. He stared at me for like what seemed forever, but was likely more like 20-30 seconds. Then replied I can't give you a refund only the manager can. Back and forth we went, with me finally saying either you are going to give me a refund or customer service will. Magically he was now able to do the return. As he is entering the return, he said you should know what you want before you order. I said thats how you handle a customer complaint ? That's what you call customer service? In the end I got my money back, but would never go to that dunkin again.
Coffee is good, donuts are delicious!!
Friendly staff, coffee always fresh and hot!!! Love to stop by and pick up some donuts for the staff!! Always greeted with a smile.
you want bad stuff
The help are not in this world and the donuts are loaded with grease and what ever the coffee is just ok maybe pass on this!!!!!!
