BEWARE!!! Fraud

BEWARE!! I have never been to Detroit or this hotel but someone at their location fraudulently used MY Marriott number and booked a room for 2 nights without SHOWING an ID. When I contacted Marriott and the hotel manager, they " were going to look into to it " they confirmed that NO ID was asked for and they were going to talk to the employee who checked them in. They also allowed charging rooms service to my credit card on my Marriott app. My bank thankfully had it taken care of that same day, Marriott however after countless hours on the phone 50+ days later still have not given me my points back. No reponse but I have put countless hours on hold with both the " Loyalty Team " and the Courtyard South Detroit.

Decepcionante

Este hotel es una completa decepción. Las habitaciones están SUCIAS y totalmente obsoletas; el servicio en Cafetería era inexistente, lento y MUY caro para la calidad de lo que servían; el Business Center un desastre; y el personal muy poco eficiente. La piscina y el jardín interior se salvan. SUCIO porque encontramos toallas " enrojecidas ", edredones manchados y una moqueta pegajosa. Las habitaciones se hacen un día sí, uno no. La cafetería tiene una persona que atiende despacio y además cocina, tardé 15 minutos en poder pedir un café con leche. Con los precios de Starbucks En el Business Center intenté imprimir un documento y no fue posible al tener una impresora sin tóner. El personal, salvo una mujer de color en la recepción que fue muy simpática, atendía con mucha apatía. La piscina y el jardín interior valen la pena.

My Go-To place in Detroit area

Have stayed here several times. The service is attentive... everyone I encountered in the hallways was pleasant and greeted me. Being it was a holiday weekend I was expecting the pool to be crazy but it was very calm. Comfortable beds here, and I love the pillows.. they have both feather and foam in the rooms.

Horrible Property

Terrible!!! Marriott should not put their name on a property like this. This is like motel. I would not recommend this property. Rooms are very old. Staff is very nice though. Seems to be located in safe area. In addition the wifi wasnt working.

Great service

They made my trip feel special. The staff was excellent and the suite was very nice. I let them know that I was staying for my birthday and when I got there to check in, I was the guest of the day. There was a sign with my name on it and they gave me free snacks, a free appetizer, drink, and breakfast the following morning.

Very Nice Stay

This was my first time staying in this Hotel and I Loved the Staff, Especially the Young Lady that greeted me during check in Shaquita. She was very Friendly, Polite and Professional. The Housekeeping and Bar stay were very friendly also. Only Problem just needs a bit of an Upgrade (TV, Fridge and maybe microwave in suites) but I Would stay Again and Maybe the Carpets need to be a bit updated too.

Filthiest hotel EVER

While the staff was very friendly, everything there was filthy. The room smelled bad. The carpet should NEVER be walked on in bare feet; it left your soles black. The pool was bacterial bath; you could bare see the bottom. We never once saw any surface washed, mopped or swept in three days. The electric door locks don't work. The little restaurant is wonderful and it's staff delightful.

Front desk attendant

I had a fantastic stay the room was clean and prepared great the front desk attendant was very professional and made my overall experience excellent. Whenever I needed something I was always a priority I will be staying again for sure.

Incredible customer service

The hotel is incredibly clean all over, but I have to give a shout out to two employees that impacted my stay. I witnessed Kim de-escalate a situation with a guest in such a professional manner that it should be applauded. After operating our company business out of their meeting room, I encountered a man willing to work the night shift. His name is Raymone, he had kind eyes and a level of hospitality that should be recognized. The rooms are of good size, the beds are comfortable, and the overall experience at this hotel should be acknowledged. Thank you guys. Keep up the good work.

Older Courtyard in need of a refresh

Stayed two nights at the Courtyard for a conference nearby. Pretty standard Courtyard setup, but carpeting and halls needed an update. Room was comfortable and water pressure was excellent. Internet was spotty. Front desk service was very good and helpful.

Witness to Excellence

We all find our selves in a line. Modern life is waiting your turn. Often making us witness to the challenges and issues of those proceeding us in line. While at the Courtyard by Marriott Southfield I found myself as an unwilling witness, on three separate occasions. I know, what's the big deal? Let me tell you, Karlicia, that is the big deal. We have all been the person rolling their eyes behind the person who just doesn't seem to get it, testing our humanity. I have to say Karlicia handled each situation with a care and finesse that was admirable. I rarely ever leave reviews but the quality of her service is note worthy. I hope that she is the standard of service at this property and look forward to my next visit.

