In a distance of 150m from Koukounaries Beach, Aelia Studios is the closest accommodation to one of the most beautiful beaches in the whole world. Each studio offers breath taking panoramic sea views from its balcony and all the convenience in its completely renovated (2014) and fully equipped kitchen and exclusive bath room. Use the local bus to go to town from Bus Stop station which is 50m away from us or take the taxi boat from the beach. If you prefer to stay in Koukounaries, do your shopping at the local supermarkets, have a lovely dinner in the tavernas around and a refreshing drink in one of the bars in the evening. Spend most of your time on the beach or have fun with water sports, all in a walking distance of 5 - 10 minutes.

Small room, family atmosphere, value for money
It was a small room (22 sq. mts for a family of three) with balcony overlooking the beach and the lagoon, on the top of the hill with a small kitchen, pretty well equipped (there were even disposable sleepers and some other amenities in the room - things you dont see in hotels of this star rating). The location is very good (only 5 minutes walk from Koukounaries beach) and the staff was very polite (the owner let us check out at seven p. m. because we had booked a late departure to Volos). Of course there are better and bigger rooms in the area, but concerning what we paid for it, it was a real bargain!!!
Great stay in a beautiful place!
A massive thank you for the warm welcome, the great coffee, the comfortable clean room and the fantastic view of the ocean just minutes away from the apartment. We will definitely be back next year for another fantastic holiday. Tasos, Doina and Yannis great job!! We will miss you!!
Unexpected jewel
Very simple apartment hotel. Close to various beaches and eateries. Staff were very nice and friendly gave us tips on where to go. Highly recommended. Price exceed the tranquillity you get with this place
Piccoli particolari che trasformano un viaggio in una vacanza
Questi Studios sono vicino a Koukounaries, quindi decentrati rispetto a Skiathos town, però vicino a tutte le più belle spiagge di Skiathos. Un insieme di piccole attenzioni e dettagli ci ha reso la vacanza veramente piacevole: la posizione elevata e non sulla strada, dell'acqua fresca già pronta all'arrivo, spugnette e detersivo nuovi già pronti, il terrazzino direttamente su un uliveto, materasso confortevole, la pulizia e il cambio quasi ogni giorno. I prezzi sono un po' superiori alla media ma sono giustificati. Forse non abbiamo visto i difetti, ma per come sono stato non esiterei a tornarci.
Bad Encounter at Aelia Studios
I decided my wife and I and our cat should leave Aelia Studios right way. This was our first trip to Skiathos, and it got off to a bumpy start because I had given a deposit to stay for 9 nights at Aelia Studios. From the start, we felt something was off. Then we felt the owner was rude and abrupt. Who wants to stay at a place like this if there are choices. I didn't, so we left. A place this pretty would have have many more positive reviews if the owner was truly hospitable. His hospitality, as they say in the States, is rehearsed. It's not spontaneous or from the heart. Anyone can offer you coffee upon arrival. How do they handle requests or complaints? This owner failed. I'm glad he did. We were much happier at the next place I found where the owner and staff were truly friendly.
Beautiful studios. Beautiful people
We absolutely adore these beautiful studios. Picked up from the airport by Yiannis (sorry if spelling is incorrect), excellent welcome from Tasos with gorgeous coffee and cake. Then shown to our lovely studio which we stayed in for 16 days. How lovely are the staff!! Doreena could not have done more. She kept our room scrupulously clean; with fresh towels and bed linen every 2 days. we were invited to take coffee each morning if we wanted, and the gardens are absolutely beautiful! ! Brilliant views and beautiful people!
Great Place

Bello, ma piccolo
Appartamento minuscolo, pulito con cambio di lenzuola ed asciugami, ma praticamente inutilizzabile la cucina per l'assenza di stoviglie. Manca un tavolo nella stanza dove mangiare. Ottima posizione rispetto alla spiaggia dove si va a piedi.
ΦΙΛΟΞΕΝΙΑ!!!!!
Το Aelia βρίσκεται πραγματικά πολύ κοντά στην παραλία Κουκουναριές (περίπου 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια). Σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση είναι και οι παραλίες Banana (γυμνιστών) και Bananistas. Τα δωμάτια είναι απλά, αυτό που περιμένεις να συναντήσεις σε ενοικιαζόμενα, έχουν όμως προσεγμένες λεπτομέρειες που δείχνουν τη διάθεση του ιδιοκτήτη να προσφέρει στον επισκέπτη μιά πιό αναβαθμισμένη διαμονή. Η καθαριότητα είναι ικανοποιητική. Η θέα είναι εξαιρετική από όλα τα δωμάτια, που " βλέπουν " προς την παραλία και τον βιότοπο της Στροφυλιάς. Το parking είναι άνετο, αφού προσφέρεται όλο το κτήμα με τα ελαιόδεντρα και τα πεύκα. Γενικά θα το χαρακτήριζα best value for money. Αυτό ομως που σου κλέβει την καρδιά είναι η φιλοξενία!!! Ο κύριος Τάσος (ιδιοκτήτης), μετά τη ζέστη του υποδοχή, μας ενημέρωσε για όλα όσα μπορούμε να δούμε και να κάνουμε στη Σκιάθο. Τα απογεύματα έβγαζε τσίπουρο και μεζεδάκι στη μεγάλη βεράντα και όποιος από τους επισκέπτες είχε διάθεση καθόταν παρεούλα. Πολλές φορές γινόταν BBQ στην πίσω αυλή, είτε από τον ίδιο, είτε από κάποιον επισκέπτη που ήθελε να ψήσει με την παρέα του και φυσικά ήταν ανοιχτό για όλους, με αποτέλεσμα να γίνεται μια καταπληκτική παρέα από Έλληνες και ξένους ενοίκους του ξενοδοχείου. Μείναμε 6 μέρες και τις 3 έγινε βραδινό BBQ. Κάθε απόγευμα ερχόντουσαν κάτω από τα μπαλκόνια μας τα παγώνια που κυκλοφορούν στο κτήμα, καλώντας μας να τα ταΐσουμε. Το Aelia studios μπορεί να μην προσφέρει τη χλιδή και την πολυτέλεια ενός ξενοδοχείου πολλών αστέρων, αλλά προσφέρει μια αξοπρεπέστατη διαμονή, σε ιδανικό σημείο και πάνω απ' όλα τη ζεστασιά των ανθρώπων και της παρέας! !!!! Εννοείται πως του χρόνου θα ξαναπάμε και μόνοι μας αλλά και με την παρέα μας!!!
