Endroit magnifique
Un endroit magnifique agréable vue sur le nile ma pizza était très très bonne le service agréable et gentil a l'écoute le patron était sympathique et très gentil je conseille cette endroit
CENA MUY AGRADABLE
Nos llevaron a este restaurante a cenar como parte del Tour El Cairo de Noche incluido en nuestro circuito por Egipto y fue un acierto por parte de nuestro guia. Muy buen servicio y comida muy rica. Era un menú típico cerrado por lo que no pudimos elegir pero nos gustó mucho. Los camareros muy simpáticos y serviciales.
Pour la vue éventuellement… sinon sans intérêt
Vue sympa mais c'est tout. Service incroyable, on retire les entrées avant qu'on ait fini, à la limite de l'impolitesse. Plats insipides et surtout viandes de poulet avec un goût de brûlé, non reconnu par le serveur avant de leur faire goûter. Service bâclé, cuisine sans intérêt. Ne mérite pas qu'on s'y arrête même pour la vue
Not a good exy
The service is good but other than that it was not nice, the view from the place is so limited. it is closed with windows which is good to protect u from sun, yet you can't get enough air or good view And if you used the outdoor tables, it's so sunny with no air again and lots of flies.. not recommended & I would not like to go there again

Nice chill out place
Met up with friends to have shisha and some dessert. Service was good and we enjoyed the dessert. The place was packed with families and friends. Recommended for a nice chill out time...

Not my first time to visit carpaccio downtown new Cairo It is not bad really, average food and average service Generally a good cafe / shisha and seating I will visit again
Very Very Very Bad Staff Managers Very bad attitude
Well for your Info this is not first time i go there with my husband and thats not for the service or the staff its for the location but i will never go again even if you pay me money First: very bad reception they ignore you totally and and they look at us like we are coming to them and they will pay for us no eye contact at all once you seat you need to as for menu 5 times then shisha man for more 5 times then will come to you one very secret and he will as you we do have minimum charge 100 LE which we dont care as w use more although i dont see them doing the same with the others and what i know minimum charge its not allowed in Egypt.. after all of this we didnt care and we went last night but it was very bad even more and more (the manager or whoever with no hair came to our table he put the menus with very bad smile like he is telling us why we came then one came as usual to inform us about the minimum charge my husband tolled him no one informed us then this waiter went to the manager with no hair and i didnt expect his reaction he look at us and moved his head and come fast like he will kill us then he tolled my husband يافندم انا اللس استقبلتك واديتك المنيو وعارف ان انت زبون وعارف انك زبون علشان كده مقولتش and when he was talking he was moving his hands in very bad way then one table at the nile left we asked the waiter to move he saw us when we was talking to him before even he reach him he also moved his hand and tolled him tell him it reserved which is not true Finally we asked for the check he said ok then my husband informed him that we didnt take the water another manager called the waiter and start to shout at him in very bad way its like this is not allow and we must take the water, he came took the water from the table before we move and went inside to the service bar and gave it to the barman and he was lalaland which is mean angry I am not happy with the place and i think thats because we dont leave tips as long as i see them nice with others Thank you very much and i would like to inform you that i notice all of this me and my husband because we are in Hotel industry So Thanks for the bad service and I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE

Amazing place in the district Sheraton We enjoyed atmosphere and good. Staff very helpful Good service
Point of view
Cairo festival branch, family Iftar, outdoor seating next to dancing fountain, weather is hot no fans nothing so you need to check for the forecast if you plan to stay outdoor, set menu for Iftar in Ramadan, steak with pepper sauce not that good not that bad, soup and salads and appetizer small amounts, food is medium range taste, view and seating is good for Capital.
Tasty food
Really it's good place to who want to be beside Nile river. The food is tasty and good. We like place and the waiter was polite with us. And serving the food without late.
Very good restaurant
We went there after reservation by phone and we request direct table on the Niel and it was done easily. The place was very good and the food and services was excellent. The best shesha was there it is really special shesha I never found it in any other place.

had one of the best sheesha here in carpaccio and awesome cappuccino with hazelnut!!! great ambiance, open air seating.. loved the place and of course the location is great.