A Manifesto for Marriott

First of all, I want everyone to know that Shaleeka at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and handled my registration issues so QUICKLY. If only Corporate learned a thing or two from her attitude. It just feels like the online prepay system is designed to be intentionally hostile to navigate. My employer submitted the prepayment WEEKS AGO for my 2 night stay. When I was emailed what APPEARED to be a receipt with a registration number and the total payment received, I thought I could relax.' The hotel room is one less thing I don't need to worry about going terribly wrong', I reassured myself that SURELY they'd send notification in such a case. (Insert quip on the irony of this weird " TIME TO RELAX " all cap marketing campaign. LIES.) Regardless, Shaleeka helped me. She was friendly and helpful, and quickly solved the issue. (almost like this is a recurring problem for employees checking into rooms pre-paid for by employers.) But SERIOUSLY Marriott, if you need verification from the card holder that the registration prepayment they just submitted is in fact for someone other than themselves, THEN ALLOW THE OPTION TO VERIFY THIS AT POINT OF PAYMENT. Or in the very least, send an email following up. NEITHER HAPPENED HERE. Seriously. Why. OH AND. Let me preface this by stating that Marriott's history of exploitative employment practices - particularly those inflicted on housekeeping staff - reveals to me the true root of the problem here. Over a 3 day period, I kept seeing the same housekeeper, just the one. With the daily cleaning policy (formerly the deceptively marketed and controversial Make a Green Choice policy) I can only imagine how difficult keeping up with it is. But the Marriott corporation is the source of these issues. NOT the employees. That being said, there's still a pandemie on, you should probably make sure the employees you have are actually physically able to keep up with your demands to triple what they were already barely keeping up with. Now, if you're reading this and you're an employee, I don't think this is on you. You are operating in an exploitative system the best you can like so many of the rest of us. That being said, I also am coming from the perspective of spending 4 years working as a night-shift janitor at a surgical clinic and ER Vet. And believe me I get it - you need to make a quota. Making decisions about the acceptable corners to cut is part of the job. Anyone who disagrees either has never actually worked in the industry, OR is either committing wage theft or the victim of said wage theft. Like vacuuming under every nook, dusting every flat surface, cleaning every mirror - just IN CASE there's a single particle, or smudge. But I knew that sanitizing the exam tables or cleaning up blood and other biohazards, THOSE are the corners you don't cut. Here it's bedding. That's the one thing. Followed by sanitizing the bottom of the tub. Two things. It wasn't even kind of subtle. I immediately noticed the hair on and around the pillow, I found food crumbs, what looked like sesame seeds from a hamburger bun and lord.. BOOGERS. At this point it was already 3:30 am and I was exhausted, so I took off the boogey sheets, the blanket and duvet and slept at the end of the bed on a **visibly clean, but very much not** fitted sheet for 3 hours of unsatisfying sleep. Just next time.. change the sheets. Okay? And hey Marriott, yeah. Some of us are being charged a 50% premium on electricity during business hours now. While we are busy doing that, would you mind making a list of your absofave ways to wastefully consume resources? Here's one: Keeping these " smart " TVs constantly on.. just waiting to creep me out with a performative greeting when I first walk in the room. *wow so impressive* A personalized interface. " Good Evening, __. TIME TO RELAX " is so cringe-y and try-hard btw. Has someone in marketing told you that yet. No? Huh. Maybe soon you'll realize that nothing is more annoying than the pandering charade of a corporation. Don't act like you know me. I'm not your friend. I know what you are. That's gonna be a nah for me. <3

Absolutely horrible!

My company chose this hotel for me to stay in for two weeks. You would think that for a Marriott that it would be a nice hotel. Well, I'm absolutely unhappy here. First I will start with the good. Nice location. Clean lobby, restaurant and bar in hotel. For the most part, the staff has been friendly. Some more than others. The bad. Well, my room is very loud. I am sitting here listening to the snow plow beeping at 9p. m. I asked the front desk to change my room, and she told me that the plowing will end soon. The beeping noise is awful. Even if it does end soon, they will be out there very early in the morning. I have to get up fairly early. The UGLY. The housekeeping staff here is absolutely horrible. They do not clean and leave trash in your room. They barely make up the bed. I spoke with my co worker staying at the hotel, and they agree that this is not a great place. I would NEVER stay here again. I don't like dirty rooms, I don't like noisy beeping late at night, and I don't like that there is not a complimentary breakfast in the morning. I can't wait to get out of here. I will email corporate. I don't get all the positive reviews. I travel all the time. I have yet too complain about any other hotel, but this one is awful.

