Horrible customer service
Ordered a foot long spicy Italian on Italian herb and cheese. Got footling turkey called and ask to have it replaced at later date. I was told after walking to subway at 90 degree weather that if I didnt bring sandwich back. Meaning walk back in hot sun that they wouldn't replace it. When I ask for manager she told me she would be back in July that she was gone on maternity leave. I will never go there again. If this is how subway treats people I won't go to any location.. my order was placed on line which makes me question the employees ability to read.
Subway Again
We are usually happy to see a Subway on the road, because we are hungry but not much activity while in the car, so want to eat light. this was perfect and tasty.
Store
The food is always fresh, veggies look great, bread is fresh, Store is clean, and excellent customer service.
Clean Place
Everything here is fresh, Fresh Bread, Fresh Meat, Fresh Vegetables. and one very clean restaurant. and a happy smiling server.
It is just not a value
Yes folks I get it. If you don't like a place don't go there. That is not the point. Me and my wife ordered basically the same thing. A steak sub with a small drink and chips. Pushing $25 Where's the deal? A one ounce bag of chips and drink cost hardly anything so one is really paying for the sub. Since everything is portioned controlled a very good customer is going to get the same skimpy sandwich as a one-timer. If this was a mom and pop shop they would pile it on if they knew you. So the bottom line its clean, quick and the people are very nice however you can get a great Mexican meal for two at Casa Grande for about the same price.
Quick grabs for road trips
We had been visiting ;The Old Country Store, in Monterey Tennessee, and as we drove to Sergent Yorks' home place, we dropped in for grilled chicken ans a tunafish, on Italian, very good !! Always enjoy, a sandwich, and cookies from Subway. The cost is reasonable, and beats any fast food I have ever found.
good place for lunch
We enjoy the sandwiches and it is quick and easy to get exactly what you want on the sandwich. We go about once a week for an easy meal without having to cook.

Fast service. Plenty of tables. Got 5 different sandwiches and they were each completed accurately and efficiently.
Great place for a great sandwich
I eat here often for lunch and decided it was time for a review. The primary reason I eat here is that the ingredients used to prepare the sandwiches are always fresh and the bread is always fresh baked. The store is always clean and well attended too. They do go through employees but this seems to be a problem with all fast food restaurants these days. However, it doesn't seem to impact the consistency and good quality of their fresh sandwiches.
They Deliver Customer Service
The cleanest Subway I have ever been in. Respectable staff and lots if dining space. Excellent service!!! I highly recommend this location to anyone traveling I40.
