Mehr als enttäuschend. Keine Ahnung wie das Hotel seine Sterne bekommen hat. Dreckige und fleckige Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Betten wurden nicht gemacht und um frische Handtücher muss man sich selber kümmern. Frühstück annehmbar. Ein Angestellter war wirklich freundlich. Alle anderen haben die Gäste nicht interessiert. Eigentlich schade, aus dem Hotel könnte man was machen, denn die Lage ist gut
Fraud
As soon as we received hotelier message thru wats up and we contact them for booking they did not attend the call and after sometime they call me and said the rooms are full but the actual problem was that they had given me the lowest rates of rooms ….. so they did not attend the calls and I received next massage with higher rates….
Great service, good wifi and clean rooms
The rooms were clean, the wifi reaches at least the rooms on the first floor. The service was great. A few minor faults. The bathrooms had a small filter screen on top next to the neighboring room so you could hear everything from the next room, so a closed bathroom door is recommended. The breakfast service was quite slow.

Overall I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel royal dezire. The Staff were very helpful with everything I needed in and out the hotel. The beds were also very comfortable. It's also in a very good location just a few minutes drive from city palace. Highly recommend 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Enjoyed my stay in royal dezire
The hotel was accessible and is situated at great location. View of city palace from room top terrace was mesmerising. The food quality is good and the hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel was well sanitise and the hygiene was maintained.

Having a very great experience in hotel. All the faculty members are good in nature. Rooms are so neat and clean with a perfect fragnance of Indian culture. Food is also awesome with a perfect Vibe of Udaipur. The service is so fast. They also provide transportation service for visiting udiapur.

Greate hotel in Udaipur at a budget price, the Best staycation in Udaipur with modern amenities clean washroom, luxury room, all facilities are excellent. I recommend this hotel to all of you to stay.
Disgusting
Disgusting room and disgusting service. We stayed here as a part of our g-adventures tour and it was awful. We had our laundry done for a sky high price.. It took them 38 hours and when we finally got it it wasn't even clean and they even gave us a sock that wasn't ours. We then went to the reception telling them that I had a wrong sock so I missed one. They just laughed and began to take pictures of us then told us that the sock had shrinked in the laundry... Worst bullsh.. I've ever heard in my life. - A picture of our lovely room.
Udaipur-Chittor-Haldighati visit
Very good room with service. City palace is clearly visible from the top floor terrace garden. People are also very good. Foods are also very good. Rooms are very clean. Helpful staff with prompt response.

We stayed in this month with family we seems there good location nice rooftop for dinner all tourist point between 2 to 3 kilometres and cleaned rooms nice breakfast. helpful staff hot water available in morning and evening if you want other then this time call to reception

we stayed in this hotel for our company visit. we booked twin beded room we found there good specious room well furnished morning breakfast was good. they have travel desk there you can book taxi in reasonable cost overall value for money

I stayed in this hotel with my famely in this month There is a giid and clean room with comfertable bed. the rooftoo restsurent with awosame view of citypalace. food is great and polite staff I recomended this hotel