Exactly what we expected

We recently spent a couple nights at this property and had a nice stay. We chose it because of its location and proximity to a family event happening nearby. We had a first-floor suite that was nicely appointed and comfortable. The bed was great. The heating was quiet and worked well. The water pressure was decent. Television channels weren't extensive but the televisions were nice and the picture crisp. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I always appreciate free parking. My son stayed in a different room that had not been updated recently and found it to be a little lackluster, but he had no real issues with his stay.

Avoid property at all costs

Initially I thought this would be a great location to visit, as I have stayed there before with no issues but I quickly found out I would be wrong. Booked the room at a nice rate, most likely due to the construction at the hotel. Upon arriving everything appeared OK until I realized the construction would be an issue as far as hearing it and I had quite a long drive scheduled back to Tennessee but money was paid and I did not feel like relocating hotels. The bed was ok but the next day I woke up itching severely & noticed some bumps that were not there before. Also the pool although indoors was filthy. Yet throughout those issues, that was not the issue that would cause me to never book with the chain again. After checking out, I reached out to the hotel about my deposit & was told due to Columbus Day there would be a delay because it was a banking holiday but it would be 3-5 business days. I was fine with that because that's normal scenarios. When 3-5 business days passed, I attempted to reach out to the hotel only to initially be told it was still held and I would have to wait based on them faxing information to my card company. When I returned contact with the card company's fax information I received an attitude from the staff member on duty that would never fly for ANY company I've ever worked for and when attempting to reach out to the brand's corporate customer support they were no assistance. Only way this got resolved almost 12 days later was due to my card company reaching out to the hotel directly, against their policy to resolve the issue. So in my opinion, you may get a cheap rate but you'll get attitude and subpar conditions with it. Avoid the property.

A Detroit Gem

Many times over the years I have stayed at this Courtyard and received good service throughout the hotel. But recently, this hotel has really stepped up it's entire game. I say this in lieu of their current upgrade remodeling. Sometimes while staying at other hotels, I've experienced some unpleasantry's during remodeling upgrades. Not at this Courtyard. From Laura and Jillian at the front desk, Melissa at the Bistro to Chris the manager to the entire staff, over my two weeks at your hotel I've probably received THE best service I've ever experienced at a hotel in a very long time. When my travels take me to Detroit, off course based on availability, I will always stay at this Courtyard everyone welcomes you with a smile and will go above and beyond whatever it takes to make you a satisfied customer during your stay. It's also very strategic for staying in Detroit due to access to all major locations in the city and surrounding area's within a 10-15 minute drive in either direction. Marriott should be very proud to have this particular Courtyard as part of their family. Can't wait to see your place after all is completed looking forward to seeing everyone again in the very near future.

Dirty!

Arrived on Monday July 15, only room available was a very small king size bed room with a pull out couch. Room had a musty smell and air conditioner very loud. Asked to be moved, front desk staff, very nice and arranged to move us to a one bedroom suite. Moved in and the room was dirty. Hair in the bathroom, stains on the walls and the worst was a condom wrapper and stains found on the pull out couch. I was horrified, they had no rooms to move us too. I complained to the front desk and they gave me a 3pm checkout and assisted with finding me a room in the hotel next door. Too bad the excellent customer service provided by the front desk does not match the decline and cleanliness of the building.

Old but nice staff

The place was scary from the outside. I thought it was a teardown. I went to the other Marriott and was told I had reservations at the place next door! Using a side entrance and finally finding the lobby we were greeted by a nice gal. She was helpful. The room had new carpets, wallpaper, beds, and bedding but the rest was old. The TV didn't even have a normal remote.

No Cleaning Service During Trip

This is my go to hotel anytime I visit Michigan. And since I have family in the Farmington / Southfield area, it's pretty regularly. This was the first time I was very disappointed in my stay. - I stayed in room 349 from July 3-6. A cleaning person did not clean my room and provide fresh towels at any time during my stay. They have a sign that says if you decline cleaning service they'd give you 250 BonVoy points. Whelp! I should get those points even though I never declined the service. The decision was made for me. -I called the front desk to request a new ironing board because mine had a wobbly base because the screw was coming out. I never received it. -There were crumbs beside the bed opposite me and it didn't look as though the bathroom had been mopped. -The elevator broke down during my stay. It was repaired within 24 hours so that was only a slight inconvenience for me. -The gym is Sad - with a capital S. My favorite machine is the elliptical and they only have one. I had to get off within 5 minutes because it was difficult to pedal and it made a loud clinking noise every time I did. They also have 1 bike, 2 treadmills and dumbbells. No weight lifting machines. I made do with the treadmill and dumbbells. The gym was clean and had amenities like towels and water. On a positive note: -The front desk staff was friendly. I interacted with three of them (during check-in, check-out, and when I was looking for a corkscrew.) -The room smelled really good and looked nice. Some with allergies might say it was too much perfume but I liked it. There are several hotels in this area so I'm not sure I'll stay here again. I was very disappointed.

Difficult check-in experience, excellent breakfast staff

When we arrived, we were surprised to see the construction going on at the entrance, and were disappointed with the terrible check-in experience - their staff needs some training on this. The check-in person actually told me that a " hotel queen " bed is the same as a regular double bed for the upgrade we were offered - hogwash - and the website actually listed that room as a " double double " which made a lot more sense. So, my husband and I were cramped into a double bed. When I asked for the manager, I was told they would be onsite the next morning - another misleading statement. The next morning, when our party went for breakfast, we found out that the check-in person had made yet another error with our breakfast coupons. Fortunately the breakfast staff, who were absolutely terrific (John and Derrica) went to the front desk and sorted it out for us, and made us a terrific breakfast. I went to speak with the manager, and was advised they wouldn't be in until the afternoon, well after our check-out. Alisa, who was working the front desk at the time, was very nice, and asked if she could help - when I explained the challenges we had had, and the difficult sleep from being squished into a small bed, she couldn't have been nicer. So, in summary, a 4 star review because two sets of personnel were terrific, one was awful, the hotel property itself was very nice other than the construction, and I realize that renovations have to happen :-)

Great Visit

The Room was clean, quiet, door access was good, plenty of outlets for our multiple devices, the shower pressure was amazing! We were traveling to a Lions game and a RedWings game, while here we went to other Detroit area sites as it is very close to many of the Detroit tourist areas.

Home away from home

Best hotel experience ever. My kids and I loved the amenities. The staff was awesome, very courteous and quick to make our stay fabulous. We felt very at home. Kids were bummed when it came time to check out. If I could give 10 stars I would ❤❤❤

My Great stay at the Courtyard

My stay was AWESOME!. Ms Ashley and Dontae was absolutely great when it came to checking me into my room.. The pool was nice and clean. The ambience of the courtyard at night was definitely calming. I will be good back there for future overnight stays and making this hotel.. my choice of preference!

For Southfield, average is actually good

Every year we have to come to Southfield for an annual meeting in the Town Center complex. Being a loyal Marriott customer, have tried both the Courtyard and hotel that sit side-by-side just down the access road from the meeting site. This year, the courtyard was a little cheaper so decided to stay here. The rooms are generally very good, although ours had some food stains on the wall (bbq sauce we think) from a previous guest that housekeeping never did get around to removing in the four days that we were staying here. There also was a very unsightly bleach or cleaner stain on the carpet in the sink area, but otherwise the room was basically in good shape. Our room was on the top floor facing the courtyard, so there was no traffic noise (a problem if your room faces the freeways outside) and no noise from upstairs guests coming through the ceiling - however, like many Marriotts, the HVAC is quite noisy, particularly when the a / c kicks in and out. Since Marriotts have gone to wall thermostats it is increasingly difficult to find a way to turn the a / c off while still keeping the fan turned on (we find the fan's white noise beneficial to getting undisturbed sleep). In this room, it turned out that it was impossible to have the fan on and the a / c off, but we finally figured out that the " economy " setting actually turned the HVAC unit off completely, so it at least stopped the a / c from kicking on and off all night. We just fired up a white noise app on our laptop and let the residual cool air pumped into the room during the day while we were out keep the room comfortable all night. Being a Courtyard, there is no complementary breakfast or evening snacks like there are at the Marriott hotel next door, but frankly that hotel's " spread " has never been that good - indeed, we'd rather go out to one of the local coney's (there are a couple of Kerby's closeby) which served better food! There is a cafe / coffee shop in the Courtyard's lobby where you can buy something if you don't want to go out - there's also a vending area by the reception desk, but we prefer to avoid the high prices and go to the nearby CVS (there's one at 11 mile and Lahser) and stock up on snacks, etc. for a lot less money. Overall, this is the lesser of two evils Marriot-wise here and certainly infinitely better than the Holiday Inn Express over by Town Center, but still overpriced for the quality provided and still only average by Marriot standards.

Women serving at the Starbucks counter made my day, every day

Okay-- I don't always love Starbucks, but it is consistent and I can count on that while traveling. While the hotel was just fine, the reason I smile when I reflect back on my recent visit to the Courtyard in Southfield was simply due to the kindness, warmth, and care I received by the women (Derica in particular) working behind the counter to serve customers. I was treated and greeted with smiles and care-- and it made all the difference.

Loved it

I had an amazing time and Carrol was the best! During the African World Festival I broke my phone and she helped me find a place to fix it. Very friendly staff that takes care of their guests! It was very clean and comfortable.

Excellent stay

Checking in with Ashley is always a great experience. They were short staffed with cleaning rooms so the wait was a bit longer than expected but she made sure that I was taken care of once checked in. Gina cleaned the room and it was immaculate as usual after her cleaning. They know how I like foam pillows so they make sure that I have no feather pillows due to my allergies of feathers to sleep on. Melissa made the best burger I have ever had, it was messy just the way I like it and delicious. the next day I met with Alisa and she is so sweet, always so pleasant in greeting the guests and so quick. Dave is also very nice and always helping guests on his way to do some maintenance job. thank you all, I will keep using this hotel for my stays while in Michigan.

Visited family

This hotel was very nice and clean. Employee- Latisha was awesome, we saw her most of the days we were there. She greeted with smile and very helpful when no one was at the desk. She is an outstanding representation of what customer service is all about. Great Job!!

Great employees

I wanted to share my experience of June 15-16 2018 at this hotel. first of all checking in with Ashley was so quick and smooth, she quickly checked me in and was able to accommodate me with my courtyard view that I love on the top floor as well as my feather free room because of allergies. Also, Gina was great to make sure the room was perfect, such a great smile and friendly as well. Knesa in the evening along with Melissa were wonderful with giving me suggestions for entertainment in the area and suggesting which foods to try in the bistro... I enjoy this hotel and the people are so friendly... I will continue coming back... want to mention Dave as well that fixed my screen door on my patio so quickly after I had mentioned it was of the tracks. thank you for your hospitality

Felt like staying at my best friend's house

This place is amazing. Management must be treating their employees right because every one of them was helpful, kind, and provided outstanding service. I was there for four days of training, which was held in one of their conference rooms. Every morning, I was greeted with smiles from DeErika and Jeff at the breakfast counter. Carol made sure our room was clean, and was so kind. She treated me like a good friend and even gave me a hug on the final day. Even the maintenance staff, Dave and Castro, took time to say good morning each day, greet me with the warmth of genuine smiles, and wish me a great day. This place is a true gem, and I will definitely be staying here any time I am in the Detroit area. Even if I am going to a sports event in downtown Detroit, I will plan to drive out to Southfield to stay here.

Very Pleasant Stay

This was my 2nd time staying here in the past 2 months. I have to say, the check in staff is outstanding. They are personable and very friendly. It was a hot day and we had a very long ride, and they offered all of us a complimentary water bottle. The rooms were clean and the AC worked. The gym had ample equipment so I never had to wait to exercise. My only complaint was the restaurant service for breakfast (which is not included in the price of the room). the service was very slow, even though it wasn't that crowded. There was some confusion around how to make a cappuccino for my husband so we waited about 15 minutes for the coffee to be prepared. Aside from that, a very pleasant stay and I will stay here again when I come to town.

outstanding service from front desk and the little Starbucks restraint carrol John makes it easy to get coffee so you don't stand around and wait All around room service very polite it's like a a gr at big family. Great place to stay

Excellent experience all around

We recently stayed for 2 nights; very clean and comfortable all around. The staff was excellent, the breakfast options were good, and the people who worked the dining area were so very friendly. It's close to a busy highway but you would never know, we didn't hear a thing. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Excellent

My room was clean and tidy everyday when I got back from my work trainings. The service was nothing but excellent, everyone was super friendly! The rooms are quiet at night, and the bistro has excellent food and margaritas. The one negative is that the margaritas are way over priced. But other than that I would recommend this hotel!

Comfortable, modern, quiet and friendly hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and in good shape. The hotel has a Cafeteria style restaurant with surprisingly good food and nice presentation. Overall a pleasant experience. Good location close to major roads.

Consistent Courtyard Experience

One night stay before going to Canada. Room and lobby design is very consistent with other Courtyards where we have stayed. Staff is friendly, but not outwardly so. The chicken and bacon quesadillas and the Reuben sandwich at the Bistro were excellent. Solid night's stay.

Exceptional Team

I stayed here 2 nights. Breakfast team was awesome, kind and considerate. Breakfast was good, oatmeal, etc. Final morning i came down feeling pretty lousy.. no desire to eat but same teammember (tall, thin woman, sorry forgot her name, daughter lives here in DFW) got me a club soda as that was about all i could stomach. Talked a few more minutes before I left... Kind and considerate... priceless!!!

Cozy, comfy, clean and great service!

Great location, quiet an clean, great service. The breakfast is great, not free, but it is worth the expense. The coffee is what you would expect from Starbucks. The cost was reasonable, and I believe I will stay here next time I need to come to the area.

Adequate until we saw stain

We arrived very early for our reservation as we were traveling standby. The agent obliged our early arrival by charging us for the extra day..... I know hotels are in business to make money but the hotel was not full so I just don't get why we couldn't be accommodated as a courtesy Ok now to the review. The room we got is 183. It's on the bottom floor and is considered an ADA room for a hearing disable individual because they have a doorbell with flashing lights. It's good because there is easy access from a side entrance. Ice is on the 2nd floor though. The bed is hard but very comfortable. The room appeared mostly clean with the exception of a fingerprinted mirror and what appeared to be blood on the curtains. You read right blood. We pulled the bedsheets back and explored for any bugs or human secretions but didn't find any so decided to stay in the room. As I'm typing this I am asking what you are...... why did she stay in that room? I don't have an answer except other than exhaustion I suppose. Light on left side while facing the bed buzz's but we just turned it off. All in all we will be here for 36 hours and needed an affordable last minute option and this place provided that. I found the curtain stain within 10 mins of being there which makes me feel that there are some training and / or procedural deficiencies so I don't think we would stay here again

Beautiful renovations and Excellent Customer Service

Each time my staff and I had our quarterly sales meetings here at the Courtyard Marriott Detroit Southfield, we were treated with respect... care and concern of our event. Everything beginning with the booking our meeting to the food was absolutely EXCELLENT! Great for $45 a night Priceline bid

I got a great deal on this hotel by bidding 2.5 stars in the Southfield area of Detroit and $45 a night on Priceline. The hotel is in a corporate office building location and you definitely cannot walk to restaurants, shops, bars, etc. so to me this was a drawback on a weekend trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful when checking in and throughout my stay. The hotel was clean, small gym that could mostly be used for cardio, free internet that work great on two devices. The bed was comfy and my room was located on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the courtyard. The hotel was very typical of the Courtyard brand and offered no real surprises. I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to the area on business.

Very clean and maintenanced

When I arrived to the hotel, I asked the front desk if there were any recommended places to eat. The gentleman behind the counter considerately paged through a pre-printed restaurant guide and highlighted a few places he thought I would enjoy after I told him I don't care for seafood. I was very impressed at the time that was taken to give me good information. After, he asked me to let him know if I liked the place that I chose. It really made me feel like he cared. I appreciated the clean environment and the relatively up-to-date rooms. Some hotels appear pretty nice but after a few minutes you look closer at the details and you can see that stuff has been neglected. This was not the case in this hotel. My only complaint is that I could here the treadmill in the distance from my room. It wasn't bad. When I checked out, I learned that the hotel was going through major renovations in the upcoming months to make it more up-to-date.
